  Amazing Photos and Videos!

  Cupid brothers was an absolute blessing at our wedding! In addition to being true artists with a great eye for light, pose, and capture meaningful candid moments, they kept us smiling and rolling with punches. Cupid brothers have a great creative spirit that wholeheartedly embraced the wedding and had fun with it. So far the photos and videos have come out beautifully, they have such a unique artistic eye. We are so pleased with our decision to go with them. Highly recommended!!

  Wedding 2/8/2020

  My wedding was last year in February 2020 right before the shut down due to the pandemic. It was a beautiful day and was able to take beautiful shots but was I disappointed in the set up and where the photographer/ videographer would meet.
  He did not want to meet with me the week before to plan out where I would want the photos taken and claimed that he has been doing this for year and meeting a week early wouldn’t make a difference on the day of the wedding because weather varies. Which makes sense but still for peace of mind I would of appreciated him to come out and take a look and converse with me on the set up and where I wanted him to be. The day I had the rehearsal was just as beautiful and sunny as the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding everything worked out okay, and I got great shots of the ceremony, reception and wedding photos. The package I got included and photographer and a videographer. I received the photos within a month of the wedding but have not received any videos of my wedding. I have contacted Stephen several times of when I would receive the video and he stated he was working on them and I should get them shortly. The pandemic hit and I reached out in May asking about my videos. He said with Covid the office and people to help have been scarce and to bear with them as they try to finish. Months past and I text and emailed and haven’t heard a reply. Come August I tried again and he responded with the videos are done but that he just has to add the music and then will send the videos to me. After the message I have not heard anything from Stephen in months. I have called, emailed and texted. I also went on the social media site and saw he was active so I sent a direct message to him. The next day I looked to see if he responded and he has blocked me entirely. I tried to call his phone number and it goes straight to voicemail. It has been a year and I have not received any of my videos when the contract say that I should receive the product within 30 days. This photographer is very UNPROFESSIONAL and doesn’t have the decency to respond back to his clients. He does take great pictures and his portfolio does look good but I would be wary of his word on giving you the product and responding back to you in a timely matter.

  Decent videographer but unprofessional & non responsive communication

  I got married on Aug 7 a rescheduled date from one in June. When I initially reached out to Stephen, he was responsive and helpful in explaining his style & vision for wedding video. I liked his portfolio and he was on the more budget side compared to a lot of the videographers I was looking at. After deciding to go with Stephen, everything went well. He was professional and pleasant on the day of the wedding and there weren't any red flags. He was flexible with our changed wedding date and everything seemed to go well on the wedding day.
  
  And then that's when things started going downhill... The last thing I remember Stephen saying to us on the wedding day was that he'd contact me in about a month to talk through the video and see what kind of music we wanted in the video. One month passed and I still hadn't heard from him. I emailed him to see if he had any updates from him. Another month passes and still nothing. I tried to text/call/DM on IG and still didn't hear back from him. After 3 months, I started to get really worried. I checked our contract and it said that he would deliver his product within 90 days of the event. At that point it was over 100 days. Like a few others mentioned, I saw that he was pretty active on social media.
  
  Our wedding coordinator recommended us to send him an official notice to perform through mail and if not, we would begin to find a way to legally pursue action. About a 1.5 weeks after we sent the notice, he finally sent us the wedding video with no explanation or apology. The wedding video turned out fine - although we had no choice on the music or any edits - which Stephen promised that it would be a collaborative video in the beginning. He also promised to give us all of the toasts/special moments during the reception. He did send us all but the best man toast. He also said that we could have the raw video if we sent him a hard drive. We requested this along with the best man toast, but again he did not respond to any emails.
  
  All in all, I was VERY disappointed with the service I got with Stephen. It was really unprofessional for him to not respond to any communication after the wedding. We felt like we were getting scammed or something. He did end up giving us decent videos (thank goodness).

  Never got our video

  Hey Stephen,
  I’ve tried multiple times to get a hold of you and so has my husband. We have emailed multiple times with no response, texted, called, left voicemails, even messaged you on Instagram. It had been over 3 months since our wedding and therefore we are not out of contract that you sent us. It’s very concerning that we can’t get a hold of you. We’ve seen you are active on your IG so if you could please send us our video that would be great and please contact us.
