The beauty and elegance that were achieved, stunned us, and all of our guests! Everybody was just wildly impressed and raved about every single aspect! Everything was truly flawless and perfect!
Anna seemed to really understand who we were, and our priorities and vision immediately. She made the entire process very easy, eliminated so much stress and guided us every single step of the way. As we had never been to Greece, it was initially daunting to think of how to pull all of this together. However, Anna was exceptionally knowledgeable and had an extensive network with vendors and other businesses in the community. Her recommendations were impeccable, and we were surprised with how affordable everything was. She also really extended herself to make sure that we were comfortable with everything and assisted us with additional pieces to help our guests to feel the exact same way. Anna and her staff at Crete for Love are your advocates for a well-organized, relaxed, professional wedding event. Whether you are choosing a civil or religious ceremony, eloping...big or small - they are equipped to provide a reliable occasion from start to finish. We also feel that they are all genuinely kind, involved people who are invested in their chosen profession.
My husband and I are US citizens that had many requirements to satisfy prior to our arrival, as well as the week there in Greece, leading to the wedding ceremony. Anna was extremely concise with all requirements necessary for a legal wedding, no matter how difficult or time consuming. We trusted her explicitly to put things in place on our behalf and she always went above and beyond!! She has more than 10 years of experience in Crete and will always provide you with the best advice. She also is super attentive to your tastes, preferences and requests. Andreas, her husband and photographer is super attentive and talented behind the lens and you won't be disappointed! His images are high-end, crisp, detailed and ultimately artful. I will also shout out to the makeup and hair artists that worked with me the day of the wedding. They did an amazing job, that I could never have done on my own.
Crete for Love sets the standard for all businesses in my opinion - especially in comparison to many here in the US. It's hard to find this level of quality in your average individual or company. Not to mention, the island of Crete is beyond beautiful. Very special place - great food, hospitality. The perfect place to exchange vows, honeymoon or simply curate a one-of-a-kind experience. Take the plunge and look no further!
Note: The photo I've used is one of many favorites. It's after the ceremony, at a restaurant on the harbor (Chania). It was one of three recommended by Anna (Thalassino Ageri). Andreas decided to meet us there after the wedding shoot for a few last minute shots. We appreciated his enthusiasm and effort. It certainly paid off! It felt a bit strange at first to walk by everyone in full dress with my new husband closely behind, but yet I felt totally comfortable. We like this photo so much - it's one of our chosen framed images at home.

The best wedding planner in Crete
Anna and her team are ten out of ten in every aspect!
I stumbled across Crete for Love on Instagram when I was dreaming of planning our wedding, and as soon as I saw her work I knew she was going to be our wedding planner.
Anna organised us the most beautiful perfect day I could have ever dreamed of, and all I had to do was turn up on the day and meet my husband at the end of the aisle.
Anna has a fabulous team and uses high quality vendors, the flowers and arrangements were beautiful and the food was delicious.
I was anxious to book my wedding abroad, with it being one of the most stressful things couples can do, and then not even being in the same country, but knew I didn't want to have one here in England, so I took the jump and enlisted Crete for Love to organise our day. This was the best decision I have ever made. The day was perfect and stress free. I wouldn't change a single thing.
I would recommend Anna and her team over and over again I'm a heartbeat, She is incredibly good at her job. -

The perfect day
Thank you Crete For Love for creating the most special day in such short time.
We contacted Crete For Love four weeks prior in hopes of getting married just the two of us during our holiday in Greece. Thinking it would be a no, Anna emailed us saying she could pull it off! We booked in a call and arranged the date.
Planning the wedding was seamless, with Anna and her team handing everything very professionally. We sent over a moodboard and Anna responded with options to personalise the day. I didn’t imagine planning a wedding could be so easy considering it’s typically such a stressful time.
It’s difficult to put into words how perfect the day was. Everything, from the venue to the flowers to the food came together perfectly.
Andreas, our brilliant photographer. Thank you for taking the most beautiful pictures and making us feel so at ease with your direction and easygoing attitude. Your eye for detail is incredible. Thank you for capturing our day. I’ve looked at the pictures every day since.
Greta, Thank you for marrying us. Your emotional moments made the ceremony even more special. We will remember being in front of the chapel getting married by you forever.
Anna and the rest of the team, thank you for putting together our dream wedding. No words can describe how perfect the day was, our faces hurt from smiling so much the next day you all made very us happy.

