The best dj!

Jamie and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic. Choosing Dancetime entertainment truly is a huge part of why our wedding was as incredible as it was. We received SO MANY compliments from family and friends saying how the music and the general vibe on the dance floor was the best they’ve ever experienced. We had family and friends coming up to Jamie to compliment him at the end of the night and tell him how awesome the music was. There were people on the dance floor the entire night. Each song was better than the last and we didn’t want it to end! Jamie was also super helpful when coming up with our ceremony music and very patient and kind. He gave us great recommendations. The whole team was extremely responsive anytime we went an e-mail with questions. I chose Jamie from a personal recommendation from one of my bridesmaids after experiencing him at her wedding and will recommend him to my sister and anyone else looking for a DJ!! Thanks so much Dancetime entertainment!

Fantastically fun time - awesome!

Dance Time Entertainment provided the music for our wedding party, and it was an absolutely wonderful, fantastic, fun time, thanks to MC Harold and his DJ. We had many requests, and Harold was open to everything we asked for. From cocktail and dinner-hour jazz, to everyone-get-down dance music, to providing background for a surprise jazz saxophone soloist – they did it all. We couldn’t have been happier with them, and would hire them again for any kind of party. They were awesome!

Wedding DJ

Jamie and his team were absolutely amazing! We had some last minute changes and requests that he seamlessly accommodated. They kept the music going, played something for everyone in our diverse crowd and even showed us some of their own dance moves! It was a pleasure working with them and I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you guys again!

Great DJ !

We hired Jamie, of Dance Time Entertainment, as the DJ, for the afterparty for our daughter's wedding on 9/1/19. He did a great job and had everyone on the dance floor, non-stop, throughout the entire afterparty. He was very professional and made the afterparty a huge success. We are happy to recommend him !

Highly recommended!!

Highly recommended!! We booked Dance Time for our wedding and they did an outstanding job. Leading up to the event, they were responsive, attentive and flexible. We had a couple of special request like a C02 cannon entrance and they were more than happy to accommodate it. Anything that Dance Time controlled on our Wedding Day went off without a hitch. Our MC, Jamie, made sure everything ran as planned and the DJ, Harold, kept everybody on the dance floor all night. Everyone had a blast and are still telling us how we threw one of the best weddings they've ever been too. Thank you Jamie, Harold & Dance Time for making our wedding day one for the ages!!!

A five star rating isn’t enough to share how incredible and amazing dance time entertainment truly is! Dance time entertainment was the best decision we made when choosing a DJ for our wedding! They were always available to answer any questions and were extremely knowledgable when guiding us in making music choices and deciding on the flow of the night. They were flexible and made things so much easier with their online system and were always personable with their meetings when reviewing everything. Working with Jamie along with the dance time entertainment crew made this part of the wedding process enjoyable! Words do no justice to express how grateful we were to have chosen such an incredible company that became the heart of our wedding night. They took in every meaningful concern we shared and responded to the vibe of the crowd so well that the dance floor was never empty! If you’re looking for an event that will leave your guests raving about, dance time entertainment is hands down the only way to Go! Our reception was so perfect and flawless because of dance time entertainment and I will forever be grateful! I’ve attached some pictures to show how crowded the dance floor was ALL night!

DanceTime Entertainment was the perfect choice for our DJ and ceremony music. From our initial meeting with Jamie it was clear that he wanted to understand the vision of our wedding and would work to meet our needs. In the multiple meetings we had with Jamie he asked all the important questions to make sure the services provided would fit the overall vibe we were going for. We were concerned we would hire a DJ who would turn our wedding into a club. We are both pretty laid back and more into classic rock than EDM. Our concerns were banished with Jamie. Not only did he play the best music but created a fun, relaxed, joyful atmosphere for the entire evening. In addition, we wanted a string duo for our outdoor ceremony. Jamie worked with our budget to give us exactly what we wanted. Long after the wedding was over we still have guests talking about how great our DJ was. DanceTime Entertainment should be your only phone call for your DJ wedding needs. We could not recommend Jamie and his team more.

