Nailed the Vibe

Richie was an essential part of our wedding—he absolutely nailed the vibe! Music is such an important part of our lives, and he kept the energy going from start to finish with a perfect mix of songs that had us (and our guests) dancing all night long. From our first dance to the final song, everything flowed seamlessly.

He read the room so well, kept the dance floor packed, and made sure everyone—from our youngest guests to the oldest—had a blast. The photo booth add-on was also a huge hit and added such a fun, interactive element to the night. We’re still laughing at some of the photos!

Richie helped make our wedding unforgettable. If you want a DJ who truly gets how to create a great party atmosphere and is super easy to work with, Richie is your guy. Highly recommend!

Best DJ in town!

Cutting Edge Entertainment is amazing!! Our wedding was so much fun the dance floor was never empty! The music they played was a perfect mix of everything!! The DJ was so accommodating and had great suggestions for our wedding day!!!! I never felt lost in the “planning” party of our wedding!
Our guest at our wedding tell us how much fun they had and that is because of the DJ!!! Richie kept the night alive and we couldn’t thank you enough for the best night of our lives!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Amazing experience!!

We selected Cutting Edge for our entertainment at our wedding on 11/23/24! Richie was our DJ and he was so awesome!!! From responding quickly during the booking process to meeting with us before the wedding to help select songs for all aspects of the day, Richie was spectacular!! On the day of he showed up with lots of energy and excitement!! He helped keep us on schedule and truly kept the crowd dancing all night long!! He played a great mix of songs for everyone of all ages and threw in some personal touches such as playing the eagles fight song at the end because he knew we were big fans!! (GO BIRDS!!) All around it was a great experience and helped make our day that much more special!! Would highly recommend Richie and the Cutting Edge crew!!

Everyone loved the music!

We got married Labor Day weekend this year. Richie and his team made the whole process so easy the day of I had no worries. Richie was great, all of my guests kept telling me afterwards that they loved all the music that was playing. We added on a photo booth about 2 months before the event and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend working with this team!!

Go with Joe

You can stop searching for your wedding DJ as you just found him. Joe Duggan was top tier and went above and beyond. He is such a talented MC, and he listened to what we wanted for music and captured the vibe we were going for perfectly. The dance floor was packed the whole time, and the photobooth was also a blast. The photo booth attendant was such a fun person. The scrapbook from the photo booth is something really special that we'll cherish forever. The only issue was that people had to decide between the photo booth and the dance floor and couldn't be both places at once. Richie at Cutting Edge provided reasonable prices and great organization and communication. Go with Joe at Cutting Edge if you want to have a great party!!

Amazing!!!

If I had to pick my DJ all over again, it would still be Cutting Edge Entertainment. From the start, they were amazing to work with. Upon reaching out, I received a transparent response with pricing/packages within hours. We perused their website and each of the DJs had video bios that helped us choose the DJ right for us. All of the DJs seemed to come with amazing energy, but we went with DJ Richie. His title of Chief of Customer Happiness did not disappoint! Leading up to the wedding, he offered us the option to meet in person or at the offices. Upon meeting with us, he made us feel instantly comfortable. We already had a lot of ideas for what we wanted, but he had awesome suggestions in the areas we were stuck. On the night of, he was key to getting our party started. His MC personality was immaculate! He helped each member of the bridal party shine for their entrances. His timing for each song was perfect. During our speciality dances, he was really able to take cues as to when it was time to fade out. He played songs for everyone-- our guests of all ages were out on the dance floor the entire time. I couldn't recommend any other company higher than I recommend this one. DJ Richie was awesome. He came with attention to detail, entertainment, professionalism and FUN!

We had Joe at our wedding and he did an amazing job. From the moment we started talking to him, we knew we made the right choice. Great DJ for your wedding!

Cutting Edge was a great vendor to work with! Richie was amazing throughout the night and made sure to keep us filled in with the schedule of events since we were all over the place talking to people. The photo booth was also a great addition and people were running to it all night to get photos. It came with a bunch of props and signs and we got copies of all the photos to keep for ourselves. Overall great DJ and very good decision for your wedding!

Richie is the best!