Simply amazing
When the idea of a destination wedding came to our mind for the first time, we were really excited but also very anxious... One and a half year later, we can now look back at the most beautiful day of our lives which we were able to celebrate with friends and family in Crete, and we really couldn't have done this without Anna. From the very start, her professionalism and enthusiasm made sure that we were confident in putting our trust in her services. Working with Anna was an incredible experience from start to finish. Our decision to marry in Crete had nothing to do with Greek history but everything with Anna! I found her Instagram page and immediately was impressed by her work. Every wedding she managed, looked like a dream. So off we went to Crete to meet up with her. Very quickly it was clear to me how professional she handled her business and how caring she was about giving her couples everything they ever dream off. Our wedding day was like a fairytale.. I felt like a princess and my guests felt like they were in a Hollywood movie. Just stunning! Even more beautiful then on the pictures you see online. I felt like I was dreaming. The magic of perfect dream
Absolutely incredible and perfect! When I first contacted Anna to ask her to organise our wedding renewal, it was immediately clear that I would be in the right hands. We live in Luxembourg, a bit far from Crete and without knowing Anna we immediately trusted her and entrusted our dream to her. Anna exceeded all expectations in organizing our vow renewal on a wonderful location. We had the time of our lives and wish we could relive our perfect day again and again. Anna and her team took care of every detail, ensuring that the entire event was perfect, fun and magic.
The ceremony setup was breathtaking, with the stunning beach as our backdrop, creating the perfect romantic atmosphere. Every element, from the flowers to the decorations, was carefully chosen and beautifully arranged.

Such a brilliant day
We chose Anna to be our wedding planner after seeing so many glowing reviews of her work online and seeing that her vision for weddings was exactly what we wanted.
Anna has been cool, calm and collected throughout the whole experience, making the whole process of planning a wedding a total breeze for us! Where do I begin?! Anna, her husband & their entire team were beyond amazing! I spent a while choosing a wedding planner and found Crete for love on instagram - I loved the style of the weddings showcased. I’d contacted a couple others too it what made me choose CFL\Anna was how responsive and attentive she was right from the start. She made us feel that it was personal and a truly bespoke service (compared to the others I had spoken with). And our experience with CFL only exceeded those initial expectations! I can not recommend Anna enough, she is such a professional at what she does. We had to postpone twice due to Covid and each time she expertly manoeuvred our plans for us. When we finally were able to hold the wedding it was the most wonderful day made to feel effortless and easy due to Anna’s hard work and expertise behind the scenes! I want to find another excuse for a big party now so I have a reason to use CFL and work with Anna again - if you choose CFL you will not regret it!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 -

From first contact, to the big day, we couldn't have asked for more! Anna was responsive & knowledgeable, and talked us through exactly what we needed to do. We chose an elopement which was on a very short timescale, but Anna was calm throughout and got everything arranged - even when we thought we'd left it too late to get the paperwork in time! The day was perfect, from arranging hair and flowers, to travel arrangements and food. Anna is very personable and friendly, and all her team are excellent. Andreas set us at ease straight away and took some amazing photographs which we will treasure forever. All in all, it was better than we expected, highly recommend! -

Anna is the best at what she does - so kind and knows how to create one of the most special moments in your life. We did an elopement and even though it was just two of us it was beyond our expectations. We also need the legal work in Crete - the process for the legal paperwork was very easy because Anna helped us all along the way and explained what we required. The vendors which Anna works with are also of the highest standard, and the photography team were so lovely and the pictures were beautiful (very natural). Highly recommend Crete for Love! -

We found Crete For Love late 2021/ early 2022 when researching the possibility of having our wedding in Crete. We picked Crete For Love for a couple of different reasons, the main one being the excellent reviews and the second being the quality of the photos they displayed on their website.
We made contact with Anna who, right from the start, was friendly and warm. She explained everything well and gave us plenty of notice of the various steps to go through in order to ensure our wedding went smoothly and was registered in Crete.
When we met Anna it just totally confirmed we had made the right choice (and that wasn't just because she was a fellow wild swimmer!!). Anna and Andreas are a fantastic team who were able to bring our dream wedding to life, and I truly couldn't have asked for any more.
Not only did they give us the best day, but they provided useful recommendations of the surrounding areas and delicious places to eat, making our stay in Crete even more perfect.
As a couple in the UK planning a wedding abroad you need to have a lot of trust and faith in the company you choose. Truly, you need look no further.

