They are like no other venue, very attentive and seem like they are in no rush to get your money like many others. I felt supported, helped and definitely cared for. Jennifer rocks!

Love this Venue....have always wanted to get married here... I will be getting married in May of 2016 and will come back with a final rating... but so far so good! They answer any questions I have in a very timely manner and are always professional.... but like I said I will come back and do a complete rating after the wedding :)

Loved the venue! Beautiful backdrop for ceremony and large spacious area for reception. The good and bad part is that they provide no vendors for you. It is nice that you can customize your day but it can also be quite tedious to find all of your own. The front office can be a bit chaotic just due to employee turnover but they are all very nice. Overall, I am very happy that we had our wedding there. Totally worth it.

DIY, Country-Vintage Dream Location!

I don't want to pigeon whole the location into a type, but for our wedding,theme, and budget it was perfect! Since the location is a city-run property they offer the location at rates that are insanely low for SoCal!

After scouting a bunch of venues we realized we were going to spend most of our budget just on the location! Then we found the Crestmore, an amazing colonial style mansion with back houses on a gorgeous sprawl of land. My wife wanted a wedding that felt like she was back in Michigan, and this place fit the bill. Getting married under trees and in front of a pond? Check!

The downside (if you want to call it that), is that they only provide the basics for the ceremony/reception, But, if you're OCD DIYers like us who love to stick to a theme, this is a blessing more than a hindrance.

We basically used the blank slate and cost savings to have an amazing themed wedding with money left over to honeymoon in Italy! Something we could never have done at other locations. Our wedding looked like it cost a million bucks but was actually quite reasonable.

Thank you Crestmore for the being the location we needed! We also want to thank the staff who were prompt, courteous, and very accommodating to all of our special requests.

Love this place!! Our wedding was PERFECT! Love how it was so private and our guest did not have to go to 2 different locations for our ceremony and reception.

On, the other hand DON'T USE PARTY RENTALS BY THE NAME OF PETER. He is very unreliable and it not true with his word. till this day he owes us $$$$. VERY BAD BUSINESS MAN!!! ,

This venue was more than we had hoped for. You have to book it way in advance, but it is worth it. The staff members provided great service, and were able to answer all questions we had. They were very flexible and provided immediate response to requests. Emmie was a pleasure to work with. The price is well below than other vendors in the area, and the venue is simply amazing! I recommend going in person to view it prior to judging the photos online.

The venue was very beautiful. The groundsman that were at the venue the day of our wedding were wonderful (Shout our to big H) The price was awesome and we got to bring in our vendors. Sheila was awesome to work with, she made me feel to comfortable and happy, she didn't let me stress about anything. Beautiful place, I would love to go back to our wedding day and do it again!

Emmy and Shila are great!! Everything was beautiful and clean. They really take good care of you and are so nice and understanding. You really don't need that many decorations because the location is beautiful by itself. I have tons of pictures if anyone wants to see.

I loved this location! It was the first place I looked and fell in love right away! The flexibility with using other vendors for food/floral was amazing! Made the cost of the whole thing worth every penny! I would do every event there if all my dates were available birthdays, baptisms, christmas, etc. :)

Sometimes the ladies in the office take a while to get back to you, but it is well worth it. The place is BEAUTIFUL and the staff is always there to help!!!

We lived Crestmore Manor. He one’ll reason I gave 4 stars for flexibility is that they do not allow hard alcohol. Outside of that, 100%! ♥️♥️♥️

I had my wedding ceremony and reception here and It was beautiful.
The grass wasnt as green as i would of liked but thats what i get for a january wedding. The staff was very helpfull. The only thing that i have to say to you brides is make sure that you have a vendor for EVERYTHING! crestmore just gives you the location and facilities.

Had my Wedding in July 2014. I LOVE THIS PLACE. The Ceremony site is beautiful, the Bar area great for band during cocktail hour and the Reception Hall is HUGE. just beautiful pictures anywhere. They maintain this venue very clean and landscaped beautifully. I highly recommend this place specially for large wedding and give people space.

We had our wedding reception here 5/8/15 and could not be happier. Everything turned out just the way we wanted it. On top of being a beautiful venue, it is also very affordable! Great for those brides that want to DIY, or those couples that want to BYOB. They were also extremely flexible when compared to other venues we had considered.

My only complaint would be that in the last year they went through many different wedding coordinators. But I believe they finally hired a F/T person. Even though I went through many coordinators all it took was a phone call to get my question answered.

Really loved this venue, and wouldn't have changed a thing. Book early though, their spots get taken quickly because of the affordability.

Just had my wedding at Crestmore Manor and had a great experience. The events team was very friendly, accommodating, and pleasant to work with. They were always so sweet and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and it is one of the few venues in the Riverside area that is unique and not a typical golf course/hotel wedding venue. It photographs really well, and the decor in the carriage house banquet room is pretty neutral so that you can dress it up with your colors. You can bring in all your own vendors, which helps out with brides on a budget. I would highly recommend celebrating your big day here!

for the price of the venue it was well worth it. the amazing scenery is really outstanding!
if you are in southern california and want something so beautiful, i recommend this place, but be aware that they are booking quite often...you might have to book a year in advance!