We are so glad that we booked Cutting Edge Entertainment and DJ Richie for our wedding! Richie was super professional throughout the planning process and completely understood and executed the vibe we were going for during our wedding ceremony and reception. When we met with Richie to plan our final details, he offered great suggestions for the layout of the event and timing for things like speeches, parent dances, opening the dance floor between meal courses to allow for as much dancing time as possible, etc. During the reception, Richie did such a great job of balancing our "must play" requests from our meetings prior to the wedding, guest requests, and supplementing with other amazing songs that kept the dance floor packed throughout the whole reception! Our guests are still raving about how great the music was, and we wish we could have a playlist of all the songs DJ Richie played- it was absolutely perfect!

Joe Duggan was AMAZING !

Richie is the best!

When we started planning our wedding, my husband and I agreed that we had to hire an awesome DJ. We both love music and wanted to make sure it set the right vibes for our wedding ceremony and reception. After getting off our initial call with Richie from Cutting Edge, we knew we wanted him to be at our wedding. It was clear from day one that Richie is not only is he great at what he does and has excellent musical taste, but really seeks to create an unforgettable atmosphere that engages guests of all ages. I also appreciated that he asked our opinions about the vibe we wanted to achieve musically---both for our ceremony and reception---and made sure to incorporate songs that were important to both of us into the set list. Our dance floor was packed the entire night, and it was all because of Richie! When the night was over, we seriously contemplated scheduling a big party or event just so we could work with him and the team at Cutting Edge again. They truly are second to none!

Non-stop dancing!!

We hired Cutting Edge for our August 26, 2023 wedding. One concern we had leading up to our wedding was keeping our guests on the dance floor. Cutting Edge, specifically DJ Richie, did an outstanding job. Our guests were on the dance floor early and never left!! In addition, they were communicative and engaged throughout the whole process. I would recommend Cutting Edge/DJ Richie to anyone looking for a DJ that keeps a party going and operates with professionalism throughout the process! Guests are still talking about our music!!

A rockin' dance floor all night!

Richie was an awesome DJ and MC and he definitely kept everyone on the dance floor all night, which was extremely important to me! When we met with him, he had lots of great song suggestions and he stuck to the song list we made. I'm so glad that Richie was our DJ!

Absolutely Perfect!

Music topped our list as the most important aspect of the wedding. We wanted everyone to be out on the dance floor having fun. From the moment that we met Richie, we knew that we wanted him to be our DJ. We did not consider anyone else and he validated that decision over and over. Richie took the time prior to the wedding to get to know us and our vision. When he presented his ideas to us, they matched exactly what we wanted. We had some unique requests - a birthday, a karaoke session with the ring bearer - and he was welcome to it all. The day itself could not have gone any better. Pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner - the music was perfect for our diverse crowd. From the moment dinner was over to the end of the night, the dance floor was packed. Perhaps we’re biased, but that was the best song selection we have ever heard at a wedding. Judging by the feedback that we received from some of our guests, it was a shared opinion. “I’ve never danced that much at a wedding”. “Every time I wanted to leave the dance floor for a moment to do something, another good song came on and I couldn’t”. The night was perfect; it was everything we could have wanted and more. RIchie was a big part of making that happen and we are so grateful to him and his team for all they did. Highly highly recommended!!

I wish I could give more stars! Richie Abrams did a phenomenal job and made our wedding day so special. He was highly organized, easy to reach, and professional. Flawless Execution from Jared on 5/27/2023

We had Jared for our wedding this past week and we could not have been happier with how he handled the day. We had constantly made last minute updates during the reception and Jared pivoted on the fly and executed as if it had been planned that way months in advance. We did not have to worry about a single thing during our day as we knew Jared was going to take care of it. Leading up to the wedding, Jared was quick to respond and made sure we had talked over everything, even if it was something we had not thought about to ensure our day went smoothly. When it came to music selection, we sent him a playlist to give him an idea of the kind of music we wanted and he took it from there. The day of the wedding, the flow of music was seamless and kept everyone dancing throughout the whole reception. We could not have been happier.

Simply the best!

After my sister’s wedding in 2016, I knew that I would someday be contacting DJ Richie with Cutting Edge Entertainment when my big day finally came around. Even though several years had passed, I knew that he would do a great job with keeping the dance floor packed and staying on schedule, so I contacted Richie right away after getting engaged. As expected, he was the best!

