    Great service and a sweet deal compared to other vendors. Plenty of options H2 Hummer, party bus, limousine, trolley, charter bus and quick service

    We used the party bus for a trip to the intersection and had a great time as we stayed at their vacation rental house on the lake that was awesome 4 story house with 9 bedrooms Campau Lake house and included transportation to the show and back! Only one problem a lot of snow that weekend!

    DADDS provided us with awesome service. I booked them for my bachelorette party and the wedding day so they were very nice about giving us a discount for booking both. We had the same driver both weekends who was very good!! Also our bus was having some issues on the bachelorette night so while we were stopped at a bar our driver drove back and upgraded us to the nicest limo they owned :) and he was back within 20 minutes, AWESOME customer service!

    Dadd's was always available to contact and flexible when we changed the locations. Pricing is great. Our driver was there on time, very courteous and professional. The limo was clean and came fully stocked.

    My groomsmen splurged on this. They paid to rent a super-stretch Ford Excursion Limosine. I have absolutely no idea what it cost but it was great. We were able to fit the entire wedding party inside. We drove around town before arriving at our reception. The ride was great, we had enough champagne and flutes for a toast amongst everyone and after the champagne was gone we had beer, wine and other types or liquer.

    They are always nice and helpful when you call with questions. The driver was very nice and professional. We had a wonderful time on our bud trip from the wedding to the reception!

    Dadds Limo Transportation was awesome! We had a great experience and a great time! Our driver was awesome as well, very professional and happy to help!

    Our driver was great! She was peppy and cleaned up our cooler that spilled all over while we were inside.

    We originally booked a charter bus, but they showed up with a free upgrade... a wrap around limo bus!

    The bus was nothing amazing, but it was clean and nice. There was no addaptor for an IPOD, so we scrambled for a CD.

    Overall, a great experience.

    Pretty resonable and very flexible. I was calling everyday to change times and locations just before the wedding. However, the limos were so so. We had a 14 person one in the morning to take us to the church-it was rusted all over and smelled of urine inside but did the job of getting us to the church. After the ceremony we had the hummerlimo-very nice except the moon/sun roof was busted and plywood was placed over top- a little tacky but no big deal.

    The service was great, and they were very flexible, as we changed our minds many times before finalizing what we wanted to do for our big day. Our driver was a little bit kooky, but he was fun.

    I used a 47 passenger coach bus for my wedding to shuttle guests to/from the reception venue. I was slightly nervous about using Dadd's because I had heard a bad review from a friend previously. However, the bus driver made sure to call me the night before the wedding and eased all of my fears. He was right on time to pick up the guests and even offered to provide extra trips if needed. My only complaint is that he continually approached the DJ between 1030-1045pm and had him announce that the last bus was leaving, even though we had specified that wouldn't happen until 1130pm. We had to make sure to tell our friends they didn't have to leave yet. All of my guests were raving the next day about how much fun they had taking the bus back to the hotel at the end of the night, so it must have been a good time!

    There driver was ontime, professional, and personable. We had the booked the 24 passenger excursion, wanting extra room for our 14 person bridal party. Once we added two photographers, my sister in law and two flower girls it felt full. We resevered a "bridal take home" as well and were expecting a town car to come get us and bring us to the hotel, but the driver stayed with the excursion which was a nice surprise. THe online booking/reservation is not very user friendly and I think that we might have been able to get a better deal if we looked around more, but overall we were pleased with the services.

    Satisfied Customer

    DADDS ended up being a good choice for our wedding party bus. I was a little nervous a few months out, but it ended up working out. We had some big changes to our timeline due to COVID and it took a looooong time to get those confirmed. I never got a response to any of my emails, so it’s definitely better to talk to them over the phone. If you get Ron on the phone, ask to speak to Chad as it seems he handles all party bus bookings. Our driver was very friendly, but was not wearing a mask like we’d requested with Chad. The bus was new, clean, and specious. We had brought along our own speaker and cooler for ease, but they provided ice in the built-in buckets. Overall, we had a great time on the bus as we traveled between our different locations throughout the day!

    Initially upon booking I was excited about the Hummer Stretch Limo that we rented....until I recieved a phone call the day before my wedding stating that they had no pick up/drop off information from me. I called two or three times to give this information and it still did not get into the right spot. The limo was awesome....but had very little air conditioning and be prepared for an 80.00 tip in addition to your fee. I was a little dissapointed over all with the limo experience, but it did get us from point A to point B and our bridal party had a good time.

    DADDS was the only place we found with a vehicle as large as we needed for our wedding party. Price was good although our driver was 15 minutes late picking us up, there was no A/C in our bus and driver could have been a little more professional in demeanor and dress. Overall, got the job done, but have definitely had better experiences in the past.

