We had the pleasure of meeting Cristina and utilizing her services for our destination wedding in San Juan. She was absolutely fantastic!! She went above and beyond to make sure our special day was nothing short of amazing! She worked well with all of our vendors and we had no worries at all. When we thought we had issues Cristina was there to make sure everything went smoothe! We could not have executed our destination wedding without her! Contratar a Cristina fue una de las mejores decisiones que tomamos al comenzar la planificacion de nuestra boda. Su profesionalismo y calidad de servicio fueron excelentes y nos brindo un gran apoyo en todo el proceso. Siempre fue muy resposiva y la comunicacion con los otros suplidores se simplifico muchisimo al tenerla como intermediara para facilitar toda la coordinacion. Cristina tambien fue quien estuvo a cargo de quedarse al pendiente de todos los detalles finales la semana y durante el dia de la boda, quitandonos todo ese peso de encima para que pudieramos disfrutar de nuestro dia completamente. Recomiendo al cien por ciento sus servicios para queines buscan contratar a una coordinadora de bodas o day of coordinator!

Hiring Cristina was one of the best decisions we made when we began planning our wedding. Her professionalism and quality of service were excellent and she provided us with great support throughout the whole process. She was always very responsive and communication with other vendors was greatly simplified by having her as an intermediary to facilitate all that coordination. Cristina was also the one in charge of staying on top of all the final details the week of and the day of the wedding, taking all that weight off our shoulders so we could just enjoy our day. I one hundred percent recommend her services to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator or a day of coordinator! -

Cristina was such a wonderful wedding planner! I am from LA and I had absolutely no issues during my time with her. She's truly an expert at what she does, which allowed me to be completely hands off on my wedding day and even the whole month leading up to it. I loved that she communicated and confirmed with all my vendors on logistics; to the point where I did not need to really know any of it! Cristina! Where do I even begin. Working with her is in fact one of the best decisions I made along my wedding journey. I owe so much from our wedding day to her. She is so friendly, responsive, good listener, and honestly will be there for you every step of the way. Every time I had a new idea or wanted to change something or even add something on I got quotes and responses from her right away. She made me feel like I was her only wedding when in reality, she’s working hard on many different weddings. About a month leading up to the wedding she and I spoke all the time and she just really made me feel calm. My wedding day ran smooth with Cristina there to oversee everything. She truly cares and made our vision come to life. I recommend her to anyone having a destination wedding in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico! -

I loved working with Cristina. She came highly recommended by one of my best friends and she did not disappoint! . I am from Puerto Rico, but am living in the US and decided to celebrate my wedding in PR. I booked her full planning services around one year before our wedding date. She was my #1 cheerleader when I had my doubts about what to do for my wedding. We spoke the same language and her expertise helped me make what I felt were tough decisions at the time. Cristina is super sweet and outgoing, and makes all this process fun as if you’re planning your wedding with your best friend. She’s very organized, is up to date with trends, has all the right contacts in the industry, and helps make your wedding day everything you’ve ever wanted, and more! Speaking of the wedding day, her event team made it all flow seamlessly and were always around for anything we needed.

If you are looking for a planner or coordinator in Puerto Rico, with passion for their craft, compassion for their couples, meticulous attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics … look no further.
We began our full planning journey with Cristina in 2021, long distance from Guam, for our 2023 wedding in Puerto Rico at Hacienda Siesta Alegre. We physically met with her in Puerto Rico in 2022, where she expertly coordinated food tastings, cake tastings, venue site inspections and ceremony site visits in a tight 3-day itinerary…including our love story photoshoot with our photographers of choice! This was beyond impressive, and her relationships with partner vendors and experts across the island made this busy and quick schedule seamless and enjoyable. We finished our planning efforts with the bride in Alabama and groom still in Guam. Cristina made time to communicate with both of us and navigate our time zones, keeping us all on the same page throughout the process.
For our special day, Cristina and her team handled it all. As the bride and groom, we didn’t have to coordinate with or speak to any vendors the day of… and we had a ton! She masterfully coordinated transportation, musicians, entertainment, styling the decor for the ceremony and reception, family sensitivities, reception props, tear down, and the list goes on and on. We truly enjoyed the entirety of our wedding day, from breakfast and bridal prep, to the ceremony to the reception.
Additionally, we decided to go we simple florals and statement decor pieces that Cristina styled beautifully. She surpassed our vision with her expert aesthetic touches, even assisting with putting together some of our DIY touches.
Cristina is a true behind-the-scenes warrior for her weddings, and honestly, we could not have imagined our day without her.
Cristina is family now, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you Cristina! -