Jamie and DanceTime were the absolute BEST DJ/MC we could have asked for!! Early on, we emphasized that we wanted people on the dance floor the entire time during our wedding and Jamie and his team 100% delivered. The dance floor was never empty, we had so much fun as the bride and groom, and all of our guests are still raving about what a great party it was. The music variety was awesome, Jamie helped us incorporate different traditions and dances throughout the night, and also helped to coordinate everything so the night ran perfectly. Jamie always took his time in meeting with us and made sure we knew exactly how the day would run. The DanceTime team truly takes the time to make sure your day is so special and that you don't have to worry about a thing. Seriously, our wedding was one of the best parties we, or anyone, has ever been to and we owe our greatest appreciation to Jamie and his team. Working with Dance Time was breeze. Jamie met with us on two occasions and offered great advice. We wanted a unique intro song and he was able to make it work. The lights he provided really set the scene for a great night! He was also very helpful in steering us away from potential "party killer" songs. We loved the website that let us list and change songs on our time. We had met with about 4 other entertainers (unsure if we were going to have a band, dj or a combination) and he was by far the most professional. Couldn't have asked for more!

Jamie and his staff at Dance Time Entertainment are truly amazing!!! We are so thankful we chose them to provide the entertainment at our October 2015 wedding. Our MC, Mark, was the best!!! He was personable and understanding. He listened to everything we wanted to have happen and even offered some helpful suggestions for our timeline which helped the day run super smooth. Our DJ, Mike, kept the dance floor full the entire night!!!! They were an amazing team together!! Our guests raved about how much fun they had dancing at our wedding and we have Mark and Mike to thank for that. We highly recommend Dance Time Entertainment!!!!!

Dancetime Entertainment is AWESOME! Working with Teddy was like working with family! My husband and I were naturally super stressed with planning, but meeting with Teddy was always fun! He listened to what we wanted and was very accommodating! Jamie was also awesome to work with! They literally did *everything* right at the wedding. Every song we asked for was played, and the rest of the music was perfect! The MC's were awesome! We had a violinist and a flautist play during the cocktail hour, and they were super talented and very sweet people! All my guests danced their hearts out and had a fantastic time! Out of all the vendors we chose, Dancetime Entertainment was the best!! Definitely book with them!! You can tell them Dena the blue haired bride sent you! :-)

Dance Time Entertainment did an amazing job at my wedding. They had a great understanding of the types of music we wanted and with the electric violinist playing along, had the dance floor packed all night. They also provided the photo booth which was a big hit! My husband and I could not be happier with their service!

Dancetime DJ brought in their Free-2-Air Photo Booth for our wedding last week and they are fabulous. Jamie and his team have been nothing but amazing in the planning process - they're professional and fun, and made sure we were had everything we needed and wanted. We won the photo booth at a bridal show. We didn't plan on having one but in the end, the photobooth was one of the biggest hits. If we did the wedding all over again, we would definitely include the photo booth and Dancetime DJ again! Our guests loved how easy it was to use and how cool it was to have the photos instantly and that they could email it back to themselves for later. Randy, was there to help guests with the booth and made sure everyone was having a good time. I really appreciate his professionalism and that he made sure we made it over to the booth too! He took care of us and sure we got all of our photos in and that we received the guest book we ordered. Highly recommend getting this photo booth with an attendant and the guestbook package!

The Dancetime Entertainment team led by Jamie is exceptional. Dancetime carried our vision through and displayed the highest levels of professionalism, flexibility and support throughout the planning process. I have been to a lot of weddings, and I feel that the DJ is a huge part of making the day fun! Everything was PERFECT! Dance Time Entertainment was so easy to work with! Jamie kept our guests dancing the whole night! Jaime is a professional in every sense of the word! He was a pleasure to work with and was a huge help with selections as well as helping to create a magical evening for us and our guests! Another bonus of Dance Time Entertainment is that they have their own photo booth which comes with a guest for the bride and groom and party favors for the guests! Totally exceeded my expectation!
My wedding turned out absolutely flawless. From the first meeting with Jamie I knew they were the ones for the job. He both guided me with his expertise but was open to my ideas as well. Always professional and nothing but nice
Mark my Emcee was so charming and on point. He kept the party at a perfect pace, wasn't rushed, and nothing dragged on. He knew exactly the time to move on the music or slow it down. He made the party unreal! Most of all he was a really nice guy and I would recommend him to anyone!
Dj Teddy- Such a sweet guy! Totally kept the dance floor full! I think the only time it was empty is when people were eating. Now thats a good party!

Working with him was easy and a total pleasure from start to finish. Professional, courteous and receptive to what YOU want out of your day.