All around amazing!!!!

Steve and his assistant at Cutting Edge were AMAZING throughout this entire process. From start to finish, Steve made himself available, quickly helped out when my ceremony musician had to cancel, and any questions I had along the way. The original song for the father/daughter dance was over 6 minutes long, and I had so much trust in Cutting Edge and Steve, that he would cut the song in the perfect spots. Everyone loved the music!!!!!!

DJ Steve was freaking amazing! Our dance floor was popping the entire night. Steve listened to what we wanted, played all the songs on our list and more. The night flowed perfectly! DJ Steve is the absolute MAN

Such a great experience with Cutting Edge. Steve is laid back and flexible while still being super professional and an absolute expert at keeping people dancing. He was completely accommodating of our departures from tradition and expertly navigated the Greek aunties coming up and asking for specific Greek music (which he nailed by the way!) Pricing was affordable and the packages with lighting and photo booth were extremely reasonable. Would absolutely book again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic night!

We were a little late in getting a DJ for our wedding, and thrilled to find out Cutting Edge was still available. We really appreciated that we were able to talk with the DJs prior to booking to make sure we were compatible, and we are so happy we worked with Craig, the owner himself. He made the prep and planning process seamless, having 2 planning calls plus a few other miscellaneous check ins on this and that. We were completely unsure about this process, and Craig walked us through the entire MC process, processionals and recessionals, entry songs, and everything in between. He struck a perfect balance of suggestions when we were unsure as to “a lot of couples do it this way” but also did not pressure us at all when we wanted to do something different or adjusted it.

We also threw in the extra challenge of incorporating some Turkish songs and a traditional Turkish “grooms dance,” and Craig handled it great.

The night itself ran seamlessly, with great music during all parts of the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Craig and his team knew how to keep the party going, transition from song to song and people barely left the dance floor.

We highly recommend Craig and the entire team at Cutting Edge for anyone looking for a fun wedding night!

Hire them!

Cutting Edge is absolutely one the best DJ’s in the wedding business! We attended a wedding back in the Summer of 2021 where Cutting Edge was in attendance and left that wedding knowing we wanted to book them for our wedding. We were fortunate enough to have Jared at our wedding and he absolutely killed it! Multiple of our friends have commented on the timeline and how wonderful things progressed throughout the night. I attribute the smoothness of that timeline to Jared who kept us on track throughout the night and played the most incredible bangers. I am not exaggerating when I say there wasn’t one song during the night when the dance floor wasn’t packed. Jared also did a wonderful job of checking in with us before the event and throughout the night to make sure he was doing everything possible to make our night perfect. We also did a photo booth through Cutting Edge and I must say that it was a crowd favorite. Everyone absolutely LOVED it and the photos we got from that are priceless and things we will cherish for the rest of our lives.I truly can’t imagine my wedding going as well if it did without Jared and Cutting Edge Entertainment! Absolutely Amazing!!

I can't speak highly enough about Cutting Edge Entertainment! From our first call with Richie A. we knew we were in good hands. He was so knowledgable about different common timelines, song choices, and really helped guide us through the process music decision making to ensure the reception would reflect what we wanted. Not only that, but his flexibility regarding virtual or in person meetings was greatly appreciated. On the day of it was clear Richie knew how to read a crowd and play the right music to keep the party going! Even a month later we still are hearing compliments from guests about how great our Dj was. Not only that, but the photo booth was an absolute crowd favorite! There were so many fun props and they were able to print out as many photo slips as needed, plus we received digital copies for viewing later which was such fun to see while on our honeymoon. Plus, we were able to customize the photo strip with a monogram which they also projected onto the reception dance floor! I so greatly appreciate that the Cutting Edge Team was able to help us with all of these details thats make both my husband and I smile.
Everyone from the person who answers the office phone, to the Photo booth attendant, to the MC worked together to make our day special and I can happily say it was a big success!

We requested that the music not be so loud that it drowned out conversation, and Richie found the exact happy medium so that all guests of all ages could feel comfortable. His songs selections were great, and he was very low key throughout while still keeping a festive atmosphere. I would highly recommend Cutting Edge Entertainment.

