Above and beyond!

My fiancé and I are from out of town and Dana generously spent 3 hours with us to figure out the perfect place setting, arch, bouquet, and boutonnieres for our wedding. Dana’s passion and creativity for her work was apparent every time we talked. I was totally blown away on our wedding day when we saw her amazing work that far exceeded our expectations. I appreciated that Dana didn’t pressure us, worked within our budget, and is a straight shooter. I highly recommend using Dana’s floral design if you want unique and gorgeous flowers!!! Thank you Dana and Robb for making our wedding so beautiful.

We Couldn't be Happier! Dana Dineen & Staff ROCKS! :))

We used Dana Dineen as our florist for my daughter's wedding. Dana met with us to hear my daughter's ideas. My daughter wanted a curly willow branch arch with white and cobalt blue flowers. Dana sketched out the arch on a notepad right in front of us. It was perfect! At the wedding, the arch with cobalt blue roses and white orchids were just stunning! All of the flower arrangements were gorgeous and Rob and the staff provided flawless support the whole way through. I highly recommend Dana and her team.

Dana is not a florist, she is an artist! We had our wedding at the safety harbor spa and resort in front of a fountain, a fountain that I had to have filled with flowers. Dana and her team did not disappoint. I had in my head a dreamy vintage garden wedding and she delivered! The flowers were my big ticket non negotiable and she really worked with out budget and how early our wedding was. I am just so happy with how everything came out. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her!

Dana Dineen is a artist. She did the flowers for our son's wedding, her creations are breathtaking. The bride

We just got married on Saturday and I couldn’t wait to tell future brides about Dana Dineen Floral Design!

Dana was amazing! She understood our vision right away. In fact we told her our vision and she ran with it. She is a true artist.

The bridal bouquet was spectacular, as were the smaller bouquets. The tables were beautiful, but to me, the most important part was the chuppah. Dana went beyond our expectations - it was absolutely stunning!

We are so happy to have found Dana and highly recommend her for any special occasions.

Absolutely beautiful flower arrangements! Dana was wonderful to work with, even while I was living 7 hours away from my wedding location. She also arranged live flowers on our cake, and people still talk about how wonderful it was! I highly recommend her services!

People are still talking about my daughter's wedding flowers!! I found Dana on a yelp site so I had no previous experience with her. We had a few long phone conversations, I live in Michigan, Dana in Florida. I visited her before the wedding and she spent 5 hours going over everything with me!! Dana's knowledge of flowers is so very impressive. She went well beyond what we expected. Dana has an artist's eye and I love her self-confidence. Not your run of the mill florist by any stretch. If you want flowers that are creative and unusual, she is your florist. She was also very accommodating in keeping the price within our budget. I would recommend her to anyone having an event requiring floral arrangements. Thank you to Dana and her wonderful staff!!!

When we began planning my daughter's wedding, she had a vision of what kind of flowers she wanted. She knew that she wanted phalaenopsis orchids, hydrangeas, and garden roses. I did a lot of research online, and that's when I found Dana Dineen. We went to a local bridal show, and when we walked in the first table we came to was Dana Dineen Florist. Behind her table was the most beautiful driftwood display filled with phalaenopsis orchids. I knew immediately that she was our florist. We spoke to her about what we wanted, and there was no hesitation that she could fulfill our request. We went and met with Dana and she put together exactly what Kelly wanted. The day of the wedding I walked into the room and it literally took my breath away. It was absolutely gorgeous. The large centerpieces looked like they could be in a bridal magazine. The orchids were beautiful, and there were perfect huge garden roses. If you go with Dana you will not be disappointed. Her work is phenomenal. Dana also worked within our budget, and was very fair in her pricing. By the way, we used that driftwood display at the wedding too, and it was beautiful! This florist is like no other. Perfection!

Dana Dineen is by far the best florist in the tampa bay area. I can not say enough about her. She did the most beautiful arch and centerpieces for me. The way she cares about her work and her customers is what a true business owner should be like. I told her about my 90 year old grandfather that was from Pittsburgh and we owned a flower shop in our family for over 100 years. I wanted him to do my bouquet and she welcomed him in her shop with open arms. I was so gracious for her. The quality of her work is amazing and the way she treated us was beyond spectacular. I recommend her 150 percent! She is amazing!

