The price is great for what you get my wedding was beautiful and the food was good the stair way is beautiful and makes for amazing photo opt

This isn’t a single negative thing I can say about Crystal Events. From the day of viewing the venue up until the day of, the service is exceptional. Diego, the owner, is so kind and passionate about what he does. He was by my side every step of the way, even sending me pictures and videos of my setup the day of the wedding to make sure everything was perfect in my eyes. This venue is all inclusive…food list so long (and delicious) nobody can possibly eat it all, open bar, DJ included and even gratuity. If you’re looking for an amazing venue, that cares and is super organized, I couldn’t possibly recommend anywhere better!! 100/10 stars!!!! Thank you Diego! You were truly my “Man of Honor” from start to finish!!

Last night we had our 10 year class reunion and I must say the new owner has remodeled this venue and it looks so beautiful.
From beginning to end was absolutely awesome.
The staff took super great care of us,
The Dj kept us all on the dance floor.
The bartenders remembered our drinks.
The food was to die for, my favorite is the gumbo, shrimp pasta, wings, and corn and shrimp bisque.
If you’re looking for a local event hall in the New Orleans surrounding area, don’t look anymore. This is your place to have your event!

Beautiful place for wedding especially with all the renovations that were done.
It was during COVID and our wedding was perfect!! All of the staff was very attentive and friendly. Diego (the owner) was there to help me ever step of the way with any questions I had and he helped me the day of my wedding with an issue that came up.
I can’t say enough about the way Shelby did my decor that I brought there to set up in memory of family and fallen soldiers. I just gave her a box and said use what you want and decorate the way you think looks good. My family was pulling some of the staff on the dance floor because we wanted everyone to have fun including workers.

I was one of those laid-back brides and just went with the flow, because after always being the bridesmaid I learned that there is nothing you can do if something happens the day of the wedding so just go with the flow from the beginning. All I can say is that everyone had a great time and the staff at Crystal Events made sure they did.

We had such an amazing wedding with Crystal Plantation and Diego and his crew. Our guests loved the food! The DJ was awesome and so much fun.

The owner, Donnie is very helpful & worked with all of our needs. We had to change the time of the ceremony and he was very cooperative. The price of this venue fit our budget perfectly for all that's included. I would recommend The Crystal Plantation to everyone who asks about needing a venue.

It was a great place for our wedding. a great atmosphere. the owner, Lenny, was very reasonable and worked well with you. The price was really good and it was much prettier than any other of the venders and as i said cheap compared to others. we had a lot of awesome feedback from our guest and said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to.

Crystal Events is by far the BEST PLACE to have a wedding reception. My husband and I were looking for affordable venues that could accommodate our large families. I found Crystal Events completely by chance in the middle of the night. When I looked on their website and saw the photos and everything that was included with the booking, I knew that I HAD TO take a tour. Once I did a tour, I KNEW that I was going to have my reception there. Diego was very professional and straightforward. The day of the wedding went on without a hitch. The attendants really attended to us and they made sure that we were well taken care of. Somehow they knew what we needed, before we knew what we needed. Everything was top tier. THE FOOD was absolutely delicious, WELL-SEASONED and a great variety. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was. We decided to opt for our own DJ, however a DJ is included in the booking. If you are looking for a low stress, affordable venue, Crystal Events is the place. The decor is included, the cake credit covered the cost of our cake, the food is top tier, the service is top tier and the venue is AFFORDABLE. It really doesn't get any better than this. I even got to return to Crystal Events as a guest when a friend had their birthday party there. It was an absolute pleasure to experience the venue as a guest because we got a first-hand experience of what our wedding guests were talking about. It doesn't matter if you're the main attraction or a guest, you're bound to have a great time at this venue. I wish I could re-live my reception all over again and that is largely due to this great venue. Thank you for truly making our day memorable.

The Crystal Plantation was a great venue for our reception. Though being the bride, I didn't have much time to eat, everyone was telling me how great the food was! My husband and I had our own personal server who frequently asked if we needed anything, as did the owner himself, Lenny. The hall is absolutely beautiful, and perfectly accomodated our number of guests. It was also a great package, with the DJ, food, and cake (from Reese's Cake World, which was delicious!!) all included for a great price.

This was a very nice venue. The owner, Donnie was very accommodating and very professional. He answered all of my questions and delivered wonderfully. I was an out of state bride and I must say that Donnie put my fears at ease. The venue was beautiful. The food was amazing. They even provided staff to tend to the needs of the bride and groom all night as well as our parents. I would highly recommend this venue.

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at the Crystal Plantation. Donnie and his staff made our night most memorable with their willingness to help and make sure we were taken care of. If you can't afford a big lavish place (like we couldn't) this is your place! It's big, beautiful, and the price is right! It's worth taking a look at.
My friends and family are still talking about how much fun they had as well as how much they enjoyed the food!

My reception was there September 13, 2008, Everything was absoultely beautiful and I am still getting compliments and rave reviews on the food and hall. The owner Leonard even mingled with the guest and had a ball himself. I would recommend this hall to anyone who is seeking a beautiful, stunning, and affordable hall.

If there is an open bar at the event you attend here, the bar will cut you off after a few drinks in order to save on the amount of liquor given out. I attended here for a wedding reception and was not driving home, but the bar cut me off around 11:00 after only a few drinks and would not serve me anymore. Also the food was like they just ran down to the grocery store and saw what frozen food was on sale.