Great at communication and fun DJ

We were originally a 2020 wedding and booked in 2019 but because of the pandemic we postponed twice. Richie was great with communicating for the last 3 years and very understanding of our change of plans. He made the stress of re-planning a wedding very easy!

On the day of the wedding, DJ Steve was great! He played a variety of songs that my friends and family loved.

Amazing DJ services!

Cutting Edge IS the way to go for your wedding to run smoothly

We were so happy we had Cutting Edge for our wedding ceremony and reception this Memorial Day weekend. Richie was our DJ and did a fantastic job. For the reception, he asked for our input on what to include in a playlist, and then picked a great line-up of songs based on those suggestions. He also did all the music for our ceremony, where he timed all the walk-in/out songs perfectly. Overall, he kept our evening moving incredibly smoothly probably by doing a ton of work behind the scenes, and my wife and I received so many compliments from our guests on the music. I could not recommend Richie and Cutting Edge more highly.

Great experience!

We worked with Steve, who did a wonderful job accommodating our many music requests! We had a multicultural wedding, so we wanted to make sure to incorporate some international/foreign music. I had spoken to some DJs prior to picking Cutting Edge Entertainment, and some of them seemed a little wary of what we were asking from them, but Steve seemed confident and willing to take on the task. Despite Steve not being familiar with this music, he was enthusiastic and excited to work with us to blend the different types of music we requested. Steve also did a great job during the ceremony/cocktail hour and reception intros/announcements. Our guests had a really great time on the dancefloor!

Richie Abrams - 5 stars!!

The DJ is such a huge make or break for a wedding and we got so many compliments on ours. We booked Cutting Edge after meeting them at a Bridal Expo and we were set up with Richie Abrams. We met over Zoom a few times for him to just get to know us, our preferences, and what our family is like at weddings - mine loves a dance floor so this was a really important aspect to me. We even had to move our date (covid) and Richie seamlessly moved us and kept the conversations going and building on details we told him over the course of planning. One thing I felt unprepared for on my wedding day is the lack of access to my phone aka any details, timelines, etc shared with vendors. Really, it is 100% up to them to make everything you prefer become reality. Richie is probably the best wedding DJ I've experienced - and I have been to a good amount weddings in my adult life. As the bride for this one, he easily kept me in the loop for the timeline of the night and all of my preferences became reality. He easily worked with our photographer for the important traditions, was so enthusiastic, and the way he transitioned song to song was incredible. He kept everyone, including us, on the dance floor the entire night. He also timed bringing older guests on the dance floor with slow songs throughout the night which was important to me as well. I wish I could rate him more than 5 stars for this experience, Richie was key to making our wedding magic and a literal party.

The best dj for the best dance party

I cannot express enough how happy we were using cutting edge for our entertainment/DJ services. The playlist at every part of the evening was a perfect match from cocktail hour music, to dinner music, to getting literally everyone up and dancing on the dance floor. We had the time of our lives and you truly helped in making it one of the best nights ever.

The absolute best party!

Cutting Edge was amazing to work with for our wedding! They were flexible when we had to postpone multiple times due to Covid, and once we finally had our day they delivered everything we wanted and more. Richie was a great MC who kept things moving with speeches and special dances. You need DJ Steve!!

You have to book DJ Steve for your wedding!! He is such a cool guy and gave us a lot of guidance for our timeline and music choices. He captured our style perfectly. He truly wants you to have the best day ever and really gets to know you as a couple. He even played the Buffalo Bills Shout song because my husband is from Buffalo and it was a huge hit. Our guests came up to us and said they've never had so much fun at a wedding and I give all the credit to Steve for his music choices! Amazing Entertainment for your wedding!

We hired Richie Abrams through the company Cutting Edge Entertainment, and we were so happy with Richie throughout the whole wedding process. Richie was so accommodating on have to change date due to postponement, as well as understanding about what are wants our from their company with our wedding. Cutting Edge Entertainment not only provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception but as provided an amazing photo booth for our wedding as well.

Richie was the BEST DJ we could have asked for! He was fun, and entertaining and he helped the night flow so smoothly. Evan and I wanted to dance and party all night long, and we did just that. The music was right on point with our taste, and we had a full dance floor the ENTIRE night! We had several must have dance songs, and he made sure he played each one.

