They handle it all! Tables, linens, floral centerpieces, chargers, plates, silverware, etc. Chanel is amazing and we’re so happy we had our wedding at the crystal ballroom!

Crystal Ballroom at Sunset Harbor was absolutely beautiful and everything I dreamed my wedding to be. Everything was crazy up to the event but they did everything to make it my dream wedding. All the vendors that they recommend, go with them all! They all work together wonderfully and I couldn’t have ask for a better day of coordinator. Cara made everything go smoothly. If you are looking for a place by the beach but not to have it on the beach because of the unpredictable Florida weather, this is the venue for you!!!!

Wedding of my Dreams!
The Crystal ballroom sunset harbor far exceeded my expectations! The entire process leading up to the wedding was so straight forward and simple, and the day of, the staff went above and beyond for me and my guests. I truly felt like royalty from the gorgeous decor set up by the staff to the actual service. I never had to get up to get food or drinks as they brought me anything I needed and checked on me and my husband often. Hands down the best venue in Daytona and I highly, highly recommend!! The view of the river is breathtaking!

Amazing!! Worth the money!
Cara & Kaley were amazing! This place allows you to get so much more for your money and the venue is exceptional!! Our wedding was the week of hurricane Dorian and Cara even though having to evacuate her home was in constant communication! As soon as the the curfew was removed in Daytona they set up for our rehearsal dinner once they verified it was safe. I cannot brag enough about these ladies and the venue!

Cara and the entire team at Crystal Ballroom at Sunset Harbor made my wedding everything I could have dreamed of and more!! Everyone I came into contact with through the venue was an absolute pleasure to talk to and and work with. The entire process was stress free and so easy! Cara coordinated with my vendors so efficiently, and I felt like I never had to lift a finger. Our guests were blown away by the decor and beauty of the venue. One guest stated that the ceremony space reminded her of something you'd see on David Tutera's show. Cara was present throughout the rehearsal as well and was amazing at helping the bridal party make sure they knew what they were doing. She was so flexible and offered great advice when I was contemplating on changing something (even at the last minute.) I HIGHLY recommend Cara and the crystal ballroom for anyone getting married!

Our wedding was on 5-19-19 we had an fantastic night! Everything went perfect. We hired Cara as our day of coordinator and she did everything from placing cards to grabbing us food. Her team went above and beyond. The views of this venue will leave your guest amazed at how beautiful nature is. We hired the Crystal Ballroom for multiple services: venue, day of coordination, boat exit, candy bar, limo...and everything was great. Stop looking and book your wedding here! Oh and attend an Open house tons of vendors attend.

Gorgeous Waterfront Wedding Venue!
We went with this venue for our wedding and it was absolutely amazing!!! The venue, the decor, the professionalism of the staff that were serving and cleaning up, it was all wonderful. This venue is standalone and is not in a shopping plaza like other Crystal Ballrooms in central FL and it is located off the Halifax River, right in it's backyard. There are multiple rooms you can access, there is an outdoor wedding venue area, a cocktail hour area, a gorgeous ceremony room, and a reception room that they decorate to your specifications. I did not have to worry about who's going to help me decorate or how to make anything myself, they did all of that for me. I would definitely pick this place again. It was a dream come true and affordable.

From the first call to the last conversation the evening of our Vow renewal wedding, everything was stress free. The entire team at this venue are extremely helpful, resource full, professional and helped me understand anything I had questions about. Absolutely loved the Crystal Ballroom!
We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and it was amazing! My husband and I loved the fact that all the decorations and china were included in the package. We literally just had to show up and enjoy our day and not have to worry about set up or clean up. We had Cara as our day of event coordinator and she was wonderful! She made sure our wedding stayed on schedule and everything ran smoothly. All of our family friends keep telling us what a beautiful venue it was. We would definitely recommend the Crystal Ballroom!

