Cristina was such an important part of our wedding planning process, and we truly couldn’t have done it without her. Cristina made sure we felt confident in the planning process and in choosing the right vendors for us. Planning a wedding in Puerto Rico while living in Chicago could have been overwhelming, but Cristina made it feel completely manageable and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.
On the wedding day itself, everything felt seamless and stress-free. I’m sure there were things happening behind the scenes, but Cristina handled it all so effortlessly that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Her assistant, Alice, was also incredible and such a calming, helpful presence throughout the day.
I would recommend Cristina without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding. She is organized, thoughtful, and truly cares about her couples. We couldn’t have done this without her!! I just wish we had a photo together!! -

Cristina was so amazing. We could not have asked for better. From the first meeting to the day of the wedding, she was always there with an answer to whatever we need. She has relationships with all the best vendors on the island. Planning a destination wedding when you live in the mainland requires these types of relationships. We told her our vision and she was able to direct our vendors in that same direction. On the day of she was so helpful and even brought an extra assistant to help steam our dress and suit. She provided us with some amazing resources also for our signage that ended up matching our decor perfectly. The spreadsheets and other digital assets were a huge time saver. You can not get a better planner on the island! -

The best wedding planner of Puerto Rico
We made the best decision in hiring Cristina to be our wedding planner. My husband and I live outside of Puerto Rico but we always knew that when we got married we wanted to do it in the island. Since we didn’t know any wedding g planners in P.R, we asked a friend that had recently gotten married there. She recommended Cristina and without a doubt we choose her and don’t regret it at all. Cristina helped from the very beginning and she made the process of planning our wedding so much easier. Cristina is super helpful and worked very well in finding amazing vendors for our budget. Luis and I can’t thank you enough for all your help and we will recommend you to all of friends who decide to take that next step in their lives. Cristinas services are worth every penny and without her, we wouldn’t have had such a beautiful wedding that we will cherish forever. -

Hiring Cristina was the best choice we made to start our dreamteam for our wedding! From the moment I sent the first email to her to inquire about her services, I knew we made the right choice. She is very professional, passionate about what you want in your wedding and comforting! Her organization on how she walks you through every step of booking vendors is the first biggest stress relief. She has everything laid out for you based on your interests and wants and communication is always timely and easy with her! She tracks everything for you regarding your budget and gets answers for you very efficiently! I was one of the brides who really thought I could do all my destination wedding planning on my own and I was very very wrong haha! I wanted to make sure I hired someone that was a genuine and humble person that knows Puerto Rico and will give you the best options regarding your budget and desires.She was the perfect match! Our wedding was at the hacienda siesta alegre in August and even though it was during hurricane Erin... it just made Cristina shine even brighter of how amazing she can be. She was there every step of the way leading up to the day of the wedding. I contacted Cristina about 11 months before my wedding. I found her on Instagram as she planned another wedding that was a similar concept of what I envisioned for my wedding – which was the Old San Juan romance, with our ceremony at the Cathedral and reception at El Convento Hotel.
Cristina and her expertise were of top quality. She coordinated everything beautifully, hooked me up with the best vendors, and provided guidance and reassurance when I had doubts or needed an opinion. For example, I was a little upset when the hotel I had my reception at would not give me a room block, but her suggestion of an alternative nearby hotel was ideal, and worked out better because it was a better rate and everyone had a great time where they were able to enjoy the beach and other amenities.
Cristina also pulled off a super-planner move when she coordinated my food tasting, glam testing, engagement shoot, and décor meeting within one week when I informed her I would be traveling to PR last minute about a month and a half prior to my wedding for 48 hours.
My wedding day was perfect. Cristina and her team were calm, and I felt supported every moment (even when my husband needed a makeup spot removed from his white tux!). EVERYONE (100% of my guests) complimented about how wonderful my wedding was – and although the wedding was really about my husband and I, I truly appreciate that my guests had a wonderful experience as they flew from all over the U.S. to be in Puerto Rico.
I truly feel God placed Cristina in my path. I wish I could plan my wedding again just so I can work with Cristina, ha! She also has a fair rate based on the value she brought to my event.
Honestly, don’t think twice about considering Cristina for your event!

Hiring Cristina was one of the best decisions we made when we began planning our wedding. Her professionalism and quality of service were excellent and she provided us with great support throughout the whole process. She was always very responsive and communication with other vendors was greatly simplified by having her as an intermediary to facilitate all that coordination. The best wedding planner!!
Cristina was incredible from the first time we spoke to her over a year before our wedding all the way until we left at the end of the reception. We’re somewhat untraditional individuals and she helped us make our unconventional vision come true. It was the best day of our lives and would not have been possible without her. We live in the middle of the continental US, thousands of miles from Puerto Rico, and she made the entire wedding process seamless, despite the distance and the fact that neither of us speak great Spanish. If either of us were to get married a thousand times, we’re both in agreement that we’d use her every time, but it was so perfect that only one is enough for this lifetime. If you are looking for a planner or coordinator in Puerto Rico, with passion for their craft, compassion for their couples, meticulous attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics … look no further.
We began our full planning journey with Cristina in 2021, long distance from Guam, for our 2023 wedding in Puerto Rico at Hacienda Siesta Alegre. We physically met with her in Puerto Rico in 2022, where she expertly coordinated food tastings, cake tastings, venue site inspections and ceremony site visits in a tight 3-day itinerary…including our love story photoshoot with our photographers of choice! This was beyond impressive, and her relationships with partner vendors and experts across the island made this busy and quick schedule seamless and enjoyable. We finished our planning efforts with the bride in Alabama and groom still in Guam. Cristina made time to communicate with both of us and navigate our time zones, keeping us all on the same page throughout the process.
For our special day, Cristina and her team handled it all. As the bride and groom, we didn’t have to coordinate with or speak to any vendors the day of… and we had a ton! She masterfully coordinated transportation, musicians, entertainment, styling the decor for the ceremony and reception, family sensitivities, reception props, tear down, and the list goes on and on. We truly enjoyed the entirety of our wedding day, from breakfast and bridal prep, to the ceremony to the reception.
Additionally, we decided to go we simple florals and statement decor pieces that Cristina styled beautifully. She surpassed our vision with her expert aesthetic touches, even assisting with putting together some of our DIY touches.
Cristina is a true behind-the-scenes warrior for her weddings, and honestly, we could not have imagined our day without her.
Cristina is family now, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you Cristina! -

