We worked with Crowd Theory (specifically their band Cadence) for our wedding and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. Their team was easy to work with and took the time to understand the type of music we wanted for our wedding. The band was really a highlight for the weekend, and we'd strongly recommend them to anyone considering working with them. -

Crowd Theory was a joy to work with for our wedding. We had hired their band, Rogue Radio, as well as got cold sparklers and uplights for the event.
Rogue Radio is the best in the business, by far. The quality of their artists / musicians is second to none, and they all have incredible personalities that come through in their shows. They did such a great job of maintaining the integrity of the songs we chose, but also putting their own spin / rendition that sounds authentic and beautiful.
I received hundreds of complements about the quality of the live band for our wedding, and my wife and I truly believe it made such a difference in bringing people together with a joyous mood and elevating the vibe of the wedding.
If anyone ever needs a live band, I would refer Rogue Radio / Crowd Theory's group 10/10 times, they are spectacular and truly made our wedding all the more special.Crowd Theory Entertainment's reply:

We hired Rogue Radio for our wedding and they absolutely brought the house down. We were nervous about not being able to dictate the entire set list but they took our musical preferences and the crowd’s energy to heart and crafted the perfect night of music for us. Our guests are still talking about how insanely talented they were and how it felt more like a live concert than a wedding band- the energy was top notch, their talent is unmatched and we had a full dance floor till the very end of the wedding.
We also hired 2 musicians for the ceremony (violin and piano) and it was absolutely perfect- they did amazing renditions of two mainstream songs (Lover and A Thousand Years) that added so much elegance to the moment.
Working with their owner Sean was also a dream as he is incredibly easy to work with, responsive, helpful in answering our million questions and made sure our night will be talked about for years to come! My only regret is that we can’t throw another wedding to dance the night away with Rogue Radio!!Crowd Theory Entertainment's reply:

Words can’t even begin to describe just how much fun we had at our wedding, and our band was the reason why!! Everyone was totally over the moon for Rogue Radio. The band was on fire the entire night, and the singers were sooo fun and engaging from the first song through the last. Sean, Zoie and everyone in their organization couldn’t have helped us plan a better night of music and dancing. My husband and I are eternally grateful for Crowd Theory Entertainment for being so wonderful to work with and for totally exceeding our expectations. Thank you all!! -

The best wedding band ever!
Guys!!! If I could give Crowd Theory, Rogue Radio, Sean and Zoie more than 5 stars I totally would. Booking live entertainment for your wedding can be super nerve wracking because it's a big investment and such a huge part of the day/night but we have absolutely no regrets and would choose Rogue Radio again and again. Sean and Zoie were extremely communicative and organized, and worked great with our planner. The ceremony music was soooo beautiful and everything we imagined. Most of all, the dance was SO FUN. All the musicians were so talented and over a month later, our guests are still raving about how amazing our band was and how much fun they had. We had a rowdy bunch and they handled everyone seamlessly. ;) If you have the opportunity to book Rogue Radio through CTE, absolutely do it. We had the time of our lives on our wedding night, and it was all thanks to this extraordinary group of musicians and the whole Crowd Theory Entertainment team. From the gorgeous violin during our ceremony to the remarkable energy and talent in our band (Rogue Radio), every single moment was everything we expected and more. We were already very impressed with the professionalism of the company from the start, but come show time, we knew exactly why we decided to go with this band. Our requests were played flawlessly. The musicians were not only jaw-dropping good, but so friendly and complimentary as well. Worth every single penny! This band puts the PRO in professional. -

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with CTE. We had the honor of retaining Rogue Radio and DJ Malcolm for our sons wedding. Perfection is the only way to describe Rogue Radio. They played at our wedding in Napa, and all of our friends and family couldn’t stop talking about them. We searched high and low for a band that fit our vibe. We wanted a group that was classy but not stuck up, and we wanted a band that would keep the party going all night. They were so fun, interacted with our guests, and kept the energy rocking the whole night. Their rendition of Lovely Day for our first dance still gives me chills thinking about it. Props to the lead singer! Professional from start to finish, their whole team was great to work with. Honestly, if you want a band that’s going to not only bring the talent, but also tons of energy and good vibes, stop your search and hire Rogue Radio!Crowd Theory Entertainment's reply:

