August 25, 2023 - Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party

Barb and her staff were amazing to work with for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party on August 25, 2023. The Crystal Coast Country Club is a beautiful event venue to host any sort of function. We loved how you could do so much with their space. CCCC closed off part of the ballroom making us have an intimate rehearsal dinner. Then we transitioned to the beautiful lawn for our welcome party where all 240 guests arrived after our rehearsal dinner. We had cocktails and live music on the beautiful lawn enjoying the beautiful sunset on the water. All of our groomsmen even got to enjoy a round of golf earlier in the day, which they all raved over the great course.
Barb was very easy to work with, and we absolutely loved having our special event the night before our wedding here. It made our dream wedding weekend of events come true.

Excellent venue and staff!

Where do I start?! Barb and the awesome staff at the Crystal Coast Country Club made our day so enjoyable! My husband and I got married at the CCCC April 30th, 2022 and ever since we booked the CCCC back in 2020, Barb has made our planning process so easy and seamless! 10/10 would recommend you having your wedding here. Not to mention the breathtaking views and scenery! The club is already so beautifully decorated that you really don’t need to add much in way of wedding decor. Barb was also great in allowing us to borrow charger plates they had leftover from a previous wedding, vases, and candleholders. Which was a huge money saver and they elevated our wedding so nicely. Family and friends are still talking about how beautiful and breathtaking the venue was. And you might get lucky like us and have dolphins out in the sound before you walk down the aisle!

Fantastic Venue

There are not enough words to describe how incredible the folks at CCCC are! From menu planning, day of coordination, to flexing with pandemic changes, the team was fantastic. Barb has such an incredible talent for making things seamlessly come together. We still have people raving about our wedding food even now (the fried mahi bite appetizers were a huge hit). Absolutely love d my experience.

Fantastic Wedding Day

CCCC is absolutely beautiful and the staff and Barb were fantastic! They were always on top of everything and exceptionally calm throughout the day! Our wedding day was more than we could have imagined - thanks to this awesome venue and top of the line staff! You guys and the club did not disappoint and we will be back for various occasions in the future! 10/10 would recommend!!

Perfect Day!

Barb and the staff at the CCCC are amazing! They went out of their way to ensure that we had the most amazing day possible. Our guests were blown away with the service and the food. I could not have asked for a better experience. Barb made sure that everything fell into place and I am so grateful for everyone who helped make our day special!

Wonderful Venue on the Crystal Coast of NC

Staff was exceptional. Site was beautiful. Even dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Florence and Easter weekend the staff did a wonderful job of making sure our daughter's wedding was special. We will never forget their positive, caring attitude and service.

My Dream Day Was Stress Free

Barb and her staff were phenomenal start to finish She is so easy to work with and was there to guide me when needed and flexible to work with my 'vision' for my day. She has impeccable taste and decorated the venue perfectly. All of my guests and myself and my now husband were never wanting for anything the entire night. The venue itself is set up to have a ceremony and reception together or is close enough to have a beach ceremony and then reception at the venue. Our guests RAVED about the food and the bartenders served JUST the right amount to keep everyone lose and having fun but NOT over the top inebriated. I recommend then 100% and give 10 stars!!

Perfect in every way!

Barb and the entire Country Club of the Crystal Coast staff went above and beyond for our wedding on October 20, 2018. From the time we booked our wedding date, Barb was in constant communication with me. She took the time to figure out exactly what we wanted for the ceremony and reception, and she made it happen. I cannot say enough about how helpful, genuine, talented, and overall amazing she is! She made wedding planning (and the day of) feel like a breeze.

In addition, our wedding was 1 month after Hurricane Florence. The country club had damaged floors and ceilings, so Barb rented a tent for our reception as a plan B—BUT it was supposed to be rainy and windy on our wedding day. As a plan C, Barb and her staff worked for several days straight to temporarily “fix” the ballroom so we could use it for our wedding day. They did an amazing job and no one even noticed the hurricane damage.

Overall, the venue is beautiful (with an amazing view), Barb and her staff are wonderful, the food is good, and the whole atmosphere is unbeatable. I definitely recommend this location!!

Summer wedding

My daughters wedding was perfect. Barb was amazing and the entire staff was wonderful! The food was just as we ordered and the decorations were perfect. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful but Barb made it easy. I would definitely recommend The Country Club of the Crystal Coast!!!

Mother of the bride

I highly recommend Country Club of the Crystal Coast. The venue is beautiful and the food was delicious. We were able to use most of their decorations so that saved us money. Barb Costanza made my daughters day perfect. Our family still talks about it.

