The absolute best!

Culinary Art Catering made our wedding so special for us! Our guests have been raving about the food and how delicious everything was from the cocktail hour to the dinner! We were so so happy working with them and their whole team, Lorenne & Collin were amazing throughout the whole thing! They made everything so so personal and special for us from the tasting we did to our wedding day, everything was so much more than we could have asked for or ever even expected! We tried a few different companies but hands down Culinary Art Catering is THE BEST! We would use them a million times over without hesitation. We felt like they were more than just vendors, they really made themselves family to us. We are so thankful for them and so thankful to have had them be a part of our big day! Don't even hesitate or think twice about it- your event is in the BEST hands with them!

Culinary Art Catering personifies professionalism and excellence! We were fortunate enough to have them as our caterer for our wedding on 2/24/2018. From the outstanding Hors d'oeuvres, to the incredible dishes at the mini plate stations, to the unobtrusive staff, they went above and beyond expectations to make sure all the culinary aspects of our wedding were pure perfection! They listened to our wants and needs and made sure all of our guests were treated like royalty the entire night!! If you are looking for a great catering company to help take your wedding to the next level, then I highly recommend Culinary Art Catering!!! Congratulations on a job well done, and thank you again for making our wedding celebration a night we will never forget!!!!

Sarah Kane and the team at Culinary Art were a delight to work with! She made the entire process smooth and was a joy to work with. Sarah also provided "day-of" coordination, so I did not worry about a single thing - and was able to enjoy the day without stress.

The food was delicious, and they were happy to work with us to make our signature cocktail (blueberry vodka lemonade), even serving in Mason jars, which went with the venue & theme.

Vivian Morgan and Chef Yossi of Culinary Art Catering were key to the success of our daughter's wedding at Old Red on Sunday, May 29, 2011 - they could not have done a better job. The food was excellent and our guests are still talking about how they never had such good food at a wedding. The presentation was beautiful, the service was excellent and the linens and tableware were very nice. Once you contract with them, you do not need to worry about a thing - they listen, offer good ideas, and make sure that everything is exactly as you want it to be. They exceeded our expectations and provided excellent value for the money. I will recommend Culinary Art to anyone looking for a wonderful caterer.

I usually don't do reviews but Culinary Art Catering is amazing! They not only provided wonderful food but advised me on everything from the linens to lighting. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service was impressive. Sarah is my new favorite caterer. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and associates.

Food and presentation were outstanding. Vivian was easy to work with and always very responsive to my emails. if I had another wedding to plan I would hire them again. My guests loved the food especially the risotto action station and the espresso bar.

Great Food and service

CAC was very helpful from the beginning of the process. They answered every single question I had didnt mind the multiple changes I made and were pleasant to work with every step of the way. Huge shout out to Kaitlyn who was a great help to me! The food was amazing and we got many compliments on it! Couldnt be happier that we went with CAC

I cannot rave enough about this team and the amazing food!! I don't know how many people told me they went back for seconds and how professional and on top of everything the whole staff was. Thank you so much for making our day more amazing, organized, and delicious than we could have ever imagined. Do not bother talking to any other catering company, this is THE ONE!!

Shannon and I just wanted to say a huge "Thank You" to you, as well as the rest of the Culinary Arts Catering staff. The wedding was amazing and I can't tell you how many great comments we had regarding the food and service. First, I was very surprised that Yossi actually showed up himself to direct the staff......I didn't expect that and it was a very pleasant surprise to know that he puts that much effort into making sure his customers are taken care of. I can't tell you how impressed I was with him and his staff regarding the set up. I spent about 5 minutes with him confirming the arrangements and his crew went to work and got everything done with no problems whatsoever. The food was AMAZING!!!! We got SO many compliments on how good EVERYTHING was, from beginning to end. BTW, thank you so much for the suggestion on the different flavors for the fountains....everyone loved it! At the end of the night, your staff was so sweet to pack up the extra food for us to take with us......I'll tell you not a bit of it went to waste! Shannon and I actually left before they started cleaning up, but our friends told us that your staff did an absolute amazing job of cleaning everything up.....in fact, she said it was cleaner after they got done then it was before!! The entire staff was so nice and friendly........we couldn't have asked for a better caterer! Thank you so much for your efforts...and please pass this on to Yossi and the rest of the staff. Thank you for making it a perfect night!

