Breathtakingly Amazing

Crystal Ballroom on the Lake DID THAT! I feel like my wedding was a fairytale. They were very helpful, professional and nice to my husband and I as well as our guest. I wish I could do it again and again just to experience the amazement all over.

Perfectly beautiful!!

Everything about this venue is perfect, the view, the decor, and the staff. Everyone was so nice and attentive. They made sure my day was perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better team.

Perfect Venue for Our Wedding!

Estephanie Castro was so great to work with!

When we booked this venue we started working with someone else and at some point, management of the venue changed and I was nervous that what we originally had discussed with the previous management was not going to transition over smoothly. However, when we met with Estephany, she jumped right in and truly made us feel comfortable about our special day. Working in the event management industry, it was really hard for me to let go of the planning & execution of an event. But Estephany listened to everything that we envisioned and made sure that the day ran smoothly.

This venue is truly great for anyone who is looking for an inclusive venue when it comes to decor and vendors. They have an amazing decor design team that will make your dream become a reality! With this venue, you do not have to worry about renting specialty chairs, center pieces, linens, etc. It is great that they have everything in house and will customize to fit your vision. They have an open vendor policy so we were able to work with our on vendors for catering, DJ services, photography etc. Another huge plus, is that they allow you to bring in your own liquor, which is a huge expense if you book a venue that does not allow this.

The entire staff at The Crystal Ballroom on the Lake was absolutely amazing! our Banquet Manager was great and very attentive on the night of our wedding, the bartender was friendly and definitely loved by our guests!!

We will definitely recommend The Crystal Ballroom to any of our friends that are looking for a great venue.

My dreams came true!

I had the most PERECT wedding at the Crystal Ballroom on the Lake. From the very beginning, Charlie was always available for questions or concerns. She was flexible with payments due to COVID and was open and honest with me for the crazy year leading up to the wedding. She was also my day of coordinator and she absolutely knocked it out of the park! Not a single need went unmet and she even anticipated our wants before we even said it! The planning process was completely stress free. The fact that they take care of all decorating made planning the wedding very easy on our part. We gave them our vision and they executed it perfectly. Franke on the bat was superb! Her customer service was top notch and she quickly got all of our thirsty guests served while consistently make our signature drinks deliciously. Ian and Eli was our servers and they were quick, available and moved like ninjas! They made sure tables were bussed quickly and that the food was served promptly. Bruce was behind the scenes and made sure the team had clean and fresh dishes all night. Honestly, the wedding went above and beyond our wildest dreams and I credit that to the team at the Crustal Ballroom. All of our guests were blown away by how beautiful it was and we were blown away at how easy it was! Thank you so much! ❤️

The best venue for the price

This Ballroom exceeded the expectations of many family members. I received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how excellent was the service! I would definitely recommend this venue to all!

They Crystal Ballroom gave us excellent service.
Everything was even more beautiful than I had imagined! Nancy the Decorator knew exactly what I wanted and Karissa the Buffet Manager went above and beyond for us! I highly recommend them.

Amazing venue!!!

We booked with the crystal ballroom because of the beautiful location and decor that they had to offer! Little did we know that we would have gotten SO much more!! We had Charlie as our coordinator and she was amazing!! We kept switching the timeline on her and she never made us feel like we were inconveniencing anyone!! The serving staff was great! We even got them to partake in a little photobooth shenanigans! ALL of our guests kept telling us how gorgeous everything was and how much fun they had. We would absolutely book at this venue again if we needed one!!

Crystal Ballroom has everything a bride can imagine. The bridal suite is absolutely stunning. I love the all inclusive and the view of the lake.

Wonderful beautiful its fabulous

I am so impressed by the crystal ballroom they are doing any and everything to make sure that I get our day there. Thwy are on my top 4 list and I'm enjoying getting to know their staff I know they are keeping in touch to make a sale but having someones personal number and her chatting with me like I'm her best friend is awesome sauce!

On July 7th, 2018 I had my daughter's Quinceañero (Sweet 15) at Crystal Ballroom on the Lake, Altamonte Springs.
This is THE BEST venue I could choose, I'm very happy with this hard working staff.
Managers are the best, extremely responsible. Lulu, Jacqueline Gonzalez, Luis became like a family to me. How nice and professional they are!
Decorations were beautiful, neat covers and napkins, good organization, nice coffee bar service, good bartenders.