Crystal Coast Wedding

The Crystal Coast of the Country Club was the best choice we made while wedding planning! Barb, the Country Club’s event coordinator, was absolutely incredible to work with. She’s organized, quick to respond, and very attentive to all the details and decisions that go into coordinating a wedding day. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. The food was delicious, and our guests are still talking about how good the shrimp and grits were! We had a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend them.

A Night to Remember

I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with the staff at our venue. As the mother of the bride Barb Costanza made everything come together. I literally just had to show up on the wedding day and she magically made all of my daughters wishes come true. The events of the night flowed so smoothly and all of the guests kept complementing me on how beautiful everything was when in fact it was Barb and her staff who did everything. The wait staff and bartenders were top knotch with none of our guest ever having to stand in long drink lines at the bar or wait for an hors d’oeuvres . The food was absolutely delicious. We have one more to get married off in the family and we will definitely have it again at the Country Club of the Crystal Coast!

The Country Club of the Crystal Coast is awesome1

As the mother-of-the-bride, I couldn’t be more pleased. We researched many options and determined that The Country Club of the Crystal Coast was our best value for the money. In hindsight, we were oh so right.
Barb Costanza, the Assistant Manager/Director of Event Sales, with her closet of decorations is phenomenal. She is a Certified Event Coordinator and it shows. Barb offers advice to help avoid stress when so many important decisions must be made. If your vision of the table decorations exists in her closet, from gold chargers, to mirrors, to lanterns, to vases, to gold chairs with sashes, there's no additional charge, plus she handles all the decorations for you.
The venue on the Atlantic Intracoastal has breath taking views for an outdoor wedding. Plus, there’s the added benefit of being able to move all the festivities indoors in the event of inclement weather. The food is great; there are enough options to make everyone happy. We opted for the all-inclusive beverage package which eliminated a lot of anxiety about the final bill.
The service during the wedding was great. Before the wedding, they asked each member of the wedding party what they'd like to drink after the wedding; even though we were all involved in 'picture taking', the staff ensured that we didn't miss out on the cocktail hour.
The food is great; there are enough options to make everyone happy. We opted for the all-inclusive beverage package which eliminated a lot of anxiety about the final bill.
The team is flexible in making the bride's dream come true while still providing the guidance to make it fun for everyone involved as a member of the wedding party or a guest.
Given the opportunity to host another wedding or event, I would go to The Country Club of the Crystal Coast in a heartbeat.

There are not enough words to describe this wonderful place! We planned a wedding in three months and it was beautiful and seamless. Barb, the wedding coordinator, was absolutely amazing! She took care of everything from handling the vendors to helping us plan the food and decorations. The wedding was a dream come true and so easy! I would recommend this amazing place to everyone. I am beyond happy with this venue. I just wish I can now be invited to someone else's wedding there because I would love to experience it as a guest! I can't say enough about how Barb and her staff are perfect professionals. The pictures are beautiful and the food was very delicious. I had so many of my guest rave about he view and the food. I would love to provide pictures of how Barb and her staff turned my vision into a stunning venue beyond expectation. During, and the days following the ceremony and reception, our guests continue to compliment the service staff, the beautiful décor, and the excellent food provided. Many stating it was the best wedding they'd ever attended and everything was done just right. I was the calmest bride on the day of the wedding. Whatever my concern, Barb handled immediately, and seemed to know exactly how I wanted it. She's amazing! The day was perfect! I'm so very happy when I think back on my wedding day and it always makes me smile. I often look through the pictures of the day and experience the feelings all over again. Not one bad picture can be taken at such a beautiful venue inside and out.

What a fabulous and memorable day it was for my daughter, the wedding party and all the guests. Barb, the wedding coordinator was professional and very easy to work with. On the day of the wedding she was there super early in the morning making sure everything was set up properly and he was there very late in the evening after the wedding to clean up. Her staff was excellent. I highly recommend this venue for ANY event, but especially a wedding!!! The price was reasonable and the food was delicious!!! Not to mention the sunset pictures of the sound were breath taking. Thank you so much CCCC for making this day for our daughter so special!!!