The real topper for me was having people who constantly bashed us for not using a band come up and APOLOGIZE after the fact. I'm not one for "I told you so's," but it sure made me feel good knowing that Jamie and Co performed at a level which pleased some pretty difficult people.

Can't recommend them enough. Fabulous. Fabulous. Fabulous.

We are so glad we booked Dance Time for our wedding DJ. We went to a friend's wedding and they were great- no one stopped dancing! Once we met Jamie we knew we would book him. He was so personable and helpful. From the beginning to the very end when we couldn't decide on songs, Jamie helped us envision our wedding and plan the music.We went with the simplest package and he never pushed us to add on enhancements. He kept the energy up the entire night, everyone young and old danced the whole time. He helped us with every part of the reception and really became a part of our night. Our wedding was on 8/2/13, and we used Dance Time Entertainment as our DJ. A close friend had recommended Dance Time, and specifically Jamie Villarie. We met with Jamie and we knew that we would be in good hands. He was very professional, tentative, trust worthy, and available if we needed anything. Our wedding night was absolutely amazing. We had a magical night, and it was mainly b/c of Jamie and Dance Time. My husband had never danced that much in his life! Jamie truly brought our wedding to life, and kept the party going until the early hours of the morning. I would recommend Dance Time to anyone.... you will truly have an amazing party! thank you Jamie!! It was such a special night. :)

I couldn't be happier with my experience working with DanceTime Entertainment. The music at our wedding exceeded my expectations. Nelson was our dj and emcee, and he did such a great job with the variety of music he played and his ability to keep our guests entertained. I trusted Nelson to come up with a playlist that would encompass all of our guests and that goal was accomplished and a fun time was had by all. Jamie was very professional in the planning and helped us plan a night we will always remember. The photo booth added another fun element to the night and we will have those pictures for a lifetime! My husband and I used Dance Time Entertainment for our wedding this past spring and they were incredible! They helped turn our wedding into the party my we always imagined, with people dancing to great music all night. 4 months later still get complimented on the music.

We worked with Jamie Villarie during the process, which was a real pleasure. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, good humored, and made working with Dance Time one of the smoothest parts of our wedding planning.

Nelson was our MC at the wedding and I can’t say more fantastic things about him. We spoke prior to the wedding; he listened to everything we were looking for, gave his advice, and made it all happen. He kept the night moving and music pumping, without ever being an overbearing presence.

Overall, I would highly recommend Dance Time Entertainment. You won’t be disappointed!

My wedding was on June 7, 2013 and we had Dance Time Entertainment as our DJ. My wife and I had been to a wedding prior to ours where Dance Time was the DJ and thought they were great so when it came time for our wedding, we went straight to Dance Time.

Jamie Villarie was who we worked with and he was amazing. He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole planning process and especially with out in person meeting prior to the wedding. Jamie was great at making recommendations and helping us plan for the reception.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience at the wedding itself. From the moment the reception started, the dance floor was full and only emptied during dinner. Jamie & team did an AMAZING job of playing music that got our guests up and fitting into the types of music we requested. During the wedding itself, my wife and I had a number of our guests come up to us and compliment how good the DJ was!

I'd also recommend adding the live percussionist (drummer) to your package. It's an add-on, but really helped push our experience over the top and is definitely something all of our guests loved.

Can't say it enough, but we had a GREAT experience working with Jamie & Dance Time and they were amazing at our wedding!

Dance Time Entertainment was incredible. From our first meeting with Jaime, we knew this experience would be amazing. Jaime is so professional, but so down to earth and he made it so easy to communicate what we were looking to achieve for our wedding. We had Michael as our DJ, and he too is terrific. He did everything we wanted and he had all of our guests up and dancing. It was amzing to see our 90 year old Father/Father in Law dancing. He catered to every age group just as we asked.
I will recommend Dance Time to any and everyone.

We couldnt of asked for a better DJ. Jamie did everything we wanted and more. All our guest said they enjoyed the music that was being played and some even asked for their contact information for a party of their own. People were on the dance floor all night all the way up to the last song. Our reception had a mix of generations, Jamie played music for everyone. We chose to have a percussionist along with the DJ it gave a little extra entertainment for our guest. Once again thank you for everything you have done.