The Straytones were incredible!! Our whole wedding party was up dancing the entire night and a week later everyone is still talking about how incredible they were. They were great to work with and we very much appreciate them learning some specific songs we had requested and performing everything perfectly. Selecting the Straytones was, without a doubt, one of our best wedding planning decisions. We highly recommend them.Crowd Theory Entertainment's reply:

Minds Blown!! Rogue Radio exceed expectations
Rogue Radio BLEW US AWAY! My husband and I spent days searching for the right band, as music was the most important element of our wedding. So many bands out there just didn't have the "X Factor" we were looking for. We found Rogue Radio, and we were instantly sold. Of course, we decided on the full 12-piece band! The talent in truly as good as it gets. The lead singers sounded like angels on our first dance song. We had a somewhat unorthodox request, and they nailed it! Once the party started, every last person in our group was dancing and singing along the entire night. A particularly memorable moment involved one of the lead singers coming out to the dance floor and passing around the microphone. (We admittedly couldn't sing as well as they can HA!) Shout out to the horns and violinist as well. Just... wow! These musicians are not only some of the best we've ever heard, but they are also such fun and passionate people (the kind of people you want to party with). The whole Crowd Theory Entertainment team was a pleasure to work with from the moment we booked the band. They were attentive, organized, and eager to bring our special requests to life. A huge thank you to Sean and his outstanding team at Crowd Theory Entertainment. The band Rogue Radio played for our wedding reception and they did an unbelievable job. Everyone was singing and dancing and having a great time the whole night.

Straytones were recommended to me by a friend. I really liked the energy and vibe in their demo video. Sean was reasonable, kind and responsive when communicating with him. They learned 3 of our favorite songs to make the evening special. And they brought a pianist in to play with them since we had a piano. It was a small microwedding so we opted for a 4 piece set that didnt include drums. However, I highly recommend the drums most because it keeps things upbeat and the party going. My only regret was not including that 5th person on the drums. But that was no fault of theirs.Crowd Theory Entertainment's reply:

This and is perfect! From the second they started playing the dance floor was full. We needed a bigger dance floor! They read the crowed and had us dancing all night! We didn’t want it to end! Everyone raved about them for days to follow. we had people threaten to get divorced just to remarry and hire this band! We loved it! Thanks for making this the wedding of our dreams! -

Simply amazing! This band was everything we wished for and more. We could hardly fit everyone on the dance floor! They learned a few songs for our first dance and our dances with our parents, and they played them all beautifully. If you want a band that will make your dream wedding come true, don't look any further and hire Crowd Theory. Thanks to all of you for making our night one we will never forget! -

We were married at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas on their Press Patio. It was a lovely evening ceremony and the weather was beautiful for an outdoor ceremony.
We wanted music and decided on a live band over a DJ for many reasons. So, I searched and scoured the web for many hours and days until I found the Straytones (by Crowd Theory). This is exactly the band that I was looking for. They do all acoustical covers of some of the greatest songs of our era... and man... do they sound awesome!
Now, being the Four Seasons, they have a decibel level that we had to work within. But since the band was non-amplified and all acoustical, it all worked out really well and we had no issues whatsoever. That doesn't mean you couldn't hear the band... it just means it wasn't deafening and was at a perfect level for dancing, socializing, and enjoying the live music.
We coordinated with Shaun, the band manager, and then handed over his information to our wedding planner at the Four Seasons. They were setup and rehearsing about an hour or two prior to the event. Our wedding planner was so excited she came and found me before things kicked off and told me that the rehearsal sounded amazing... she was really excited to see them play.
The band was such a hit, the wedding planner at the Four Seasons asked for their information to refer them to other hosted events and one of our guests wants to hire them to fly out to Virginia for one of his private hosted events. They were definitely the hit of the wedding and something that everyone is still talking about weeks later.
We had the five piece band plus the mandolinist (which was optional). It was definitely the perfect band for the perfect evening and worth every single penny we gave to them. In fact, my wife wants to renew our vows in 5 years at the Four Seasons and invite them back. LOL!Crowd Theory Entertainment's reply:
