Allison Witt at Curated Events was an amazing partner for our recent wedding.
I walked into the Curated showroom as lost as can be, and Allison took great care of all my questions. Clearly a pro, Allison helped guide us through the entire event, making recommendations on linens, servingware, and rental furniture. Overall, she helped make an overwhelming process very simple.
Dropoff and pickup were on-time and as planned, and the entire experience with Curated Events was top-notch.

Curated brought our wedding vision to life
Jonathan and the whole team at Curated were an amazing help from beginning to end. During our initial meeting, he helped us figure out not only what we wanted but also all of the things we might not have remembered we needed. Their wide ranging inventory allowed us to pick and choose where we wanted to spend extra money, and their soft seating selections had a tremendous breadth of styles and uses. Jonathan was incredibly responsive and helpful in making adjustments when needed and working closely with us to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. On our wedding day, every detail from the gorgeous clear-top tent, to the chairs, to the number of glasses we needed was perfect. We cannot thank Jonathan and the team at Curated enough for everything they did!

Great Quality + Transparent Pricing
Terri was flexible and responsive throughout the entire planning process! They had an excellent inventory, and all items were extremely high quality and what I expected. I also found their pricing to be very transparent and had no hidden fees, unlike other rental vendors I inquired with. Terri even allowed me to add tablecloths a week before the wedding when I realized I could not do those myself. Overall, very pleased with their services!

Great to work with!
We worked with Liberty Party Rentals for our wedding back on November 5th! I knew early on in wedding planning that I wanted to use real china for our dinner, and loved the look of a full table setting. I had worked with Liberty previously on a few work related events, and knew they did a great job. I set up a time to come into the office to take a look at all the options available, and it was one of the easiest processes throughout all of wedding planning! We initially worked with Taylor (who is no longer there I believe) but she was fantastic in showing us everything we could need, alternates for higher priced items, etc. We were able to get everything selected in just under an hour with her. Liberty was also able to drop everything off the night before our wedding so we could go ahead and set up, and promptly returned at the end of the wedding the next day to pick everything back up. Jonathan was who we worked with in the last few weeks of finalizing everything, and he was great at communicating all the final details to us. Altogether, Liberty was wonderful to work with and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for outstanding service!

Liberty Rentals was a breeze to work with! Jonathan was our contact person and he was so, so helpful. My mom and I visited the warehouse a few months before our wedding, and Jonathan helped us pick out the perfect table settings (which seemed like an impossible task with all of the options they have!). He was patient, kind, and helpful while respectful of our budget, and pointing out what would and what wouldn't be worth spending more on. On our wedding day the delivery went without a hitch, and we had everything we needed. I would recommend Liberty Rentals, and requesting Jonathan's help, to anyone getting married in Nashville!

We needed gold flatware and gold Chivari chairs for our wedding venue and wedding reception dinner. We were very pleased with the go flatware and chairs. They delivered on time to the venue and coordinated with the banquet manager. We had absolutely no hassle or issues with the delivery or pick up of the rentals. We would definitely use them again.

Everyone at Liberty was so incredibly helpful and friendly. I was thoroughly pleased with the customer service and the quality of products and services offered. We postponed our wedding last minute due to covid and Liberty never skipped a beat. We were able to have everything we initially wanted on the rescheduled date and didn't lose a penny. Everyone was wonderful from the first person that reached out to me when I requested a quote all the way down to the delivery crew. Can't praise them enough. On top of it all, the prices were better than most people in the area. Liberty is worth every penny!

We worked with Allison at Liberty Rentals and she was a AMAZING! She replied to my calls and emails so promptly and efficiently and was super informative about all the products. She really helped us navigate what rentals were truly needed within a tight budget.
When it came to the products themselves, everything was top notch, good quality and so beautiful. The service teams that installed our tent with stringed lights and our tables and chairs were so kind and got everything set up super quick. They were also super informative and helped us create the perfect layout.

