  A very beautiful and classic venue. My wedding felt like a fairy tale, and Linda was extremely accommodating and helpful.

  What a beautiful location. The sunset on the marsh had our guests in awe. Linda was so helpful with finding local vendors. She was very professional and has done a great job creating a site for weddings.

  All I can say is WOW!!!! The setting was absolutely beautiful for our daughter's wedding reception! We could not have dreamed of a more perfect venue.
  
  We found the owners to be very easy to work with and they went the extra mile to ensure the grounds were in great condition.
  
  This is a very special place - we would absolutely recommend the plantation to brides looking for a perfect reception and/or wedding setting.

  Everything about this day was "picture perfect" the plantation itself along with the extremely "accommodating" owners of the plantation. they worked with us starting a month before the wedding for the bridal portraits to be taken out there and any questions we had leading up to the wedding were always answered in a timely manner. It was a very good feeling to know the owners were there throughout the very important weekend to make the day go like a charm! We will be looking forward to making a trip back out there to reminisce the special day!!

  First, I want to say that Cypress Trees is an absolutely beautiful site. I would never have changed my venue, even knowing how many problems we would have with the owners of CTP.
  
  That said, if you choose this site, be prepared for the owners and their son to be actively ensuring that you and your guests are following all rules, including: yelling at caterers, coming out to check on an ill guest (actually the groom) to tell him he should stop drinking so he doesn't throw up on the lawn, coming out 10 minutes before the contracted time is up, etc.
  
  We enjoyed the site--and actually used a lot of it for our ceremony and reception, but be prepared to handle a little disrespect. The price for the site was high, but I loved the site so much--and I needed almost no decorations, so that saved money--that I went ahead and rebudgeted other parts of the wedding. But for the amount of money we paid, I expected that we'd be treated more kindly on the actual day of the event. Up until the event, all of our interactions were sweet and easy.
