We had our wedding at CrystalView on April 13th, 2025, and it was absolutely incredible. The venue is gorgeous in all aspects, and the staff are the icing on the cake. Everyone really went above and beyond to ensure we would have a beautiful wedding reception.
Christina, our wedding coordinator, was instrumental in bringing our vision to light. Without her level of attention to detail and commitment and communication, things would not have run so seamlessly. She genuinely cares about her clients' needs and wants to deliver in every way possible. We greatly appreciated her assistance and guidance throughout the entire process. You can also rely on her in those moments where things don't go according to plan, and last-minute adjustments or changes happen that she will help in any way possible to find a solution.
Troy was also an absolute pleasure to have met and worked with on the day of the wedding. He was extremely proactive and assisted with any and everything that came up along the way during the evening.
I can't say enough wonderful things about the overall experience at Crystal View. We truly loved every part of it, and it was a moment of time we will cherish and remember for the rest of our lives. If you're considering a venue for any event, I'd highly urge you to see this stunning venue in person.

CrystalView is a very nice venue and elegant. The people who work there are very understanding, pleasant, and flexible. Amanda has been very helpful and making my experience easier. I love that they already have caterer, coordinator, and decorator. During our viewing which was very nice we booked a photographer for a good price. OVERALL, this has been great so far.

Our event is not until next year 2025, so my review will be limited until the BIG Day next year. But, So far my experience with Crystal View has been pretty positive. We’re excited to host our 40th Wedding Anniversary Celebration there.

We have used CrystalView a few times for our all-day corporate meetings and the experience has been excellent. From planning to execution, they were very professional and efficient. The staff is very attentive and prompt in making sure everything ran smooth. The food and presentation were great and very affordable. I highly recommend the space for any group meeting.

CrystalView was indeed a dream come true for us. It was a beautiful venue that brought our vision to life. The level of professionalism was top-notch! Every team we worked with at Crystal View was dedicated to providing us with the best quality of service. This was evident as many guests couldn’t stop inquiring about CrystalView. Crystal view is absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by friendly smiling faces, a clean building, and very helpful service. They were able to answer our many questions, and were never pushing us or rushing us to make any decisions. Additionally, they have so many customizable decor options, connections to vendors for any outside things needed, and they offer almost every service you could think of in house. We are so pleased with their professionalism and kindness and are excited for future events with them!

We had a great experience booking at CrystalView, the whole team was super helpful and made sure my daughter special day was just like we hoped! Geetey’s decoration and arrangements were absolutely beautiful, overall definitely a venue to book!

Getty was very passionate about making sure this was a memorable experience. Was very clear about payment arrangements and link to make payments was very easy to work with. Professional in the sense of appt and timing to work around our schedule and provide presentations to show exactly what we expected day of the event. Another really neat feature is the built in speakers DJ and band don’t even need those bulky speakers even tone through entire hall.

Crystalview Event Center is an absolutely gorgeous venue, but alongside this beautiful venue you get the absolute best team! Iman Sayed and Geti Omar were absolutely crucial to my wedding, and they are the most amazing and helpful people. I couldn’t have asked for a better team managing my event!

Very professional and well organized staffs great service

I had a great experience with CristalVew. The venue is splendid, very elegant, simply magic. Staff is very polite, friendly and accommodated all our needs. I highly recommend the venue to everyone for events and will definitely go back!

The staff at CrystalView was instrumental in making my daughter's Quinceanera a beautiful and memorable evening for our family and friends! Their expertise spoke volumes as they guided me through the planning process and all the way through the night of the event. Cliff provided support with my external vendors and responded promptly to all inquiries. Andrea provided much needed guidance on execution of the order of events, ballroom set up, and all the details that come with said process. Both of relieved me of a significant amount of anxiety in planning, and it was much appreciated. Geety was fantastic to work with the decor and she and her staff did an excellent job executing the final product. The room was absolute perfection! On the night of the event, the CrystalView staff was present and ready to assist, and I appreciate the thoughtful gestures of Cliff by ensuring that I take a quick break from hosting to eat, and Andrea preparing my daughter's plate for her. Thank you to everyone at CrystalView for creating a once in a lifetime experience for my daughter on her milestone birthday!