Culinary Art was outstanding! We worked with two different ladies in the months leading up as I think that Melissa, the first woman we worked with for our tasting and many of the months leading up, must have left Culinary Art. Our tasting was great and they really worked with us a lot to make sure our rentals were just right, our menu was perfect, and every detail was worked out for the day of timeline! After Melissa left we worked mainly with Chelsey who was also outstanding! The transition from Melissa to Chelsey was seamless and we never felt that any details were passed over do the the change! We loved Chelsey! I spoke with her in the final steps leading up to our wedding day. I never got to meet her on our wedding day unfortunately but my coordinator and several family members did and they had nothing but good things to say of her! My coordinator was SERIOUSLY impressed with her. She was on top of everything food and bar related on the wedding day apparently. Everything went so smoothly I could not be happier! Thank you Chelsey and Culinary Art Staff for everything! Yall were amazing! Also…the food is AMAZING! I had so many people talking about how unique the hors d'oeuvres were and how great our Italian food buffet was! They were also able to accommodate our vegetarian and GF friends and family easily! So great! Would recommend to anyone!

Culinary Art was great!!! They surpassed my expectations. Everything looked so elegant and organized. I got the “frugal” package and I was afraid that it was going to look frugal. It didn’t, everyone thought we paid so much. I was so happy that the food came out wonderful.
The only thing I didn’t like was the amount of tip I gave the wait staff. I thought I brought enough cash for all the vendors, but I wanted to give them so much more than what I did, I felt they went above and beyond.

My wedding was held at my parents home last November (2009) at first I was worried about having to contact all kinds of vendors for flowers and tables and chairs and everything else you can possibly imagine. Luckily I stumbled upon Culinary Arts Catering. They took care of everything! They even helped my come up with a plan of when we would be cutting the cake, having our first dance and coordenating the toasts. It was so much easier than trying to figure everything out by myself. I really appreciated the care and attention they gave to my wedding especially because it was only for 40 people, other caterers I contacted didn't seem to want to work with a small group. Not these guys. They are definitly the best in the business

Krista was the absolute best! She was so professional, responsive, and attentive to our changing minds and needs. So organized! From the taste testing to the reception, Krista made me feel like my wedding was the only event and the only one that mattered. Krista and the staff were responsive and accommodating during the planning phase. On my wedding day, I could not have been more satisfied with how Krista took charge in making the reception flow so smoothly. The wait staff were so professional, pleasant, and served our guests with such care and attention. They were very efficient in getting the food delivered to the guests and clean up. The food was to die for! It was amazing! I have never tasted food that good!! Without a doubt or question, I would absolutely recommend Krista and Culinary Art Catering for your wedding needs. I worked with Krista at Culinary Arts Catering. She proposed a menu that was most fitting for an afternoon wedding reception, and they delivered. Krista was very accessible during the planning process and worked with me when I needed guidance. She helped me feel very confident and I knew this was one piece of the puzzle I didn't have to worry about. Not to mention, the food was delicious! A Very Happy Mother of the Bride!

My father passed away and I had about a day and a half to plan a reception that followed the wake. Daryl Ann was so helpful in creating a menu and prompt with the proposal. We anticipated a gathering of approximately 40, however I believe that actual attendance was double that! My 2 servers and my bartender did not miss a beat! The table was beautiful, the food was delicious and artfully displayed and as I mentioned, the servers were my heros! They were not phased by the larger than expected number of guests! I was able to relax and attend to my guests. Everyone raved which my me look great! Thank you so much Culinary Arts Catering!

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with the catering provided by Culinary Arts for our wedding!!! They were professional, attentive to our needs, flexible, and the food was AMAZING! I am not joking when I say that we had a number of guests tell us later that it was the best filet they had ever had! I would highly, highly recommend Culinary Arts to anyone who needs an event caterer!

I have to say that our wedding wouldn't be perfect if it weren't for you and your staff, not to mentioned the delicious food. We obtained many many compliments on food, organization, and how tables were set up. We are grateful for all the support, great service, and responsiveness. We would definitely recommend and have you in mind in the future. Also, many thanks to our designated waitress, she was always very attentive and nice throughout the whole night!

This whole experience was made wonderful by the caterer and the individuals associated with the caterer that helped to host our wedding. It rained all day the day of our OUTSIDE wedding so when the caterers got there, we had to improvise everything. They immediately went to work structuring an alternative plan from a less than perfect setting. When one young lady fell and a whole piece of chocolate cake smashed into the white carpet, they came to the scene and had everything taken care of before anyone even knew anything had happened. Everyone associated with this organization from the office to the chef to the servers (who were MUCH more than servers -- I call them angels) were extremely professional and personable. I would recommend this caterer to everyone.

