Fall Fairytale!
I worked with John based in Livingston, NJ for my wedding and I cannot recommend him ENOUGH! John brought my fall vision to life and we received so many compliments from friends & family on how beautiful the decor was.
John was extremely patient with me as I had a very specific aesthetic in mind. He listened to my feedback and NAILED it! He is such a professional and I loved my experience. -

Superb Florist!
We had our wedding about a month ago and we chose to go with Dalsimer Spitz & Peck! We worked with John out in Livingston, NJ. He was very organized and knowledgeable. His experience put us at ease throughout the entire process. He brought our vision to life in the details and the colors. From our centerpieces to the beautiful arch of flowers for the ceremony, every single detail was spectacular. The flowers were super fresh. The crew was very professional and efficient. They even asked us before they left if there was anything else at all that we needed and if we were satisfied with what was there. They knew our venue (Crystal Plaza) very well and worked with the vendors also to have everything compliment each other. The bouquets perfectly complimented my bridal party colors. Their price was well-matched with the size of our wedding and budget. I would highly recommend Dalsimer Spitz & Peck as your florist! -

The entire team of Dalsimer Spitz and Peck was just wonderful to work with! They are very professional and very patient! On the day of my wedding I didn't have to worry about a single thing! You just tell them your vision and they will bring it to life. They were very easy to work with and I am really happy I choose them as my florist for my big day!! -

John from the Livingston office met with us in person twice. We continued our conversations through phone calls and text until he was absolutely sure that we would love the centerpieces. And we did. -

Dalsimer Spitz & Peck was the upmost professional and AMAZING VENDOR. The flowers that they had for our wedding were truly to DIE for. The arrangements were like 3 Feet tall! I never imagined them so beautiful in my wildest dreams! He made a sample for us without charging and he earned our trust. I knew that the flowers would be beautiful but he made sure every arrangement was filled PERFECTLY. It was the best wedding and everyone still talks about the flowers!!!! Bobby is the ABSOLUTE BEST! There is no other way to put it. He cares so much about his clients and he made sure to capture EVERY single DETAIL into the flowers. From the men’s corsages to the diamonds in my boquet. There are no words that would do him proper justice. Bobby really made our wedding the most beautiful event there was. He was extremely responsive and we would give Dalsimer Spitz & Peck a thousand stars if we could. Bobby was reasonable, detail oriented, punctual, and the payment was so easy. The flowers arrived perfectly and on TIME! Just an overall delight to work with Bobby and I would HIGHLY recommend for not only weddings but for any event. Bobby even took care of giving us some of the leftover arrangements the day after. He is INCREDIBLE and we LOVED him so much! We wish we could relive that night! It was the best night of our lives! -

We originally hired Dalsimer Spitz and Peck (Valley Stream) to do the flower arrangements for our daughters sweet 16. Hurricane Sandy hit and her party was cancelled. Dalsimer offered us a full credit and 5 years later we were able to use it for my Wedding. The arrangements and bouquets were absolutely exquisite. They are great communicators and masters of their trade. Thank you for adding such beauty to our special day. We can't wait to use you for our daughters wedding (in a very long time!!) -

Dalsimer is a fantastic wedding florist. We worked with Steve throughout the process. He spent a lot of time in their showroom (which is great by the way) and the venue with us understanding our vision. We were more than pleasantly surprised when Steve and his team nailed the samples. It was exactly what we wanted but even better. We were supposed to get married outside but when the weather did not cooperate, the ceremony was called inside. Dalsimer set up the indoor ceremony so well that we were actually happy that the original plan did not work out! We received so many compliments on how beautiful our ceremony décor was. The centerpieces, sweetheart table etc. for the reception were simply exquisite. We could not have asked for more. -

John and his floral decorating team were the absolute best and completely exceeded our expectations for our wedding! John was a great communicator throughout our wedding planning process. Him and his team put together the most beautiful arrangements at our ceremony space and reception - the guests are still talking about them! They even surprised us with extra floral arrangements in areas we originally did not pay for to elevate some spaces at our venue! I cannot thank John and his team enough! Book them, you will not regret it! -

It was a pleasure working with Dalismer on my wedding decor. I had a very specific vision in mind and they ended up nailing it! Steven and Michael were great and accommodated all of my requests. My face lit up when I saw the bouquets, chuppah, and ballroom for the first time- everything turned out gorgeous! Great Florist 100% Recommend
I highly recommend this company, they know how to do amazing wedding flowers on top of being so personable and professional (they don't skimp on flowers and service)!! We worked with Bobby, he is so knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with! I could not have been happier with how everything turned out, I really did love my flowers and my bridesmaids adored their bouquets!! The flowers also stayed fresh and beautiful looking for a couple days(4-6) after the wedding-this was great as our house looked so pretty for days after the wedding, when all our guests from out of town were visiting and staying at our place. Thank you so much Bobby and the rest of the staff for making our flower experience the best!! -