Everything was wonderful. I had my school prom here and it was awesome(Master's Training Academy-Apopka). I didn't have to do anything. Make sure you hire the food manager, invest in the candy bar and of course the bar tender stole the show. They have Mr. Hiram(hope I spelled his name correctly) who was wonderful from start to finish of the event. I love this place, love the staff and will continue to have our school prom here. I would recommend The Crystal Ballroom to everyone I know. Thank you so very much.

I can’t even put into worlds how I truly feel about the crystal ballroom on the lake as a whole. From the beginning of planning they were amazing! Yram was our coordinator and did a phenominal job making sure everything was done like we wanted. He was quick to respond to all of my crazy questions and and concerns. Everything we got for the price is unbelieveable. Every detail was thought out. We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to the Crystal ballroom and everyone who works with the ballroom!

We are so happy that we choose this venue for our wedding. I would definitely recommend including the day of coordinator as while. The venue handles all the decorations and set-up for ceremony and reception, but hiring Lulu as the day of coordinator made me feel so much at ease right away (I did it a few months before the wedding not right away and I had started to feel very overwhelmed) and the day flowed smoothly! She helped us set our timeline for the day, and helped us in some of our decisions. Literally the day of I did not have to worry ONE time about the flow of things...I didn't stress at all.

We loved the ease of choosing this venue. Shortly before the wedding you have a design session were you pick out your table decorations, and then once you have the final guest count you finalize the set-up of the reception, with their help of course. Then during the rehearsal you finalize your decisions on decorations for the ceremony and lighting. It actually was a very smooth process and they did an AMAZING job with making our day come together. The ceremony and the reception were BEAUTIFUL! So many of our guests commented on it, and we LOVED it! The highlights....we had NO set-up or clean-up to do, we were able to bring in any vendor we wanted, and we were able to provide our own alcohol (our caterer provided all mixers making this super easy) which saved us a lot of $$. Also we had a lot of out of town guests so the location close to hotels and other bars (post-wedding) and pre-wedding things to do was super convenient for them. If we had to do it all over again I would without a doubt choose the Crystal Ballroom on the Lake as our venue!

They are absolutely the BEST!! The did everything we ask and more! Our family loved the service. Any questions i had (which was a lot) they answered. Email is always the best way to communicate with them it’s easier and proof of anything you may add or not wanted. Also they make sure to give each couple their undivided attention which would be hard to do if their on the phone all the time. The person who made our wedding cake just dropped it off didn’t put it to together. I had my matron of honor ask if they could fix it and they did. You couldn’t ask for a better place. We LOVE the Crystal Ballroom on the Lake!

My wedding was so beautiful!!! Thanks to Lulu and Jackie for making everything go smoothly the venue looked so beautiful and elegant. I cannot start this review without saying, I adore Lulu! As we all know the wedding planning process can be a bit stressful but the Crystal Ballroom on the Lake truly does take that load off of our shoulders! They do it ALL! Their decor team is absolutely amazing and will thoroughly go through all the decor options with you and make sure they make your wedding dream come true! Their staff and bartender are truly incredible and very personable. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place and to ensure that we needed everything before even walking down the aisle! And lastly, you must, must, must select the day of event coordinator option! I don't know what I would have done if I would not have chosen to hire them as my coordinator. And I seriously do not know what I would have done if I did not have Lulu as my coordinator! Lulu went above and beyond and then some during our whole planning process! She was always just a call or text away and was always available to answer any and all questions! My whole family fell in love with Lulu during the wedding! I truly admire an individual who has a passion for what they do and displays that passion in their work. Thank you so much to the Crystal Ballroom on the Lake and their staff and a huge thank you to Lulu!!

I recommend Crystal Ballroom to everyone! The venue was really beautiful. My guest and I was blown away with how beautiful the place was. One advice is make sure you read the contract before agreeing so you won't be surprised when they call you about additional deposits and rental insurance. But other wise it was worth it and stunning!

