Mark was absolutely AMAZING!! From the start, he was organized, professional, and clearly experienced—but it all truly came to life on our wedding day. The dance floor was packed all night long, and even three weeks later, our guests are still talking about how incredible he was!
Mark didn’t just play great music—he also helped us plan out the timeline for the evening and made sure everything ran smoothly. His energy, song choices, and ability to read the room kept the party going right up to the last song.

DJ for our wedding
Mike is hands down the best DJ out there. He was the DJ for our wedding and for many weddings we attended. Always kept the crowd entertained. He was very easy to work with and got back to us in a timely manner. Would recommend him over and over again!

March 2024 Wedding at The Estate of New Albany
We worked with Patrick, who was very flexible and fun to work with! We met with him and he walked us through everything, but was able to make changes if needed. Their portal made everything very easy to go in and request songs for every event of the night if we wanted! We all had a great time and Patrick kept the party going!

Yes, that sounds like an odd subject.
And trying to initially explain this to vendors, the best I could say was "It will look more like a wedding reception than anything else I can compare it to."
When you die young and tragically, especially during a pandemic, a celebration of life ("wrap party" because he made movies for part of his living and much of his passion) takes on many appearances.
Matt was amazing--responsive, attentive, and completely able to meet my very unusual play list. Predominantly Hawaiian slack key guitar classics.

Mike went above an beyond to help make our wedding amazing. There are so many examples of this, from working seamlessly with other vendors to working with my best man who couldn’t be there to show a video speech, and on top of all this just making the night flow smoothly. Great guy, great work!

Dave was our DJ for our wedding and reception on 11/10/17. He was very helpful and helped us through the whole planning process. We were able to confidently plan everything prior to the wedding and the website was Easy to navigate and the music lists to pick from was vast and had everything we wanted! We had a blast dancing the night away and would pick them all over again!

Andrew DJd our Persian/American wedding and told us it was his first time with our style of music. You wouldn’t know because Andrew did an amazing job downloading our Persian music and playing them exactly the way to get our audience up and dancing! Pat and the team at D & M DJ Entertainment are amazing!
We worked with Patrick Watkins as the DJ for our wedding. He was great from start to finish. We had a variety of complex requests that he was able to work in flawlessly, and I would highly recommend him for anyone else to use for their weddings. He was really easily to communicate with and responded quickly to any requests we had. He helped meet with us a couple of times before the wedding to discuss what needed to be done, which calmed our nerves a lot before the wedding. He really helped make our wedding special!
Everyone had a great time on the dance floor (maybe too much fun) and the DJ was key to that experience. Additionally, D & M DJ Entertainment were very easy to work with. We got a photobooth as well through them, which was a huge hit and heavily used by all of the guests. Highly recommend this company for any of your Ohio wedding needs!

Music mastermind
Patrick did an excellent job with all of the music that he played the night of our wedding! I don’t usually dance, because I hate it, and I still got out on the dance floor and danced my little heart out. He made me feel comfortable coming out of my comfort zone, and everyone that was there thought the music was amazing. He played every song that we wanted him to play, and every choice he made on his own was better than we could’ve imagined. Would definitely recommend him!

One hell of a party!
We got to work with Patrick for our wedding and with his help through a great party for our friends and family! He was great at walking us through the planning process and what details needed to be added. We picked our songs and timing and he was able to accommodate a last minute change to the ceremony after we swapped something at the rehearsal. He was great at keeping the group informed throughout the night and once th party started there were people on the dance floor until the night ended- we had SUCH a great time and can’t say thank you enough!!

Wedding at Watersedge
Patrick was our DJ for our wedding this past weekend and did a great job! We used original songs for the bride/groom first dance, mother/son dance, and the bride/groom grand entrance, and he worked them in perfectly. He also had to be flexible with our timing because we had to do an unexpected second round of photos after dinner, and everything went smoothly. It was a great night!

Must hire for the best dance party!
We hired Mark from D and M DJ Entertainment for our wedding on 9/17/22 and he did an amazing job! Leading up to the wedding, he met with us to plan out what vibe we were wanting for our reception and made sure to execute all of our plans the night of. They also use an online planning tool that makes it super easy to select certain songs you do and do not want played, as well as outline your event timeline. He made sure to keep the music flowing and our guests did not leave the dance floor all night! We highly recommend booking Mark for your big day!