Culinary Arts Catering did a fabulous job catering our daughter's high school graduation brunch for 60 people. The service staff set up the food and beverages along with extra tables, chairs and linens, assisted throughout the party, and cleaned everything up. They were so friendly, helpful and professional. Everyone raved about the delicious omelets and waffles that were made to order. In addition, the donuts were fresh, the fruit beautifully displayed, and the bartender was efficient at keeping drinks filled. They honestly surpassed our expectations with their service.

The best caterer I have ever worked with! From booking with Catherine to the actual event, everything was flawless. The food was amazing, the staff at the event were so nice and professional. Daryl, Catering Sales Manager was of great help! She is very professional and was SO helpful with every detail and request for our launch party. She was prompt with revisions to the proposal and quote. Had great suggestions and honestly, made my job so much easier. Hands down to a very reliable catering company. My experience with Culinary Arts Catering was wonderful. The staff helped me tremendously in planning a wedding reception for my daughter in a very short time. Not only were they responsive, professional, and very curteous to my guests, the food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. I received many complements on both the staff and the food. We had our daughter's wedding at Hidden Creek in Heath, TX. Everyone was so impressed with this venue, the food and the location. My daughter's wedding was beautiful and the best night not only to her and my son-in-law, but to me and my husband. It was perfect! The food was outstanding, the venue just beautiful! The ceremony and reception was at the same location which made it very easy for us and our guests. The outdoors was gorgeous and the lighted path, through the trees to the ceremony was amazing!
Krista and Amanda made the planning easy and gave great recommendations when needed. They made this a perfect day for my daughter. And, all I had to do was show up! It was the smoothest, organized event I've been too. Please check out Hidden Creek in Heath, TX -- you will love it and the service they provide!

I wanted the guests at our daughter's wedding to enjoy really good food and they were not disappointed. Many told me it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Sarah was so very easy to work with. Once we made all the necessary decisions, we were able to move on and leave everything in her hands.

Everything was DELICIOUS and beautifully presented. We received so many compliments. I did talk to other companies and felt that I received a good value for my dollar. Our contact person, Krista, could not have been more responsive, more gracious, or more helpful, and the floral/decorating team even complimented her and the staff on how great they were to work with, which was the kind of feedback I like to hear.
I would absolutely use them again.

We were working with a very tight budget and a very large guest list. Vivian understood the situation and was able to provide us with a great menu and all the extras (plates, glass ware, bar tenders etc..) to meet our needs and incredible prices. She was very accommodating and easy to work with. We spoke to many different caters and she was the only one that could stay within our budget and was even willing to work within that budget while providing the best service. All her staff that work the reception was very professional and keep the party going with no mishaps. We are extremely please with the professional atmosphere we received and would highly recommend this service to anyone.

We were extremely pleased with the job Culinary Arts did catering our daughter's Sunday wedding on at Cliff House in Dallas! We had them do a buffet reception for us, and the food was delicious, the clearing of the dishes unobtrusive, and the setting of the tables beautiful. I highly recommend this caterer!

Amazing food and service!

Culinary Art Catering was a delight to work with from start to finish. The food was delicious and most of our guests made note to tell us during our reception! They offer a plethora of different cuisine, so you can really go with anything you want to have on your big day. We served Mexican food and it was a hit with our friends and our family from San Antonio! The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Several stars to them!

Affordable top quality food!

We made the right choice in hiring CAC for our wedding! All of the staff was responsive, attentive, and kind - especially when we had to postpone our wedding the week of. Everyone loved the food!! Best part, we were able to get everything wanted within our budget!!

Food was great, exceptional customer service, and they catered to my wish of having mason jars for drinking glasses. They even allowed me to drop them off a week in advance, saving me a lot of time the weekend of the wedding.

Krista was always very polite and responded quickly to questions or concerns we had. She was also very professional. She made me feel like ours was the only event that was happening.

I can't say enough nice things about Culinary Art Catering. From the first tasting until our wedding they were just on top of everything. Their food is DELICIOUS and their service is seriously out of this world. Macie is the sweetest person and a dream to work with. She was so quick to respond to my emails and offered great suggestions. I know this has been said in other reviews but seriously get the chicken and waffles as one of you hors d'oeuvres. Your guests will love you!