If you are looking for an Elegant, Classy, Formal, Cinderella feeling this is the place. You get everything you will need here. A BANG for your buck so to speak. My daughter's wedding reception was a big hit with the guests. Someone came up to me and said "What are you Millionaires"?! They know exactly how to decorate your colors into every setting. It is unbelievable what they're decorating team achieved for us. LuLu was a Godsend. Understanding, thorough, and timely. Keep to the Event Summary and you will enjoy without a hitch! It was Awesome… Jackie and her team worked with us to execute our vision exactly as we had imagined. We valued their high level of professionalism and experience - they managed timeline and logistics smoothly, all my emails and phone calls were returned, questions responded to in a timely and professional manner, allowing us to sit back and enjoy our wedding. We also received a ton of compliments on the venue itself. It was flawless. Thank you Jackie for making the planning process and the day-of stress-free. I will recommend The Crystal ballroom on the lake to any of my friends or anyone who is looking for a spectacular wedding!

The crystal ballroom definitely brought our vision to life! The venue is absolutely beautiful and I love the variety of decor they offer. Our wedding day felt like a fairy tale and a picture out of a magazine . The staff was super friendly and helpful. The girls went above and beyond to meet our needs. This place is great and Loulou and Jackie will bend over backwards to help you. I did ge4t upset once with a small item but that was down to me not completely understanding the US way of doing things...I am Scottish. However, when I made an error in the time slot Jackie and Loulou sorted it out with no drama at all. Their team are amazing and friendly on the day too. I would recommend this venue to anyone. It also has been very recently repainted and this adds to the light, dreamy feel of the venue. The designer had the room perfectly decorated too.

I had my daughters Sweet16 and it was such a smooth and easy experience from the moment we looked at the Venue.The staff was helpful and amazing to work with. the decorator did an awesome job and I felt he could read my mind with what I envisioned. My parter planner Lulu was so amazing to work with She handled all my details and made it so stress free. Having Lulu help us enjoy our daughters special night with a worry. A perfect 10 to crystal Ballroom on the lake and to there amazing staff from bartender to waiters

My husband and I got engaged in November 2015 and had been scouting for venues for a few months when we found the Crystal Ballroom on the Lake. If you're just now looking for venues, look no further. You would be shocked at the number of venues that include little more than the space for almost the same amount or more than what we paid for everything we got at Crystal Ballroom. They are extremely up front and to the point about what is covered and let me tell you: it's a lot! If you go with this venue for a reception only like we did, the only additional venues you need to book are your caterer, your DJ, your photographer, and your wedding cake baker. The venue provides a bartender, you need to provide the alcohol (do the math, in the long run this is WAY cheaper than any sort of per person bar package and most liquor stores will let you returned unopened product for your money back). They even offer a same day coordinator service for your reception. My advice: DO IT! It is so worth the money. Our coordinator, Lulu, was on point and helped make sure every little detail was perfect. We could not have been happier with this venue. All our guests complimented us on the decor (which you get to help pick out!) and thought it was a beautiful reception. It really is possible to have an elegant Orlando wedding and not break the bank. Thank you so much for everything Lulu and the Crystal Ballroom. Our wedding wouldn't have been nearly as perfect without you!

The most perfect place ever to get married! It's all inclusive as far as decor, chairs, tables, plates, you name it! You can have up to
100 people and they let you use your own vendors! They color coordinated the room to the T! I have nothing horrible to say about this place!
They include butlers to pass the apps during cocktail hour and they even clean up afterwards! You don't have to lift a finger!

The crystal ballroom surpassed our expectations the staff are super friendly and they did such an outstanding job serving us through out the entire time till day of. The Decore choices to fit your style are awesome and exceeded our dreams we knew it would be nice the ballroom is beautiful but the day of our wedding was absolutely priceless I never thought it would be that perfect and I had so much help day of and just made it the best day of our lives. I am so thankful to everyone there to help make our dream come to life. I would recommend the crystal ballroom on the lake to anyone looking for an exceptional place to host any event especially weddings.

I dont know about othera experiences but I personally promote this Venue. We had our wedding there on Nov 5 2016 and it was amazing service from Jackie Banquet Manager and her staff and Maria the bartender kept the drinks flowing and ensured our guest were comfortable and having a great time.

Crystal Ballroom on the Lake was exceptional! The moment we walked in to see the venue, we fell in love instantly! The response time was great. The day of my wedding they took care of everything and it all flowed with ease. We were so at peace since we walked in. They were very professional since day one as well. I'm so happy we went with Crystal Ballroom for our wedding. We chose the one on the Lake because it was closest to us; I'm sure that their other locations must be just as fabulous. I recommend them 100% for any activity!

