  Cynthia is a wonderful officiant. She was very informative about the official process. After listening to what we had in mind for the ceremony, she gave us a series of appropriate sample ceremonies to choose from. She was open to special requests and incorporated a handfasting ceremony for us. On the day of, she was great – calm and relaxed, which is what you need. The ceremony went beautifully.

  My husband and I met Cynthia at the San Francisco City Hall in winter where she was our officiant. She was so patient with us (we forgot our rings and also it took us forever to connect to my parents on Skype) so when the time came to choose an officiant for the ceremony and reception we planned for our family and friends in summer, we did not hesitate to ask Cynthia. And she was awesome! She's not only punctual and professional, but kind and supportive. I highly recommend Cynthia if you are looking for an officiant!

  Perfect officiant for City Hall ceremony

  Cynthia was a perfect officiant for our private San Francisco City Hall ceremony. Cynthia has carried out hundreds of City Hall ceremonies and is so knowledgeable about the space and logistics. She was happy to answer any questions we had and helped form our order of service; being from the UK we worked with Cynthia via email but we did have the chance to meet her at her home beforehand which was a joy. We are so pleased to have met and worked with Cynthia, we had absolutely no doubt that she would deliver a wonderful ceremony for us and ensure all of the legal paperwork was sorted with efficiency.

  Cynthia was our officiant in November. She was very helpful in creating the ceremony that was the best suited for us. And her fee is extremely affordable.
  We chose a pagan-like ceremony that had beautiful earth-metaphors in it. She had a wonderful
  presence - kind but serious. She earned our deepest respect and love. She also helped with some great advise in where to buy the perfect ceremony objects. We are very grateful for having her as our officiant.

  Cynthia is such a sweet soul. She volunteers as a deputy marriage commissioner at San Francisco City Hall every other Friday, and she has married literally HUNDREDS of couples. We worked together to create our vows and readings, which was stress-free. Her voice is very warm and genuine, and she was extremely prompt in all communications and business-related tasks (like getting all our paperwork turned in). I would highly recommend Cynthia for any couples who want to get married at City Hall but want to bring their own officiant. Thank you! -Hannah and Clinton
