    The flowers were fantastic!! We have used Cuttings for all our needs for many years. The flowers are always uniquely arranged and beautiful. We gave Jim just some guidance about what we wanted and trusted him to be the artist that he is and he did not disappoint. The flowers were gorgeous!!

    Jim at Cuttings is such a talented artist and floral designer. He completely understood my vision of how I wanted all my flowers to look at my outdoor wedding at my parents' home. I gave him several photographs, but then let him take it from there. He created an amazing floral arch from grapevines, which he came by a month or so before to hang on the gazebo. Then he added fresh flowers the day of, which looked stunning for our ceremony. He helped to consult my mother with what kinds of flowers to plant in her gardens and planters that would look the best for the big day. All the arrangements were unique and fresh, and my bridal bouquet was just gorgeous. He even made a floral collar for our dog, who was a "flower dog" in the wedding. He was very willing to work within our budget, and he was able to give us everything we wanted within that price range. My only regret is that the flowers couldn't last forever. They were just amazing. :) Thank you Jim and all the crew at Cuttings for making my wedding such a stunning affair.

    Greatest decision we made was to decorate our venue with the rental pieces and flowers from this shop. You have to visit them to understand their personal service and style. No Teleflora flowers there. I made an appointment to discuss my likes and dislikes... A few conversations and a site visit led to the owner helping me to arrange my venue spaces and where to focus my costs. One thing I really appreciated is that they were honest about what was and wasn't reasonable in my budget (my favorite flower wasn't available for any realistic price) but found options around that and still made my look happen. He found and rented me large urns, centerpiece containers, votive candles, and flowers I didn't know existed. They can seriously bring those magazines photos to life! I can't even begin to talk about my bouquet, stunning! Just go there and check it out for yourself, it's a fun part of the process!

    The vendors were easy to deal with and listened to my suggestions. The flowers ended up being beautiful! However, they were not exactly what I had asked for, and it seemed that they'd taken some artistic license. They looked great, but if you're looking for someone who follows your every order, you're out of luck here.

    The flowers from Cuttings were beautiful and the staff was very helpful with short notice. Table settings were gorgeous and the bouquets were very appropriate for the ceremony.

    Cuttings kept reassuring us that they couldn't show us anything beforehand, as the flowers they'd be using weren't in yet. This was fine, as I live out-of-town, and trusted them to have some beautiful displays.
    The day of the wedding, they showed up just 15 minutes before the ceremony, so we couldn't have any flowers in the hall where we got married, as the guests had already filled the venue. My sister-in-law, 8.5 months pregnant, had to miss the ceremony because she went to set up all the centerpieces for the reception, because the delivery person simply dropped off the items and then left.

    To respond to our issue here, we feel it has been resolved and cannot possibly happen again. The delivery person has been removed from working on events with us. We take our role at every event very seriously and have logistical measures in place to accomplish our goal of creating a memorable atmosphere.

    We have shopped at cuttings for the past several years. After picking up our flower order, I am shocked at the level of poor customer service. Not only was the bouquet we ordered in the wrong colors, but the ribbon on it was completely soaked. The bouquet doesn't even look finished or well made. When we called later to let them know, the employee we spoke with was incredibly rude. She didn't apologize, didn't offer to fix their mistake, and didn't make it right. Cuttings has completely terrible customer service-- avoid purchasing anything from there. I don't know how they think they can keep customers when being rude and disrespectful. I would NEVER treat a customer who is spending $100 at my store in the way we were treated. When we complained the woman said, "your bouquet is beautiful"- regardless of the fact that we expressed our disappointment in the poor service. When we called once we opened the arrangement at home and after we expressed our dissatisfaction over the phone, she said "this conversation is over." She completely handled the entire situation wrong. When you are in a service business, you treat customers with the utmost respect. I will let everyone I know in the area to not shop with Cuttings ever again.