Couldn't have asked for a better/more perfect venue
I was originally supposed to get married at another venue in town, but when that fell through two months before the wedding, I panicked. It turns out there was no need to because the Crystal Ballroom fell into my lap, a gift from a wedding fairy godmother.
The space is by and away the most elegant and beautiful place I could have ever dreamed of for my wedding. The outdoor space was perfect for my ceremony, and the inside was IDEAL for the reception. I was so impressed with the Crystal Ballroom team, especially Cara, who was so thorough and just a blast to work with. She sent me a survey a few weeks before the wedding to ask what colors and styles I liked for the tables, and then set up a mock table for me to see what the room might look like for the big day. Her attention to detail is top-notch, and I could tell how invested she was in making sure my husband, our guests, and I had an amazing time. Everyone was raving about how beautiful the Crystal Ballroom is and how much they loved the venue. I would never want to do a wedding elsewhere after being at CB for my own.

Fairytale wedding!
The crystal ballroom at sunset harbor is such a breathtaking venue! I fell in love the first time I went there for a tour and just knew I had to get married there! We booked in April of 2017 and got married there on November 8th of 2018! It was an absolutely flawless wedding and everything I could have ever dreamed of! Cara was our wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond to make sure our day went seamless! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for their wedding! Not only are there prices reasonable it’s just amazing to not have to stress because they have everything taken care of for you from the moment you book to the moment you leave you do not have to worry about a thing! Thank you to the crystal ballroom and cara for making our day so special!

The easiest thing I could have done
With all the changes that happened to my spouse and I, the team at Crystal Ballroom made this as flawless as possible. I was planning everything from NY, and I only had a chance the visit the venue 2 times without seeing all the details put together in person. On top of all that, Cara and Adrian had the day go off perfectly and we are still getting complements months later. Absolutely loved the venue, the view and the service.

A Dream Wedding!!
Look no further- this is your venue!!! Every single detail was taken care of and I was able to be as picky as I wanted regarding colors and decorations and how I wanted my wedding timeline to be. All of the employees work together to ensure that everything ran perfectly and I was just able to concentrate on getting ready for my big day. I had no stress with this venue from the moment I requested to book with them and truly felt that I had my dream wedding that we will both remember forever. All of my guest couldn’t get over the beauty of this venue! It has the perfect amount of inside and outside availability so weather is no issue! The floor to ceiling windows allowed us to experience the beauty of the day while still being in the AC! Would definitely recommend this venue!

The only thing I wish Crystal Ballroom @ Sunset Harbor to Don was warn us that the rehearsal was all on us. We waited for about a half hour before we asked somebody where is our rehearsal coordinator not knowing that it was all on us.It cut into our dinner time and last time to rehearse other than that everything was spectacular!

I really cannot overstate how happy my husband and I are that we had our wedding at the Crystal Ballroom at Sunset Harbor! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. And having the Crystal Ballroom staff handle all of the decorations for the ceremony and reception was such a weight off of my shoulders. There are so many little things that they did that were just above and beyond what I would have ever expected...I could go on forever listing them. I guess the best way to summarize it would be to say that during a very stressful time, they really give you confidence that they are on top of everything and that they are handling things down to the last detail. Cara handled our table settings and decorations, and we were blown away when we saw the end result. She captured the theme of our wedding perfectly! And Taylor was not only our go-to person from the day we first booked the Crystal Ballroom, she was also our day-of-wedding coordinator, and could not have been more perfect at it. I have heard so many brides talk about the wedding day itself being just as stressful as all of the planning leading up to it (if not more so), and how they had to spend time on their special day worrying, chewing out vendors, trying to keep everything in order, and not even getting to eat their meal at the reception because they were here, there, and everywhere. But thanks to Taylor, I feel like I actually got to enjoy my wedding! She took care of literally everything, and all I had to do the day of was just show up and get married! Booking the Crystal Ballroom was by far the best decision that we made in regards to our wedding planning. Not only would we highly recommend them to anyone, but I believe our family and friends would as well. They all raved about what a wonderful time they had and how impressed they were with the Crystal Ballroom.

I was living out of state for a majority of the planning and the entire staff went out of their way to accommodate my crazy schedule and see us when we was able to come in. Taylor was our coordinator and she was amazing to work with from start to finish. She filled in all the gaps and made sure that everything and every one were right in schedule. Everything was so unbelievably perfect and smooth. Cara was so amazing to work with and she saw my vision and made my dreams come true. From the bling and sparkle to the burgundy and the lace. She made our reception room absolutely beautiful. We received so many compliments and our guests are still talking about how beautiful our venue and decorations were. We are so thankful and grateful for everyone at The Crystal Ballroom. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. It was the best day of our lives.