Perfect day Crete...
We are very happy with the work done by Anna and Andreas. They planned our wedding beautifully, which exceeded all our expectations. First of all, I would like to emphasise that communication was very easy, we didn't have to worry about anything, because Anna and Andreas took care of everything for us. All our requests and wishes were fulfilled. Anna and Andreas also have very good taste, and they organised everything not only in a very detailed way, but in a stunning way. It was also a surprise that the locations where the wedding took place were unusually beautiful. We would also like to thank Andreas for the very beautiful photos. The perfect day!
My husband and I recently planned an elopement with Andreas and Anna and it was absolute perfection!!! We came from the US and planned an elopement with them as part of our honeymoon. The ease of working with them was amazing - everything was set up with basically no stress on our part even down to arranging the rides we would need to get to our venue choice - which was the ancient monastery in the mountains - just WOW!!! The venue, the setup, the flowers, the snacks, the drinks, they thought of everything! It was the stuff dreams are made of! Andreas even had us change venues and go down to the water to finish out our wedding session with him and those photos are priceless!! Every single photo was incredible and Andreas was a dream to work with as a photographer. He was a friend by the end of our day 💗 We can’t wait to go back to Crete and see Anna and Andreas - and hopefully plan a vow renewal in a few years!!! -

I can't say enough about how professional, kind, knowledgeable, and quick to respond Anna was to us. She was always checking in on us, reassuring us, answering our questions and keeping us informed (and sane) whenever anything was happening!
Anna made planning a wedding, which can be extremely stressful even under non pandemic circumstances, feel easy and we felt totally at ease knowing the wedding was in her hands.
On the actual wedding day the spring weather wasn't on our side but Anna arranged a back-up plan and our day turned out to be even more perfect and beautiful than we could ever have imagined!
We were able to relax and enjoy every minute of our day with no stress whatsoever thanks to Annas organizational skills. Our guests were blown away and stunned by everything from the venue to the food to the entertainment and decorations. -

A Beautiful Greek Elopement
I cannot thank Anna with Crete for Love enough for making our sneak away elopement such a wonderful experience!! We traveled to the island of Crete from the US for a simple beautiful elopement, and Anna guided us every step of the way.
Anna made the planning process so easy. She understood the vibe I wanted to create and completely NAILED IT!
Anna is quick to respond via email and answered any questions I had. She was so easy to work with and kept our budget in mind. Everything was customizable to exactly what we wanted.
She made the day perfectly stunning!
Andreas was such a fun photographer to work with! He made us both feel comfortable and helped us get fantastic photos. He is so professional and creative, but also fun and we had a lot of laughs!

Anna is Anna - this is how we would describe this amazing person. Planning a wedding is not just a profession, it is her passion. We had a longer planning period because of all these pandemic issues so we got to know each other quite good. All began in 2019 when we had our first meeting for venue scouting after serval mails between Hamburg, Germany and Chania, Crete.
She was what a good advisor is – honest, even when it wasn’t what we wanted to listen to, unless she always wanted that our dream becomes true. So we fall in love with our „private“ villa and could go on with planning all these other aspects you need for an amazing summer wedding - dinner, drinks, decoration, make-up, design, transport, music, photographer…all in all we had more than 20 vendors. And let us tell you – all vendors Anna recommended us, made an amazing job. And we don’t wanna miss her motivation regarding to the pandemic. Eight weeks before the original date of wedding we had to decide to reschedule our event one year later. For us „only“ a decision, for „Anna“ so much work to get in touch with all vendors – big thanks Anna that you supported us like this and made this difficult time a little bit easier for us.
This lovely and professional motivation to create a breathtaking experience was so heart touching that we cannot say enough times – thank you so much. It became a better event for us and our guests than we ever expected. For us you will be always a special person in our life and we look forward to see you again as soon as possible – in Chania or in Hamburg.

