Dabney made our wedding the day of our dreams! She did an exceptional job by tending to every detail during the planning process. She provided us lots of great ideas as well as brought up tons of things we would never think of to account for and plan for. It made the day go so seamless and Dabney seemed effortlessly on top of every single detail during the day. Dabney was proactive in setting up meetings and calls with us to make sure we had every detailed ironed out. Her design and signage support completely captured the vision of our wedding and she helped make our wedding totally us!! We couldn't have imagined our wedding without her. 100/10 would recommend you go with Dabney! -

Hire Dabney’s Designs for your dream wedding!
Dabney’s Designs made our wedding dreams come true! From start to finish, Dabney went above and beyond to make every detail perfect. Before I could even think of something like blue napkins to match our custom crest (which Dabney designed!), she had already found them! She did the same with the menu in the shape of the crest, the escort table, cocktail rounds, flower arrangements, and the entire ballroom design. I am very picky, and I LOVED everything she would show me. She truly listens to her brides (and their partners/families). Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed—stunning flowers, beautiful signage, delicious food, and an incredible band!
Our guests were absolutely blown away, and we’ve had 10 or more friends say they want their weddings to be just like ours! Dabney and her team took care of everything, connecting us with the best vendors. If you want a wedding that’s seamless, unforgettable, and full of love, we can’t recommend Dabney’s Designs enough! -

Dabney provided us with the most amazing assistance in getting ready for our wedding. She listened to all the details of the scope and the style of the wedding we had in mind, and helped us turn all of our thoughts and dreams into a perfect weekend in Cancun. Dabney assisted in every detail from the design of the invitations, to welcome bags for our guests, and we benefitted greatly from her experience when working with the photographers and onsite event coordinators. By the time the event came, it all went so smoothly because everything had been thought through. Thank you so much for all the hard work -

Our destination wedding in Cancun was nothing short of magical, and it’s all thanks to Dabney! Dabney was such a joy to work with— she is organized, extremely detail oriented, communicative, and full of great ideas. She made the entire process so smooth and stress-free, ensuring every detail was ready well in advance of the big day.
From the moment we first connected with Dabney, she took the time to understand our vision and was dedicated to making our day uniquely ours. She created a suite of stunning custom materials that perfectly captured the “sentimental sunset” elegance we wanted, including a personal monogram, beautifully themed invitations, custom signage, and a plethora of goodies for our welcome bags! Every piece she created felt unique, personal, and perfectly tailored to us.

Dabney planned and coordinated my wedding and made the whole process seamless. She truly thinks of every last detail to make your day perfect. Her team is organized, efficient, and on top of their stuff! We greatly benefitted from her design expertise not only in ceremony and reception layout but also with creating signage and a beautiful invitation suite. I could not imagine going through the wedding planning process without someone and focused and organized as Dabney! -

If you are considering working with Dabney as your wedding coordinator or planner, go ahead and do yourself a favor by BOOKING HER! Truly was such an amazing experience to work with her and her team. From the first time me & my now husband met with her, we could tell how passionate she is about weddings and making sure everything is just right. Dabney makes sure every detail, whether small or large, is accounted for, leaving no stone unturned. She discusses all of the details and decisions you need to make/can make with you, so even if it is something you are not including for your wedding day or are okay with passing on, you have all the information about it and are able to make an informed decision on the matter. Over the course of our time working with her, I met with her several times and each meeting was so valuable - she would bring up very helpful information and ideas that I had never even thought of (and probably wouldn’t have thought of if it wasn’t for her). Her creativity is off the charts and it shows, as she created our bar sign, reception programs, welcome sign, vow books, and so much more! We told her we really wanted to give our wedding a personal touch, and she really helped us deliver this! She added our beloved cat onto our bar sign, helped our vision come to life with our table numbers having our baby pictures on them, just so many small details that made our wedding feel like us. And if you are someone who values organization, Dabney has you covered! Her online planning portal she uses makes everything so accessible, easy to find, and helps you stay organized and on top of everything you need to handle. Many people say that on your wedding day, there is at least one thing that will go “wrong” or not according to plan - and I can honestly say that this was not the case for my wedding! Dabney made sure everyone, whether a guest, wedding party member, family, vendor, had all the information they needed and were well taken care of and where they needed to be at all times. I felt so much more at ease on my wedding day knowing Dabney had things under control. She made many stressful situations so much easier, and I can’t thank her enough for that. So do yourself a favor, and BOOK DABNEY DESIGNS! -

Dabney and her team are flawless. She went above and beyond at every single turn to make sure our wedding day was everything we wanted and more. Her attention to detail was outstanding, bringing to life so many aspects of our personalities and giving our wedding character. I am pretty meticulous myself, but Dabney blew my mind with her creativity and thoroughness. Creating a custom monogram, guest welcome bags, napkins, newspapers, vow books, thoughtful seating chart details, and so much more doesn't even begin to encompass everything she put together. And her online planning portal made everything so easy for me to keep up with.
Throughout the wedding day, there were "emergencies" happening that I never had a clue about, and as a bride, having peace of mind on your wedding day is so important. Dabney handled it all and made sure that my day was as easy as possible. She and Hayden calmed my nerves any time I got overwhelmed and kept everything running as scheduled.
I would recommend Dabney's Designs to anyone planning a wedding or celebration. I am so excited to review that I couldn't even wait for all of the photos to come in from the day so I'm including a few, but I'm sure more will be on her business Instagram when they arrive!!! @dabneys_designs -

Absolutely Amazing!
Dabney and her team made the entire wedding planning process, from consultation to execution, absolutely effortless! Her attention to detail, especially minute personalized details you would never think of, was endlessly impressive. On the day of my wedding, I didn't have to lift a finger because Dabney and her team were always five steps ahead of everything with solutions already in place for any potential issues that arose. I am forever grateful for everything they did so that I could truly, thoroughly enjoy the best day of my life! -