Cristina was great!! She was the first wedding planner we had a consultation with, after her, we had many more conversation but ended up choosing her. Since that very first call she made both of us feel included and comfortable.
We definitely didn't have a clear vision of what we wanted for out wedding, we didn't have a venue or any vendors selected but Cristina guided us through the entire process. Thanks to her we were able to choose an amazing team of vendors to be a part of our wedding.
During the entire engagement she was always available and responded promptly to any questions we had. She also made sure we were looking into the correct vendors and details the right time. When it was time to do venue tours, food tasting and other meetings she asked questions we didn't even know we had. We couldn't have had the amazing wedding we had without her. Cristina Soto is the best! We were doing a Puerto Rico destination wedding and coming all the way from Chicago, Illinois. Cristina gave us so much ease of the heart with all of her knowledge and attentiveness to our wedding. Her communication was amazing, her attention to details that i did not catch myself was mind blowing and so helpful, she allowed us to work with Sending her items ahead of the wedding, and the service day of the wedding was just phenomenal. I met Cristina through this website and immediately knew I wanted her to be a part of my special day since the first phone call I had with her. Her knowledge, dedication, and attention to detail throughout the entire wedding planning process exceeded my expectations. We hired Cristina for a full wedding package from the beginning of the planning process to the day of the wedding. I am originally from Puerto Rico, but live in the US, so Cristina was a major contributor in providing us the information needed to all of the vendors who participated in the wedding. Cristina and I met through a recommendation from a planner I found via Wedding Wire. I had chatted with other planners, and Cristina was an instant highlight. Her easiness, honesty and organization were immediately my favorite things about her! I consider myself an organized person who loves a good spreadsheet, and I loved the way Cristina works! Her work and support always came timely and super helpful. We hired Cristina for a full wedding package, from the start a year before, to the wedding date. I am from Puerto Rico, but live in the US, so Cristina was instrumental in finding and communicating with all vendors, as well as handle the day of. And how she handled it! Our wedding was very much a DIY decoration wedding, with lots of small projects and personal visions. The day of our wedding she led and directed our large group of helpful friends and family members, and the result was EXACTLY our vision come to life. We were ecstatic and really loved every second of our wedding. From the food, the attention to detail, the vendor management to just being the best wedding planner. She ensured we got fed during the wedding (something you EASILY forget!), she ensure all keepsakes were safe after the wedding and was just an amazing support and advice throughout the last year. We would not have been able to make our wedding vision a reality without Cristina.

If you’re looking for someone to execute your wedding day to a T… look no further because Cristina is absolutely AMAZING!!! We hired Cristina as our day of wedding coordinator and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else! We could have not asked for a better coordinator to run our day. I frantically called Cristina at 9am because one of the tables we rented was delivered broken, she did not hesitate to contact the vendor and arrive at the venue with her assistant and a drill to fix the issue! Cristina gave great suggestions throughout the planning process, day of wedding helped with details and even helped cleaning up! We appreciate her so much, absolutely the best in the business! I promise choosing her as your coordinator will be one of the greatest decisions you will make in planning your wedding! -

I was very on the fence about hiring a Same Day Coordinator and I could not have been more happy with my decision to hire Cristina. She came in clutch during the month leading up to the wedding to help us square up last minute details, and point out things I had never even thought about. She was knowledgeable about our venue Hacienda Siesta Alegre and helped us find a restaurant to have a rehearsal luncheon, which had been a huge challenge given COVID. Cristina coordinated my destination wedding in San Juan and her services exceeded my expectations! From the beginning she was very organized, responsive (by both email and phone) and paid extra attention to detail. Even though I had selected most of my vendors, she shared her experience with them and gave excellent recommendations for vendors I was missing. She even made some calls on my behalf which was helpful, especially with me being in the States. She helped develop my wedding timeline to the T. What really stood out was her smooth and effortless coordination on the day of the wedding. She was hands on with every vendor and made sure they were set up successful. She also kept the wedding program going, while paying extra attention to my husband and I, making sure we were enjoying ourselves throughout the evening. She is also a very nice person and I am so glad that I chose her as a coordinator. I highly recommend her!!! -

My husband and I decided on a wedding in Puerto Rico last minute. The time frame we had was about 2 or 3 months to get things together. We found a different wedding planner who actually referred Cristina bc we wanted an intimate wedding with just the 2 of us. To say she was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable is an understatement. Being from the Ohio and had never been to Puerto Rico, we knew absolutely nothing. She was absolutely great to work with and even went a bit out of her way to show us around Old San Juan. The day of the wedding it was raining and we weren't sure what was going to happen. She got options lined up and had everything in order. Our little intimate wedding was just gorgeous and perfect. -