Words cannot describe how awesome Barb Costanza and her team are! Barb spent so much time answering the hundreds of questions that we had (since we were not local) and was so helpful during all the preparations leading up to the day. The wedding day was so busy and with some questionable weather, Barb was so helpful in making sure that everything went just right. I felt like she was in 10 places at once! The price of the venue is very fair compared to the other local competition and I have to say, this venue is probably the safest option for an outdoor wedding. You don't get the ocean wind (super strong winds), but still a nice breeze and should rain be on the forecast, there is a backup option!!! Something else that was also really helpful for us was all the decorations that the club had from previous weddings that we were graciously allowed to use! It saved us so much money! Thank you so much CCCC & especially Barb for such an amazing wedding ceremony & reception!!!!

We could not have been happier with the decision to host my sister's wedding at the Country Club! Barb, the event coordinator, is absolutely pnenominal and we could not have done it all without her! The site very comfortably held our 125 guests for the outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. The view was beautiful with the sound right behind the club. Tables, chairs, linens, plates, glassware, etc was all included which made planning that much easier (with the exception of the outdoor ceremony seating that we rented). The staff were all so professional and helpful and had everything prepared and refilled on time. The food was excellent as well! I have visited and worked at other venues that don't offer half the things the Country Club has and they charge twice as much. It's a great value and quality product and services!!

I can't speak highly enough about Barb! From the moment we initially toured the venue until the moment we left the reception, she was hands down the glue that held every little detail together. She offered to help us with projects at the last minute and constantly reassured me when I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious. I mean it when I say that if there was one vendor we absolutely couldn't live without, it would be Barb. She was an essential asset to the wedding planning process and we can't recommend her enough.

The Country Club of the Crystal Coast was such an amazing venue with incredible staff. Barb Costanza went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our big day went smoothly and looked perfect. While the venue is gorgeous, Barb is the biggest selling point they had to offer because she handles so many of the stressful parts of wedding planning. She offered her knowledge and suggestions and ensured that all of her staff were doing their jobs properly. Barb answered my millions of questions, took phone calls off hours, and politely dealt with my crazy family members without hesitation. She is the absolute best and I would highly recommend the Country Club of the Crystal Coast to anyone looking to host any event, but especially to those looking to find the wedding venue of their dreams and the wedding coordinator of a lifetime! We were 100% satisfied and it was worth every penny.

Barb Costanza, their event coordinator was super helpful. We were from out of state and planning a wedding 8 hours away was difficult. Barb gave us great suggestions and helped make everything perfect for my daughter's wedding. The venue was beautiful and the food was great--especially the shrimp and grits! I would recommend the Country Club of Crystal Coast to anyone. Our venue made our wedding even more special. Having the ceremony outside on the water made for such a peaceful feel and gorgeous look. When it became dark during the reception and there were lights all outside and people could go back and forth from the party inside to the comfort of outside it created such a relaxing and comforting feel and a romantic vibe. The staff here were also amazing. The servers went above and beyond to make sure no one became thirsty and greeted everyone with such awesome smiles and sweet personalities. The venue director, Barb was such a huge help organizing all of the details and even helping decorate to make it look just right. Almost every guest that I have talked to that attended our wedding said it was one of the prettiest venues and weddings they have ever been to. I can honestly say, as the bride, I did not stress about one thing the whole night. I knew I was in great hands and everything went so smoothly allowing me to enjoy our special day to the fullest.

We have already recommended to two different couples who became engaged over the holidays (Christmas to New Years' eve). The only comment I would have to help Crystal Coast is you need to market yourselves more, the value and quality of everything provided is off the chart compared to another venue we visited prior to Crystal Coast. Every quest has been beyond complimentary on everything to the view, the club, the food , the service, and professionalism. We also as parents of the bride were able due to Barb Constanza to enjoy the planning period, she would gives us detail information on anything we asked. She also was very honest and most helpful on what worked best in her experience, so glad we did. For the reception we were so concerned about the bar bill, Barb assured us it was more than enough and it was, we had money left over. Barb also was so great at the ceremony and reception we (my husband and I) enjoyed the entire day of our only daughter getting married, verses stressing or being exhausted. She has the patience of Jobe to deal with so many different personalities with the family members planning the wedding she end up satisfying every one of us 100%. Truly we tell everyone that for the dollars we spent we feel the QUALITY was way more than the cost. Today, except for Chick Filet every were you go service is not the best, however the staff at Crystal Coast that helped prior to the wedding, during the wedding and at the reception were exceptional. My personal handwritten thank you note will follow shortly. You may give my phone number to anyone 919-649-7819 for a reference , please tell them it is my business and personal phone but leave a message will return call. That is how impressed I was, would love to share with anyone our fabulous experience. Also nice to have plan B and C if it rains. It is a lifetime memory forever that was as perfect as perfect can be.

