Debra was the most amazing person to work with throughout the wedding planning process. She is always smiling and extremely helpful. She created a beautiful masterpiece for our wedding day. I would highly recommend her services to everyone.

The most amazing bouquet and centerpiece I've ever seen! She took my boho inspired ideas and brought them to life. She even made the flower crown I wore using all her own ideas and beautiful real flowers. I loved everything, and it made our wedding that more beautiful!

Everything from start to finish was perfect with a Debra! She is so sweet and professional and very very talented! I would send her pictures of what I wanted for my bridal bouquet as well as for my maid of honor and she just nailed it. She did a lovely combination of succulents and flowers in a fall color arrangement. I can't thank her enough. Everything was more perfect than I could of imagined! :-) highly reccomended!

Debra went above and beyond to make our wedding so beautiful and true to our vision. From the first minute of our consultation, Debra showed a genuine interest in our relationship, interests, and design ideas. She is a joy to work with and always has the biggest smile! After seeing how our flowers turned out, it is obvious she puts a ton of energy and care into every wedding she does. We loved how everything turned out, and for a great value. Debra is a delight to work with and went above my expectations. The bouquets, boutonnieres, and center pieces were amazing! I created a pinterest board of ideas that she could use for inspiration. I have swatches of the colors I wanted and she did everything spot on. She makes exquisite arrangements that blew my mind. I highly recommend her for any floral needs. I will definitively use her in the future.

Debra was amazing!! She was able to create the EXACT image of the flowers that I had in my head. I wanted sunflowers with wildflowers and had sent her a picture. When my mom picked up my bouquet and groom's boutonniere we were very pleased! Wonderful experience working with her through Whole Foods Market.

How did I ever get so lucky to find Debra and snag her as my florist for my wedding? Where do I even begin to describe the awesomeness that is Debra and D. Sweet Pea Floral? I'm still overwhelmed with gratitude to Debra and her team and all that they did to make my wedding day flowers absolutely perfect. Debra's taste level and creative influence were absolutely perfect and right on par for the earthy, rustic, greenery heaven feel I was going for. I showed her exactly what I was wanting in terms of look and feel, but left the specific flowers up to her judgement, and we agreed she could make decisions based on the market at the time, so she could get the best volume of the biggest and prettiest flowers available when she was ordering for my wedding.

The outcome? She nailed it. The flowers were absolute perfection and even prettier than I imagined-- I know that sounds cliche but it is the truth!

I planned my wedding from Houston, and Debra and I only met once in person for a walk through at my venue (Vista on Seward Hill) and honestly that was all we needed. Everything else was communicated and taken care of via email which is always my preference. She even let us pay with credit card which is a big bonus (points!) and one less vendor check to have to worry about. I had my set budget and original "wish list" I created and sent out to probably about 20 local Austin florists. I would say about five came back to me saying they could actually do everything on my list and keep within my budget, Debra being one of them.

She was so easy to work with, and just the most genuinely sweet person you will ever meet. Having her positive spirit a part of my planning process and my wedding day was just the icing on the cake. Of all the choices I had and decisions I had to make for my wedding, I can say without a doubt that choosing Debra as my florist was the best one I made.

Dee was great for our wedding! I felt like we connected really well with her in our meeting leading up to the wedding, and she took our vague ideas about what we wanted and turned them into a beautiful design. Dee is kind, responsive, and just a good person to work with. Her team was professional and they gave us great value for the money.

Debra is absolutely amazing. She was a joy to work with. Debra created beautiful corsages and boutonnieres for our wedding, along with an incredible centerpiece. She was accommodating, helpful, and very flexible. I would absolutely hire D.Sweetpea's Custom Floral for future floral needs!

Debra came to my rescue just four weeks before my wedding after two other florists had fallen through. She talked to me about my ideas, filled in where I had no clue what I wanted, and managed to create the ideal flowers for my quirky wedding and tastes. Although I could not have described to her what I wanted, what she gave me was exactly what I had been hoping (and failing) to find. She met my limited budget, she delivered to my venue on time (even early), and she was just a joy to work with.

I look forward to working with Debra on any floral-related project I have in the future!

I used D. Sweetpea Floral for my wedding at Chateau Bellevue in downtown Austin and would highly recommend Debra for bridal bouquets and table arrangements. Debra was very flexible and was able to create beautiful arrangements while respecting my budget concerns. Debra was also able to accommodate some last minute changes just a few weeks before the wedding. I feel she provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions while at the same time maintaining very competitive prices. She was able to understand my vision and create exactly what I wanted.

I was horrified when I went to a Bridal event in Austin for my wedding only to find out floral design services were charging $5000-$10,000 MINIMUM for their services. I almost cried myself to sleep thinking I was not going to be able to afford the floral pieces I envisioned for my wedding.

Miraculously, I ran into DSweetPeas online and set up a consult immediately with Debra. She was detail oriented (just like me!) and really put my interests and vision as her client ahead of her own.