We worked with Allison from Liberty Party Rental and they were great. We had to change the floor plan many times because of the pandemic and Liberty’s customer service was incredibly patient and willing to help in anyway they could. We had a great experience with Liberty. Taylor was super helpful, flexible, responsive and patient with us. We planned our wedding by proxy, so having someone that'd reply your emails right away, and would always be mindful of your budget was amazing. She really went out of her way to help us out with everything. Also, there was a problem with the tent we had in quote like 3 days before the wedding, but they upgraded our tent to a bigger one for the same price. Overall very happy that we chose Liberty!

Through our caterer (Clean Plate Club), we worked with Terri of Liberty Party Rental for my daughter’s wedding. She managed our rental order (table linens, reception chairs, additional tables, glassware, china, cutlery, and so forth) for the event. She was prompt in processing the numerous order updates we submitted, easy to get in touch with, and patient and thorough when answering our questions. Delivery and pick up of all rentals went smoothly. We were able to alter the order as late as 48 hours prior to the delivery day. We have no complaints. We recommend working with Liberty Party Rental. They are very reliable.

We used Liberty Party Rental for an August wedding and they were an absolute ease and stress-free company to work with! I've heard from other couples that many rental companies aren't upfront about pricing or can even be pushy — that is not the case with Liberty! As a bride, I changed my mind so many times about the rentals and decor (sorry Hannah, our AM), but our account manager was so understanding each time and made changes with a smile. We were so confident that they would have all the rentals we needed and even made changes up to 72 hours before our wedding date….would highly recommend NOT waiting until then to have everything finalized ;) , but it certainly was nice to have the flexibility knowing they would have all the rentals we needed. As far as drop-off and pick-up is concerned, though I did not help coordinate it (thanks to a wedding planner), this was a breeze as they know exactly what they're doing every time.

Hello! I work at an events venue in Nashville. This past weekend, the bride had borrowed linens from a friend. Linens were the wrong size! Liberty Party was the vendor for tables, chairs, china, etc. The planner called Christina Daigle at Liberty and Christina immediately ordered the proper number and size linens. I had called Glenn, who is the installation chief. He answered the phone and texted me when linens went on the truck.
This is one of the main reasons Liberty is on our preferred vendor list.

I'm an event planner and, admittedly, my expectations are high. Julie was one of my first calls when it came time to plan my own wedding. Even though we had a destination wedding - I chose to rent my linens from Liberty because of their stellar service and quality. Liberty, come to find out, has the only dance floor in town that can be outside and isn't required to be under a structure (such as a tent). Thank you Liberty! I really wanted an outdoor wedding with dancing under the stars and a tent would have ruined the ambiance. Easy to work with and helpful. They made it a breeze.

Liberty Party Rental is hands down the best rental company in Nashville. My husband and I researched a lot of different rental vendors, but Liberty was the only one that was transparent in their pricing and not pushy when selecting the rental items wanted. With the other rental companies we felt like they were constantly trying to up-sell us and wouldn't give us a price list of their rental items prior to visiting their facility and actually choosing all of the items we wanted for our rental. Liberty was straightforward and didn't try to convince us that we needed a throne or the most expensive linens at our reception (the throne pitch actually happened with a different rental vendor). Working with Rachel was wonderful, she was always incredibly responsive and attentive to the details. We were also very happy with the quality of the rental items. If you're looking for a rental company in Nashville, save yourself a lot of time and just book with Liberty - they are the best!

Rachel and the staff at Liberty Party Rental really made our wedding ceremony and reception so beautiful! I was the type of bride that really liked to do my research to make sure that we were getting the best price for the quality of rentals we would be receiving. Rachel really worked with our budget, and we were able to rent everything we had hoped for and more. Our style was rustic, and they had details in the decorations that not only give our event a rustic look, but a chic style to it as well. We even found napkins for the guests that matched the fabric of my wedding dress. Now that is true detail right there. The entire consultation and ordering process was made very simple, and the staff worked hard to make sure we left nothing out of our order. I was even able to set up a mock table with decorations to make sure the look we were going for was heading in the right direction prior to our wedding. That was so appreciated, because I was able to give our Day of Coordinator the vision we wanted for the reception prior to delivery. The delivery crew was prompt and set up so quickly. I could not have asked for it to go any better that morning. Thanks again for making our vision of the perfect wedding come true!