Perfect Intimate Greek Wedding
Working with Crete for Love (Anna and Andreas) was fantastic. From the get go Anna was responsive to emails, open to discussing exactly how we wanted our wedding to be and flexible with how much Crete for Love would provide. We were able to pick and choose from a variety of arches, chairs, refreshments, bouquets, decorations, transport and the structure of the service allowing us to get the wedding we wanted while keeping the cost as low as we could.
We were able to meet with Anna and Andreas a year before the wedding and spent a day looking at venues, taking photos and just getting to know each other, making the wedding that bit more personal and making sure that Anna knew exactly what we wanted.
Anna was helpful with specifying what paperwork we needed and flexible with adding in extra paperwork part way through the process as well as adjusting the guest numbers due to the ever-changing travel restrictions at the moment.
We wanted a small, simple ceremony and to do all of the legal side of the wedding in Greece and Anna provided exactly what we wanted: the legal signing of documents at town hall in the morning; getting them Apostilled during the day while we prepared for the ceremony; and a ceremony for 8 guests in the early evening. Everything was thought of, everything looked fantastic and the day ran smoothly. It was perfect in every way!
Andreas was wonderful to work with: he has a very calming disposition while being fun and lively, making everyone feel at ease in front of the camera. As well as candids before and during the ceremony there were amazing drone shots of the location and stunning portraits of family members both individually and in groups. After the ceremony my bride and I went with Andreas to get some photographs in other locations, this was built into the two hours included in the wedding package and tailored to exactly what we wanted. All of the photo's sent to us (and there were loads!) looked fantastic. They captured all of the emotions that were there on the day.
I would absolutely recommend working with Crete for Love and Andreas to anyone planning a Wedding, Vow Renewal or just an anniversary event on Crete. They were an amazing team and a pleasure to work with. -

Anna made sure we had the wedding of our dreams. First, being from the states, I knew we would need a wedding planner since she is located in Crete, Greece. From being a COVID bride, there were many challenges, but Anna helped us through it all. The process of planning a wedding was not stressful at all with her help. Best Decision We Made!

It has been a great pleasure to have Crete for Love as our wedding planner.
My wife and I are Chinese who lived in the Netherlands for more than 10 years. We wanted a romantic and cosy wedding for families and close friends in Greece, a country with so rich history, friendly people and beautiful beaches for holidays. However, neither my wife and I have ever been to Greece, therefore, it is so important to have a professional local agent.
We feel lucky to find Crete for Love, and Anna was our head wedding planner. She has very rich network with local vendors for wedding related services, which saved us a lot of effort when Anna is coordinating on our behalf. She provided a lot of options on different styles of weddings which helped us to define how our dreamed wedding looks like. Especially, she advised a perfect wedding venue which fits the size of our wedding and can provide great hospitality to the guests. Everyone loved the venue eventually. In spite of the long distance, it was very easy to communicate with Anna regarding our wishes, our decisions and change-of-mind, to some very detailed level, and with a lot of flexility on services. This makes us feel that Crete for Love is trustful and reliable.

First off - THANK YOU SO MUCH!
We had an international wedding in Crete, my bride being from Russia and me being from the USA. Crete for Love took care of every imaginable detail and took all the stress off of us, and being in such a great price range.
We really wanted a triangle arch for our ceremony, but they didn’t have one on hand, so they personally built one. This was so special for us as it’s a symbol in our relationship!
They also gave us a translator for the ceremony which was necessary with 2 international families there!
The whole wedding was also at the most perfect venue for us, the Botanical Garden, which they only work with Crete for Love. It looked like a paradise garden!
Being a very young family and still going to college, budget was a big thing for us, but Crete for Love made our dream wedding come true. They built a magical atmosphere for us and our families. I wish we could go back and do the whole thing over and over again. The atmosphere was so warm that our families had an amazing time together even though they don’t speak the same language and come from complete opposite cultures.
Everything was a dream come true and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect experience with the team. Thank you SO much Anastasia and Stavriani!

It was an evening we will never forget. We had a small wedding with our families and close friends at a winery near Chania. My mom and I presented images of a "dream wedding" and they managed to pull off every detail - the perfect flower arrangements to match the rustic theme, tracking down a black vintage car to arrive in, a variety of entertainment, beautifully designed stationary, the list goes on... I stumbled upon the Crete for love website by accident, what a great moment that was.
I saw from their fabulous, descriptive website that they had previously organised a wedding in a small, remote, magical place in Crete called loutro. After some research and taking with anna, I knew that she was the right person to organise my wedding.
From start to finish anna and her team were amazing, helping me with the awful and arduous task of getting the paperwork necessary for an orthodox wedding correct. (Anna was so organised she even had a back up plan in case we could not get the necessary papers.) we went back and forth but anna was always patient and helpful.
She was very receptive in embracing my ideas of incorporating Punjabi elements into our orthodox ceremony and understood what could practically work on the day.
Anna and her team were outstanding, she gave me every confidence that my wedding day would be amazing and I would not have to worry about anything. The decode was so beautiful, the food was abundant and delicious and her organisation on the day was flawless. It was a party that was so magnificent. You know it was a great day when the Greek guests rave about how fabulous the wedding was! She and her team created the most magical wedding imaginable and we have so many wonderful memories of our special day that we will always be grateful for.
It was a hectic, crazy, big fat greek Punjabi / Greek wedding that was one of the most amazing days of my life... I can’t recommend anna and her team enough.