We had a wonderful reception...everyone was buzzing about the food. Loved it all. It was most beneficial to have the taste testing. Vivian was great. Easy to work with, professional and confident. Made Mother of the Bride very happy and able to enjoy the evening.

Best Caterer Ever!!

It’s difficult to put into words how incredible Culinary Arts is. They made our wedding day entirely stress free. It all started with Melissa, she was so quick to respond and did a lot of hand holding with me to ensure I understood what to expect and ensure the day was everything we wanted. She even helped me with our timeline. When we arrived to our reception, everything was done and we had nothing to do with it. The bartender, Ray, was a huge hit and was serving up “Ray Specials” to a bunch of our guests all night. The food tasted amazing and the whole crew that was serving was sweet and timely. They completely took care of us and we could just enjoy. They also knew our venue space and cleaned up entirely without us getting involved. I can’t recommend them enough.

Culinary Arts is where to go if you want non-traditional wedding food and hate the typical chafing dish set up. They crafted a delicious and unique menu that was absolutely reflective of my husband and I. I absolutely hate the typical silver chafing dishes - so Culinary Arts' BEAUTIFUL hammered copper dishes were a PERFECT way to be functional while also ADDING to my overall decor! They are meticulous about their presentation and have a million ideas for ways to present their delicious food. For instance we had a risotto bar and typically you see something like that in a martini glass. I wasn't loving that idea as my wedding was a "farm to market" theme and very fun/cosy - martini glasses would have been out of place. They suggested adorable mini-crock dish with handles. It fit the theme perfectly and again added to the decor! I couldn't have been more happy with the quality of the food, beautiful presentation and overall service of the entire staff - from banquet manager to bartenders. Everyone's primary goal was to bring my dream wedding to fruition!

Fantastic job at Alex Camp House!

Culinary Art Catering did a FANTASTIC job catering my daughter's wedding at the Dallas Arboretum this past weekend. Everyone we encountered was professional and warm, from the chef to the office staff to our assigned coordinator, Lorenne. I had a lot of specific requests about certain things and every single one of them was handled beautifully. I always have fairly low expectations about food at a wedding, but our dinner was great. We received numerous compliments and everyone loved it, especially the beef short ribs. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Lorenne and maybe you'll get lucky like I did and she'll be your assigned coordinator!!

Fantastic food - served fresh and hot with generous portions! Love the all-inclusiveness of their package - we didn't have to worry about renting anything - and they cut and served the cake without extra fees, unlike many caterers.

The entire staff, from the owner to the servers were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were extremely accommodating, and genuinely cared about the success of our daughter's wedding. Very friendly, customer service and helpfulness above reproach! Would absolutely recommend this venue and all that it entails. Our guests were all extremely impressed with not only the venue itself, but the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff.

I used Culinary Art for our wedding in August and I can't explain in words how great they were! They were extremely easy to work with, not only helpful but their food is excellent! I have never been a big fan of "wedding" food but they changed my mind. I loved everything about this caterer!

Culinary Art Catering was very flexible and easy to work with. We had a great experience and they have good pricing compared to other vendors that I compared them with. They have an option for every budget, whether you want a buffet or plated and they are willing to modify whatever to fit your tastes and style and vision for your wedding. Krista Nabors was super helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I sent an email towards the end of my planning on a Sunday and got an email response back immediately. On a Sunday! And we have gotten some amazing feedback from our guests about the food. Many of the guests have told me that it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding. So thank you for all of your hard work to help make my wedding better than I could have ever imagined! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a catering group that is flexible, not over-priced and willing to put in 110%!!

We learned about Culinary Arts from our venue's preferred caterer list. After meeting with several vendors to determine the best fit for our wedding, we knew that Culinary Arts was at the top of our list hands down. The food was delicious, the price was affordable, but what really stood out to me was the phenomenal customer service.

The chef listened to our needs and made menu suggestions that were beyond our dreams, but within our budget. Vivian, the manager, sent me a proposal after our tasting, and I saw that she made a note about me not eating olives. I didn't tell her that I don't like olives, but she noticed that I picked them out of my salad. Just knowing that she paid attention to small details without me saying anything gave me comfort and sealed the deal.

Several of our wedding guests told us how much they liked the food, especially the lasagna. The servers were very courteous, and they did not make a lot of noise that might distract the audience from what was happening.