We received SOOO many compliments on our music and the DJ. Everyone said they had so much fun and did not want to sit down the entire night.

Our wedding experience with DJ Tony was FANTASTIC! We just got married last weekend at Lambertville Station Inn where DJ Tony had the crowd dancing for hours! Packed Dance Floor All Night Long

Cutting Edge Entertainment (especially DJ Richie) was fabulous! In our pre-wedding meeting, Richie quickly understood what we liked and didn’t like when it came to music. He did a great job of giving us an idea of how the night would flow and types of music he would play during each portion of the evening. It was very important to us that our dance floor be packed and it was the entire night! So many of our guests have told us the DJ was awesome and compliments have come from guests of all ages too. Best dj ever!

We had DJ Richie for our wedding on 7/11/20 and let me tell you how it was the best decision we could've made! Besides the fact that he gave us the most fun wedding ever, he was so quick with responses and incredibly flexible. We had to change our wedding venue 8 days before, and with the amount of stress that I was under, he eased my mind with having no problems with the change and I cannot thank him enough for that! Now to the fun part. My feet hurt for almost a week after the wedding from the amount of dancing I did. We wanted a very fun vibe with maybe 1 slow song, and the rest to be a party, and he gave us exactly that. There was never a time where you were grabbing people to get on the dance floor or where people cleared out for a little. It was a full dance floor the entire night, and really the only time I even left was for a quick picture. He even helped me develop a mashup song for the father/daughter dance that turned out AMAZING! We have gotten so many compliments on how much fun it was, and is without a doubt the highlight of our year. If you are still looking for a DJ, we highly recommend DJ Richie!

Richie is the best!!!!

We went into our New Year’s Eve wedding saying “if the food and the music aren't good, nothing else matters” so we put a lot of pressure on finding the perfect DJ, and Richie did NOT disappoint! Our dance floor was filled all night, which is huge considering it ended at 1 AM on a Tuesday! He played all of the songs we wanted and added such a great mix of his own to keep our very diverse crowd going! He was always a phone call or text away and extremely easy to work with. Always in constant contact with us, he never drifted from how we wanted our wedding to play out. He was great at truly running the reception and being a world class MC. DJ Richie is our family DJ

Richie was the DJ for my sisters wedding in 2007 - I knew at that point he would have to be the DJ at mine. We have been to numerous weddings with Steve Foltz as the DJ and had a blast at everyone of them. When we got engaged, hiring Cutting Edge and Foltz was a no brainer.

The best in the business

We chose to go with Cutting Edge for our wedding simply because we've had the privilege of seeing them in action at other events and they were nothing short of fantastic. Our MC was Richie, in our meeting with him to go over music, he would take the words right out of our mouths and new exactly what type of vibe we wanted to create for our wedding. The night of, he nailed it. Everyone danced the entire night - and people are constantly telling me they loved all of our music. We ended our night with Bohemian Rhapsody - which was an epic recommendation by Richie, and should also probably be a mandatory way to end all weddings. I would highly recommend Cutting Edge to anyone and everyone.

Steve is the man!

We used Cutting Edge for our wedding on 9/20/19. The whole team is super accommodating and they don't bs you. We had Steve DJ our wedding and he was great. We had a special request to include musical chairs during our reception as oppose to a garter/bouquet toss and Steve completely nailed it. The music selection was spot on. It was like we had the same brain. My husband and I didn't give him much guidance on specific artists/songs to play because we forget, but also had a million other things to do. Even so, Steve still crushed it. We had so many guests rave about him. Steve felt like a friend to both of us which made the process so easy. Cutting Edge was one of the best DJ companies I have ever come across.

Hands down hiring Cutting Edge and having, DJ Richie, was one of the best decisions for our daughter’s wedding. He clearly was the critical element to the success. You could tell by the crowd that dancing was quite important to us and boy did everyone dance. My husband and I have been to so many weddings but we have never seen basically everyone on the dance floor all night. Singing Bohemian Rhapsody at the end.....priceless. Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely, and we lost track of the number of people who raved about your skills as a DJ. The Perfect Pace & Dance Party!