Stavriani and her team did an impeccable job in planning our wedding. With a very busy work schedule, I had little time to devote planning a wedding in Crete while living in Boston. What could have been a truly challenging process was more than easy with Stavriani running the show. We had a traditional Greek Orthodox wedding. Her instructions and help in obtaining the paperwork made things work seamlessly. We wanted a private and intimate ceremony. Stavriani's skills in interpreting a couple's vision are unmatched. I am still so struck at her ability to make our vision come to life despite being half a world away. Her team was present and attentive during the ceremony and reception. Every detail was well thought out. I enjoyed every moment of our special day with our family and felt completely at ease. The vendors, make-up artist, hair stylist (both done by Eve), and photographer/videographer (Andreas Markakis) are the absolute best in their trade. Additionally, Stavriani took half a day after our wedding to ensure that all our paperwork was in order prior to returning to the States. CFL were just fabulous. They agreed to help us fairly late in the day when we thought we had arranged the venue. The team ended up going way over and above their brief and fixing so many issues for us, including sourcing an alternative venue when our initial one dropped out – as well as foreseeing issues we didn't even consider! I would thoroughly recommend using a wedding planner (in case you are in doubt) and specifically using Stavriani and her team at CFL. They really made our wedding day better than we could have hoped for and ensured that it was delivered on budget. They have excellent supplier contracts (we used their lighting, flowers, decorators, caterers and fireworks suppliers) they all far exceeded exceptions. If you are unsure whether it is worth it, then I can wholeheartedly say CFL were completely worth it and the best decision we made throughout the whole process! Our wedding was in a remote Cretan location (everything had to come in on a boat) and we had 120 guests and they managed it perfectly. -

I am not sure where to begin with Crete for Love. First I’d like to say that they blew my expectations out of the water. With the affordability of their wedding packages- I was not expecting such caring, detailed, professional, and personal wedding day as the one I received. It was particularly hard to choose a company to plan my wedding from across the world - but the lovely ladies are so good and passionate about what they do, my worries immediately melted away once I spoke to them through emails, phone calls, and finally in person when I met them and saw the venue.
Our wedding was at a vineyard in the late evening and it was more than a fairytale. The best part was I did it have to stress and worry about planning it. Crete for Love took my few ideas and color schemes and turned it into exactly what I was looking for, and more. I will never forget my wedding day- or honestly the people who helped make it come true. Meeting them in person, I feel like I will always care for these sweet people. I fell in love with Crete and plan to one day return almost specifically to have another event planned by Crete For Love. I’m thinking anniversary? :). Love you guys, and thank you so much. I could not say enough good things about CFL.
The big take away when it comes to finding a wedding planner that fits, is finding a company that is both skilled, and personable. Crete for Love is who you want. It did not feel like they were just people there to make money and be through. It felt like heartwarming and welcoming people I truly connected with, and I could tell they truly care about their clients, love, happiness, and making special events and memories. I was such a nervous wreck, but Anna and Stavriani made me feel calm, like the center of attention, and helped me live out my moment while living in the moment.

I was so speechless at the location and the production that this team put together for us that I almost forgot the very few words I was tasked to remember and repeat at the appropriate time, “will you marry me?” However I was was able to prevail and rewarded with a magnificent time. On top of everything, Crete for Love have a stunning sense of style and they're conscious of budget which really helps.
Not only is Crete for Love very professional but I got the feeling that they loved being part of the process too. They gave me no reason at all to become stressed and their responses were very efficient. What more could you ask from a wedding planner!! -

We will forever be grateful to Anna and her team(Crete for love), for their faboulous efforts, arrangments, preparations and small surprises that came over way. Everything was perfect, from the weather, to the decor, to the music and the food / drinks. We are from Norway, and you have to hand over a lot of trust and responsibility to others, when you choose to getting married in forreign location. With "Crete for Love" this was not a problem at all, and we will both gove them the best recommendation possible! They exceeded our expectations and we cant describe how satisfied we are with them. Have to mention the photographer Andreas, he was truly amazing as well!!! Choose Crete and Crete for Love, you will not regrett!!!