I could not have asked for a better florist for my wedding! Dana did three types of centerpiece arrangements for my reception tables, made our cocktail hour high tops look beautiful with little details, did all the bouquets and corsages, AND decorated my cake with flowers so beautifully upon my last minute request. From the very first meeting she was so caring, personable, and believed in and encouraged my vision for my reception (it was outdoors and I wanted a romantic European feel). She was so communicative leading up to the wedding and even came out for our final walk through of the venue shortly before the wedding. She was creative and found ways to make my dream reception come alive within my low budget. My reception was everything I wanted it to be and more because Dana went above and beyond to make it exactly how I wanted it, and even MORE beautiful than what I had expected.

i cannot say enough amazing things about Dana Dineen and her company, and I would very highly recommend her to anyone for any event.

Please go and sit with Dana, and discuss your wedding floral expectations with her. She is so insightful and creative, and so willing to work with whatever budget you have in mind. Dana did a simply amazing job for our wedding! Floral arrangements were the one area of the wedding where I didn't really have a good "vision" of what I wanted. The only thing I told Dana was that I wanted mostly white flowers, the types of flowers I liked, and how many of each arrangement I needed. Based on that small amount of information, she produced some of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen.

I loved the simplicity of the bouquets for both myself and the bridesmaids, and the centerpieces and other arrangements she made for the arch during the ceremony were everything I imagined in more. Considering how little I told her about what I wanted, I was amazed at how well the flowers fit with everything else in the wedding. I couldn't have been happier with all of the choices she made.

She even suggested other items I wouldn't have thought of for no extra charge. Adding floating candles and lights under the centerpieces made them really one of a kind and we received so many compliments on how great everything looked. Definitely well worth the money spent. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Dana's floral design made my wedding the most beautiful one I have ever seen. Her execution of her ideas made our fairytale wedding a reality. Dana Dineen is an artist by every definition. I chose Dana for perhaps nontraditional reasons. I was given a list of suggested vendors through my venue (The Vinoy) and photographers. Dana was my 9/10th call, and was a breath of fresh air. Every florist I called kindly cut me off as I described my vision and told me to fill out their online form and then they’d get back to me. It was so disappointing. Then I call Dana, who loved my ideas, and through a 20 minute call we discuss how she could not only bring my vision to life, but make it so much better. She went through specific types of exotic flowers that I had never heard of, but googled and thought: “YES! This is what I’m talking about!” She then asked me to come in, where she spent a couple hours out of her day to build example centerpieces with my mom, my now husband, and myself. I left feeling so confident in my decision to work with Dana. She even insisted we take some of the flowers home.

My ceremony at The Vinoy looked like the most elegant, enchanting tea garden you could imagine. Dana built the most beautiful peony, sand rose, and greenery bridal bouquet. She also incorporated these unique trees full of roses- something I would never have thought of!

My reception took my breath away! I envisioned a woodsie blue and white orchid arrangement, which Dana brought to life and added royal blue sea glass. We also planned a beach wood and succulent display for the table assignments table. I can’t tell you the number of compliments I received on our flowers. She really worked within our budget, and exceeded our wildest dreams. She made our wedding as elegant as we envisioned it!

Lastly, after we sent Dana a thank you in the mail, she responded with her own thank you!! THAT is customer service.

You’d be making a mistake to choose any other florist.

I can't say enough about Dana and her work. We had a destination wedding so being there to plan was hard and Dana made it easy.
She spent a few hours with us to make sure she knew what we were looking for. When ever I called she was available to talk or if I left a message she would return my call in a reasonable amount of time. We had a drift wood arch with tropical flowers that were beyond gorgeous along with the centerpieces.
If you choose Dana I can promise you will not be disapointed!!!!!!!!!!!!

There aren't enough words to describe what an amazing person Dana is. I fell in love with her designs as a florist, but her creativity as an artist is what really sets her above everyone else. I gave her a theme, with some ideas and she gave me an unbelievable wedding day! You can tell that she loves what she does because she has an eye for detail. Being the bride, I'm just sad that I couldn't enjoy her pieces more, but they will live on in the people that saw them and the photos everyone took. My guests were in such awe of the table arrangements that we had to stop people from taking them so we could use them again for our breakfast space. My only complaint was that my bouquet was so beautiful that someone ran off with it after the wedding! But that's the type of work Dana does, people just want to cherish it.