Kurt is the MAN!
Kurt was so flexible with our selections and has a good feel for the flow of the evening. He only asked my wife and I 1 time if we wanted to slow the tempo down at all because the vibes were so high. Dave was our DJ for our wedding and he was great! The online form we had to fill out was very thorough and after a couple meetings over the phone, we felt extremely comfortable that Dave understood what we wanted for our big day. He always was willing to answer questions and did anything he could to help us feel more at ease. On the wedding day, he was everything we had hoped for and stuck to the plans we talked about. I appreciated that he'd come over periodically to check with in us and give us updates on the schedule of events, like what was coming up next and when. He really helped the night run smoothly! Would definitely recommend!!

We couldn't have asked for a more stress free experience with our DJ, Dave Kurtz. From our first meeting his professionalism and experience was on display, helping us easily set up our wedding timeline. He explained the website to fill in our music, and as we were doing that promptly answered any emails we had with questions. At our wedding reception the music was exactly what we wanted, even the songs we didn't specifically request, it was like he read our minds and made it perfect! Best Wedding DJ ever
We first heard Mike DJ for our best friends wedding, and shortly after he became the go-to DJ for our whole friend group and family! Mike DJ'd our wedding and did an amazing job, got the crowd dancing, and it never stopped until "closing time" (11pm per our venues rules). He is a great and speedy communicator, professional, and really knows what he is doing from getting you down the aisle and throwing a great celebration! You can really tell he is so passionate about his work and we would (and have) recommended him every time it comes up. We have been to a wedding that didn't have Mike as the DJ and it was noticeable the difference in energy and fun. 10/10 recommend having Mike DJ your wedding!!

We were so lucky to have Kurt as our DJ on our wedding day. We gave him an interesting bridal party introduction and although it was outside of his comfort zone he KILLED it and made it a highlight of our reception. He made sure that everyone was having a good time on the dance floor and saved the songs that we requested specifically for the end of the evening so that when we were done visiting tables to talk with our guests, we could dance the night away. He made planning our song choices easy and was very pleasant to work with. I loved that he also snapped some photos during our reception and captured some special moments like my dad during his welcome speech. We had the pleasure of having Jake as our dj and he did an amazing job! We had some kinda crazy requests and fulfilled each and everyone of them. We had to move the wedding inside and he had to actually move his equipment twice and never said one word about it. He kept our guest happy with a variety of music and he interacted with our favorite people. If I was every going to do this again, I would hire them in a heartbeat! Amazing job!!!!

I have worked with Dave at several functions - most were weddings. The first time I worked with him, what impressed me was how he put so much thought into the event's details. He knows music and he also knows people! He can "read" crowds very well and his goal was always to make sure everyone in attendance enjoyed themselves. He can get the dance floor filled and everyone - of all ages, will find something to get them up and hopping! If you want to have a successful, happy event, he knows what it will take to make that happen!

Great Experience!
We used David as our DJ for our wedding in July and we could not have had a better experience. He was quick to answer questions and very professional, but yet he kept the party rolling all night! Mark is nothing but exceptional! From the first call, first meeting, the planning process online and final event details, he is professional, personable, and fun! I always felt confident in his DJ skills and never worried about the music not being why we wanted. The online planning process was user friendly and easy to access. It gives the bride and groom the ability to save updates to the event plan, timeline and music list when available. The week of the event, Mark reached out once again to confirm if we had any questions and waited patiently for our final details to be submitted. On the day of our reception, Mark showed up early, set up before we even noticed he was there, and had a great list of music taylored to our genre choices for cocktail and dinner hours. As always, changes popped up with the timeline. This was what sets Mark apart from other vendors. He was able to go with the flow and change the timeline as needed, add in speeches that were not expected and even assist with a projector video of our wedding. The microphones were easy to use and the audio was perfect for our outside tent reception. The best part was the night time dancing, under the tent with club lighting. The lights were beautiful bouncing off the tent roof and set the ambiance more than imagined. The dancing was never ending and that's because the music selection was exactly what we requested and more! The party was closing at 11, although he stayed late since the guests were not done dancing at 11. We cannot thank him enough for making our night spectacular. If you need a DJ that will rock your event...this is the one!!!