I have had such a great experiance so far!!! From filling out my contact info on their website to speaking with them. The venue is breathtaking!! They do everything in house which makes it very convenient but their work is exquisite!!! Their price packages also is extremely reasonable. The team is also very professional and friendly!! We were treated like queens during our walk thru and they helped make the vision come thru. I highly recommend using them!!

I have done weddings for my five children and my best experience was here. Geteey and Eman made the whole experience so easy. My only regret is that I didn't use them for all of other kids weddings.

Crystal View has been one of the best wedding venues I have ever experienced by far, The Beautiful venue is breathtaking and stands in a class to itself, but make no mistake, I promise you, you will never meet anyone like Cliff and Andrea who goes beyond your expectations with excellence in every way a amazing team for sure! Geety with her expertise in decor was absolutely breathtaking! Working details within my budget and making My Son & His Bride special day Extrodanary to say the least! Crystal View is the best new wedding venue and corporate center in Northern Virginia. Not just because the venue is beautiful with the chandeliers and marble floor. But because Cliff the manager is an expert in hospitality. Having done over 350 weddings and working for Marriott he comes with a pedigree that no one in Northern Virginia can compete with. Crystal View without Cliff would be another event venue with pretty chandeliers but he gives it proper order and impeccable customer service. Thank you Cliff for making experience the best.

We hosted a sales event here earlier this month. The space, service, and decor really elevated our event to create a feeling of elegance we didnt think was possible.

We had the opportunity to celebrate my brother and sister-in-law’s surprise 25th anniversary at CrystalView. This place is breathtakingly beautiful, with gleaming chandeliers and opulence of high end decor. The staff were extremely professional and went beyond our expectations to make sure we and our guests had a wonderful time.

Ours was just a small anniversary party, a 4 hour event and not as elaborate as a wedding but still our event received the same attention as any big event. Every staff of CrystalView appointed to our event was focused on providing us the best experience. They worked hand in hand with us at every step. They took good care of every detail, big or small.

Though this is a new business they are beyond any doubt veterans in event decoration, event planning and management. Their service is par excellence.

Alex Omar was there to answer all my questions. I commend his work ethics and integrity. He is someone you can trust with your eyes closed and be assured your event will be a great success.
Sonia was the first person I spoke with over the phone and she provided a walkthrough of the venue. She was the key element in making this event possible. Without her help this event wouldn’t have come together.
Fady overlooked the sound and lighting at the party hall, he remained with us from beginning to the end. His contribution was remarkable and important in setting the mood at the party. It’s further evident in the pictures taken at the party.
I had the pleasure of working with Geetey and I have very high regard for her.

This would have been a simple anniversary celebration at any other venue, but at CrystalView, it turned out to be a gala party. Remembering the event brings a smile on our and our guests’ face. The couple of honor are still reeling with the after effects of the surprise and the grandeur of the party. It certainly was “the beyond perfect surprise 25th anniversary party” for my brother and sister-in-law!

Had my wedding at Crystal View and guest couldn’t stop talking about the venue or their services! My husband and I really enjoyed everything about this vendor! Their services are just amazing. It was worth the money, you won’t regret booking them. Management was great, they assisted me with everything. Just perfect 😘

This review is long overdue, and we could not be happier with our sangeet and reception experience at CrystalView!! The venue is so beautiful, and the mirrors and chandeliers are breathtaking. There is no venue in northern Virginia like this one. It’s truly a gem in the fair oaks area.

I was amazed by their packages. We purchased their in-house services, including decor, AV, and day off coordination. It was a massive weight off our shoulders, and I can't speak enough about their customer service. Alex, Geetay, and their team made our vision a reality. They made everything easy, and before your events, they went over all details and timeline with us, so we knew how the day would pan out. Since we purchased a house decor package, it was done by Geetay, the Platinum Decor. She exceeded our expectations, and the decor for both events was stunning. We received many compliments from our guests.