We came from out of town, so I was a bit nervous about choosing a venue. The Crystal Ballroom at Sunset Harbor was so perfect for us. They were very nice to work with and the venue itself is beautiful. The wedding was perfect and I couldn’t have picked a better venue! We absolutely loved having it here.

I had a beautiful experience with the Crystal Ballroom from the beginning when I came to Taylor with the request of holding my wedding at the Ballroom only 1.5 months before my wedding date. Taylor and the team were able to make my dream wedding come true. They worked so hard and it was visible. The buffet/bartender staff they provided was professional and my wedding guest said they were kind and entertaining. The decoration on my wedding day was perfectly executed and the ballroom was beautiful. The only downside is that the food is warmed on the day of the wedding, rather than reheated. I only got a few complaints about the warm food. But other than that the wedding (planned 1.5 months before time) was a success. Thank you Taylor and staff. You all are wonderful and made my day so special for my husband and I. I am truly blessed to have found you all!

If any of you Brides out there are like me, you can expect to have no time to worry about the details on your wedding day. When I say the Crystal Ballroom and Cara took care of everything, I mean they took care of everything! With all the pre-planning and conversations I had with Cara, on the day of my wedding all I had to do was show up.
I strongly believe that without the Crystal Ballroom and their professional team, my day would have been chaotic beyond salvation. I appreciate the attention to detail and the down-to-earth and "everything is great" vibe they had on my wedding day. With all the nerves and jitters you get before the ceremony, they really give you the space to breathe and take in everything happening around you. With that being said, if you choose to go with them, be ready for the waterworks that come along with the roller coaster ride feeling everything on this special day!

I cannot day enough good things about this venue! Taylor and Kara were the best people to work with and I will actually miss communicating with them about my daughter’s Quinceañera. My daughter had a very magical night because their staff went out of their way to make sure everything would be perfect! It was absolutely all she could have wanted and more.

Taylor was amazing throughout our entire experience! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always on point with details and information. She was our day of coordinator as well and I was in awe of her the entire evening. She kept everyone on schedule every minute and knew exactly how to adjust timing when our pastor arrived late and threw off our evening. She ALWAYS has a positive attitude and an amazing smile and we appreciated her so much on our wedding day. Even our guests were amazed by her service and professionalism. We LOVED every moment of our wedding and those moments leading up to it. We had our wedding in the evening with the ceremony on the deck over the water, starting at 6pm. It was beautiful, and our wedding coordinator, Taylor, was AMAZING the whole time. She was so quick to calm nerves, and assist in any way. Crystal Ballroom Sunset Harbor was amazing! We booked almost 2 years in advance and planned everything from Dallas. Taylor was great. She helped us get all the fine little details figured out that I never thought of. They were very flexible with everything. We brought so many extra stuff for the staff to decorate with (a mini whiskey barrel, wooden flowers that matched my bouquets, favors, cupcake tower, special drinking mugs for bride/groom, candy bars for bride/groom). The day before the wedding we decided it was going to be too cold and windy outside and moved it inside. It was no issue and they would've worked/done it either way. The service staff was great and kind and made sure we are, which is key. They were all very willing to answer any and all questions whenever we had them. They were very well organized and professional. Truly the best place to get married.

I have researched venues for months, and I am so thrilled to stumble upon this place. My ceremony took place in the deck and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Alberto and Taylor helped me throughout the whole process and answered every single question that I have without any hesitation. My guests still talks about how gorgeous my venue was and how accommodating the staff were to them. My reception was taken at the Luna ballroom, all floor length glass overlooking the ocean. Where do I even begin! From the moment I walked into this gorgeous venue I knew it was the one! You cannot beat the views or the decor. This venue is truly a gem. While at the beginning of planning there was a bump on the road with my original wedding date clashing with a citywide event I thought my wedding would be ruined but they quickly assisted with switching my date due to the inconvenience which was appreciated. I first worked with Charlene who no longer works there and I had no communication that she was even leaving and then worked with Alberto for the remaining planning process. Alberto is absolutely the best! There is no one truly better than him and I am so grateful! Best day of coordinator ever! I could definitely have not completed everything without him! He is a true professional and knows his stuff! If I had to do it all over again there is no doubt in my mind I would go with the same venue and Alberto. I really wish I could rate this a 10 out of 5! The other staff at the venue were also amazing (bartenders were on point!).

