  Excellent product, excellent value, excellent people.

  I went to Dandelion Cheesecakes to cater my wedding cheesecake/dessert bar and Scott & Shannon were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. The desserts were a hit. Everything I tasted that night was even better and fresher than I remembered. I could not have been happier and we had everything we needed. Scott & Shannon went above and beyond for our event and left no stone unturned. I cannot recommend them enough.

  Delicious!

  This by far was our guests' most favorite dessert. There were many choices on our dessert table and the cheesecake was almost completely gone by the end of the reception. Shannon was so pleasant to work with and delivered exactly what was requested on time. We would highly recommend Dandelion Cheesecake!

  We were looking for a cheesecake vendor for our wedding and we are so glad that we found Dandelion Cheesecakes. We set up a tasting with them and got to try so many delicious cheesecakes. We ended up selecting their original, strawberry lemonade, and key lime mini cheesecakes for our dessert tables. We bought 400 of them and all but 4 were gone before the end of our wedding. Thank goodness there were those 4 left because my husband and I didn’t have a chance to grab any before the guests. They were so good and I can see why we ran out! They were very accommodating for our schedules and my coordinator had no issues or complaints about them on the day of the wedding. We are so sad to hear that they’re closing their Carrollton store but we are hoping we’re able to order some cheesecakes when our anniversary comes around.

  I highly recommend Dandelion Cheesecakes! I first sampled their product at the Dallas Bridal show and fell in love! My husband wanted cheesecake for our grooms cake, They made us feel very comfortable during the tasting, and ALL of their cheesecakes taste DELICIOUS!   Since my groom loves cheesecake, we decided to do mini cheesecakes for his groom's cake instead of cake. Scott with Dandelion Cheese cakes made the process so easy and gave us ideal advice on how many flavors to get and how many mini cheesecakes to get overall. We had leftovers just for us. He also helped my MOH and I brainstorm the coolest display for the cheesecakes- an underwater scuba scene in tall vases! Not only is the product great, but Scott was so kind, encouraging, and helpful. I remember he went to a vendor event at my venue a few weeks before the wedding and was thoughtful to send me an email saying my venue was great, professional, and the wedding would be beautiful. Just what I needed to see when I was feeling a bit stressed! Our guests complimented the cheesecakes throughout the evening and into the next day. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

  WOW!!! What amazing Cheesecakes! Our guest loved them as much as we did! You are amazing! At the last minute, we had a venue change. Literally less than 8 hours before the wedding a sniper killed 5 Dallas Police Officers and seized the venue where the wedding was to be held. Scott called the morning of the wedding offering a venue he partners with along with any help we needed in addition to providing us with the World's Best Cheesecakes. Scot went above and beyond what we had contracted him for. I would recommend him to anyone who enjoys outstanding cheesecake and also loves personal service! Love you!

  Let me preface this post by saying that my wedding day certainly did not go as planned. For 14 months my mother and I planned the wedding of my dreams at the City Club Dallas on the 69th floor of the Bank of America building with panoramic views of the Dallas skyline. July 7, 2016, the night of our rehearsal dinner, was the night that a sniper took the lives of five Dallas police officers and wounded seven others from the parking garage of El Centro College. As a result many buildings and streets in the vicinity were closed for business. The morning of July 8, our wedding day, our building was closed, but Morgan, our coordinator with the City Club, was hopeful that the building would open in time to host our event. At 11:30 that morning the FBI took over our building and no-one and nothing was to go in or out. We officially had no venue for our wedding on the morning of our wedding day. As you can imaging, I was one devastated bride. Scott and his wife Shannon were in constant contact with me that day. Scott had even formulated a whole backup plan for our wedding should it come down to it. The wedding he planned would have certainly been different that the one I had originally planned, but it would have been beautiful none the less. I was so grateful to have their help that day and was so blessed to have such a wonderful vendor. But aside from the care and compassion they showed me, their cheesecakes are PHENOMENAL!!! I had such a hard time deciding which flavors I liked best, and unwillingly I narrowed it down to three. We served mini cheesecakes in place of a groom's cake and had s'mores, hill country peach bourbon, and my personal favorite, white chocolate pistachio. They were simply amazing and all my guest loved them! I was even glad that we had some left over to enjoy the following day. Such wonderful people, and even more wonderful cheesecakes.

  We were blown away by Scott's dedication to curating the perfect cheesecake, and by his commitment to his clients. My now husband doesn't like cake, and was adamant on having cheesecake in place of a grooms cake. Lucky for me, I came across Dandelion and it was a perfect fit for for us. From the first point of contact, Scott was willing to help and eager to schedule a tasting for us. The tasting was absolutely delightful and the "teensies" are truly a beautifully crafted miniature treat. We ordered about 200 mini cheesecakes for our wedding on 4/22, and our guests LOVED them! We will certainly be referring family and friends, and can't thank Scott enough for his excellent (and tasty) work! We couldn't possibly be happier with the decision of adding Dandelion Cheesecakes to our vendor list, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

I was able to provide gluten free options for my special guests that required it and everyone RAVED about their unique flavors (the pistachio and cardamom are must tries!) And on top of superior quality products, they are genuinely wonderful people with hearts of gold. Step outside the box and do cheesecake for your wedding- you will NOT be disappointed!

  Words could never describe the service and quality of everything from Dandelion. My caterer cancelled on me last minute and Scott saved my wedding and was so reassuring with his fast responses and flawless service. Not to mention I could eat 500 of those mini cakes in one sitting because they're so good! I wouldn't go anywhere else and everyone at the wedding loved the individual cakes.

  Dandelion Cheesecakes is absolutely amazing. Scott makes the most delicious cheesecakes. He provides a wide and unique variety as well, all equally satisfying. We recently had the "tinies" accompany our cupcakes at our wedding, and not one cheesecake was left! Needless to say the "tinies" were a big hit. You can tell Scott takes pride in his work, and he should because his product is not only some of the best cheesecake we have ever had, but the design and presentation is a step above and beyond. Thanks again for everything!!

  Scott's cheesecakes are killer! He puts a ton of effort into his product's appearance and taste. I'm not a big cake guy, so we wanted to have another option at our wedding. The "tinies" cheesecakes were a huge hit! Scott has many flavors to choose from, some typical flavors, and some uncommon and unique. He isn't afraid to try something new- and he knows what works.   The Cheesecakes they make are the most incredible cheesecake you've ever eaten. They absolutely personalized everything. They perfect the recipes based on your preferences and handle everything. The value is phenomenal. I will book them for every event I ever plan.