The Crystal Ballroom on the lake was the perfect venue for cost and beauty combined. It was magnificent! All of my guests kept completing me on the beauty of the venue, decor, and lighting! We got married here plus we had our reception here and It was every thing we expected plus 100 times more. Lulu is absolutely amazing. The decor was better than I imagined it litterally blew my mind. I highly recommended this venue. Its so amazing!!

The staff were very accommodating to everything we wanted. We wanted the rehearsal to be closer to the wedding and they made it happen. There was a huge traffic accident on I-4 on our way to the rehearsal and were 30 minutes late. They understood and made accommodations for us. The wedding day was just amazing! I was surprised by how helpful and nice all the staff were. Any last minutes chances were handled. They made sure the bride and groom ate by bring plates of food over to us. They constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was going according to plan and asking if we needed anything. Maria was the banquet manager and she was just THE BEST!! At the end of the wedding, the packed all our things and had everything ready to go in 15 minutes. It was so stress-free. My family was able to enjoy the day and the staff took care of everything. I'm so glad I chose this venue!

A big thank You to Charlene my Day of event coordinator from day one since the day of my wedding she was very on time with every detail pertaining with my event, she made sure that my vision was the most important aspect of my big day allowing me to coordinate my own ideas of décor. Not only Charlene is a sweet person to work with she takes pride in everything she does making sure my wedding had exactly the vision I was expecting. I love how responsible she was from the get go and also the Crystal Ballroom staff OMG great loving and fun people to work with. This Venue has everything there for You. Only issue we had was bartender wasn't familiar with a few of our drinks so Greg had to advise her on how to make them. Maybe at the summary appt when you bring all your items the bartender Gould be available to go over your bar menu to be sure they are familiar with the drinks listed.

We can honestly say that Crystal Ballroom on the Lake helped us have the wedding of our dreams. The service and staff were amazing the day of the wedding. We had no complaints from guests and everything flowed smoothly. This would not have been possible without the exceptional attention to detail from the coordinators Charlene and Lucile (Lulu). We dropped off all pertinent items for the event a few days before and this lifted a huge weight off our shoulders because they took care of the rest. The decor wa spectacular, which made the night that much more magical. It was like stepping into a fairytale. It was beyond my expectations. It was truthfully the first and only venue we visited. We went with our gut feeling that this was the one and boy were we right. We can't thank you enough. We highly recommend this venue! From the min I walked into the venue I knew that was were I wanted to have my wedding. Everyone was so helpful from beginning to end. They walk me through everything and the day of the wedding could not have been any better. We had a party that night and I would recommend them over and over again.

I had my wedding at the Crystal ballroom on the lake last weekend and I must say it was everything I could of dreamed of. Charlene was best. I couldn't have done my wedding without her. Everything was perfect. The crystal ballroom didn't have the colors we wanted for our decor originally but they went out and purchase new decor to make sure our special day was perfect. The staff was very polite and all our guest still talk about how beautiful and fun our wedding was.

I just had my ceremony and reception at Crystal Ballroom on the lake and I was completely blown away with how perfectly everything came out! They made my wedding look absolutely stunning! Everything was so gorgeous! The staff there was incredibly attentive and extremely nice! They made sure everything that I needed incorpated in my wedding came out exactly the way that I wanted it too! Everything that I could possibly need was included in their wedding package so I did not have to worry about a thing! They made it everything so easy for me so I never had to stress about anything. The decorator was beyond perfect at helping me plan my perfect layout for the wedding! The buffet managers were so helpful and made sure everyone was taken care of. The day of event coordinator was there to help me out and take care of everything for me every step of the way so my wedding day was extremely perfect and the best day that it could have possibly been for me and my now husband. I could not think of a much better place to have my wedding than to have it here at the Crystal ballroom on the lake. They give you so many options to choose from so your wedding day is completely unique and special. Every day that passes by I wish I could go back to my wedding day at the Crystal ballroom on the lake because it was literally like a dream come true! Beyond perfect! I would most definitely recommend having your most important days at the Crystal Ballroom on the lake to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