By far the absolute BEST wedding venue in all of Central Florida!! I say this after touring what seemed to be every single venue available for months. My daughter settled on The Crystal Ballroom at Sunset Harbor the moment she stepped foot inside the door. The beauty is obvious, the cost is amazing, the flexibility right up until she walked down the aisle was so appreciated.
Though some comment about the prior contact, Charlene, being less than professional, I never had a bad experience with her or anyone else associated with the venue. Taylor and Alberto and the entire staff are exceptionally professional, kind, caring and sincere. As a mother, you dream of your daughter's wedding day from the time she is a very little girl. For me, my daughter's wedding far exceeded any of my dreams or expectations. Ah-maaaa-zing!!
My daughter is still on cloud 9 - saying it was the best night of her life -absolutely perfect in every way! Oh, and it rained - rained very hard during the reception. I don't think anyone even noticed, they were enjoying themselves too much!!

Words cannot adequately express how amazing The Crystal Ballroom at Sunset Harbor is. The beauty of this location is very easy to see, it is absolutely exquisite. But there are things you do not physically see that I feel are the best parts. Every single person that we came into contact went far above and beyond to make our wedding the spectacular event that it was! My husband and I live in New Mexico, he is active duty military, but we are from Orlando, therefore it was important to us to be married here. We had toured a beautiful location in Lake County, breath-taking views, but at a price that takes your breath away! And nothing was included! We would have paid easily 4 to 5 times what we paid at The Crystal Ballroom - and we would not have been happy. That location was far away from everything and there were no hotels close by.
As you can imagine the stress was crazy for us - but Alberto and Taylor took on this stress and alleviated all of our worries. They handled everything with the sense of urgency, pride, professionalism and caring as if it were their own personal wedding. To further complicate matters, I sadly lost my father just a few short months prior to our wedding. Taylor and Alberto were there for me, their kindness, patience and understanding was so appreciated.
Our wedding day was by far the best day of my life. My guests were in awe over the beauty of The Crystal Ballroom, and I am sure I will be attending events at this venue in the future, as I recommend it to anyone I know that is in need of event space.
I could go on and on about how wonderful my experience was. Simply the best!!!

My husband and I got married here at the Crystal Ballroom last weekend and it was amazing! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the general manager Alberto is VERY accommodating. The staff helped make our planning process go smoothly no matter how many changes we threw at them. Alberto even filled in last minute as our day of event coordinator and he performed flawlessly. All of the staff are so good at dealing with all different types of personalities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Alberto was also in charge of decorations and once I explained my vision to him he delivered with flying colors (he even ordered certain pieces in to give me exactly what I was looking for). From the moment I drove up and walked inside I knew this venue was it for me! It was absolutely breath taking and everything I was looking for! Lucas was so friendly and extremely helpful! I booked my wedding for August 2017. I can't wait to see how everything comes together to write a final review!

Oh my goodness!!! This venue is absolutely beautiful. Not only do they provide EVERYTHING, but they are super flexible and helpful. Charlene was my absolute favorite! Then, when She left Alberto was AHHH-MAAAAZING!!! They went way above and beyond the call of duty for us. My fiancé and I are super grateful for her and all that she does. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone looking for a beautiful event.

Look no further Crystal Ballroom is the place you want to book your event. The property, the staff, and most definitely you get value for money I cannot emphasis enough. My family and I visited 18 locations between Clearwater Beach and Orlando before visiting Crystal Ballroom Harbor Sunset. Many venues are not as cooperative and definitely do not provide such a customized option as Crystal Ballroom. Due to matters beyond our control our wedding dates were changed to 3 months earlier we were deeply concerned that the venue would no longer be available to us. Charlene and her team did everything possible to work with us and and assisted us tremendously to ensure our day was perfect. It was Indeed magnificent we cannot thank them enough. May God continue to Bless Charlene and her team for a job well done and that it will continue to be a blessing for many and flourish abundantly. Beware of some other venues right here in Orlando, once you have made a deposit they do not care to work with you, you forfeit your contract and loose your deposit they will find every excuse not to accommodate you. Choose Crystal Ballroom i guarantee you will be saying the same thing the next day.