Sandi, Jamie and the entire DanceTime team were awesome! They were professional, accommodating and exceeded all our expectations! Our family had an amazing night! The music was nonstop, high energy and engaged all our guests! Sandi organized the virtual gaming and all the other added entertainment. The kids loved the surfing simulator and the adults enjoyed the steel drummer during cocktail hour. Our guests couldn't stop telling and texting us what a great party it was thanks to DanceTime!!!!

I would highly recommend Dance Time Entertainment. I used them for my daughter's Sweet Sixteen and she and I were both very pleased. Nelson the DJ was outstanding. He was professional and courteous and most important - got all the kids up to dance! Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

Jamie and Dance Time Entertainment are wonderful to work with in planning a successful event. We has our first family foundation charity event and Jaimie and his team made the night with music that got the crowd up and dancing. We had the DJ as well as a horn and percussionist.. it's the best choice between a dj and a live band. We also had a photo booth from Dance Time. It was the hit of the night.

Jamie is easy to work with, extremely responsive and totally professional. I would recommend Dance Time Entertainment highly!

I used Dancetime for my wedding on 10/6 and I could not have been happier with them! Jamie is amazing and was so helpful throughout the whole planning process and really made everything painless. We gave Jamie our list of songs we wanted and he took his time to go over them with us and gave us great suggestions. We had a lot of music we wanted to play and I can't imagine how hard it was to mix all the genres together-he managed to mix classic rock and doo wop into the cocktail hour and it was perfect! The whole night was flawless. Jamie played music for everyone at our wedding-he really knows what he is doing. The dance floor was full the entire night and everyone had an amazing time. The picture montage he did for us came out so beautiful and he was so understanding when we had to change a few pictures last minute.
We also got the electric violinist which I have not stopped hearing about since the wedding! She played along with our music and our guests were jaw-dropped! It was definitely a unique surprise.
Jamie really did make my wedding day and I will forever be grateful we had him to make it so perfect. Trust me, you will not find anyone better!

Mike and Mark from DanceTime were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely respectful and responsive, and really played the best music for my wedding. I had a lot of older guests who all enjoyed themselves and danced up a storm - and all my college friends had a blast, too. I am so happy I chose DanceTime, and would recommend them to anyone. We had a couple last minute changes in the toasts, dances, and a couple other requests, and they accommodated everything. Perfect.

Dance Time is amazing! Nelson Ortiz my DJ nailed it! The dance floor was packed the whole night. He did everything we asked for and more. He knows his stuff and I would use again in a heartbeat!

this company should be based on a 10 star rating system. Jamie and Dancetime were great in every way. From the cocktail hour till the very end. There pricing packages are great, and they keep an INSANE!! amount of energy going through out the night. Me and my wife will obviously remember this night forever and Dancetime played a major part in that. If your looking for a company look no further Dancetime is a no brainer.

Jamie and the rest of the crew at DanceTime entertainment were a true pleasure to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. Jamie and his staff were all very flexible with regards to meeting times and working around our hectic schedule. He took the time to go through our song selections, entrances, photo montage, and all of the other particulars for our big day. From start to finish, DanceTime Entertainment was nothing short of spectacular! They kept the party going from the first dance to the last song of the night, and it was evident that all of our guests had an awesome time! Family and friends who typically never dance, never sat down. Our guests still talk about how great the music was and how sad they were when it was time to go. Jamie and his crew were integral in making our wedding day all the more special, helping us to create memories we will carry on for a lifetime!

My husband and I first heard of Dance Time Entertainment at our cousin's wedding. Let me explain that my husband and I do not dance ( we are shy), but Dance Time Entertainment had us on the dance floor having a wonderful time. When it came time for our wedding, we knew that we wanted Dance Time Entertainment to inspire us and our guests to be dancing the night away. Jamie was a pleasure to work with. We met with him several times before the wedding to go over the details of the reception and the type of music we would like. He was excited for our wedding and made us feel completely comfortable and confident in him. Many of our guests thought that we were long-time friends with Jamie because he knew our personalities so well and he made sure our reception reflected us. At the reception Jamie and Nelson were polished, professional, positive, and fun. Their booth was clean, modern, and fit in perfectly with the elegant atmosphere of our reception site. Jamie timed everything perfectly. He worked with the reception staff, our photographer, and our guests to make sure that we enjoyed every second of our reception. We had 150 guests, the oldest 93 years old and the youngest 9 years old, that Jamie and Nelson played a perfect mix to keep the energy going all night long. The volume of the music was perfect, everyone could enjoy the music and also have a conversation with guests at their table. Jamie and Nelson also played all of the quirky songs my husband and I requested at the perfect times. We danced the night away and cannot thank Dance Time Entertainment enough for giving us a dream wedding reception.