CAC is a must use for your wedding day!

CAC went above and beyond to deliver an amazing culinary experience for our wedding guests. CAC was so easy to work with and threw in many complimentary items to ensure we could achieve what we wanted for our wedding within a reasonable budget. They were kind, professional, and most importantly - had AMAZING food. I am still dreaming of the short rib, stuffed mushrooms and chicken taquitos. The food was truly incredible, but we also had fun experiences provided like a coffee/hot coco bar and a late night snack. Our guests raved about how great the food was. I couldn’t be more thankful for CAC and their white glove service!

I normally don't take the time to write a review on any service I get, but I felt I have to express my appreciation to the entire staff at culinary Art catering for making my 60thth birthday a success. I called them the week of my party for catering and they got it all together. From my first conversation with Daryl Ann, the event coordinator to the chef and the wait person. they were all very professional and pleasant. The food was fantastic, all the appetizers and the main dish were the favorite at the party. And wow, the pasta station was delicious. I will always use Culinary Art for my catering needs. I can see now why they came highly recommended to me. wasn't disappointed at all.

My experience with Culinary Arts Catering (CAC) for our wedding on November 4, 2023, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we began planning to the very last bite, every aspect of their service exceeded our expectations.

First and foremost, the food was exceptional. It was evident that Chef Yossi takes immense pride in his culinary creations. Each dish was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. From the delicate hors d'oeuvres to the decadent main courses, every bite was a culinary delight. The quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs truly shone through, making our wedding meal an unforgettable experience for us and our guests.

Moreover, the service provided by CAC was impeccable. The wait staff was not only professional and attentive but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Melissa, Collin, and Loren, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. Their warmth and dedication made us feel like part of the Culinary Arts family, and their presence added an extra layer of joy to our special day.

Speaking of our guests, the compliments we received about the food were endless. Many of our friends and family members couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was. From heavenly hors d'oeuvres to the perfectly cooked salmon, CAC left a lasting impression on everyone in attendance. It was clear that their commitment to excellence permeated every aspect of our wedding meal, making it a highlight of the day for all.

Melinda was a pleasure to work with considering that we planned everything in only a few weeks. She was able to accommodate my ideas as I was trying to create a mix of Asian and American features. She had some great ideas when we were planning the layout.

I have to say that the guests from our wedding reception are STILL talking about how great your food and concept was for our wedding! That's exactly what we wanted- We didn't want them to remember the dress or the cake....but the important thing in life- FOOD! Also, our venue made a point to contact us the next day just to tell us how professional, elegant, and elite your catering service was at the venue. They are really picky, as they should be, about who comes into their historical building, and they couldn't stop saying great things about you. That's important to us as well. 5 star experience! Our wedding food was absolutely amazing... delicious AND beautifully and elegantly presented - Chef Yossi made the perfect suggestions for how to glam it up a little bit, and we couldn't have been more pleased with how everything looked and tasted! Plus, the staff was top notch - everyone kept going on about how they never waited for a passed hors d'oeurves or drink, never had to ask for more water, the staff were on top of everything - which is exactly what I wanted for my guests. And finally, I can't say enough about the day-off coordination that Sarah and Catherine provided... they fixed broken stuff, got event space cleaned up that they shouldn't have had to (vendor dropped ball!) and made sure everything looked gorgeous and went smoothly. I'm not interested in getting married again!, but may just have to invent another grand celebration so I can work with CAC again!

Culinary Art Catering was the best decision we made for our wedding, hands down. We got married at the Filter Building in Dallas, which is a completely DIY venue. Vivian Morgan with Culinary Art was spectacular in helping us arrange every detail, from napkin color to menu choices. On the day of, Vivian and her team made sure everything was set up correctly and their professionalism and can-do attitude let the day go off without a hitch, and I didn't need to hire a wedding coordinator. The chef and his team proceeded to serve our guests some of the best brunch food we've ever eaten! We had people raving about the food, even after the event. I would 100% recommend Culinary Art to any couple getting married in Dallas. Go to one of their tastings and chats with Vivian and you'll see what I mean!

