  The Crystal Ballroom is a beautiful place for an event. Not much decorating needed for the wedding and yet it was warm and welcoming. Lisa was exceptional with helping us and went above and beyond to work with us. It was perfect!!!

  I initially booked the Adelmann Event Center but after a horrible second tasting, we booked the Crystal Ballroom with Lisa and Johnathan of Big Sky Catering also. We'd heard good things about their food from another vendor we'd hired and she was right. Our tasting with them was free and delicious! We planned for 100 guests and we had a little less than that with plenty of delicious food left over which they gave us to take home. Lisa was very flexible with the venue! They had a wedding out of town the night I needed to have our rehearsal and they trusted us with the keys to let ourselves in and out. We appreciated this very much since all of our wedding party lived out of state and only arrived 2 days before the wedding. The morning of the wedding Lisa arrived and put on a pot of coffee and just made me and my girls feel very welcomed. The evening of the wedding everything went very smooth we forgot to bring something and the venue provided them without a second thought or an additional charge!! The servers and staff were amazing and discrete! They will always be my first choice of Catering service and venue!! A month later our guests are still telling us how good the food was and that means a lot to us since our friends and family are great cooks and my husband and I are foodies!

  They have the most beautiful lighting! the wall sconces and chandeliers just make your skin look radiant. They set up the dance floor, tables, and chairs for us. It was great, it saved my family a lot of time. They also had linens and a caterer we could have used, but we chose not to. But the option is there is you want it.

  The pictures on the website do not do the ballroom justice. It is a beautiful venue that requires little decoration aside from centerpieces. One problem is that pictures were really harsh looking, due to the lighting and the white walls - it made everybody look very washed out (not the venue's problem, but something to consider when decorating and/or choosing a venue).
  
  Headaches and stressing aside, I would recommend this venue because it was a beautiful place to get married, well worth the price for this type of venue, and it was very flexible in allowing us to set up our centerpieces early so that nothing had to be done the day of the wedding by us.

  Gorgeous Room

  The Crystal Ballroom is an absolutely gorgeous room. With the large crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and beautiful wall and ceiling you can't go wrong renting this room for your wedding. Big Sky catering provided the wedding reception dinner, and it was outstanding. Lisa was very nice to work with. The only problem I had with her was that she would not quickly answer me and I would have to get a hold of her more than once or twice to get an answer via email. Sometimes it took days to get an answer to a question from her. I would recommend the Crystal Ballroom.