I worked with LPR for multiple corporate events over the last 2 years. While I never actually handled ordering, I worked with the products we rented a lot and what fun! Always high quality and added the perfect touch to our events! Plus, theit on-site team is usually very helpful.

I wanted Chevron navy and white runners. We searched everywhere for them. Most places were outrageous. Thankfully we found Liberty Party Rentals because they had exactly the runners I wanted as well as napkins that matched. We also rented chairs from them.

I do two medium-sized events each year at work that are handled by Liberty Party Rental, and so when we began planning our wedding reception I immediately gave them a call. Since they're located in Hendersonville and our reception was in Brentwood, I did call two other rental companies in Brentwood/Franklin to compare quotes and -- as always -- Liberty was by far the most affordable and best option. They were wonderful as we worked within my limited budget, and when my caterer called with a last-minute change on my behalf they immediately e-mailed me a new estimate (even though my contact was out of the office at the time). Their delivery crew is the best in the city, and you simple can't go wrong if you plan your event through Liberty.

Best value in a 100 mile radius of Franklin, KY. WE CHECKED ALL OPTIONS! We rented plates, table clothes, napkins, trees, cake stands, silver ware, chair covers, charger plates, columns... i think that's all... their website offers pictures and price lists... my mother in law also used them for our rehearsal dinner :) They were wonderful to work with!

Solid choice and great customer service
For such a big company, I was surprised at how great their service was--super friendly and responsive. My wedding was a DIY at my parents' house, so we rented a lot of things--chairs, three types of tables, a bar, the tent, linens, trash cans, etc. I was a bit dismayed at how much rentals cost in general, but Liberty offers competitive pricing. They made it easy for me to decide, and they provided exactly what they promised. My favorite item was actually the tent itself! It looked nice, not cheap at all. The herringbone bar also looked great. I'd definitely recommend Liberty to others!

It was such a pleasure to work with Liberty during our wedding planning process! We were able to go to their showroom and set a table with all of the linen/glassware/flatware we were considering using. They made it super easy to email and update the quantities/items rented so we could keep up with an accurate amount due, even on the week of the wedding! The items rented from Liberty were hands down the easiest part of putting together the wedding- the rentals arrived to the venue Friday and were picked up Monday (for our Saturday wedding), without us having to worry about anything.

Liberty Party Rental was used for our wedding and they were very flexible during the entire process. We were able to add things at the last minute without any problems. They dropped off the items at the location for a low fee and then picked up all of the items on the Monday after our Saturday wedding at the venue location. We rented tables, chairs, bar tables, keg tubs, fans, extension cords, and tablecloths. I highly recommend them!

Liberty had everything I wanted for our Art Deco wedding. They even made a custom size red carpet for our guest photo stop. The only thing missing were the mercury glass votives I rented but were forgotten on the day of. They're funded that portion of our rental, and honestly it was such a minor hiccup.

Great service!! I had an outdoor ceremony and my reception was half outdoors and half indoors. I had them pick up the ceremony chairs soon after the ceremony so that I didn't have to pay the extra delivery fee for a late pick up. I didn't even know they came by and got them! They were smooth, efficient and very easy to work with!

Having my wedding at Houston Station made Liberty Rentals was a breeze to work with. They have a showroom in the same location and delivery and pick-up seemed to flow smoothly. Rachael was extremely accommodating with my mother and I and all the questions we had. She offered advice and suggestions when we needed it. The people that work there are very, very nice and very patient. They are good at taking your ideas and making them practical and workable. They also have good suggestions. They are dependable and on time for drop-off and set up. The staff is also really easy to reach and let me stop by several times to "play" with my table arrangements and to show family members who were in town, etc. And they have a huge selection to pick from!