The venue and our contact, Barb Costanza, were both amazing!! Barb was a crucial part of making our wedding as magical as it was and the staff and management of the Country Club were absolutely fantastic and very helpful. Our guests, our families and my wife and I were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the ceremony and the reception and we have nothing but great things to say about the Country Club of the Crystal Coast and everyone employed there.

I could not ask for a more perfect venue for our crystal coast wedding. Not only is the country club picturesque and made the perfect backdrop for our unit, Barb and her team did an amazing job taking care of all of the details (and putting up with a very Type A bride!). Barb is super organized and a joy to work with. The staff is friendly and attentive. We worked with Chip to set up a golf outing the Friday before our wedding and a great time was had by all. If you want a flawless wedding, definitely consider The Country Club of the Crystal Coast. Two friends have booked their weddings at CCCC since being a guest at ours. I cannot say a nice good things!

Planning a destination wedding can be extra stressful, but Barb and her team made everything feel so easy and relaxed. I met with Barb and co twice in person before our big day, so most of our interactions were over email and phone calls. She answered every question and request in a reasonable time frame and was very detailed and thorough. i don't think I would have had such an easy time planning this wedding from afar had I worked with another venue. One of the things I loved about working with CCCC was that you got the advantage of working with a seasoned professional team with all the amenities you would find at say a large hotel, but the value, location, picturesque-ness, and flexibility to accommodate changes or little requests were incomparable. Everything about the CCCC was right for us, but especially the views and beauty of the location did it for us. Hearing guests at the wedding say it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to almost made my heart burst and it all came together in large part thanks to Barb and her team. Our wedding day was truly perfect and I can't say enough how much I would recommend CCCC! They are first rate!

Barb and the entire country club staff were great to work with from beginning to end! Barb is extremely detail oriented and provided great suggestions to make our day beautiful and stress free. The entire staff was so professional and helpful on our wedding day. The food was outstanding and all of our guests complimented the food, staff, and beautiful location. The price is very reasonable but it is the amazing service and staff that put the country club over the top. I highly recommend it to anyone looking an event venue.

The Crystal Coast Country Club is a perfect venue for a wedding and reception. They have a fantastic event coordinator, Barb that helped us work out all of the details to ensure our ceremony and reception were perfect. She made sure everything went smoothly and the staff there were are all top notch. The venue was beautiful and the food was wonderful . The County Club hosted a wedding show sponsored by Eastern North Carolina Wedding Association which we attended back in October. While at the show we signed contracts with several vendors that provided additional services including our wedding cake, flowers and DJ services. All of these vendors were local and had worked with Barb many times before so we had no surprises.

Barb Costanza and her staff made our dream wedding a reality. It was absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't have asked for more. Everything went so well thanks to her organization skills and hard work. She carefully planned out the wedding timeline which allowed all vendors to be on the same page, and consistent with one another. We didn't have any issues with timing, and every guest was extremely impressed with the event overall. The entire venue was decorated with class, beauty, and creativity. The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. The food was delicious and fresh. We appreciate everything the Country Club did for us to make our wedding so memorable. They went above and beyond our expectations, and made us feel very special on our big day. Our experience was more than perfect, and would highly recommend this venue for any special event-especially a wedding!

Barb Costanza and the staff at the CCCC were excellent in making our daughter's wedding a wonderful event! From the onset, Barb was so patient and knowledgable working through the details of the day. She made herself available and followed through on everything. We could not have been more pleased. The staff were professional but so fun and really seemed to enjoy themselves as they worked so hard to have everything carefully coordinated with plenty of wonderful food and service. Can't think of a better place to celebrate, not to mention the beautiful scenery across Bogue Sound!

Barb and the team and the Country Club are out of this world. They were easy to work with, gave my husband and I lots of options, and added to the decor we picked beautifully. We got married outside and the view is amazing. People are still talking about how beautiful it was outside and how fabulous the food was inside! Colleagues at work will still mention the delicious food on a daily basis. Not only was it gorgeous, but Barb, the event planner, is wonderful. She is willing to do whatever she can to accommodate your needs and wants and is an out of the box thinker who pulls ideas together like they were meant to be! Not to mention, the price for the venue was very reasonable compared to others in the area, and it was absolutely beautiful, and more versatile than any other place we looked. We could not have asked for a better place to get married, or a group of people to work with. When we renew our vows down the road, we hope they will have us back! Plus, because we got married there, we are now members for the year! That means burger and fajita nights until next April!

