  Wonderful!

  Coleen was a great DJ and was very communicative with us! She was so sweet on our wedding day and helped me out when I felt under the weather! A true joy and a wonderful vendor!

  Daniel and Colleen are great to work with. They listen to what you want and make it happen. They use online planning forms for weddings to make it as easy as possible for the couple to choose how they want their night to go. Colleen called to check in with me as the date approached and she was quick to respond to any last minute questions I had. They did a great job with introductions and transitions (moving our guests from one location to another, announcing us, the cake cutting, etc). They were exactly the kind of DJs I wanted: the make everything run flawlessly but never drew unnecessary attention to themselves. They were perfect!

  These guys were awesome! They kept our party going all night long. They took my specific requests and actually listened to what I wanted... No LINE Dancing! The music they played was based off of our requests and then they filtered in music based off of that. I would absolutely utilize them again! Great MC's and great DJ's

  We couldn’t have asked for more from a DJ. D and C did such a fantastic job and were so easy to work with. Daniel and Coleen are a fantastic team and did so much more than just music and announcements. They were totally in sync with our venue and officiant to provide mic services and music during our ceremony. We gave them very little input into our music selection outside of the specific wedding dances (bride and groom, father/daughter, etc) and they kept everyone on the dance floor for most of the night. We had several people tell us before hand that they weren’t going to dance at all or would only dance to one song but they ended up dancing all night. We had some odd A/V requests from our wedding party and D and C helped to accommodate them. We would definitely recommend D and C for weddings.

  They were great to work with and kept everyone dancing throughout the reception. They were super sweet and even brought me water & fanned me when I had to take a break to cool off from dancing. They are great people, great djs, and a great business. I highly recommend them :)

  My husband, Brian, and I got married on March 22nd at Kindred Oaks in Georgetown, Texas. D&C Entertainment was one of their suggested reception DJs. Colleen worked our wedding and was very easy to work with and friendly. Their website is set up so that you can request a play/do not play list, you can enter what songs you want for your important dances, etc. You can also see what they own and request a certain number of songs at no extra cost. The reception was a blast! She took requests from the guests and played a good mix and slow and fast songs. We had a great time and would definitely recommend them to any couple!

  Coleen and Daniel are the best. They made sure that the wedding music was the way we wanted it. I love that they have a request list for the guests that we could go through before the wedding. The music quality was great and so was the lighting they provide. I had so many compliments on the music and the wide range of music that they provide. They were awesome. They were also great with giving suggestions on music if I was having a difficult time choosing wedding march music and etc. They were very helpful. If you want your music done the way you want it done, go to these two, they will make sure your wedding music is perfect.

  The ceremony music was at just the right volume, was clear and crisp, and transitioned smoothly from song to song. I had been concerned due to the outdoor venue and the limestone cliff; but you took everything into account. The reception was even more fun - you provided a great mix of our musical tastes based on the little info we gave; and you moved all the reception events along while keeping a low profile as we had requested, It was perfect - we had a great time, and could not be more pleased.

  We had a great time and our guests gave us lots of compliments on the flow of the wedding, which was made possible by our DJ! I cant emphasize enough how much the flow and structure of the wedding is guided by the involvement of the DJ. This is not something that we could have handled on our own, and since the DJ found and informed us 15 minutes prior to each activity, things went as planned and allowed us to stay on track.
  
  Oh, and of course the entertainment factor! We were allowed to customize songs for any part of the ceremony and reception, and also make more general selections for dance music. A couple of more obscure songs were requested and even purchased by D & C Entertainment during the wedding just to make our day even more special.   Daniel and Coleen provided the music for my son's wedding and did a fantastic job.   If you want an OVER THE TOP party you will not go wrong with Daniel and Coleen! We are from Wisconsin and hired them for our daughter's wedding at Red Corral Ranch in Wimberley online. We were blessed to find them. Felt like family right from the start! I can't say enough about the Great sound, music selection and personal attention. We can't thank them enough for a WONDERFUL WEDDING PARTY! They are truly awesome! You'd be lucky to get them at your party!

  Colleen and the D&C staff did a great job at our wedding! She came into the bride's quarters to let me know she was there and setting up (with plenty of time before the event started). They set up and did the music for the ceremony (which was awesome!) and quickly set up for the reception. Not only was Colleen responsive to my guest's requests, but she was also on-top of announcing all the events on time! Because of her efficiency, we never once faltered from our schedule and everything went as planned. Colleen was polite and a fantastic DJ - I highly recommend her and her group to anyone needing a reliable and great DJ!