David is a top notch DJ. We hired him for our Indian-American multi-ethnic wedding and David kept the crowd engaged and the party going for over five or six hours. He is so communicative and met with us multiple times ahead of the event to make sure all the music for each part was correctly sequenced and the right version. He also has a planning form which was really helpful in making us think through what music we need for each part. He attended our rehearsal and made sure the sound and mic checks were thoroughly done on the day of the wedding as well. Out and out professional, we loved having him as DJ and MC!

We had Patrick as our DJ from D & M Entertainment and we cannot say enough wonderful things about him and our experience with him!!! He was so accommodating and patient with us while in the planning stages. He 100% nailed our music vibe, there was never a moment where all of our guests invited weren’t on the dance floor. We got sooo many compliments from all of our friends & family all night about how he was the best DJ anyone has ever heard! We even had a couple who are getting married, cancel their partnership with a DJ they already had booked. to book with Patrick! He read the dance floor so well and was the perfect amount of interactive with our guests. Mark was our DJ for our wedding this past June and we could not have been happier with our experience! He was so helpful with the days leading up to our big day, and took to heart the songs we requested and the input we gave, as well as helped with the songs/details we weren't quite sure on yet. He did an awesome job with getting people on the dance floor! For our last song, he encouraged everyone to make a circle around us and sing along and it was one of our favorite parts of the night! To really go above and beyond, he even recorded some of that special moment and sent it to me after the wedding (along with some pictures), and I'm so happy he did that, especially since we did not have a videographer! We have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend D and M DJ Entertainment. Mark made our night that much more special and we'll never forget the fun that we, and our guests, had at our wedding!

I can't say how smooth and fun everything went. My wedding theme was Kingdom Hearts which was not an easy theme to work with in terms of music but David worked with us the entire time and worked to get specific music in so it could be played. He was even super flexible the day of when we had to adjust the timeline last minute. It was really great especially since we had the wedding just after dancing was allowed again. Our Wedding
Mark at D and M DJ Entertainment helped make our wedding day perfect! When we met him, we told him what we wanted and he made it happen. Two weeks before the wedding, I asked him to help me add a special message to my precessional song. All I can say, is that he did an amazing job! Mike did a fantastic job for my wedding. He personalized all of the introductions for wedding party entrances and Best Man/MOH speeches to keep all of our guests involved and entertained. We provided him with a list of some songs that we wanted to be played at the reception, and he added transitions to make each song flow into the next seamlessly. I cannot recommend him enough. I'll have to admit, my now husband and I were very picky with our music selection. We are both dancers and wanted a good portion of salsa and bachata music at our reception with the biggest goal of getting everyone to dance. That was exactly what happened! I don't think there was a single song playing where the dance floor was empty. David was great about meeting with us beforehand and making sure he had the music we wanted. Everything was perfect and smooth flowing on our wedding day from guest seating to ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner and to reception. The specific songs in between such as the cake cutting, bouquet throwing, first dance, father-bride dance, mother-groom dance, etc. was very organized with smooth transitions. He even took the time to take some photos for us on his phone and e-mailed them the next day which I personally thought was an added bonus. Made our music dreams come true!
Mike was amazing. From start to finish the whole process was easy and went smooth. We had very specific wants at our wedding and he hit it out of the park. I would recommend him to anyone ! He’s very personable and professional, and he knows his stuff!

Kurt is the MAN
Kurt is a phenomenal DJ and person. He went above and beyond for our wedding. The advice we received from Kurt on music choices and how to control the flow of the night was priceless. He had an answer for all of our questions, and he always checked with us to make sure what he wanted to do was ok with us. Kurt we can’t thank you enough, I would recommend you to anyone!

Great DJ- definitely recommend!

Kurt was amazing! He worked with us to make our first dance a mix of a serious song and then a break out into a cute choreographed dance. He mixed all the music well and kept everyone dancing! He was accommodating and kind. Definitely would recommend!