We are still receiving compliments on how incredible and beautiful our entire wedding day was and this is all because of Dana's unbelievable talent, vision and ability to understand exactly what the mood is that we were trying to achieve for our wedding day. Dana decorated/designed the tent for the ceremony, the garden area for the cocktail party, the buffet and reception room and an outdoor deck area for coffee and cigars after the reception. Each area had individual features but yet remained true to the original theme that we had discussed in detail with Dana. Dana made us feel as if we were her only clients and this is hardly the case! Dana was very professional in all aspects however she also spoke with us like a friend and even offered additional information that assisted in making decisions for other aspects of our wedding day. I cannot recommend Dana enough and as the mother-of-the-bride is was a wonderful feeling to know that she completely understood what my daughter and son-in-law wanted to make their wedding day perfect!

From our first consultation to our big day Dana was an awesome person to work with. She went the extra mile to make sure we had cherry blossoms for our ceremony and reception, even as they were dwindling at the edge of their season. She was very responsive to any emails or phone calls, and was excellent at checking in from time to time. Definitely visit her studio, we know what our centerpieces were going to look like from our first meeting from her just taking feedback and going to work with the flowers!
We had a few boutineers misplaced the day of the ceremony, likely by the venue, but otherwise she transformed our hall and our arch into a stunning, magical day we'll never forget. Highly recommend!

Dana was very responsive by email, and she worked with me to find exactly what I wanted within my budget. Dana was my savor! There are no words to describe her creativity, elegance to style and dependability. I was from out of town and at a loss for where to start regarding my son and daughter in law's rehearsal dinner party! I wanted it to be fabulous! Dana took the entire scope of the venue and worked with the vision I had for the night. The flowers arrangements were talked about by all and reused the next day at the ceremony and then for the the following day brunch. Dana was a complete joy to work with. Not only does she have an incredible memory but she has great talent and creativity. She worked with us throughout the entire year-long wedding planning process to help shape our vision. She would always provide new and unique ideas that all came together beautifully. Dana had no problem working with us as often or as long as we needed and was very attentive to our feedback. We found ourselves at her shop until late in the evening on weekends because we were all so immersed in the design we were working on. We heard from many people at our wedding how beautiful the flowers were. Danas table designs for our wedding were so unique and more like tablescapes than centerpieces.

I would highly recommend Dana to anyone looking for beauriful florals. She was my favorite vendor to work with. Although I can't vouch for her prices compared to other florists, I know that after seeing the final product, we all felt that every penny we spent on flowers was well-spent.

We recently got married on the beach in Redington Beach, Florida and Dana provided the flowers for the bamboo arch for our ceremony, as well as my bouquet and my bridal party flowers, and they were just beautiful. I looked through her website and let her know which arrangements and colors I liked and what she came up with blew me away. Our flowers were GORGEOUS. Our guests were impressed as well, I got so many comments about the flowers and how beautiful they were. We were on a budget and what she came up with was amazing, she truly exceeded all of our expectations. I would recommend her to anyone! Super easy to work with and incredibly talented!

We are all so impressed with Dana Dineen's flowers for our wedding and reception. She truly knows her flowers and knows design. She was the only florist we met with who began taking flowers out and putting samples together right before our eyes. She came up with such unique, one of a kind, ideas. She was very particular about matching the wedding colors and got it spot on! We picked them up ourselves to save on cost, but actually her costs were extremely reasonable. What we got was big bouquets and corsages and centerpieces and more of big, luscious white and red roses with other flowers as background. We received so many compliments, it was wild. Dana was a huge part in making our wedding a success and memorable. So glad my mom met her at the Safety Harbor Resort & Spa Wedding Event. Ms. Dana is an artist, not just a florist. I knew exactly the look and colors I wanted, but Ms. Dana knew her flowers. She took my ideas and ran with it. She made really good suggestions and created masterpieces that became the topic of conversation during the wedding. We had a very small wedding, but Ms Dana treated us like the best client ever and gave us the best product we could have asked for. She was very punctual making it the church even before we did. She had not met the bride so she did not finalize her bouquet until the bride saw the arrangement and approved of it. She was a pleasure to deal with as well. I will be using her services for everything from now on.

Dana was truly a breath of fresh air. Choosing your florists and flowers for your wedding can be a daunting and stressful process especially when looking at prices. She made the process fun and exciting and painless. She knows what she is doing and she does it so well.

