We found Daniel via instagram to use while we were on a trip to Isla Mujeres. We were initially anxious because the weather wasn’t great, but the experience and pictures exceeded our expectations! He was very responsive and had our pictures to us in 24 hours. Can’t recommend him enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Olmedo during our recent trip, and I can’t recommend him enough! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. He picked us up from our resort bright and early, which was incredibly thoughtful, as it allowed us to catch the beautiful morning light at a stunning photography spot he knew. The location was absolutely breathtaking and perfect for the shots we were hoping to get.
Not only was he professional, but he brought his son along who was very sweet and helpful in translating some things, since our Spanish isn’t great. Daniel was attentive, patient, and truly passionate about his craft, taking time to capture moments and offer helpful suggestions throughout the session. His attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience unforgettable.

If you are looking for value for money and a photographer that is fully bilingual, flexible, trustworthy and reasonably priced, Daniel Olmedo will be your best option and will also relieve some of the stress while organizing your wedding.
We recently hired Daniel for our wedding in Cancun. We contacted him for a quote 4 or 5 months before the wedding date and he was very pleasant to deal with from the beginning. He responded to all our questions promptly, he came up with different photo and video packages that were very reasonable priced compared to the photo services at the hotel and any other photographers we contemplated.
Being outside of Mexico, all interactions were by email so, we didn’t know exactly who we were dealing with however, he was always trustworthy. He prepared a contract with all the details that we had agreed with and sent us a receipt for the deposit to secure his services.
The things that we valued the most while dealing with Daniel were flexibility, service, and professionalism. We made a few changes along the way, and he had no issues accommodating all of them. When the date came, he arrived at the hotel an hour earlier, to set-up everything and be familiar with various spots that would be later used for the photo shots.
The contract specified that the photo and video were going to be delivered after 8 weeks, and we ended up receiving them within 2 weeks. We had also agreed to get 350 photos, and he delivered more at no extra cost. In addition to that, we asked Daniel to do a few additional edits, and he would not hesitate to assist and deliver them within a day.
Daniel also worked with a videographer that did a very good job and the results of both the photos and video were amazing!
Therefore, we highly recommend him and we thank him for capturing some of the best moments of our special day.

Amazing photographer very responsive and willing to wait
I chose Daniel to be my photographer for my proposal and could not have chosen a better photographer. We decided on a day and set it in stone we touched base when i arrived in Cancun and ended up changing the date to 2 days before the set date. On the morning of my fiancé wouldn’t get out of bed and really didn’t want to make the walk to the beach because of the weather and Daniel ensured that he would be able to get amazing pictures and he did just that. Thank you so much for the amazing pictures, they will forever be a part of one of the most important days of our lives. -

Memories From Our Day Were Captured Excellently!
Daniel is a great communicator, awesome communicator and and amazing photographer! Not only did he assemble a team to do both photography and videography, they were prompt and captured all our important moments. The pricing was more than reasonable and we received our videos and photos within 6-8wks of the wedding date. I would 100% recommend Daniel and his team. My husband and I made a great choice! -

Absolutely fantastic experience. Awesome results
We came to Cancun area fir a small destination wedding and we’re having all kinds of problems finding a good photographer that would take the time to talk to us. Then we connected with Daniel. He was very easy to work with from the start. A few days before our wedding a hurricane hit our area. We were sure the whole thing would be ruined but Daniel went out multiple times to check our locations and found us the perfect spot. He even went as so far as to help connect us with a great wedding planner.
It was everything we hoped for, and the pictures turned out amazing. We could not have made a better choice. -

Daniel is a friendly and good photographer with a lot of patience
My wife Kathy and I had a great experience with Daniel. He was professional and friendly. He was very quick to respond to emails and whatsapp messages and the photos came up beautifully. He generated many more photos than promised and we had the benefit of selecting the ones we liked most. He was very patience and listened to all our requests. He even got a bit wet and took images from a fit into the ocean so the photos came up authentic and fun. He provided dozens of HD photos in two days as promised. We had a great session with him at Isla Mujeres. Recommended! -

Destination wedding redo
My husband and I had a vision of our dream wedding in cancun mexico March 2020 unfortunately due to the pandemic we had to cancel. This year we decided to try again for a photo shoot in Cancun Mexico to help capture our dream wedding. Daniel was more than great he did not hesitate to help make our dream come true. He agreed to travel even farther than we originally planned with no hesitation. He was extremely professional and Put me at ease right away that he would capture some amazing moments for us!