Hiring the Cutting Edge team, and in particular, DJ Richie, was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding weekend. Richie went above and beyond in making sure all the details for the night were well-planned, providing us with comfort in knowing we would be taken care of, music wise, throughout the night.

We debated between going with a live band or a DJ and we knew we would be demanding clients based on the eclectic range of music we wanted to play during our wedding. Richie eased our concerns and proved his team's flexibility to make sure we would have our perfect playlist, playing the specific songs we wanted at different parts of the night (and even having a live percussionist on hand to really bring home some of our favorite songs!).

Richie worked tirelessly with us throughout our wedding planning to craft the perfect playlist and pacing and executed an amazing performance during the wedding. We've always believed most people remember two things from your wedding - whether the food and drinks were good, and whether the music was great. We were fortunate to have all those areas covered incredibly well, so much so that our guests continue raving about the music and atmosphere we had at our wedding. It was an all-night dance party, which is exactly what we wanted!

Loved working with Richie

Richie Abrams was our wedding DJ and he was amazing from start to finish. He met with us once before the event to plan everything and was meticulous about every step: what songs to play and when, who to announce for toasts, timing of dinner, etc. He really helped to coordinate the schedule of the evening from the cocktail hour through to the last dance. He also had great recommendations for how to do things- we made all the decisions but his experience was invaluable as far as what would work and what was unfeasible. He was also in great communication with us leading up to the wedding. The best part was that he knew how to get everyone dancing and keep them on the dance floor the ENTIRE time without being obtrusive or pushy. Someone literally danced his pants off! We also had a live music performance from friends for one song, and Richie was in charge of that and communicated with the venue to make it seamless. Can’t recommend enough - thanks Richie!

Best Day Ever

Richie was our DJ. He was very organized starting with the wedding ceremony right to the end of the reception. He took the pressure of us looking at our watch to keep all the special moments in place. We had so much positive feed back from all of our guest. Everyone had a great time dancing and singing along. All the videos people have sent us everyone at one time or another was on the dance floor having a great time. Even though we had a diverse crowd everyone enjoyed the reception. Richie's experience with weddings and D-jaying made for the best day of our lives. My wife and I were very happy with our whole day. Thank you cutting edge.

Wonderful Experience

Steve Foltz was our DJ for a wedding this past May! We planned everything in three months and right from the beginning cutting edge was one of the most responsive vendors we were dealing with. From personally calling me after I sent an inquiry and the communication up to our big day, the experience with Cutting Edge and Steve was effortless and enjoyable. Steve was so flexible and so nice. He covered everything with us as far as what we wanted played, what our timeline would look like, etc. I am a bit of a music freak and he played all the songs I had requested as well as the perfect songs from artists I mentioned! The vibe from cocktail to the very end was amazing. Everyone was dancing and at the end of the night the dance floor was full. They were absolutely awesome to work with it and made our night amazing!!

The dance floor was full the entire evening!

Richie and Cutting Edge Entertainment were amazing for our event! A co-worker recommended Richie and after meeting with him, I knew he would be a great DJ for our wedding. We met with him about a month prior to the wedding to go over all of the details and he asked a bunch of questions. He really wanted to know what the kind of music we liked and what we thought our guests would like. I was so surprised that on the day of the wedding, he hit all of the artists/songs that like and my group of friends like and would dance too. He definitely did not jut have a set playlist that he plays at every wedding but really listened to what we wanted. The dance floor was full the entire evening and everyone raved about how much fun they had. I would highly recommend Richie!

The dance floor was packed from beginning to end!

Best Wedding Dance Party

Steve at Cutting Edge is THE BEST. He was so accommodating in making sure we had the songs we wanted for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. So many of our guests have mentioned how great the DJ was and that they could barely leave the dance floor because every song was so good! Highly professional & raved about by guests

