Cassie at Cupcake Mini Bar was our favorite vendor to work with. She was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding cake and cupcakes were exactly what we had in mind. The delivery was seamless and the display was absolutely gorgeous. Cassie was a joy to work with and we plan to use her again and again for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. -

Cassie was a pleasure to work with! We really enjoyed the tasting where she had lots of different options available to us. Once we came up with our concept she offered up a few other alternatives. The cake was absolutely amazing and we got lots of compliments! Highly recommended!! -

Cassie was wonderful to work with. She allowed us to sample any and all flavors we wanted. When it came to creating our cake, we were able to pick 3 flavors and really make it the cake we wanted. When it came to the wedding day, she delivered it on time and everything was flawless. The day and weeks following our wedding, everyone was commenting on how wonderful the cake was and that they could not stop eating it! -

We were extremely happy with Cupcake Mini Bar!! We had some special dietary restrictions that Cassie was more than accommodating with and the desserts were amazing! We went with a much less traditional dessert bar all of which Cassie customized to be fall flavors and themes. Our guests all raved about the desserts and how unique our dessert bar was. We would absolutely recommend Cupcake Mini Bar to anyone getting married, throwing a party or looking for delicious treats! -

It was a delight to collaborate with Cassie at Cupcake Minibar. She was incredibly professional, accommodating and personable throughout the entire planning process. And her cupcakes were both aesthetically beautiful and incredibly delicious. We had a variety of flavors to choose from and they were an absolute hit at the reception. We had a large percentage of young children at our wedding and once dessert time came, we lined them up, counted down and watched 25 kids descend upon the mountain of deliciousness Cassie had created for us all. And don't be fooled-the grown ups were just as anxious as the kids to dig into them, although they were a bit less disciplined in holding out. Perhaps that's the greatest testament to Cassie's excellence. Cupcakes so good that every kid will wait with bated breath for fear of missing out if they misbehave - but adults can't help themselves. -

We chose Cassie and Cupcake Mini Bar to provide the cake and cupcakes for our daughter's destination wedding. The guests are still talking about the beautiful presentation and delicious cakes! In advance of the wedding, Cassie provided a tasting and our daughter selected several flavors. They were ALL delicious! I highly recommend Cassie and Cupcake Mini Bar. -

Cassie not only made our cake, she recreated my favorite cake from a recipe I provided her and it turned out amazing! We worked with her from out of state and she made the entire process entirely painless. We decided we needed the cake delivered at the last minute and she accommodated our request. There was not a single piece of cake leftover the day after our wedding! -

Cassie helped make our wedding perfect! She is so talented, creative, and professional. She made our cutting cake and cupcakes for our wedding and they were incredible. She came up with the most delicious flavors that fit our Southwest wedding! She also made our dessert table look amazing. The cupcakes were a hit, and all gone by the end of the night. Since our wedding, Cassie has made two birthday cakes and we know there will be many more to come. Cassie is the best and will help make any celebration fabulous! -

Cassie with Cupcake Mini Bar created beautiful and delicious cupcakes and our cake for our wedding. Cassie was amazing to work with and helped us make the perfect cupcake minibar for our Fall wedding that suited us perfectly! She suggested decorations for the dessert table and set up everything to look wonderful before the reception. Plus the cupcakes are some of the best we have ever tasted! We highly recommend Cupcake Mini Bar for your special event. -

Cassie is a complete professional. Not only are her cupcakes and cakes delicious, but they're also gorgeous. The cup cake mini bar was beautifully laid out when we got to our reception and added a lot to the aesthetics the room.
Do the tasting. I learned so much about baking science! -

Cassie was very easy to work with, even with us planning from different states! She was easy to get hold of and plan our cake tasting. She had wonderful little cupcakes made with each of the flavors. The cake itself was adorable! We ate leftovers for a few days after and even after being in the fridge it was still delicious! We went with the blueberries and cream for the main bottom layer and strawberries and cream for the smaller top layer, both covered in vanilla bean frosting. The top was decorated with blueberries. The strawberry went so fast that we didn't even see the slices put out! -

The cake was delivered on time and as ordered. The only issue was that one layer of the cake seemed a little overdone making it a little dry, but most pieces were moist and delicious. -

Her cupcakes are outstanding and with the all of her amazing flavor options, you’ll be able to find choices for everyone! We couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Cassie at Cupcake Mini Bar for our Steamboat Springs wedding. She was professional, prompt and flexible. On our wedding day she took care of all of the details and I didn't even have to contact her, which made my day worry free and smooth! Our cake and cupcakes were delicious (we had four flavors), and we'll be ordering from her again when we're back in Steamboat. -

My wedding cake was not only gluten free but beautiful and delicious!! She decorated it exactly as I described. Cassie did a great job making heart shaped iced sugar cookies both gluten free and regular. All my guests mentioned that the desserts were delicious! I do not live in the same town as the bakery or my wedding site and we conducted all business through email and phone. She did a great job communicating with me! I also changed my mind a few times prior to my final order, she was very patient and helpful! Thanks Cassie! -

I absolutely love everything about this baker. Cassie is amazing to work with and my cakes were a hit at my wedding. She accommodated me ordering 5 small cakes instead of one large one and even made specialized ball jar cookies for my rehearsal. I couldn't thank her enough for being such a rock star!! -

Cassie was so great to work with! She has so many delicious flavors for her cupcakes/cakes! I would recommend booking a tasting. My husband and I did a cupcake tasting with Cassie and our parents, which was so much fun! It was really the only time we physically spent with our parents, all together, deciding details for our wedding. And it was really special for our parents as well. We did mini cupcakes at our wedding and our guests loved them! It was hard to narrow down flavors, they were all so delicious! We chose five flavors, and then I added on a surprise flavor for my husband. Cassie was flexible and easy to work with, especially when I added a surprise batch of cupcakes to the mix and they turned out to be our favorite flavor! We highly recommend Cassie and her beautiful and yummy cakes! -

Cassie's cupcakes were out of this world and a huge hit at the wedding! The guests couldn't wait and were sneaking them before dinner as word got around about how delicious they were. Cassie was very nice when we met, and told me she was confident in baking and decorating my Wedding Cake the way I wanted. The flavors of the cake were delicious, but the decorating of the cake was not what I wanted. I told her I wanted a naked topsy turvey cake with berries and flowers and gold dust. I had pictures on my pintrest of what I wanted. The Cake was topsy turvey but it was not naked it was completely iced. It did not have nearly as many berries and gold dust that we had talked about. it was a little plain, I was disappointed in they way the cake was decorated, but tasted great. -

The cake tasted great and was well priced considering the size. However, the cake looked terrible. It was nothing like the picture that I had provided. The colors were off, the flower looked tacky and the fondant was very lumpy. I am embarrassed to show pictures of my cake from my wedding. On a positive note, it was the best gluten free cake I had ever eaten in my life! -