    They showed up on time and took us where we wanted to go. Nothing amazing, but it was fine. They required a $25 cash tip to the driver, which I thought was strange, since all we did was go about 15 or 20 miles bride and groom limo ride to the hotel and we had to pay like $130, but that was about market rate for a holiday and my Husband really wanted to ride in a Limo, so what was fine.

    I would not suggest DADDS. They were horrible to work with. They must have called me and my fiance 20 times after we had our reservation made to see if we wanted to use them. Their system didn't seem to tell them that we already had a reservation. This was the only thing I was worried about on the day of the wedding. They did show up and on time, but that was about it. We were told the limo would be much bigger and there weren't even champagne glasses... what limo doesn't have those?

    We regretted booking these guys in attempt to save a little money on transportation. My wedding party of 12 barely fit in the 14 person, old limo and I sweated all the way to the church as the air condition was almost non-existent on a 90+ degree day. The driver got lost on the way to pick up the second load and we barely made it to the church on time. Not the best.

    Shady people

    at first the company seemed very flexible because we had to change our timeline from six hours to 3 1/2 because some of the parents could not afford the limo, then 35 minutes before the limo needed to be at our high school I got a phone call saying that the limo wasn’t even in the garage for the limo driver to drive to our destination!!!! I gave them an extra half hour but told them our kids needed to be at their restaurant reservation by 630 and if they did not get to the school by six that as parents would need to drive all our kids to the restaurant! well they never made it at six and was supposed to be at our school at 5:25 PM!!! what an inconvenience!! I was in tears because I wanted to make this a special night for our seniors! The limo ended up at the restaurant and our kids were in the limo for not more than 10 minutes to be taken from the restaurant to their prom! The limo was in poor condition with no air-conditioning and no music and on their website said that all their limos were newer and updated which was not true!! The owner is a nightmare to deal with and have the audacity to charge me the whole entire amount on my credit card when they did not fulfill their contract! I would never recommend this company to anybody!

    100 degree weather. No AC. No Refund.

    Driver was fine. The Limo was not. The AC was literally blowing hot air on us on a 100 degree day in July. We released the drivers hours early and used Ubers everywhere else for the rest of the day. Embarrassing to say the least. Who doesn't want sweat stains in their wedding photos? When asked about a partial refund for our troubles, the owner literally said (in his 5th grade vocabulary) that the Limos AC wasn't designed to work in hot weather. Wow. When is it designed to work then? When its cold? Avoid them like the plague.

    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. There was gum on the seats of the limo we rented for our wedding. The carpets were FILTHY. My wedding dress was dirty by the time I showed up at the church. The "party" bus we rented didn't have ipod access, looked NOTHING like the pictures advertised, AND the roof was falling down. When I called to complain the staff was dismissive and uncooperative. The managers even admitted to the broken roof and still refused to make the situation right. After several phone calls and e-mails they still refused to give me a credit. After they agreed to pay for cleaning my dress, they changed the terms of our deal and were rude about the entire situation. SAVE YOUR MONEY book someone else. Completely UNSATISFIED!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

    This vendor was terrible. We booked a bus several months early. When we checked back to confirm, they had double booked our bus. I was promised a bus with tables that sat 15. When the bus arrived at the church, it was an old broken down van bus. The driver was rude and insisted on his $150 tip before we boarded the bus! To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working! This experience was terrible. When we called to complain, we were told, "sorry, nothing we can do about it now." I highly recommend staying as far away from this company as possible.

    This vendor was difficult to deal with. I used them to provide transportation for my guests to and from our wedding reception. I told them MULTIPLE times that I would not be riding the bus, so I wanted a quote that included EVERYTHING (fee, tax, driver, tip, everything) so that I could pay ahead of time. After 20+ exchanged emails, they finally sent me a confirmation that reflected the total price, I called and paid by credit card. I received multiple phone calls and emails after the fact asking if we wanted to book (we already booked and paid in full!). Their system didn't recognize this. I received a call a few days before the wedding asking for addresses, when I gave them addresses in the booking contract.

    After the wedding, I get a call from "Tammy" saying that somebody had been trying to get ahold of us all week (nobody from DADDS called me except to find out if somebody lost a bracelet on the bus) and that she was sending me to collections for not paying the driver. A bunch of BS. I sent her the copy of the contract with the driver fee included along with a copy of the confirmation of payment.

    Wow...they were horrible. Please don't ever use Dadd's Limo service. When the limo showed up it had rust on the outside and the inside smelled of smoke and was very dirty looking. We all got in the limo and it pulled about 1 foot away from the curb at the church and it died. They looked under the hood and couldn't figure out what to do. We all had to climb in seperate cars to go to the park for pictures and then to the reception site. To make things worse, the company did not contact us after the wedding to give us a refund. My husband had to call them at least 4 times before he talked to someone that sort of knew what was going on. We ended up getting a full refund but we had to pull a lot of teeth to even talk to the correct person about this. Please don't ever use this limo service.