We had an exceptional experience working with Richie. There are so many things to figure out and deal with when planning a wedding and some of it can be a bit stressful, but working with Richie was a very smooth, easy and enjoyable part of our process. He gave us plenty of time and attention up front to help us plan songs for various parts of the wedding (procession, father/daughter dance songs, etc.), and gave us great suggestions when we asked for them, as well as was very interested in what kinds of music we would want (and not want) at the reception. On the day of we never had to worry or think once in regards to the music or DJ. He arrived with an assistant (as planned), he coordinated the pre-ceremony music & procession flawlessly (in a separate space from the reception), his microphones for the ceremony worked seamlessly. Then for the reception everything went great with introductions/toasts/etc, and he made special announcements for things we wanted the guests to know about. As for the dancing, everyone kept raving about how much they enjoyed the music and loved the songs he picked. It was a hit with our younger and older guests. In fact several told us he was the "best wedding DJ" they had ever seen! The dance songs he played were a nice blend of songs we had discussed previously and songs that fit with the crowd and the music we enjoy. Our wedding was pretty compact in 5 hours from start to finish for the Ceremony and Reception and Richie did a great job making sure the timing and flow were moving along with our timeline and time constraints. He was always very polite, fun, easy to talk with and very professional. I cannot recommend him enough. The other nice thing about Cutting Edge is that if a DJ were to be sick on your date you would have a backup with one of the other DJs. If we had to do it all again we would absolutely go with Richie again, and are recommending him to our friends and coworkers who get engaged.

Keeps the party going!

We just had our wedding this past Saturday and Richie made it go off without a hitch! We wound up running shorter on the dance time so he jumped in and got everyone dancing immediately! He played the perfect mix for our crowd, kept the dance floor absolutely packed, and did all the introductions and different wedding parts wonderfully. Since we had a unique venue with lots of different rooms, he had to do some moving of his equipment and rearranging to make everything work. And he did so seamlessly. Highly recommend him; you won't be disappointed!

The best day ever, with the best DJs ever!

My wedding was absolutely amazing and it would not have been possible without Cutting Edge and more specifically our DJ, Steve Foltz. Everyone I dealt with at Cutting Edge Entertainment was very professional and personable which made the experience very easy on top of the chaos of wedding planning. Pedro was our DJ and he really was worth every penny! He was also the MC for the entire wedding and kept everything running smoothly while showing all of our guest a great time. Amazing music experience for your big day!!

Cutting Edge Entertainment did such a great job for our whole wedding experience! Steve Foltz did such a fantastic job at being our DJ for our wedding.

Excellent DJ and Photo booth

We just wanted to say thank you to Richie and his team and let you know what a wonderful job they did Saturday 9/29/18. Our families are not huge dancers but Richie and his assistant kept everyone moving the entire night! He can read the crowd like a pro and it was perfect. The ladies running the photo booth were amazing (unfortunately, I didn't get their names)! They were dancing and so upbeat that no one could resist having a good time around them! I loved that they included their photo in our guest book! What a fun surprise! We got so many compliments from our guests about the whole team, even my 90+ year old aunt and uncle, who probably don't know a single song after 1960!!! Richie and his team are great and I could not recommend them more for a great time!

Best night of our lives, that is what everyone keeps texting me and calling me to say! Tony A was the DJ/MC for our wedding this past September, and mad was he good. His level of professionalism far exceeded our expectations, he worked directly with all of our other vendor to ensure timing would be perfect throughout the evening. His introductions and announcements throughout the evening were perfect. I had two family members from out of town who asked him for his card so that when their kids get married in a few years he can fly Tony out if he is willing, that says a lot I think. Finally, the music was perfect. He read the room throughout the night and made sure that everyone and I mean everyone was on the dance floor. If you're looking for a DJ company search no farther than Cutting Edge and ask for Tony, you wont be disappointed!

Cutting Edge Entertainment was a fantastic choice for our wedding, and getting referred to their DJ Richie Abrams was one of the best things that happened during our planning process.

All along the way - from the very first call we got, to our in-person meeting, to the big night itself - Richie was the very picture of a professional, making sure that we got exactly the vibes, energy, and of course the schedule that we wanted. Because of him, our night flowed as we had pictured it - he kept us on track, and kept guests having fun. I don't think our dance floor was ever empty. He smoothly transitioned from hit to hit, mixing the old with the new, and keeping people's energy up. We couldn't be more grateful to him and his assistant.

I would recommend Richie and the Cutting Edge team to anyone in the greater Philadelphia area, because I know they can and will help to make your wedding dreams come true.

