Highly Recommend! An undeniably beautiful venue, Crooked River Farm Weddings, LLC is the perfect setting for a quaint country western wedding. For the DIY Couple the various packages make tailoring your day easier than tailoring your dress & tux. The creativity allowed in an already iconic barn and surrounding glades transports your wedding day to the next level. My husband & I had a fantastic time on our wedding day, and accepting that we can’t control the weather, we had an end of summer soirée we will always remember. Our venue hosts and owners, Jerry & Susan Hanson, were perfectly welcoming and the right amount of helpful leading up to & on the day of our wedding. We had ample access to the venue before the big day to plan as much as needed. The photography packages offered by Susan were the perfect fit to our budget & gave us absolutely beautiful images to remember our day by. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the Hansons sharing their home oasis with us for our wedding day.Crooked River Farm Weddings LLC's reply:

Very homey and rustic
Hello! We had our wedding on December 9th at Crooked River Farm and it was perfect! Susan and Jerry are beyond sweet and accommodating. They are very laid back and willing to work with you on whatever you need! They were able to accommodate our increase in guest with just a weeks notice. As well as us booking their venue a little over a month before our wedding date! Jerry is a sweetheart and was extremely helpful in decorating and the tear down. He even cut a Christmas tree from their farm for our Christmas themed wedding! Susan is a perfectionist, taking beautiful photos of our special day and making sure to capture every wonderful moment . She also helped me with putting on my veil! They are wonderful people and the venue is beautiful. So many photo opportunities between the bridge, the stairway to the venue, the fireplace and their custom sweethearts table! We did the elopement package and it was the perfect amount of time and space for our intimate wedding. One hundred percent recommend for a country/ rustic/ relaxed feel! Excellent Experience, Outstanding Hosts
I'm sure my wife and I could write a novel on the overall excellent experience we had with this venue but we will summarize it in a few short sentences. Susan and Jerry are two of the nicest people we've had the pleasure of knowing. They were incredibly accommodating and always willing to help when we had questions. The venue itself is pretty and had plenty of room for creative decorating ideas. That said, if you don't have the decorating gene, the venue itself allows for a minimalistic approach because of its naturally rustic appearance.
The value for what is included is where this place stands out, kind of wrapping the entire experience in a nice bow. We looked at several venues and our biggest hangup with most others was the cost and hospitality. There are several packages to choose from, which allows you to tailor your wedding to what works best for you. Susan also offers an in house photography package, and I'm here to say, her work is wonderful.
Overall, Susan and Jerry are wonderful hosts and the venue was perfect for what we were looking for.

Beautiful setting for our wedding!
My husband and I found Crooked River after searching on WeddingWire after our first wedding venue never responded. Crooked River met all the standards that we were looking for. The venue has stunning scenery with multiple spots that are sure to highlight the big day. Jerry and Susan were so kind to assist us in the process up to the day and even after it had occurred. Susan is also an amazing photographer and I would highly recommend her for beautiful wedding photos. June 2023 wedding
Working with Susan and Jerry was the easiest part of the wedding! They have been doing this long enough that they had answers to all my questions, they shared advice, and found ways to fit all of my little wedding touches into the day. Susan is very intune to details and timing(her pictures always take our breath away) while Jerry was an awesome help with set up and directing. I hardly worried about a thing on my wedding day. The venue itself is beautiful, meticulously upkept and clean, and has possibilities for so many different wedding ceremonies. They had so many things checked off my list, before I even knew what my list was. I can honestly say I would not have had my wedding anywhere else. We loved our experience from start to finish! Sue is so helpful, and is great with the photography! Sue, and her husband Jerry, were great through the set up and made sure we were comfortable for the first night stay the day before. Absolutely amazing! I had a dream and this venue and the lovely couple who own it helped it come true.
Susan and Jerry at Crooked River are some of mine and my husbands favorite people. Jerry, my husband (not Jerry, one of the owners!), and I wanted a cozy, rustic place to get married. We love nature and good prices, and we found both here. When I stumbled across their website, I fell in love automatically. When I called and talked to Susan to set up a tour, I had a good gut feeling. When my now husband, grandma, and I toured the farm, we knew as soon as we crossed their bridge that this was the place for us. We felt right at home right away. From Susan and Jerry's kind, humorous demeanors to the beautiful property, all the way to their friendly cat, Paul, everything screamed, "THIS IS IT!" Our wedding would have been lovely anywhere, but making the choice to book this venue was the best decision we've made as a couple so far! Not only is the property great, Susan is such a talented, creative photographer. All of the photographs I've seen from her are works of art, and I couldn't be happier with her work. All in all, my husband and I fell in love with Crooked River, and you will too! We will be going back as soon as we have an event to hold or a photo to be taken.

Perfect Country Venue

Jerry and Susan made our day so special! Their venue and location was perfect for our country style wedding. Susan was our photographer and she did an awesome job!! My fiancé and I meet with the owners of crooked river farm the last Saturday. The place is beautiful, and the owners were wonderful, respectful, courteous, nice, and very welcoming. With our work schedules being a bit unpredictable Crooked River Farm LLC was very accommodating when we needed to schedule viewings a bit last minute. They are always adding things and improving the venue and we loved the deck and being able to use the farm house the day of the wedding to get ready and for our family and friends to relax after helping us finish the set-up.Crooked River Farm Weddings LLC's reply:

Anytime I had a question my emails/phone calls were answered promptly. Anytime I had questions about venders I was pointed inter right direction. I was treated like family from the first time I met them. Never once felt like I was just another customer renting their property. They both helped make everything run perfectly!! I would recommend this location a million times over!!!! Thank you Jerry and Susan for helping make my wedding the wedding of my dreams, I’ll forever be grateful for you both!!!!!!!!

Breiane Sent on 02/16/2018My wedding was exactly what I had imagined from beginning to end. I knew this was the place I wanted to get married when I first saw the pictures of the venue. My fiance and I made an appointment to view the venue, and we were able to get in within the next day. We even booked the venue and got married 13 days later . Jerry and Susan went above and beyond all expectations. The venue is exactly what it looks like in pictures if not better.Susan and Jerry make you feel at home, and are absolutely amazing to work with.

The venue is beautiful and gives you that perfect fairy tale wedding feeling. Pricing is very affordable. Susan was also our photographer and not only did she take LOTS of photos - the posed and candid shots were all perfect. We could not have picked a more perfect place for my daughters special day!!!