If seating by table number be sure to put immediate family and bridal party towards the beginning numbers. There was a miss understanding and they Wouldnt let the parents get food with the bridal party even though I asked. So if you want them to get food first, seat them at 1 or 2.

Beautiful Venue!!
Crystal Ballroom Sunset Harbor was not only a beautiful venue but a wonderful company to work with. They have so many options and personalization details that are offered. The beautiful river behind the building just adds to the wonderful opportunities for pictures. My wedding felt so elegant and classy because of the way Crystal Ballroom was set up. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and well designed venue for my wedding day!

Excellent venue! Excellent value! We loved this venue because it was everything we were looking for all within our budget. There are so many options for table settings/centerpieces that fit any color scheme. Our place setting turned out fantastic!
Very flexible on customization with other decor as well. Although it could take a couple days for a reply, the staff was responsive to every single one of my questions. They had pleasant attitudes and were quite easy to work with.
The view outside is amazing and I love how the ceremony and reception all take place at one location.
The only weird thing to me was how they put the men's restroom right next to the bride's room. If I had to go, I had to recruit someone to ensure the bridal room door was closed before I could walk by to use it. If ever there's a chance to remodel, I'd separate them as much as possible or even attach a small powder room in the groom's room as well.

Overall I had a positive experience with crystal ballroom. My issues were some of the final details with decor I had requested to be done were not done and I was told would not be a problem. Also I was told the reception would be fully done at 3 so my photographer could get started with pictures but they didn't have it done. The wait staff also gave no one champagne for the toast not even us. Other than that it was beautifully decorated and it was so great to have everything done for us. We got a great deal and was pleasantly surprised.

The staff is very professional and made my daughters Quinceñera a night way beyond her wildest dreams. They took all of the stress off my shoulders and allowed me to enjoy the night. The decor was elegant, the location was breathtaking and Charlene was the best coordinator we could have asked for. I would definitely reccomend this venue for any party, wedding, Quinceñera, Sweet 16 or even reunions. You won't be disappointed!!

Taylor & her team were great! Every detail is covered over time, and you'll still be surprised at the end. The service was superb & I'd have my wedding here all over again without any changes!

They did a great job, my wedding was perfect!! They did a good job of working with me, and though there were a couple of hiccups, they were very good about recovering and trying to make me happy! Not to mention the space is beautiful!

Overall we did enjoy our night but we did have just a few little problems in our day. The bartender was rude and did not seem like she wanted to be there. They also did not put out our sign for the signature drink so guest didn't really know that we had one. The cake topper was not put on top of our cake but we were able to find it and put it on. Neither did they have out the personalized glasses or cutting set that we had given them. For the reception we had to send someone to find the servers because they were not in the reception area.
The venue is absolutely beautiful but I would definitely make sure that you have everything together for your big day and someone to check the area before on the day of your big day!

Location is great and everything was so beautiful. Everyone said it was the most beautiful wedding/reception they had ever seen. Taylor was fantastic and very very helpful and knowledgeable she always had a smile on her face and answered any question we had quickly (she would get 5 stars for quality of service if it were only her). My only complaint was we were reassigned to Kara at the last minute and as sweet as Kara is she really had no clue what she was doing or what was going on. At the meeting before the rehearsal I felt like I was walking her through the process and I was disappointed that at this point in our wedding there was not more attention to detail. I raised concerns about flower arrangements in the room where the wedding was held and that guests could not see the bride and groom and she didn't seem too concerned. I was told this is how the designer changed it and so I finally on the day of the wedding told her what I wanted done because I was so unhappy about how it looked and then she said ok and it ended up being just as beautiful. I just think she needed more training before she was let go solo ~ it was a worry that none of us needed to have on the day before and the day of the wedding! Everything turned out great and like I said Kara was sweet just needed more training/time.

The Crystal Ballroom and their staff were AMAZING in helping us make our event a dream come true! They worked with us on EVERY THING and any requests or changes that we had were answered with a "sure, no problem"! Even down to running my wedding rehearsal since I didn't have a wedding coordinator. My only critiques would be that there was a short time during the week before my wedding that my husband and I had trouble contacting someone and that food isn't included in the price (which isn't uncommon) overall I LOVED working with the Crystal Ballroom! Such friendly and relatable staff who are fully committed to fulfilling MY vision for my perfect day. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a visually stunning event and as little stress as possible!!