Dana Dineen provided the floral arrangements for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding this past weekend: all of the bouquets, the boutonnieres, and table arrangements for the reception. They were all, in a word, stunning. Dana has an incredible vision that she manifests to perfection. I am not kidding, people gasped when they entered the Ballroom at the Sand Key Resort. Dana listened to our desired color palette: ivories, whites, pinks and purples and delivered beyond even our greatest expectation. She added florals I have never even heard of that were spectacular! She has such an artistic touch and an eye for how to combine the beautiful elements to make the most unique and striking displays. As for the wedding party, they made the most beautiful entrance into the chapel with bouquets in hand that perfectly complemented the bridesmaids' dresses. I would highly recommend Dana and her team to anyone who wishes to have a stress free experience with their event. They were courteous, professional and highly skilled. Dana is a breath of fresh air and absolutely amazing! Planning an out of town wedding is not the easiest task to take on. Although I am familiar with the Tampa Bay area, I did not have the convenience of driving past a store front or casually stopping in to inquire. I spoke with Dana over the phone and we immediately established a rapport. I communicated the vision I had for my wedding, my budget, and other details. I felt as though she understood exactly what I wanted. I met her a few months later in her shop where we went over each detail. This was an enjoyable experience as I got to play with different floral designs. This is when I realized that Dana was a true artist! Everything leading up to the wedding went well. I planned on having an outdoor ceremony, but on the day of the wedding when Kelly the Director of Sales and Catering came to tell me we would have to relocate to an indoor room, I almost had a bridezilla moment. Kelly, mentioned that Dana advised against it as the winds were too much for the beautiful floral pieces we planned for. I knew that both Kelly and Dana had my best interest in mind and gave my approval for the indoor ceremony. I am so happy I did, because our pictures turned out absolutely beautiful! My guests were mesmerized by the beauty of the floral masterpieces Dana created for my wedding. Bouquets, corsages, bout's, wedding arches, and centerpieces were STUNNING! I couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Dana Dineen. At our first meeting it was obvious that she is so passionate about her work and that she is committed to creating the bride's perfect vision for her wedding flowers. I am not the most creative person and needed a florist that could take images of flowers that I have liked in the past and create a look that fit with our wedding. Dana was amazing....she is very creative and artistic and after an hour with her she put together a floral arrangement that was exactly what I was envisioning! She was also very committed to staying within our budget and had great suggestions on where we could scale back on the floral arrangements without compromising on the overall look. It was refreshing to have a vendor like Dana where I could tell her exactly what I liked, and then she just ran with it. Our wedding flowers turned out absolutely perfect and created the soft, romantic look I had pictured. Dana is such an amazing floral artist! I got married June 24, 2012 and it was such a stormy day. Dana arrived to the Safety Harbor Spa on time and exceeded my expectations! The flowers we had chosen to use were shades of purples, pinks, and greens, and they were stunning. Before our wedding my husband and I met with Dana at her shop and she took the time to show us all the flowers. We even helped her design our wedding flowers, this was such a fun experience for us. On the day of our wedding we had to move our wedding to a new location with short notice due to the weather and I was so stunned to see what an amazing job Dana had done! She surprised me by adding extra flowers on an arch (we had not planned on the arch). I must admit it was such a great surprise when I got to the end of the aisle and looked up and saw such beautiful flowers above my husband and I. Dana was able to stay within my small budget by using the same flowers in the ceremony for our centerpieces. Dana made my wedding so elegant by adding her special touches with flowers.

I'm a UK bride so I had to do a lot of research to find all my wedding vendors ahead of our Clearwater FL wedding. But when I came across Dana, I knew my search for a florist had ended. We set up a meeting (we were in town for literally two days and did everything 'wedding' you can imagine - from a hair & make-up trial to an engagement shoot, visiting the venue, meeting the reverend and, of course, seeing Dana). My parents and (then) hubby to be were blown away by the service we received. I had emailed Dana my inspiration pics weeks (actually, maybe months!) before and she had them all printed out ready for our meeting. She'd sourced the exact blooms I wanted and took us into her workshop while she recreated the centrepieces I had shown her. And when I say 'recreated', they were identical to the pictures! She truly brought the images to life. On seeing those, I had absolutely zero concern that Dana would MORE than deliver on our wedding day. On the day itself, Dana arrived while I was getting makeup done. I had my back to the door and I could hear everyone cooing over the flowers before I even saw them! Then Dana appeared by my side with my bouquet and I was just about ready to cry! It was PERFECT! Exactly like the picture! In fact, EVERYTHING was just perfect! I ADORED my bouquet and was so sad to leave it behind when we flew two days later for our honeymoon. I had a few final 'holds' of it before I had to say goodbye! I went with lime cymbidiums for my hair to fit with our theme and they were just stunning. The groom's bouttoniere matched his green tie amazingly well - oh and the altar pieces! They were incredible! I was so pleased to see they had been moved down to our reception so I could keep on enjoying them! And the cake flowers - they just were, well, the icing on top! I didn't want to cut the cake - it was just too pretty! Dana also recreated a couple of ring pillows for me (I have two nephews, so each served as a ring bearer) and again - they were identical to the images I'd sent to her. Everyone was talking about them. I could go on and on, but you get the picture! :) If you just want flowers, go to a florist. But if you want 'floral art', you HAVE to see Dana! I wish I could do it all again now!