Jamie from dance time really captured what we were looking for in a dj by the way if professionalism and creativity. We opted for the package that included the photo booth and our guests loved it! The photo booth along with Jamie's amazing dj skills kept our guests out of their seats dancing on the dance floor and the photo booth provided hours of fun and mayhem! Jamie really understood how to integrate both mine and my husband's style of music allowing us to both feel our tastes were being represented. Jamie even convinced my husband who doesn't dance to get on the dance floor! I highly recommend dance time.

EXCELLENT!!! The dance floor was packed from the moment we got introduced up until the last song!! We couldn't have asked for anything more! Jaime took the vibe the crowd was giving, worked with it, and kept the party constantly in motion! ... we even decided to cut the cake off to the side ourselves rather than stop the music and the party since everyone was having such a good time!

We had a band and DJ so admittedly it was fairly easy gig for the DJ. However, Dancetime is a well-run and professional operation. They gave us the best quote for the job, were very responsive, and provided a top notch DJ. DJ Jim requested our feedback on ideas but in truth, we had a lot of faith in him to keep folks dancing - and he did. Jim was very nice, professional, and easy-going. Other DJs we met were pushy to sell us more (lighting, etc.), talked about our 'special day', and seemed to prefer that the spotlight be on them. Not so with Jim and Dance Time Entertainment - its about the music and dancing - as it should be! Recommend them with confidence!

Jamie was great. He didn't just "yes" us to death and then do whatever he wanted - he really listened and delivered. We had an outdoor wedding party planned and some weather issues early on. He was super flexible and didn't make it all about him. He worked with the venue to make sure we had fun inside first, then outside later on. Very happy. 100% recommend.

Jamie was very accommodating and very easy to work with. The DJ’s were great, kept people dancing all night. The only issue was they played the wrong song for my walk down the aisle. Kind of a big disappointment but I would still recommend them. Everyone commented on how great the DJ’s were.

My fiancé and I can't say enough about DanceTime entertainment. Jamie and his team provided us with a wonderful wedding reception and they play a mean hora as well.

Our guests were raving for days afterwards.

We also highly recommend the photo booth. The DanceTime crew provided us with great props and the book of memories you get at the end is well worth the cost!

Jamie Villarie was very easy to communicate with, and DJ Jim did a good job at the wedding reception.

We asked them to share time with a band that we also hired, and they had no problem with the coordination of that.

A guest at the wedding who's also getting married told me later that the people at her table kept jumping up to dance, saying, "I love this song!," and that she kept telling her fiance to remember what was being played . . . so I guess that says it all.

Dance Time Entertainment was easy to work with and very professional from start to finish. Jamie was very attentive to our needs and even bailed us out of a last minute mini disaster. Plans for our ceremony music fell through a few days before the wedding and Jamie was able to move things around to get our DJ and MC to show up/set up early to provide us with ceremony music. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny! Mike was our MC and he did a wonderful job. He was funny, charismatic, and kept the place jumping from start to finish. I basically told Mike that we liked all music and gave him the freedom to just go with the flow. We told him that we wanted people to be on the dance floor the entire time and they were! I highly recommend these guys for a fun party!

The planning process leading up to our wedding was easy and Jamie, the owner (and our DJ) was very helpful and responsive. He was confident and we believed he would do a great job at our small wedding (with a wide variety of ages among our guests) We were very relaxed about do not play and play list and we trusted his professional experience on that front. I felt like the energy was missing from him and his assistant on the day of our wedding. Every time I looked over neither one of them looked thrilled to be there, especially his assistant who truthfully, I don't even remember his name since I don't even think I got an introduction. There wasn't a great flow to his MC'ing or energy. We had a special request from an old friend and he didn't play it, when she finally went up a second time to ask at end of the night, he did play it but the other friend who we wanted to be there for song had already left. This really bothered me since my husband and I didn't give him many requests before hand or during that day in regard to songs. He also cut the mother/son dance song short and i am not sure why. All in all, Dance Time did an average job but I wouldn't use them again.