All the folks at Crestmore were extremely helpful. You will definitely need to book in advance. The location is beautiful and everyone is trully aware of your special day and making you happy. Emmie, my contact was ahnds down a complete pleasure to work with. Being out of state and planning the wedding in California she was more than wonderful. I had no worries or stresses. Even when we showed up a couple days before the wedding to see it for the first time and to go over last minute items they were more than excited and had no problem changing things around for us. I would definitely recommend this location. Our wedding was outside, receptions inside the Carriage house and dancing in the courtyard outside the Carriage house. Perfect for a large wedding.

My DJ actually recommended this venue because I was on a tight budget. I contacted them and they scheduled a tour promptly. The Grounds are beautiful!! I love the fact that they only have one event per day and you have use of the grounds. They were flexible as I needed to change my Wedding date and they didn't charge me extra! The only thing I didn't like was that when I went to give my deposit there was an employee and what seemed like her friend gossiping about personal issues and I heard everything. Other than that I have had a good experience.

Crestmore manor is a beautiful location for a wedding. They are very friendly and helpful.

Sheila and Emmie were very accommodating with all of our special requests, but they are a little hard to get in touch with, and they tend to only answer one question if you send an email with several.

The cost was well below anywhere else we looked, and the grounds are beautiful! The staff was extremely helpful on the day of the wedding and helped our coordinator set up the tables.

Tables come with the venue, and linens were a very small add-on. The deposit is small, but they book out MONTHS in advance! The total cost for my rental was under $3000 for 9 hours of setup/ceremony/reception.

We just had our wedding here and this venue is absolutely gorgeous! All of our guests complimented on how much they loved the venue and how beautiful it was. The pictures online definitely do not do this place justice, you must go tour it in person to see the beauty. The staff doesn't seem to have it together most of the time..I had a few appointments to go and walk the grounds with my wedding planner and one of the coordinators told me to come at 2pm and so when we arrived, she wasn't there so one of the grounds keepers said to go ahead and look around and ask him if we had any questions. As we were out on the lawn, the second wedding coordinator came out and gave us attitude for being out there saying that we can't just be walking around on our own, etc., etc. which was stupid because we had an appointment and the lady wasn't there and the grounds keeper had said to go ahead and walk around. So anyways, the staff was just so-so but the venue is gorgeous and my wedding day turned out amazing. They book very far in advance though! We booked ours back in June of 2010 and took the very last Saturday that was available in 2011.

This location is beautiful. I don't think I would have taken a second look at this venue just by viewing their website...the pictures does this venue no justice. After touring the location and seeing the plans for their new ballroom, I thought it was perfect for us. I must say that the fees were a surprise as well...much lower from other locations that I had seen!!! Because this is a popular venue, most of the dates were filled, so there were no flexibility. However, they were very flexible with site visits. The site coordinator (Emmie) was a pleasure to work with!!!

The location is beautiful and well worth the cost but you will need to book WELL in advance!

This was a beautiful place to get married, and it was a great deal. I loved that it was outdoors, and they are always working to improve the site. I would definitely recommend it.

Mercedez was very polite and answered questions. It was raining and she was just as excited to giving us a tour as we were to see it. She was very upfront with the prices and nothing hidden like other places that I toured.

Let me start by saying, I am a full time wedding DJ and have been for 5 years in the Temecula Wine country area. So I know what I should/should not expect from a venue like this.

This Venue may look beautiful and have a great bathroom situation, But the staff is HORRIBLE. They tried to cancel our wedding on three separate occasions WITHOUT so much as a courtesy call or email. This was all within 90 days of getting married. What they put in there system vs what was told to us was different as far as payment due dates and insurance due dates ETC. Then whenever we would try and pay we would be told that they couldn't accept it for XYZ reason. It just seemed like nobody wanted us to be there.

They gave us issues with setting up chairs for the ceremony because we wanted them facing the lake as opposed to the manor. (Still on the concrete, just flipped around) They do not provide a sweetheart table, so we had to bring in our own. (We asked multiple times). ALL drinks must be served through a window outside of the reception hall which means guests have to walk outside every time they would like a drink.

We got locked out of the grooms suite on my wedding date, and no staff was around to let us in. That lock probably needs to be replaced.

We were also told that the person who sold us the wedding (Rebekah) no longer worked there, and that was what was causing the confusion. So I decided to go stop by to make sure everything was set for our date (After finally being able to get through to someone to take our card) and I see Rebekah. So that was clearly a lie. The staff was absolutely rude anytime we wanted to do a walkthrough.

We were so fed up that my wifes dad actually went to the venue, and called them on his phone while in the lobby to see if they answered. And they ignored BOTH him and the phone call which he could clearly see.

If you want a DIY wedding I would recommend you look elsewhere. To me this is a venue, owned by the county or city, used for those events, and they thought they could make a quick buck hosting private events. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