Amanda & Macie were very easy to work with during the planning process and ensured our events were executed exactly as planned. Amanda also arranged a tasting early in the planning process to help us choose dishes. We used Culinary Arts Catering for our rehearsal dinner at the Museum of Biblical Arts. Many of our guests said the food was delicious and the chicken and pork tenderloin were moist. We were pleased they brought us (the Bride and Groom) fully loaded plates, so we didn't have to go through the line. They managed our crowd of 68 and moved them quickly through the buffet. In particular, I appreciated how careful they were when handing out champagne versus sparkling cider for our toast because that was a sensitive issue for many recovering in the room. They ensured the sparkling cider drinkers got their non-alcoholic drinks. The Museum also enjoyed working with this vendor. They also catered our wedding reception at Northwest Bible Church and our wedding coordinator complimented them on their excellence with cleaning up and closing out after the event. Our guests said the fruit and cheese and cake display were pretty and enjoyed the passed appetizers. We found that Culinary Arts executed our events perfectly with great tasting food, artful displays, and at a better cost than most other catering options. Highly recommend working with Amanda and Macie.

I spoke to about a dozen caterers, and Culinary Arts was one of two companies that really listened to my needs and responded with a custom proposal that really suited my wedding theme and format. "I wanted to personally thank you for the wonderful job you did in catering our daughters wedding!! When she said she wanted a "fun" wedding and "fun" desserts, you were the only caterers that had the menu to do that. EVERYONE at the wedding raved about how wonderful the desserts were (espeically the fried bananas and sundae bar). The bag lunches for the bridal party were delicious and a great value for the amount of food we got. Your staff was fantastic and kept everything going smoothly all night long. They were troopers when my daughter decided she wanted everyone to toast with Dr. Pepper(that was not the plan). They efficiently got one to every guest and the toasts went great. Thank you for your commitment to being the best!!! I will be recommending you to others looking for catering and will use you in the future for our catering needs."

We started our wedding planning about a 15!months before our wedding. CAC was on our venue's preferred catering list; theybwere the only ones to respond to our request. Though the representative that we started it with was not who finished things upfor is, Krista and Tara were truly amazing. They were extremely professional, very flexible, and had so much knowledge. Our wedding planners truly enjoyed working with them as well. My husband and I, as well as our guests, raved about how good the food was, we knew we made the right decision. CAC is a rockstar company

I cannot express how grateful I am for CAC. Their level of service is only matched by the AMAZING food. I’m vegan, so they made sure there were options I could eat, and all my guests were in awe. Christian Moore was the catering coordinator and he stepped in as my wedding coordinator, too. He was a rockstar. Honestly. He helped with things he didn’t even need to help with, and kept me calm before the ceremony.

Delicious!

We hired Culinary Art for our wedding on 9/21/19. The entire process was simple and seamless leading up to the day. They were great with communication and making sure we we’re getting them the information they needed on time. We were able to choose a menu for our wedding, and make adjustments for what we wanted. We then did a tasting and the food was SO good! The day of the wedding went perfect. The food was ready on time, the mini brisket taco appetizer was a hit, and the potato-tini station was definitely a crowd favorite. People are still talking about how good the food was and how much they loved the potato-tini station! I would 100% recommend them!

I worked with Melissa Tunnell at Culinary Art Catering on our company picnic. The food and service was great. Melissa was most patient working with me over the past several months planning our event....our upper management has changed from last year so I was having to deal with different people and rules on my end.....I must have sent Melissa a million emails before everything was finalized....she was very professional and easy to work with. I appreciate her staff coordinating the packing up of leftovers for us. I should have mentioned to Melissa that we would want our leftovers but her staff stepped in and got the paperwork taken care of so we could have our leftovers. Again, the food and service was great and we will probably use Melissa and Culinary Art Catering in the future.

Maggie made our dreams come true for our only daughter's wedding reception. We got so many comments on how fabulous the food was and trust me we had some tough people to please! The staff was very professional to our guests as well as to us. Maggie made sure that our wedding party had Hors D Oeuvres before being announced at the reception. Not only did she serve them but she stayed and helped me bussle my daughter's gown, and trust me I really ended up needing help with that. She took the bride and grooms dinner order, and made sure they had everything they wanted. Also, my daughter was not feeling well most of the reception, and Maggie was always beside us getting water, ice, anything she could think of to make the bride feel comfortable and better while also attending to her staff and our guests. She even offered to go and purchase coconut water for us. Now who does that for people they barely know?! There were so many extra things she did for us and helped make everything go smoothly, one would have thought she was a family friend instead of an employee. We could not have imagined that she would have been so special and great for us! If I could give her a raise, I would! Absolutely loved her.