The Country Club of the Crystal Coast was such a lovely place to host our reception. It was classy, elegant, and beautiful. The staff was so gracious and all our guests commented on how great the service was! I had people telling me that even though they had been to many receptions, they had never been to an event like ours... Passed appetizers and champagne, and a great view... Couldn't ask for better.

Wedding planner , food , servers, atmosphere was amazing. Guests enjoyed the golf and tennis facilities. Everything was planned out for the Bride and Groom and that took a lot off us.

CCCC made our wedding a wonderful, easy experience. The service was excellent, the food was absolutely delicious, and the event planner Barb was such a help in pulling everything together. I really don't know what I would have done without her. She was such a huge help in the planning process, and the day off went so smoothly thanks to her. The staff was so much fun to work with, they even came out and danced with us! I have nothing negative to say about my experience with the country club. They made this day so much easier for me and my husband. I am so happy we went with them for everything, ceremony, reception, and rehearsal dinner. They really know what they are doing!!

I just had to add to the review that my daughter provided. As the Mother of the Bride who resides out of the state, I have an additional perspective on The Country Club of the Crystal Coast. If you are thinking of a Destination Wedding or if your family is from this area, I would highly recommend this venue. Barb Costanza is amazing. She was professional, helpful and importantly a pleasure to work with. The site is beautiful and versatile. The Menu we choose with Barb's help had a variety of food choices. Everyone commented on how delicious all of it was. We chose 3 stations with attendants and a variety of heavy horderves to be passed around. I loved the festive feel this gave our Reception. The Staff were both friendly and professional to work with. I honestly have no complaints! I can say that my daughters wedding was everything we both visualized and even more!!!

Barb and all of the employees at the Club were fantastic! I highly recommend The Country Club of the Crystal Coast for a wedding venue. My family and I did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding, everything was handled by Barb and her staff. It was really nice having someone to direct the wedding, it flowed so smoothly.

Having our reception at the Country Club of the Crystal Coast helped to make our entire wedding day so wonderful. They made the entire process of planning our reception so simple. Both Barb and Chip were quick to respond with any questions we had and made us feel like part of the process, even though we were out of town for most of it. Even in the wake of the hurricane that came through the morning of our wedding, they both were calm. That helped my husband and I to stay calm as well - after all, if they weren't worried, we weren't worried!

We couldn't have been happier with our reception. They made us feel like a part of the 4th of July celebrations while at the same time, giving us the space we needed to have our wedding reception still feel intimate. The decorations were beautiful, the food was amazing, and all I can say about the fireworks is WOW! Thank you for allowing us to have our special day in a place that already held such wonderful memories for us.

Barb is amazing. Having her alone was worth every penny! I had nothing to worry about in my special day! She did everything to perfection! Even made my centerpieces! My dress even had an issue and barb fixed it! The staff was also amazing they made sure we had hot food and a drink the whole time! They even followed my husband around with his favorite tuna! Perfect place!

We all had a wonderful time. Barb could not have been more helpful. The staff was so friendly and thoughtful in every way. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. Everyone commented on the delicious entrees. The venue was perfect and we have memories for a lifetime!

When I was planning my wedding from day one I wanted to get married in our backyard because we were right on the water. I started pricing food vendors, tents, linens, etc... And prices began to get out of control. My mom mentioned getting marrie at the Crystal Coast country club. I said sure we will check it out. My husband and I went down and looked at it and fell in love. The day we went to see it mrs. Barb was there to meet with us and tell us all the about the place. We talked about it and decided it was it. Mrs. Barb was absolutely amazing, she is the best coordinator!! She emailed me everyday maybe twice a day because I had hundreds of questions. She helped me put together ideas and even put all decor together day of the wedding!! She was a God sent!! She made my day stress free!! Along with the rest of the staff serving our drinks and good and just making things go great!! This was the best day of my life and everything went according to plans. I appreciate all that everyone did to make it our special day!!! I would definitely reccommend this venue!!! Also food was amazing!! And the view is the best you can find!!!

Barb Constanza is heaven sent!!! She was absolutely amazingly helpful throughout everything. She did ALL of the setup the day of the wedding so I had nothing to worry about but relaxing. The venue is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. The entires wait staff was phenomenal as well. Could not recommend a better place, absolutely amazing in every way!!!

We could not have had a better experience working with the Country Club of the CC. From the moment we looked at the venue, we knew that was where we wanted to get married. The view looking out over the sound was perfect for the ceremony and made for some amazing pictures. The staff went above and beyond and were very accommodating. Barb is worth her weight in GOLD! She was amazing to work with. She gave some great ideas on how to make the day even more special, was very responsive by email, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and that was mostly thanks to everyone at the Country Club!