Cutting Edge Entertainment was perfect for our wedding and our DJ Steve was awesome. Leading up to our wedding, they responded quickly and were happy to answer any questions we had. We even got a chance to meet with Steve before making the decision to hire him as our DJ. He made us feel at ease about the big day and ensured that we would be like guests at our wedding and assured us that we didn't have to worry about anything and he was right. He responded to our emails and phone calls promptly and took care of everything the day of the wedding. I am not a huge dancer but me, my husband, and our guests all had an awesome time dancing at our reception! He was also very attentive to our tastes in music. Hiring Richie Abrams and Cutting Edge Entertainment was the easiest decision of our entire wedding planning process. Richie was the DJ for my wife's brother's wedding last fall, and it was the most fun wedding we had ever been to, the dance floor was packed all night. We knew we needed a great DJ/MC for our wedding to be just as fun. Richie was great to work with leading up to our wedding, he had great suggestions for music all throughout the night and even went out and got some unique instrumental versions of songs we wanted for our ceremony. Richie has the ability to read the room and play music that keeps the party going from beginning to end. We had guests of all ages comment the next day of how good the DJ was. Hiring Cutting Edge was the best decision we could have made! Customer service was excellent from the get-go, affordable pricing and the best value! We had Steve and Jarred come out to DJ and emcee our wedding at Normandy Farm Hotel on 7/7/18 and they kept the whole crowd entertained all night! We could not stop dancing and we are so grateful for their experience and ability to make the party fun for everyone, no matter their age or taste in music! Steve was very personable and took the time to get to know me and my husband as a couple before the wedding, and totally went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect night. We weren’t sure of what music to play to keep the crown going, but he helped us figure it out while also making some on-the-fly changes as the night went on and he got a feel for the crowd. You will not find better service anywhere else! Nicest people and very talented!

We were lucky enough to work with Justin on our wedding day! He was incredibly easy to work with,very responsive, gave great recommendations , accommodated all of our requests, and made our wedding night SO much fun! Our guests have already come to me and asked who our DJ was, a few of them are getting married soon and already reached out to book Justin for their wedding. From the very beginning to the very end, we felt well taken care of by Cutting Edge Entertainment. Every question asked was promptly answered and every detail from big to small was gone over. For example, a few weeks prior to the wedding we sat down with Richie and went over every little detail from what song our parents would walk out for the reception to, to what song would be played during the cake cutting. When we were unsure about what song we wanted, Richie played a variety of songs for us to give us some ideas and was so patient as we went back and forth deciding the "perfect" songs for every inch of the wedding! ... And was the music at our wedding perfect!! Richie knew exactly what to play to keep people entertained... Non stop dancing by all of our guests all night! My husband and I come across Cutting Edge by accident, but it was an amazing experience. Steve hosted our wedding and he was amazing. He is very flexible and available when we needed him. He played all the songs requested, and even though they are not a Russian DJ, Steve was able to accommodate with mixing in Russian music for Russian speaking guests. He made the party lively and was approachable throughout the reception. I would highly recommend Steve and the Cutting Edge crew!

Steve from Cutting Edge Entertainment had everyone dancing all night. Steve was easy to work with as my wife and I planned our wedding. He knew when to reach out to set up meetings and had a flexible schedule. Steve provided us with some great ideas and even brought a few things to our attention we never would have thought. After giving Steve a short list of Do and Do Not play songs, we trusted he would get a feel for our reception and have everyone dancing. Steve was great on the mic during our introductions but per our request did not overdo it as some DJ/Emcee’s tend to do. Once dinner was done, Steve was easily able to transition the music and mood to get everyone, even my grandmother, on the dance floor. I cannot say enough good things about Richie and Cutting Edge Entertainment. From the first outreach, Richie was prompt, thoughtful, engaging and worked with us to fully understand exactly what we wanted for our big day. We met with him twice and each time he spent an inordinate amount of time ensuring that each song and each transition would not only get but keep our guests on the dance floor. Richie was the consummate professional from the first outreach. He was recommended by another vendor and upon reading reviews, my fiancé and I reached out to set up a meeting. He was attentive, thorough and made me feel like he wanted to have everyone at our wedding enjoy themselves and that was his biggest priority.