It was a pleasure and a delight to work with CAC and Rebecca! All our worries and headaches dissapeared once we started working with CAC!! Super responsive and flexible. Food was great and presentation and professionalism was absolutely awesome.
I really feel like CAC and Rebecca saved our wedding, even with last minute rental solutions!

only thing is that wish they were open a little later, getting there after work before they closed was a challenge, but that is only semi issue we had. Thank you again!!

By far the best food for the price. I was so happy with the quality of service up tot he wedding. On the wedding day- things went so smooth and we had so many compliments on the food. I am so sad I didn't get to try any of the appetizers!! The salad was the best I'd ever tasted and I actually got to eat ALL of my dinner. The chef was very personal and listened to what we wanted and helped us with his creative ideas. Highly recommend this company- You will not be disappointed!

The caterer did a great job. The food was delicious even on a budget. They did a beautiful job with set up. I loved that one of the waiters had plates made for me and my now husband- extremely helpful on the chaotic day. I also loved that they were a one stop shop- food, wait staff, bartenders, etc. I was able to sit down and discuss every option and was comfortable with everything months before wedding.

We could not have chosen a more perfect catering company for our wedding. Vivian was an absolute pleasure to work with through the entire process, always quick to respond and always eager to help. The service at the wedding was flawless, the staff so quick and seamless you hardly knew they were there. And, of course, the food was incredible. All of our guests couldn't stop talking about how great everything tasted. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know planning an event. Don't hesitate to book!

Can't say enough wonderful things about CA Catering! We received several bids and ultimately chose them because of how responsive, friendly and flexible they were during this process. They made every change we requested (there were a lot) promptly and with a smile on their face, and with helpful suggestions along the way. Our event was attended by interior designers from all over Dallas - a hard to please bunch of people - and we are still receiving compliments on the food and catering a month later. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Not having been to a Culinary Art event or tasted their food, I wasn't quite sure what I would get when I booked them. All I knew was that their responsiveness, flexibility, creativity, and adaptability to my budget set them apart from other caterers I'd been speaking with. Closer to the wedding, the tasting with the chef (who is SUCH a character) really put me at ease. I knew then I was going to get a great product. (I should also note that I'm a food blogger, so the menu and quality of the food was a high priority in my planning process.) Fast forward to the wedding day, and the food was even better than I remembered. I still receive countless compliments on how delicious and original the food was. I was also very impressed with their staff - they didn't miss a beat.

I also decided to hire Vivian, their sales manager, to be my wedding coordinator on the day. Her fee is completely reasonable and her calm, cool, and collected persona is ideal for stressed-out brides and parents! She was organized, accomodating, attentive (my husband and I actual ATE at our wedding thanks to Vivian!), and kept the evening running smoothly. I even received compliments about how nicely the evening ran - never heard that one before!

To make a long story short, I am beyond thrilled that I hired Culinary Art. Whereas initially I thought I was stepping into the unknown, I now know that Culinary Art was by far one of the best decisions I made for my wedding.

I have to say that our wedding wouldn't be perfect if it weren't for you and your staff, not to mentioned the delicious food. We obtained many many compliments on food, organization, and how tables were set up. We are grateful for all the support, great service, and responsiveness. We would definitely recommend and have you in mind in the future. Also, many thanks to our designated waitress, she was always very attentive and nice throughout the whole night!

Fantastic service. Krista was a pleasure to work with and worked through our changing menu very professionally. The staff at the reception were great. They helped setup and tear down even though they didn't have to. We would definitely use them again.

Culinary Art Catering provided a delicious dinner for our wedding reception. We had the spinach artichoke chicken with the kale salad and fancy vegetables. The food was delicious and they answered all our questions, including changing service in the month before the event. They were very professional and provided good food and good service. They helped to clear the tables of dishes when people finished eating, creating very little work for us at the end of the evening. I would recommend them for catering.

We hired Culinary Art Catering to cater our wedding. It was one of the best choices we made!! The food is outstanding. We loved the ability to customize the menu based on our tastes. We had so many compliments. Many of our guests told us it was the food food at a wedding they had ever had. The people are extremely welcoming and listen to what you want. Amanda and her staff did a fantastic job at our Band Banquet. Not only was catering involved, which was delicious, helped set out our desserts, made sure everyone was happy with meal but help clear table decorations after. I would recommend Culinary Art Catering to everyone. Thank you Amanda!