Where do I begin? Wow. I had a lot of issues during my planning process and Barb, the coordinator at the club, was an angel. She always tried her best to let me do what I wanted and make what I wanted happen. She was able to special order a seasonal beer for us too! Out of all my vendors she truely calmed me down when I was freaking out. The reception was the best. It was beautiful, and the staff was on point! Almost as soon as I finished my salad a waitress came over to pick up my plate and ask how it was. I said it was great and I was ready for my prime rib. I thought I would have to wait 5-10 minutes. No! She came right back with mine and my husbands dinner entrees! Oh and the food. I was not sure about having my venue cater as well but since it was required we did it. YUMMM!!!!!!! It was so good yall! We had the prime rib with mashed potatoes and green beans and the chicken marsala over fettucinni and glazed carrots. Food was perfect, not over cooked, not undercooked.

We had our ceremony and reception at the Country Club of the Crystal Coast. Everything was perfect. The weather was wonderful and the service couldn't have been any better. Barb is so easy to work with. Not only is she efficient, but she really listens to what you want and she delivers! From the very first meeting, we felt confident that the Barb and the Country Club staff would take care of everything and they really did! We were very pleased with how everything turned out, the food was great, the service was great... everything was perfect!

Fantastic, exactly what you’d want for your wedding.

My wife and I are suckers for customer service and always choose spending a little bit more to have things done for us over pinching pennies and doing things ourselves. The best part about having a wedding at country club of the crystal coast and letting Barb be your wedding coordinator is that there isn’t a compromise. It was an exceptional value and the service was perfect, the staff was always right where they needed to be and Bard was amazing. I had a lot of experience bartending weddings and so I expected some hiccups but if there were any (I doubt there were) we were unaware and our guests never had any idea. So to sum it up have your wedding there and let Barb be your director you won’t regret it.

The CCCC was a dream come true of a venue. The set up was perfect so guests could enjoy themselves indoors or outside and the scenery was magnificent. They food was amazing and the flexability they offer with menu and bar packages was awesome. Would recommend the CCCC to everyone!

We had so many compliments by our wedding guests on this venue and the food. Several guests said it was the prettiest setting for a wedding they had ever seen. The selling point for the bride and groom was the option to have an indoor or outdoor wedding (depending on the weather) and the services of a qualified wedding planner is included in the price of renting the venue. Barb was the best coordinator. She was so responsive and flexible to our ever changing needs. Because of her experience, she was able to relieve our many anxieties and pull off a spectacular event. It is important to mention that because this venue stays booked with weddings and other Country Club member events and Barb manages all of these events, she has to manage her time by concentrating on the events happening at that time and she was not always able to address our concerns in a timely manner at the beginning of our planning (a year before the event). However, once our event drew closer, we had her complete attention until the event was over. She treated us like we were her priority and was very accommodating as the bride and groom planned their destination wedding. I would have to rate this venue the best as far as value and professionalism. All of the vendors the bride and groom used were very familiar with this venue and were very complimentary of the venue and the staff.

Working with Barb made the wedding planning less stressful. Barb was able to help me pull off every decoration I had planned. From the initial meeting, to choosing our food, to the wedding day, the country club was the greatest location. The view is awesome, even if you end up stuck inside for your ceremony like we were. The food is fantastic. If you want something that has it all - the country club is the place to go.

Barb and the whole staff the the Cristal Coast Country Club were absolutely amazing for our Memorial Day weekend wedding! We had a family member that had some health issues during the reception and they were so helpful and fast at getting appropriate help. We couldn't have been more happy with the food, service, and friendliness of everyone there. If I had to do the wedding all over again, I would definitely use this venue again!!

The best part of my wedding was the ceremony because of the beautiful location and weather. The Event Coordinator was very responsive and nice to work with. She definitely made the wedding amazing and eased the stress. She was very helpful and I really liked the fact that she would make the centerpieces and set the room for me with no additional charge. That itself is a bonus!
The only things that I do not like was the event staff. The bartenders charged us for purchases that should have been on the Groom's Father's tab (not the bride and groom) and when I see the charge and ask for the invoice they added their own tip. We were suppose to have received our appetizers and drinks while we were outside taking photos prior to the reception and we never received any. Beautiful location and I would recommend this venue to friends however, they are pricey, and the event staff needs a lot of work!
