    December 2019 Wedding

    Crowne Plaza Memphis Downtown exceeded our expectations. Very reasonable....huge space
    Not only were they prompt and professional, but Elizabeth made sure to address our needs. She definitely went above and beyond!

    We will be going back pretty soon for a stay- cation.

    I contacted and visited multiple event venues in Memphis before selecting the Crowne Plaza Downtown Memphis for my surprise 25th Wedding Anniversary Celebration for my wife. They gave me the best value at a fair price. Do not take this place for granted, it was awesome. The lobby and the rooms have all been renovated, and the staff is top notch! Everyone said that the food was amazing, and it was. I worked with Elizabeth Bowdre, and she was exceptional.