I cannot tell you how wonderful this venue is!!! I have spent over a year and a half looking at photos of the crystal ballrooms events. I couldn't wait for my big day and it was everything I dreamed of!! I plan my wedding basically by myself. My husband and I were the first ones in our family to get married and have a wedding like this. My parents got married in a trailer lol so they had no clue how to plan a wedding. I really couldn't have done it without the crystal ballroom on the lake's team. Every nit picky email was answered quickly and professionally. The staff there is really really amazing and obviously cares about each person who walks in the door. The day of the wedding everything was perfect. It was exactly how I envision!! The decor was absolutely breathtaking and my guests were in awe of how beautiful everything was. I was told numerous times that this was one of the most beautiful and fun weddings they've been to in years. Everyone went above and beyond for our special day. I was extremely nervous and had no clue when I was suppose to start walking down the isle and when things should start. My banquet manager Maria, made me feel so comfortable and the staff really helped me throughout the day. During the pictures I was getting a little overheated in my satin gown and they were there with water every time I needed it. Everything was perfect and the vendors they recommend were a perfect cherry on the top for this unforgettable night. I would 100000% recommend anyone to use the crystal ballroom for their next event.

We have an amazing experience having our daughters graduation party at The Crystal Ballroom on the Lake. Every detail and then some were taken care of, we showed up and had a blast with all our family and friends. I was blown away by the decor and the beauty of the event, and have talked about trying to find other events we can host at this venue. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to have any type of event. The contract is clear and up front - nothing hidden and no switching things around after signing. It was straight forward and the expectations were laid out without question. About the only thing I could recommend would be having some type of print out or information sheet on the sound system and what is needed or can be used to plug in, but even without knowing we had a great sound and a perfect party.

At first, when you look at the price of this venue, you think 'wow, expensive'. HOWEVER, once you read what is included for that price, it is more economical than most venues in the Orlando area. They decorate your event just how you want, provide the tables, chairs, linens, dinerware, bar glasses, BARTENDER, AND 4 attendants and a manager for the night. They also clean up after your event (huge bonus). They set up any extra decor intems for you and their preferred caterer Chef 1 gives you special pricing for this venue only (awesome food at a great price... see that review too). All the staff were friendly, courteous and did whatever was needed to make my wedding run smoothly. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride, especial ones coming from out of town. LOVE LOVE LOVE this venue!

I had the most amazing time at my wedding!!! The staff and everyone I came in contact with were absolutely amazing. I have to give a special thanks to Angie Alcazar and Charlene Areizaga. I might have repeated myself a thousand times and asked a million questions but they were always there when I needed them. No question was too much to ask. If I were to choose again I will most definitely choose the Crytal Ballroom on the Lake again. I fell in love with their work and concept the first time I saw it. When I walked in on my Wedding day I was floored. It was gorgeous. My guests have not stopped complimenting me on the decor and he wedding. Thank you guys so much for making my wishes come through. They excuted my vision perfectly!!!

I highly recommend the Crystal Ballroom on the Lake, in Altamonte Springs for any upcoming celebration you may have. The services, professionalism, and accommodating staff was nothing short of Phenomenal! Charlene and her team truly made my wedding vision a magical reality. The Crystal Ballroom staff worked extremely well with all the vendors and together they all created an EPIC wedding experience. The entire coordinating process was flawless. I thought there would be issues planning this wedding, considering I live in Georgia. I had to depend on emails and phone calls to plan this wedding and each time my emails were and questions were answered and my phoned calls were returned. We are so happy and very satisfied with the services provided by the Crystal Ballroom on the Lake, you are truely missing out if you do not lock in this venue ASAP!

I cannot express how much joy i experienced when I walked in on my wedding day. It was breathtaking. The decor was absolutely stunning, the staff was remarkable and everything was just how I wanted it to be! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to others!!! Thank you guys so much!

Charlene was absolutely wonderful in the planning of my husband's memorial. I especially appreciated the ability to provide our own food and beverage. Thank you for making the technology possible to show John's Life Pictures! All guests had very positive remarks about the event and the venue. I think the event was exactly the way John would have wanted it. Thank you so very much.

What can I not say about the Crystal Ballroom crew, from the begining they were taking care of me step by step. Ms. Charlene is the most awesome person you can work with, she is helpful, responsable, nice and has an awesome smile. She is the glue of this whole venue. On the event I worked with Maria to get the event squared away and she was a gem. She made sure my whole family was well taken care of. I LOVE, LOVE them both and with out them my daughters Quinceanera would have not come to live. Thank you ladies.

I worked with Jackie and she was a great event manager. There is so much decor to choose from so get an idea in your mind of what you want your event to look like and they will deliver!

Crystal Ballroom on the Lake was a beautiful venue for our wedding. When I walked into the venue on my wedding day, I was blown away. It was gorgeous! I would highly recommend this venue. Great value!