She did an AMAZING job throughout in all aspects: communication, professionalism, guidance/expert advice, organization, and execution. My venue didn’t come with any vendors or services so it required a LOT of coordination/planning from her to make sure the day went smooth. Hiring Cristina for my wedding was the best decision that I made. We had 145 guests at the Cathedral, and then Hotel el Convento for reception, and she made sure everything was taken care of! Cristina was great!! She was the first wedding planner we had a consultation with, after her, we had many more conversation but ended up choosing her. Since that very first call she made both of us feel included and comfortable.
We definitely didn't have a clear vision of what we wanted for out wedding, we didn't have a venue or any vendors selected but Cristina guided us through the entire process. Thanks to her we were able to choose an amazing team of vendors to be a part of our wedding.
During the entire engagement she was always available and responded promptly to any questions we had. She also made sure we were looking into the correct vendors and details the right time. When it was time to do venue tours, food tasting and other meetings she asked questions we didn't even know we had. We couldn't have had the amazing wedding we had without her. The day of she was able helped us with every detail. Any hiccup that happened she was there to fix it and even communicate with both families regarding timeline and anything they might need to know. We have no regrets on selecting her full planning services and would recommend her in a heartbeat to alleviate a lot of the stress that comes with wedding planing! Cristina Soto is the best! We were doing a Puerto Rico destination wedding and coming all the way from Chicago, Illinois. Cristina gave us so much ease of the heart with all of her knowledge and attentiveness to our wedding. Her communication was amazing, her attention to details that i did not catch myself was mind blowing and so helpful, she allowed us to work with Sending her items ahead of the wedding, and the service day of the wedding was just phenomenal. Everything went amazingly and i had no worries on our special day! Seeing her face gave me comfort and by the end of the day i was sad i wasn’t going to see her anymore. She had made one of the most amazing days in our life a beautiful calm reality! If there was a hiccup cristina acted so quickly you barely realized it happened!

Cristina and I met through a recommendation from a planner I found via Wedding Wire. I had chatted with other planners, and Cristina was an instant highlight. Her easiness, honesty and organization were immediately my favorite things about her! I consider myself an organized person who loves a good spreadsheet, and I loved the way Cristina works! Her work and support always came timely and super helpful. We hired Cristina for a full wedding package, from the start a year before, to the wedding date. I am from Puerto Rico, but live in the US, so Cristina was instrumental in finding and communicating with all vendors, as well as handle the day of. And how she handled it! Our wedding was very much a DIY decoration wedding, with lots of small projects and personal visions. The day of our wedding she led and directed our large group of helpful friends and family members, and the result was EXACTLY our vision come to life. We were ecstatic and really loved every second of our wedding. From the food, the attention to detail, the vendor management to just being the best wedding planner. She ensured we got fed during the wedding (something you EASILY forget!), she ensure all keepsakes were safe after the wedding and was just an amazing support and advice throughout the last year. We would not have been able to make our wedding vision a reality without Cristina.

Cristina me ayudó en el proceso de la boda desde el día uno. Estaba disponible y dispuesta SIEMPRE que la necesitaba. Nos ayudó a formar el mejor equipo de suplidores para el gran día y poco a poco formamos más que un equipo una familia. El día de la boda todo estaba a la perfección planificado. Si hubo sucesos nunca me enteré hasta el otro día de la boda pero TODOS fueron resueltos por ella.
