  A wonderful time

  I will definitely recommend the current plaza working with Miss Sandy was amazing she is very helpful if you have any questions she will get the answers and get back to you quickly the food was amazing the service was awesome love the fact that they set up and take down!!

  AMAZING experience

  Krystin, the coordinator and sales manager was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The rooms were amazing, the food was delicious, the service on point, the price was way too low for everything we got! We could not have gotten this amazing of an experience staying within our budget at the same time with any other venue! Krystin alone deserves 10 stars and the venue earns 10 on its own! What a diamond in the rough! Thank you for a beautiful wedding!!!

  Sandy was AMAZING! She was just as excited as me about all the details and planning everything. She responded to my (MANY) emails promptly. She was so easy to work with and made sure that we had the best day ever! The pavilion was beautiful and we had the ceremony out in the courtyard. We also had our rehearsal dinner in the Buckeye room, and the Italian buffet was great! We wanted a less traditional menu for our reception and they accommodated for that as well and it was excellent!

  The Crowne Plaza was an amazing choice for our big day! They were incredibly efficient and extremely reasonable. The food was wonderful and Sandy was so great to work with. She made the experience so easy and stress free. We were never worried on our big day that something wouldn't be taken care of correctly. The fact that they set up the reception and took everything down was a life saver. It was a great surprise seeing the reception for the first time. My husband and I could go on and on about this venue. I will recommend it to every bride I talk to.

The staff were more than willing to allow me to think outside of the box when configuring room set up and even some of the menu options. Staff responses via phone call and email were extremely timely, often immediate. The staff were patient and completed a lot of the set up for my DIY wedding. Everything turned out beautiful and the food was delicious. Ask them about the 1/2 and 1/2 baked potato- half sweet potato half regular...Delicious!

  The Crowne Plaza was great. They were very good at getting us anything we needed as fast as possible. They also took care of everything. They made my wedding day a lot less stressful.

  Ended up being a pretty space; but we received poor service

  It felt like there was a lack of communication between the staff--the bride's ready room was not ready and cleaned on time; the bridal suite was not equipped with the complimentary champagne and chocolates that were promised; the event space was not ready even 30 minutes before guests were arriving for the wedding. The staff we did have the day of were accommodating and pleasant, it didn't seem the necessary preparations/prior communication had been carried out.