  Music makes the moments! My now Husband and I love music. It fills our homes, cars, ears and hearts often. Knowing this, the music for our wedding was critical. The DJs were outstanding. Their online site took me a minute to get use to but once we did we were rocking and rolling! It lets you pick songs for every dance you want as well as pick themes for sections like "Dinner Music". This was perfect and just what we were looking for. Furthermore, they kept the party going. Our dance floor was packed! We even had a conga line at one point! The announcers were fun, clearly spoken, and timely. Great group!

  Coleen was the DJ for our wedding on 7/28/11 and she was great. Daniel was also there helping out all evening. These two did an amazing job. From adjusting the lighting package for us because we were suppose to have a guest that couldn't do strobe lights, to their awesome online client portal that made everything soooooo easy for us to use. We did our music request list online, a time line, and some other options that just made the process very smooth. I put a lot of trust in these two since I lived in a different city I had booked the services and hadn't even met them until the month before my wedding :) They did an excellent job and I would hire them again! Thank you both for an awesome time!

  I would just like to let someone know of the poor experience we had with D & C Entertainment. I keep seeing all these wonderful reviews about them, but for my reception, they weren't so wonderful. We gave them a detailed timeline of how the events were to take place during the reception, went over the pronunciation of names for the wedding party, bride and groom with the DJ (Trenda) the night before the wedding; however, the DJ (who was not Daniel or Colleen) did not stick to the timeline, added some of her own music to the list, and butchered the names of the bridal party, bride, and groom. Daniel arranged the bridal party prior to the introductions (which he clearly does not have a grasp on handling crowds). No one was listening to what he was trying to do. The DJ, Trenda, made a disaster out of the introduction I put together... She had to continue turning off the music to announce who the members of the bridal party and families were b/c she could not talk over the music. She did not have a loud enough voice. She seemed to cater well to the kiddos and played kid music, but that was not what we asked for. Additionally, we were charged an additional fee of $150 for the extra time we asked for and was told we would get 2 extra speakers for the room because apparently the DJ did not realize that our venue was as big as it was (even though from the very beginning we told him where we were having the reception). The DJ did not stay for the extra time b/c they were not needed, nor did they use the 2 extra speakers that were promised. I am very disappointed with D & C Entertainment and I will NOT be recommending them to my friends. The one positive thing I have to say is that all our guests seemed to enjoy themselves and were not aware of what we were aware of from the DJ.

The DJ did not stay for the extra time b/c they were not needed, nor did they use the 2 extra speakers that were promised. I am very disappointed with D & C Entertainment and I will NOT be recommending them to my friends. The one positive thing I have to say is that all our guests seemed to enjoy themselves and were not aware of what we were aware of from the DJ.

  This event was a difficult one...
  The timeline was in fact seriously destroyed by factors outside of the DJs control. The bride and groom were late, several wedding party members were late and the mariachi band was delayed. The bride refused to have the introductions until all the party arrived (almost 30 minutes late as the ceremony was elsewhere). I had the party lined up and ready but the delay grated on the guests nerves. There were about 30 people to be introduced! They had elderly that could not wait in line for the late members. The kids in line ran off and several guests simply got tired of waiting. I was finally able to convince the bride to allow us to continue without the final person and use a stand-in.
  At this point the bride was so frustrated that in her mind everything was rotten. I will add that we recommended several times for her to use our upgrade package due to the size of the room and the large number of guests (over 350). We even added this to the contract that she should use four speakers. As a result, the microphone was too loud in front and too soft in back. This did cause some issues with being heard over the music the bride wanted played during the introductions.
  The bride did pay us for 2 extra hours but refused to get the 2 extra speakers. We did not promise this service to her for free. She did not want to upgrade. If she had agreed to the four speakers we would have put 2 speakers farther out to cover the rear of the room. We understood from the beginning the size of the room and, again, we put this recommendation in our contract.
  All in all, this event actually did go very well. In fact, she even says that "all our guests seemed to enjoy themselves and were not aware of what we were aware of from the DJ." Like I said, once the timeline was messed up, she was so frustrated that she felt everything was a disaster. She also reviewed the venue and gave them a bad report.

  I guess you get what you pay for. Granted its been awhile since I was married (12/2005), but when I hired D & C (which was a husband/wife group at the time) I met with the husband. Everything seemed great and he seemed like he would be a wonderful DJ. He told me he, along with his wife would be at the wedding. On the day of our final meeting, they completely forgot to meet with me. I ended waiting 45 minutes and then called them. Colleen was completely oblivious to our meeting, but she did finally meet me that day 1 1/2 hours late.
  They were late arriving at the reception site, the husband that I originally met with was not there, and Colleen mispronounced all the names during introductions. During dinner, there was this earsplitting screech that came from the speakers that lasted a couple of seconds. Overall it was pretty horrible.