I would suggest everyone inquire about their in-house services. Everything we received was top quality.

I could go on and write a full essay, but easy to say that absolutely everything was beautiful - we had a truly 5star, incredible events.

For many engaged couples finding the right venue can be one of the most stressful tasks. However for my fiancé and I I could gladly say it was not. In February my fiancé and I started contacting and visiting numerous vendors in hope to find one accommodating to a wedding we were planning to have within a few months. We visited crystalview in February while under construction and met with Alex and Geetey. At first we were both hesitantant choosing a venue that was not fully completed yet and a little nervous that our wedding date was 5/29. However we took the leap and chose to go with crystalview and we wouldn’t of had it any other way. Over the few months that led up to the wedding we met with Alex and Geetay at the venue while seeing and being apart of the beautiful transition and renovations.The venue is absolutely breathe taking and the amount of detail and time that went into the venue is unbelievable. Geetay jaan is a master of her craft — so unbelievably beautiful what she did to the venue on the wedding day . I first saw the decor as I made my grand entrance and till this day I tell everyone i couldn’t keep my eyes off the decor and florals as I was walking in. Overall my experience with crystalview has been a perfect 10 from start to end , I appreciated the staff making wedding planning a lot smoother . I will forever be greatful for our crystalview experience.

Over the last few months my fiancé and I were visiting numerous vendors in the hope of finding a wedding venue within a short 4 month window.


When we first visited CrystalView in February of this year, the venue was still under construction. Upon entering we were immediately met by Geteey and Alex's smiling faces. Both were extremely professional and provided an in-depth walk through.


At first, we had butterflies given that the venue wasn't fully completed and our wedding date was around the corner. Those butterflies quickly disappeared when we heard Geteey's vision and timeline for the grand opening of CrystalView in Fairfax.


Over the next few months, we met with Alex and Geetey multiple times and experienced the beautiful progression of her vision for CrystalView turn into reality.


Fast forward to the night of our wedding - we experienced the beauty of CrystalView come to life. The venue was literally breathtaking - over 250k crystals, pristine quality of music amplified across all the halls, with decor and florals as if it were out of a movie. Everything was just beyond perfect and exceeded our wildest expectations.


Geteey's resume speaks for itself and this goes without saying but she is truly a master of her craft. One of one.


Her team from sales all the way down to sound coordinators are extremely professional and made the entire process frictionless.


CrystalView will always have a special place in our hearts and for anyone reading this ..... Look no further, there is no other venue that comes even comes close to the level of class and beauty.

We have a amazing time. The venue took care of everything in detail and they were very accomodating. We will consider the venue for future events and stepngly recommend it for anyone.

CrystalView is a truly dazzling space, and fully staffed to serve your event needs. Their managers take care of all details of setup and timeline planning, with your input. They do have a "formula" approach so if flexibility is a high value for you this may not be an ideal fit. But if you trust their formula, no double your event will be spectacular!

We celebrated my daughter’s wedding at Crystalview on October 9 2022. Crystalview is absolutely beautiful . The staff is wonderful the decor was amazing the food was delicious we just wanted to thank everyone at Crystalview for making my daughter’s dream wedding a reality. I cannot say enough great things Stunning beautiful Crystalview gives true meaning to the word excellence.

We conducted our daughter's wedding reception at Crystal View last month. We happened to find out about them by chance through friends. Alex, Geetey and their team were amazing to work with. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous with amazing decor and ample space to host up to 350-400 guests. The Crystal View team was very cooperative and appreciative of our needs. The location is prime - located within the Fair Oaks Mall complex with easy access, by road, close to the airport, and walkable to hotels & restaurants for guests from out of town. The only downside that we saw was that there isn't a room for the groom to get ready.