On my wedding day, she set up everything so I (nor my family) had to do the work. I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by my wedding flowers!!! It was incredible and MORE beautiful than what I had envisioned. I was brought to tears by her work, I can't tell you how GORGEOUS and PERFECT everything was (and I am a VERY picky bride!) - my bouquet, the altar, the centerpiece on the buffet....her work is unbelievable. My guests were BLOWN AWAY as well!! On top of it all, she was EXTREMELY affordable. I will recommend her to all my friends for their floral needs and she will have my business for life. I fell in love with her work and her fantastic personality. Thank you Debra!! I am forever grateful for your incredible talent.

Debra was an absolute joy to work with. I gave her a few inspiration photos from a Mexican-themed wedding of beautiful brightly colored poppies and peonies in terracotta pots scattered with succulents. Not only did Debra follow the design parameters, she actually produced designs that were a million times more amazing than the inspiration photos! She was aware of our budget and had great suggestions for how to recreate the inspiration photos using more budget-friendly flowers. Her delivery was flawless and swift, and I felt like we really got an amazing deal for such high-quality work. I would definitely work with Debra again and have recommended her to several friends. I like that she has a smaller operation, it really allowed us to work directly with her as opposed to several staff members. I liked that high level of trust and contact.

I used D.Sweetpea's and was absolutely amazed how great they were.
Debra is so caring and sweet and made the floral and decor part of my wedding the easiest
part of the day BY FAR.
Her consultation was fast and easy. She knew exactly what I wanted and made suggestions
that ended up saving me a TON of money.

She was so great that I decided to use her services for doing all the decor for the reception as well!

I met with Debra and we discussed my wedding colors: black, mint green, and coral red. I mentioned that I was looking for succulents and poppies, a very unique look, also aquatic in feeling. I figured this would be a tall and very specific order, but was pleasantly surprised when Debra pulled up pictures on her ipad and helped me find additional flowers. I ended up choosing ranunculus instead of poppies as poppies were not in season and Debra had my budget in mind. She also clued me in that chocolate cosmos as an accent flower would be black at that time of year and introduced me to pin-cushion proteas which are coral red in color and look like an underwater plant, especially when in same arrangement as succulents. She was sure to find succulents as close to mint green as possible, and came up with the idea of using poppy pods as bouttonieres. From the table centerpieces of which there were 35(half floating candle and succulents in water over large black stones--half floral arrangements), to the bouquets and boutonnieres for our 20 person wedding party plus relatives, to my bouquet that was absolutely stunning, our wedding felt absolutely us. I don't know how many compliments I received about the flowers--lots! and she even decorated the aisle i walked down, lining it expertly with white rose petals, oh and she took care of cake flowers and farewell petals as well, working with me on a personal touch of paper cones. She was prompt, everything was set up and she helped the guys pin on their flowers, and everything was cleared out and taken to Christopher House, a local hospice, for a lesser fee. Ours was a wedding with 350 guests, and Debra took care of everything. I would absolutely use D SweetPeas for any wedding/event you have. I kid of wish i could get married every year to see what she creates that is so perfect for me. She listens, she's knowledgeable, she's available, and she will come through for your event. Thank you Debra! You made our day bloom!

It was fun to work with Debra and finding a reasonable price for my bridal/bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages! I loved my deep purple lisianthus/lavender rose combination in my bouquet! A few of the flowers from my bouquet and Matron of Honor's unfortunately were starting to go limp before the ceremony even started so we had to improvise a little with keeping the bouquets together. Nonetheless, she did a great job in making our flowers beautiful!

Debra is amazing! She is an honest vendor and She can customize the look you want to work within your budget. I wanted blooming branches as my centerpieces and even though they weren't in bloom, Debra was able to make it happen! I would definitely recommend her!

Debra did a phenomenal job on the floral arrangements for my wedding at The Driskill last January. She was a pleasure to work with, and is very reasonable with pricing. I interviewed a couple "top/high dollar" florists in Austin, and was not as impressed as I was when I first met with Debra.

Everyone at the wedding commented on how beautiful the arrangements were, and I could not be more pleased with her work. She incorporated all of the colors I love and really captured my style in her arrangements. I would highly suggest you check her out for your wedding too!

I have had the pleasure of working with Debra and her team in several different capacities over the years. D.Sweetpea's was my go-to florist when I was an Event Planner at Whole Foods Market, she has hosted a "flower power party" as part of my friend's baby shower, she has created a beyond gorgeous custom purple memorial arrangement for my best friend AND she handled all of my wedding flowers this past October! Deb could not possibly be any sweeter, her prices are incredibly reasonable and she takes such special care of her clients. She will do everything in her power to bring your vision to life. #Perfection :)

What can I say....Debra did an AMAZING job! Debra designed a flower chandelier to hang from our ceremony pergola which was just stunning and the perfect size. I hope she puts the pictures of our flowers on her website!!
