From the very first email, Brittany and her team were absolutely wonderful! They let us come view the space as much as we needed and make layout changes as much as needed. Our other vendors were able to contact her easily as well as ourselves. The day of the event was FLAWLESS. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day. My guest are still raving about the place! -

The best day!
We had the most perfect wedding reception at Crystal Ridge Distillery. The venue looked so beautiful and the signature moonshine drinks were amazing! Brittany went above and beyond to make our day perfect! Crystal Ridge will always have a special place in our hearts- we visited here after our engagement in Hot Springs and now have been married here. We can’t wait to come back to visit! -

They were everything we didn't expect! Mrs. Brittany went above and beyond for this bride to be. She truly is an amazing coordinator! The fact that we got a discount for a weekday, they let us represent stipulated medication, they helped with the set up of tables and chairs and even helped with partial break down which we weren't expecting at all. We got to use decor lights from someone else's wedding free of charge and they just went above and beyond! The moonarita margaritas are to die for! They were so attentive during the entire reception and helped with everything from music to lighting! It was more magical than this bride ever could have expected! My vendors were able to work with ease due to their catering kitchen. My guests had easy access to the bathrooms. The drinks were not very expensive at the cash bar. I could go on and on. Beautiful place for photos!!!!! A brides dream and more. -

Thanks to Brittany and the staff at Crystal Ridge Distillery, our rehearsal dinner was a huge success! I received a lot of “great job and nice place” compliments from many guests. Everything went as planned and anything not planned was quickly accommodated. Thank you, Brittany and CRD, for guiding me through the planning stage and for being there from my first tour of the facility to the last guest out the door. It wouldn't have been as successful without you! -

If you’re thinking about booking CRD - DO IT!!!
This venue is fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator than working with Brittany.
We had our Meet & Greet at Crystal Ridge the night before the wedding (in lieu of a rehearsal dinner since we didn’t have a bridal party and everyone was coming from out of state). The venue is beautiful, the 3rd party caterer we used through CRD was delicious as well! Can’t say enough great things about this location and team. If they hadn’t already been booked we would’ve had our reception here as well. Our wedding planning process was pretty much a nightmare, wish everything else had gone as smoothly and had great people working for them like CRD. BOOK them! You won’t regret it, I promise! - The Taylor’s -

We had the most wonderful experience at Crystal Ridge Distillery for our Rehearsal Dinner! Brittany was an absolute pleasure to work with - she was incredibly communicative, made sure we had everything we needed, and was at the event the whole time to make sure everything ran smoothly. The space was perfect for our needs - a roughly 70-person event, and the back deck was a hit! We literally had to force people to leave after the amazing food (the food! so good!) and drinks. We even had a large group of people do the distillery tour and tasting before the event which they LOVED. We couldn’t have been happier for such a smooth, fun, and stress-free experience. -

Held my rehearsal dinner here recently and everything from the food, setup, drinks, everything, it was all very well done, especially in the short 2 week timeframe they were given. Brittany was very responsive to any questions or requests, and the food staff and bartender were very professional and accommodating. And the crowd whole-heartedly agrees that the spiked strawberry lemonade was delicious, so much so that we surpassed the spending limit on drinks! They couldn’t get enough! -

Absolutely amazing!
Brittany and her staff were amazing. I live in West Texas & they made this destination wedding reception easier than I could of ever imagined. The venue was BEAUTIFUL, the staff was extremely friendly & the service was top notch. Our guest loved the moonshine testing Brittany was able to accommodate during the reception! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue! (We booked the venue before even seeing it & it did NOT disappoint!) This is the BEST venue Hot Springs has to offer! -

Perfect Day
Crystal Ridge Distillery was the perfect place for my daughters reception. Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing. There was not one thing that I would change about the venue. Everything I requested they were able to accommodate. The space held approximately 170 people comfortably.
I am so glad my daughter and son in law decided this was the place they wanted to have their reception. Best Day Ever! -

Gorgeous Venue & Amazing Staff
We had the most amazing wedding reception at Crystal Ridge Distillery! It's a beautiful, CLEAN venue with the nicest staff you'll ever meet. The event coordinator, Brittany, was a dream to work with. She was so helpful and responsive from the time we booked the venue all the way up to our big day. She was extremely committed to making sure everything would be just as we'd envisioned and saw it through to the very end. It was an absolutely magical and unforgettable day and we could not have picked a better place to end it. -

Friendly service and great atmosphere!!
Brittany and her staff were super nice and super helpful! I loved the building's rustic look! The medium size room was perfect for my daughter's wedding reception!! The food tasted fabulous!! We are so glad we chose CRD!! -

The Best Event Venue!
Brittany was so easy to work with. I have some experience with event planning and have reserved many venues for various fundraisers and she is by far the most accommodating I have encountered. Not to mention the space is beautiful. The location is great (close to downtown and easy parking). Can't say enough good things about Crystal Ridge Distillery! -

10/10 Recommend
We used Crystal Ridge Distillery as our venue for our rehearsal dinner (since our wedding venue had an event that day). Brittany was so helpful and made booking so easy!
We rented the small room, which was plenty of space for ~40 guests and for us to do a quick wedding walk through.
We did the open bar option and buffet for dinner. The drinks and food were great! I honestly do not have anything bad to say. It was such a pleasant and fun experience having an event like that there. -

Brittany and Crystal Ridge were both phenomenal!! Easy, cooperative, BEAUTIFUL! The history and memory of the building drew me in as a local and the restoration was done so well that the venue truly speaks for itself. Such a romantic glow with kind smiles from all of the staff! -