Provided the most beautiful flowers, for ceremony and reception. The cake was decorated so beautifully we didn't want to cut into it. Staff was on hand from ceremony to reception to move flowers around and keep everything looking beautiful.

I found out about Dana when I asked my best friend who did her wedding flowers because they were so amazing. I didn't even seek out other vendors, I knew I wanted her. For our initial meeting my husband and I met with her for several hours to come up with the vision we had for our wedding flowers. We told her our budget and we loved that she "wanted us to have it all on what we could afford". Our wedding flowers we gorgeous. We got SO MANY compliments on them. They were not just flowers, they were design pieces. We had lights, sea urchins, crystals and sea fans in addition to the flowers and greenery we chose. The only down side to flowers is having to pick what you want according to what attainable due to the season of the year! Dana was such a pleasure to work with and we are looking forward to using her again.

Dana was the most fun and creative vendor I worked with. She is an amazing, true artist! I am not at all creative, but she brought it out of me! She truly cares about her brides and their visions and her work shows it. She is extremely passionate and spent many hours with meeting with me and a bridesmaid, doing actual demonstrations and sketches of our bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, everything. Dana has not only done my wedding but she also did my brothers and my cousins. I can honestly say that she has the best floral designs in all of florida!!! Since we have had so many weddings in our family we have searched high and low for quality, service, and affordability. She has mached them all!!! Dana was just fantastic!! I basically just gave her my wedding colors and the general theme (polynesian/tropical) and she nailed it! I could not be happier! Dana was very very helpful. I had a general idea of what I wanted, and with providing her the color & theme for my wedding, her and I were able to come up with beautiful flowers. Dana will let you spend as much time with her as you want, going through different ideas, and actually putting together the flower arrangements if you want. She was prompt on setting them up and everything came out perfectly. She will meet your budget, and make it fit with what you want. You can get a lot more for your money than you think, and this is what Dana makes you believe. I love LOVE Dana. Oh where to begin? She did my flowers and centerpieces. Dana takes pride in what she does. She made me feel like I was her own daughter. Her prices didn't even come close to the other vendors I interviewed. I wasn't even planning on having centerpieces done but she worked it into my budget. I planned my wedding from out of town and Dana made it seem like she was next door. When I finally did make it to Clearwater we got together multiple times until the flowers and centerpieces were PERFECT. She knew exactly wat I wanted and didn't stop until she found the right flowers. Its been weeks since my wedding and I STILL have people talking about how beautiful my flowers were and how AMAZING my centerpieces were. Dana is AMAZING! She is truly a creative floral artist. I was sooooo happy with how our venue looked. Dana truly captured my vision and went above and beyond what we requested. Dana is an incredible artist not just a florist!! She created a beautiful elegant fairyland for our daughter's wedding. Dana did a wonderful job for our ceremony and reception. The bouquets and floral arrangements were absolutely gorgeous for our ceremony, and the centerpieces were perfect for our beachy theme. She spent numerous hours personally planning and designing our centerpieces, etc with us. She was able to come up with designs for us, but also incorporate what we already had in mind with ease. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.

Dana is amazing! From the moment I met her, she was so open and kind to helping me find the best look for my wedding flowers. She spent hours coming up with mock-ups with me. By the time the wedding day arrived, everything looked as it should have. She really is a talented artist and florist. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a florist! Brides will love her, as will photographers! Not to mention, she is such a kind lady! Must say I will miss talking with her. Bravo, Dana!

INCREDIBLY HAPPY with my wedding flowers from Dana.
The flowers were of great quality, plentiful in the bouquets and arranged perfectly.
The centerpieces were amazing and grand as well.
The chuppah could have used more flowers on it but overall and I so pleased with her work.

Dana was absolutly amazing and by far my favorite vendor. She really went above and beyond during the planning stage, meeting with us for hours on two seperate evenings. She also exceeded my expectations on the day of the wedding, using more flowers and making the arrangements even larger than we paid for. My only complaint was that she could sometimes be difficult to get ahold of, however it was never really an issue. Her talent and personalilty far make up for it. I would highly reccommend her to anyone!