Flexible and Fun
We hired Patrick for our recent wedding and he was the best! D and M was responsive, professional, and easy to work with during the planning process. On the wedding day, Patrick was VERY helpful and handled a timeline hiccup with positive and flexibility. He kept the couple calm and the party having fun! The dancefloor was packed and guests are still commenting on the absolute blast they had that night! You won't regret using D and M, and specifically Patrick! He's the very best!

Fun, Memorable and Organized
D and M DJ Entertainment made our wedding fun and memorable. We had so many guests say they did not want to leave the dance floor! Throughout the planning process Mark was super responsive and always provided his own input and advice. He helped us with the timing of the night and even gave us suggestions when we didn't know what song or how to fit certain items in. Their portal is easy to use and made planning a wedding so organized and easy! We could not recommend them enough!

Excellent DJ, highly reccomend
This DJ service and DJ Mike Small was awesome to work with and easy! Mike did a great job with the ceremony and rehearsal. Our guests are still talking about the reception a month later. Mike kept things on track and made it easy to enjoy the evening. The guests danced until the very last song and wanted more. I highly recommend this service, thank you for making this day one to remember for all.

Matt and Kurt were wonderful!
Matt and Kurt emceed our wedding at the Darby House and did an absolutely stellar job. We had some last minute weather changes to our ceremony, and Kurt was so thorough and helpful in making our ceremony music and timing work! Matt absolutely brought the energy and kept our dance floor full all night. We couldn't have asked for a better team!

D & M DJ Review
D and M DJ Entertainment did a wonderful job at our wedding! David kept the party going but also knew when to keep it cool and relaxed during the reception/speeches.
He played the songs we chose off our playlist and added some other ones that fit perfectly, my husband and I danced all night long thanks to D and M! We had many guests come up to us and mention that the DJ was awesome! Would highly recommend to anyone searching for a great DJ!

The DJ can make or break a wedding reception..
D&M DJ Entertainment is the way to go!! We just got married the end of March and we’re planning from NM and Germany. They made it extremely easy to communicate and were constantly flexible with us, even allowing us to add an hour to reception just a week prior to our wedding. DJ Mike Forest was absolutely the guy for us. He did a wonderful job encompassing all of our genres of music and special requests. He kept the vibe going and people had to be kicked off the dance floor by the end of the night. I couldn’t recommend Mike more; his professionalism, communication, friendliness, adaptability and timeliness were all on point! You can guarantee a fantastic and worry free wedding with these guys! I first met Patrick after hiring him for another event, and when it came time to find a DJ for our wedding, I knew exactly who to call—and I’m so glad I did! D&M Sound and Patrick W. truly made our wedding an unforgettable experience. We received so many compliments throughout the night about how amazing the music and energy were.
Patrick knew exactly what he was doing from start to finish. We completely trusted him to read the room and adjust the mood and atmosphere when needed—and he executed it perfectly every single time. He really understands how to keep a crowd engaged and the night flowing naturally.
He was also thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. The D&M planning platform was super helpful, too—it made organizing our timeline and song choices so easy.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience. If I could give Patrick and D&M Sound a 100/5 rating, I absolutely would! Highly recommend!

Patrick was our DJ and we have only heard amazing compliments from everyone that attended our wedding on his work during the night. My wife and I can both say that the professionalism and dedication to making sure our night was perfect started from day one. Patrick always made sure we had what we wanted and adapted to any changes we wanted even the day of. He is one of the kindest and most compassionate people we have had the pleasure of working with. Great Experience with D and M
We had DJ Dave for our wedding, and he was amazing. From our first conversation, he made us feel at ease during the planning process. Dave is chill, fun, and incredibly professional. He took the time to really understand us as a couple, and it reflected in the amazing night we had. One of our main concerns about the wedding was having a good flow and moving people from one space to the next to keep things on schedule. Dave did just that! He kept things on pace while also being flexible throughout the evening. D&M's online portal also makes providing song suggestions, "do not plays", and the wedding day timeline so easy. If you're after a DJ who's not only talented but also a pleasure to work with, DJ Dave is your guy.