We rented a few specialty items from them and they worked perfectly a chose not to use this company for all our rentals (tables, place settings, etc) because it was quite a bit pricier than another company I found. Liberty Party Rental was the most affordable rental company in Middle TN that my family could find with the highest quality rentals. We were very happy with the rentals we received on the day of my wedding. The one thing we were disappointed in was the fact that the team setting up our tent was halfway done setting it up incorrectly, after going over the tent location several times, when my wedding coordinator had to correct them and they had to move the entire tent. Thankfully it didn't turn out to be a big ordeal. Other then that, I would recommend Liberty Party Rental to anyone looking for a rental company with high quality products at a competitive price.

We rented tables and chairs from Liberty Party Rental for our wedding. They were delivered promptly within the timeframe we were given on the day before the wedding. They also allowed us to set them up ourselves in order to cut down on the cost. Some of the chairs and tables were not in the best condition, but they did bring us a few extra from what we had originally ordered to replace them for no extra charge.

Liberty Party Rental was a pretty good vendor. We rented pretty much everything from them tables, chairs, linen, china and flatware, a tent and a dance floor. They have a great selection of items, they are reasonably priced, and the delivery and tent setup went off without a hitch. When we went to select all of our china and linens, however, they werent expecting us. We made an appointment, but somehow got lost in the system. They did get someone to help us, but I guess they had just moved to a new showroom so every time we wanted to see something water goblets, different sized plates, etc our helper kept having to go back into the warehouse to get things. Besides that, though, I think they were a good vendor and I would recommend them to a friend.

I dealt with Gretchen and she was a sweetheart. I was a pain because I kept changing my mind, and order. As my number changed and I reworked my budget I realized I had to cut alot of rental. I cut the chairs, then I added them again. Gretchen worked with me and didnt lose her patience, or professionalism.
The actual product on the other hand was a huge disappointment. About 13 cloth napkins had stains and when the chairs arrived they were wet and dirty. Pool chairs or not they should have been ready to be used. We had to go and wipe down each and every chair (100). Gretchen brought the napkins to us personally. But the management was not trying to give me a discount that was worthy of the issues and unnecessary stress they cause me and my coordinator the day before the wedding. Eventually they caved but it took a lot of talking, and phone calls. One person couldnt make the decision, they had to talk to another person who had to talk to another person.
All in all it was NOT worth the stress. I would not only never use them again, but I would strongly caution anyone else from using them. Go with someone else to save yourself the aggrivation.

We were required to use liberty with our venue for our wedding. They are professional, quick, and the value is there. My gripe is that their policies for rain plan tent rentals. They require that you cancel 5 days in advance in order to get 50% of your tent fee back. As you know, the weather can change dramatically in 5 days, and it did in the case of our wedding. We ended up being lucky with great weather! They say they need the advance notice so they can get it loaded onto the trucks for delivery. Well I doubt they are loading the truck on Monday for your Saturday wedding. I'm not sure why they couldn't make it 48 or even 72 hours prior to your event. The real reason? It's how they make extra money off you. You need a rain plan tent? Expect to lose your money. This may be the standard for other rental companies as well, but it would be nice to do business with someone that isn't blatantly taking advantage of couples. My other advice for you is that if you are budget conscious and you are required to use liberty, you may want to purchase your own linens and decorative items. We spent a lot less money just buying all of our linens and candle holders rather than renting.

The wedding was on a Saturday and if we chose to have the linens delivered it wasn't going to be there until the morning/afternoon of the event. That was not okay with me. There were to many variables, so they told us we could pick them up... from NASHVILLE! It is a bit confusing that they are out of Hendersonville, but for me to pick up my linens to ensure that I have them for the event, I had to drive to Nashville. The linens were clean upon pick up and packaged well.
