    Would work with them again!

    We were not able to have our wedding as originally planned, but Cleveland Taxi Limo was very accommodating and understanding. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them for your wedding!

    It was perfect!

    Everything was perfect! The limo bus was early and the driver followed directions from the photographer very well. Booking it was easy and the communication along the way was great and you can't beat the value for the money!

    Cleveland Limo

    Everything from start to finish was fantastic . From the first conversation I knew I wanted to do buisness with Cleveland Limo they where fun professional and easy to talk to . They called me and asked the color sceam for the wedding so they could decorate the Limo. Final word AWESOME

    Pick this one!!

    They were prompt. They kept the bus cool on a very hot day and were wonderful to work with! I have already recommended them to 2 friends!!

    My wedding was perfect , Vehicle was very clean and neat. Also, they matched the napkins to compliment our wedding colors!

    CT limo have been picking me up from the Cleveland airport for 5 years and I wouldn't have it any other way..the service is absolutely amazing.

    Everyone wants their wedding day to be perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better day. Everything went very smoothly from picture taking to the reception. I had booked my venue with Cleveland Taxi Limo. Mary, the driver, was an absolute doll! She arrived early with a great attitude! That just set the mood! She was very knowledgeable of the area and suggested a few places where we could take some spectacular pictures. The bus was very clean and super cool! I felt like I was in Las Vegas. When those lights came on in the party bus, you couldn't help but want to dance! Thank you Mary for an exceptional day!

    It was ok.

    We were told it would be decorations of our wedding colors, and it wasn’t. The bus was hot and the speakers were having problems.

    Terrible Bus

    Brides, if you’re looking for a wedding party bus/ limo look elsewhere. We hired Cleveland Taxi and Limo for our wedding day in July, and the bus air conditioning was broken for the entire time, blowing hot air on everyone. After spending over a thousand dollars for wedding party hair and makeup, it did not even last until the pre-ceremony pictures because of how hot and sweaty everyone on the bus was. It was so uncomfortable, and was a horrible experience.

    To try to fix the air, the bus driver tried to call the company, who did not help at all, and we were instructed to call back after the wedding to request a refund. After the wedding, we did call two days after the wedding and were not granted a refund after lots of back and forth with the company. Further, they claimed they checked the bus and the ac was working that morning, however I can promise you it was not, and blew hot air the entirety of the trip.

    If you value your wedding day look (hair, makeup, etc) DO NOT book Cleveland Taxi and Limo. If something goes wrong, they will do nothing to fix it.

    Untrustworthy & Unreliable

    Cleveland Taxi Limo is untrustworthy and unreliable. I had a horrible experience renting a party bus for my July 2021 wedding. With so many great options in the Cleveland area, I would definitely use another company.

    After several attempts to address the issue below, I was offered a partial refund only if I didn't leave a bad review. I believe the reason this company doesn't have more negative reviews is because they are threatening to withhold money (which btw is illegal under the Consumer Review Fairness Act).

    The air on the party bus was broken, blowing hot air instead of AC. It was so miserable that everyone tried their best not to move while we were traveling and preferred to wait off the bus in the hot, humid July weather when we were stopped. The company claimed that the bus was checked ahead of being rented out, but clearly it wasn't. The individual I spoke with said it was caused by the doors and windows being open, but it quite literally was blowing hot air. The bus driver called the company, but told us there was nothing they could do.

    Afterwards, I called the company to ask for a refund. Alex, the company owner, told me that we would not get a refund because we used the bus the whole time. We didn't pay for a broken bus, and we didn't have much of a choice with our party size and tight wedding pictures schedule. Then, he claimed we wouldn't get a refund because we never called the day of even though I watched and listened to our bus driver call for us. At one point he blamed the bus driver (who works for Cleveland Taxi Limo?). As I mentioned, they eventually offered me a partial refund. Then they revoked the partial refund unless I agreed not to post a bad review.

    All of my wedding vendors were amazing. Even when they made errors, they addressed them appropriately. I'm sure the company will respond to this and try to spin the situation to make it look like it was my fault or not their fault. Please don't trust Cleveland Taxi Limo for your event when there are so many other great alternatives in the area.

    Edit to comment on Cleveland Taxi Limo’s response:
    1. I called two days after the wedding. Please look at your call log. The bus driver also called that day (which you said you were aware of) so if that was true you could have called me. The whole bit about me calling late and not having a reason is all false.
    2. The way you’ve handled this shows how poorly you treat your clients and how you refuse to take responsibility for your mistakes.
    3. The bus driver was in a difficult situation (that you put him in) and did his best to fix it and keep us happy. He earned that tip. Saying the bus driver didn’t deserve a tip again shows Cleveland Taxi Limo’s lack of professionalism.