They did a great job!
I am so happy I chose to work with John and the rest of the Dalsimer, Spitz & Peck team for my fall Indian wedding. John was professional, easy to reach, and easy to work with which took a lot of stress out of planning. He has a variety of plants, colors, vases, stands, candles, and other decor to help design whatever decorations you want. He created a stunning backdrop for our sangeet, a beautiful mandap for our ceremony, and reception centerpieces that were exactly what I had envisioned. He was also flexible and realistic about timings for mockups, flower availability, and what color combinations would work. I would highly recommend John and Dalsimer, Spitz, and Peck for any event decor needs. -

DSP made our wedding a dream. From start to finish they made the process easy. Excellent communication over the phone and zoom made it possible to coordinate with them from the city. Flowers was what i was most nervous about. I had no idea what I wanted or what flowers should be included. Dalsimer, Spitz and Peck were phenomenal! They were great dealing with them and always a call or email away if I wanted to change something or had a question. The centerpieces and bouquets were beautiful! I could never have come up with any of it on my own. they even helped me with the floorpan of the tables and where the high and low centerpieces should go. I thought I knew what I wanted, but they know what they are doing. The room looked absolutely gorgeous the way they set them up. I am so glad I put my faith in them! -

We used Daisimer, Spitz and Peck for our September 17, 2016 wedding and they did an AMAZING JOB!!! Our flowers were simply stunning!! They exceeded expectations! We worked with Stephen, who is one of the owners, and he was amazing. He created the most beautiful arrangements. And my boutique was just perfection. He totally got our vision and completely delivered. Stephen even met us at our venue and did a walk though about a month before the wedding and we walked through each room discussion the design. The flowers were so fresh and such high quality - they lasted over a week after our wedding! I cannot say enough about how awesome Stephen was and how much we loved our flowers. It was simply stunning!!! -

We discovered DD&P at our first site visit to our wedding venue. They were setting up for a wedding that night. John blew us away with the most beautiful floral arrangements, including center pieces and bouquets. John worked with our budget but managed to still give me the flowers of my dreams. -

10/10 We worked directly with Steven Dalsimer and he was a bit pushy at first. But his prices were unbeatable! We did negotiate with him and changed around what we wanted a few times in order to meet our budget requirements. However, because they only do events we were never once concerned about them being able to handle our wedding. Everything was gorgeous from there! We had 3 tiered floating candles with orchids inside and petals and votives for our tables. They put petals on the piano where we had a few pictures displayed, which we didn’t even ask or pay for!!! They also decorated our sweetheart table and card table exactly how I envisioned it. For the cake, we paid for a cake box which was clear plexi-glass with red rose petals inside. It was amazing! They came up with the idea for us as a change and something different than the traditional cake stand. They also decorated the fireplace behind the sweetheart table which was perfect and better than I could imagine. I didn’t expect for it to look that good and classic. Highly recommend! -

He took the reins when we needed his guidance yet listened when we were particular about a few things. He provided the most beautiful arrangements for the entire wedding from beginning to end. They are a full-service one-stop shop and take the hard work out of decorating. They offer a large array of options to beautify your space, just ask! We had such an amazing experience working with Bobby, Michael, and the DSP team for our wedding. From the moment we walked in the door of their showroom to the morning of our wedding, Bob, Michael, and their team were there and made sure we had everything we wanted while staying within our budget. We really felt like Bobby and Michael wanted to make our vision come to life. Bobby and Michael continuously encouraged us to provide feedback, and were very helpful throughout the whole process. On the morning of my wedding when my bouquet arrived I asked Michael to rearrange the flowers - without hesitation, he went back to his truck to get his tools and he created exactly what I wanted. We received many compliments on our flower arrangements and flower arch. They went above and beyond to make our wedding the most perfect day ever. We highly recommend Bobby, Michael, and the DSP team.

Best florist on long island!
We are so thrilled to recommend Dalsimer Spitz & Peck. Our wedding at The Royalton in Roslyn was even more spectacular and beautiful because of the gorgeous floral arrangements designed by Bobby and his amazing team. The Chuppah and centerpieces were just as magnificent as we had envisioned and discussed. On the day of the wedding, we had an incredible group putting it all together, and they were so happy to accommodate any changes or suggestions we presented. Perfection!
I worked with Bobby, the owner, who was extremely attentive and patient. He made sure that I was happy every step of the way. As someone who is very particular and not always the most easy going, I was made to feel at ease and in control throughout the entire process. I was blown away with how the decor/flowers came out on my wedding day — it was everything I asked/hoped for and more! -

We used Spitz & Peck because they were on the florist list (we had to pick one) from the Yale Club. We visited several florists on the list and felt that Spitz & Peck provided the best value and were the most professional. I was a little hesitant because they had several negative reviews, but my experience was great. The only caveat is that the week of my wedding, the company apparently sold to another flower company and my contact (Wade) was no longer with the florist. Nevertheless, my event was completely seamless, the flowers were gorgeous, everything was better than I imagined. For a Manhattan florist, he was willing to work within our budget, and still provide beautiful flowers. -