Even though Dana can be difficult to get a hold of and might leave you wondering if it all is gonna come together, it always does. The arrangements were georgeous and the whole place smelled like fresh lillies. I had a lot of people inquire who we used the day of the wedding. I am so greatful for reviews like this since that is how we came to use her. Her work is fantastic and she is as sweet as they come!

I was given Dana's name by three of my other vendors, each letting me know what absolutely gorgeous work she did... and with each of their recommendations, they did warn me that Dana had a different working style than I might expect. I can not help but say that her and I had very different working styles -- she was a bit less organized than what I desired in a wedding vendor. (Repeatedly late to meetings, misplaced notes, she didn't tell me until our very last meeting that I would have to supply candles and batteries for the centerpieces, among other things -- nothing major at all - just a lot of little things that added up for me.) Truthfully, at one point I didn't think I could deal with the extra stress I was having worrying whether things were going to come out right and let her know I thought it would be best if I found another florist.... to her credit though, when that happened, we talked it out and she REALLY wanted to make it work and I very much appreciated that about her.

She is truly a good hearted, sweet, incredibly talented lady -- and to be completely fair and honest, I was a bit Bridezilla about my handheld bouquets because of a snafu in bridesmaid dress color that I was trying to make up for. I think if you already know specifically what you want or are willing to say "I want pink! Just give me pink!" and not be too specific, then she would be wonderful to work with. I think the fact that I did not know what I wanted caused some of the problems, as I was looking to her to help me figure it out and in turn, all she wanted was for me to get what I want (I did not know what that was though!)

Even though I found the planning process with her a bit stressful, I can completely and honestly say that my flowers turned out as everyone said that they would... GORGEOUS!!!!! I was not picky about the centerpiece flowers (we did submerged flowers and got SO many compliments!) or the ceremony arrangements other than just giving her a general idea of what I liked and colors I wanted, and they were beyond amazing. After the wedding, the gentleman that worked for her that was picking up the vases saw me and asked if everything was to my liking because Dana wanted to know if I was unhappy with anything -- I REALLY appreciated the fact that she cared enough to want to know if I was satisfied with how things turned out.

Dana did the flowers for my wedding and they were PERFECT. Other florists told me I could not get peonies due to the time of year (December), but Dana found me beautiful pink peonies and had them flown in and created my dream bouquet. Dana can be VERY difficult to get ahold of, because she puts all of her money and energy into making beautiful floral arrangements for people. She really needs to hire some administrative staff to help her field calls and then she would be great, but her work is impeccable and she is 100% committed to making your vision come to life. Also, she includes this wonderful session in which you can play with the flowers and actually see them arranged so you know what your flowers will look like. I got frustrated trying to get ahold of her during the process, but loved her work and her prices!

Dana really worked with my mother and I to create the vision that I had in my head. She had more creative ideas that made my flowers more beautiful than I could have imagined. We did run into trouble the day of the wedding. My mother went to pick-up the bouquets at the venue and they were not there, nor was Dana. When I got a hold of her she told me she didn't have enough orchids for our hair. (not what you want to hear on your wedding day) My mother helped her wire the orchids she could scrounge up, many of which were not usable. When my mother finally got the flowers and showed up at the hotel, my bright orange flowers were more pink than orange. Outside of the few snafoo's the flowers were BEAUTIFUL. The bouquets (with the exception of being the wrong color) were more amazing than I could have imagined. She also added flowers for the ceremony and it was Georgous. So alls-well-that-ends-well

Our florist knows how to do beautiful flowers but the groom and I were not happy with the way that she conducted business. We never got a contract from her and instead she took the paying parties credit card number to pay for the deposit and wrote it on a scrap piece of paper. She also did not listen to mine and the grooms concerns about price and went behind our backs to talk to the person who was writing the check. Overall, she did not take into consideration what the groom and I asked concerning the budget. The only good thing about this florist is that she knows how to design beautiful flower designs. I would not recommend going with her unless you have a very large budget with no concerns for price.

I think when you go with real flowers regardless of who your florist is, it tends to be a bit on the pricey side, but we had Orchids, so that made it a bit more expensive. Dana's work is BEAUTIFUL, and we were SO pleased with the designs she came up with for our day! She is a bit eccentric, but she knows design! Would recommend her to anyone else, and would consider using her again in the future for other events!
