Must have DJ for any event

I hired Create Excitement for my wedding on 6/23/2023 and Ben and his whole team from Create Excitement were the absolute best. I was referred to them from a coworker and they did not disappoint. The entire planning process leading up to the wedding was very detailed and organized. Ben made sure no detail was overlooked. Ben took all of my music requests and suggestions and made a truly perfect playlist for my reception. If you are looking for a DJ for any kind of event, I would highly recommend Create Excitement.

Best dj!

Ben and his team are the best! We have had Ben as our DJ for a number of events and most recently our wedding! Our guests loved him and raved about the music and energy. Ben also took the time to go through all of our details, he was so flexible and we had a photo montage and he executed it perfectly! He also did a phenomenal job with our ceremony and cocktail hour!

Amazing people to work with!

If your looking for the BEST DJ company?? These guys are the best!!! Greg was our DJ for our Halloween party and he ROCKED OUR HOUSE!! He was so professional, motivated and FUN!!! Everything was perfect!

Can't say enough about these guys, Ben and John did an excellent job! Website was easy to use to start a playlist and Ben did a wonderful job filling in the blanks and keeping things flowing nicely on the day of the event. We also provided some custom tracks to use in our wedding and everything sounded perfectly. Great response time via email and phone leading up to the wedding on top of being friendly and professional. We had a number of friends and family comment on how great the music selection was along with how well everything sounded. Wouldn't change a thing and would definitely recommend Create Excitement to anyone looking for a great DJ.

Call Ben and book him as your DJ, you will not regret it!

We used Create Excitement for our wedding, and had several guests call us in the days that followed to tell us how great of a dance party it was and how the music was absolutely perfect. Ben took diligent notes about our taste in music and our families as we prepared for the wedding and it showed - he knew exactly how to set the tone for cocktail hour, and ramped up the party vibes throughout the reception to keep everyone on their feet! My college friends and 87 year old grandmother both had a blast - he catered to the whole crowd at a 250 person event so that everyone enjoyed themselves. He seamlessly incorporated hits from the 70s & 80s, latin music, today's pop / hip hop, and everything in between that we requested.

In addition to the great music, Ben truly embodies professionalism. He was excellent at communicating throughout the process, paid attention to what we wanted, and delivered on everything we spoke about. He arrived early, was dressed in a suit, and made it his mission to ensure our night went perfectly - coordinating with our photography team and venue on each little detail.

Thanks to Ben, it was a party to be remembered for years to come!

Excellent DJ!

We can't recommend Ben highly enough!! He was amazing! We had a special dance planned that we were nervous about and needed a little bit extra practice and he played our song as much as we needed before everyone got there to practice and make it perfect! Couldn't have done it without you! We had a Disney theme with tables based off of the movies, and to call each table up for food he played the hit song from each movie! So intuitive and able to flow with the vibe of the crowd and truly ran an amazing party!! Can't recommend him highly enough!

The best dj!

I cannot speak highly enough of Ben and his team! We had a late winter wedding and originally wanted a band, but through the recommendation of a friend, ended up with Create Excitement. Ben was AMAZING. He was so helpful in the planning process- keeping up posted with where we should be in terms of planning certain songs, to the day of. I can't tell you how much fun it was. He had everyone dancing- even through dinner. I don't think I touched my plate because each song was better and better. He's very receptive to what you want and is great at feeling out the crowd. My parents said they received so many compliments about how great of a party it was- mostly because everyone couldn't stop dancing. TRUST ME- you won't regret going with this team. I was so hesitant about having a DJ and I couldn't have been happier with my choice because of them.

Fantastic DJ

September 21st, 2019 wedding

Create Excitement did an amazing job with my daughter's wedding! Ben took care of all the music, from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception. He was professional, organized and knowledgeable and made a great effort to understand what my daughter and her fiancé wanted. I was very anxious about the wedding because my daughter lives in California and couldn't be present for much of the planning. Ben put me at ease and assured me everything was under control, which it absolutely was. The dance floor was full throughout the reception and everyone had a great time. Guests told me they couldn't remember the last time they had so much fun dancing. The photo booth was great and there was an online link for the pictures which allowed family and friends to enjoy all of them. I can't thank Ben and Create Excitement enough!

The BEST Experience

I LOVED working with Ben and the Create Excitement team for our July 5, 2019 wedding. He made the process so easy to both make sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted it to be AND brought experience and "best practices" to the table to help when we weren't sure what to do. He also was able to seamlessly collaborate with my father who played our first dance song and wrote the song I walked down the aisle to and made the planning process overall a stress free, positive experience. I chose Ben and the team for our wedding because he had already done the weddings of three of my cousins. After 4 weddings with Ben, including my own, I can say with confidence that he's the best in the business and know how to both make sure your wedding is exactly what you wanted it to be and that your guests have the greatest experience while there. Ben is amazing!

I learned about Ben and Create Excitement when my friend used him at her wedding last year (everyone had a great time). But he really killed it at my wedding. Throughout the whole night people kept commenting on how amazing the song selection and cadence was. 9-22-18 Wedding

Ben made the planning of our music for the wedding a breeze. We met with Ben to book and once before the wedding to go over all details. We asked him to do additional readings as part of a family tradition and truly appreciated how he practiced the words to make sure it was perfect. Ben was the DJ for my Mom's wedding a few years ago, and then my cousin's wedding a few years after that. So when I got engaged, I knew without a doubt that we were going with him and his team! He is the nicest guy, listens to what you want, and in my case (I was clueless), he gave his recommendations and professional opinion. He was so easy to work with, communicates quickly to e-mails and phone calls, and was an absolute pleasure to work with! There wasn't an empty seat for my wedding, he kept everyone engaged and on the dance floor! We went with the "give-aways" (blow-up guitars/sunglasses/lays) and everyone loved it! Ben and the entire Create Excitement team were incredible to work with. They were extremely organized and proactive in working with us to create the right set list and coordinating the flow of the evening with the event staff. They were also extremely flexible, and accommodated a few very last minute requests from my wife and I.

During the reception, Ben and Chris kept the dance floor packed all night, with a perfect mix of older crowd favorites and the latest hits. We cannot recommend Create Excitement strongly enough and hope to work with them again at future events.

Create Excitement was an awesome choice to DJ our wedding. Our wedding day music was everything we could have asked for and more. They were there well before the ceremony to set up the music for the processional and recessional. The cocktail hour music, brunch music (yep a brunch wedding) as well as the formal dances were amazing. Create excitement uses an online system with soooooo many options for you to customize the music you want to hear. They also are so quick to help and responsive when looking for the perfect music you want. IF you are looking for a very well-priced, professional, genuinely nice, helpful, stress free experience, then Create Excitement is the right DJ to go with!!

My daughter just had her wedding this past weekend at The Smithville Inn. We used Create Excitement as our DJ.
Ben is fantastic!! We meet with him several times and he really knows exactly what you want. He starts your night off

Excellent! Ben was wonderful full of energy and had everyone dancing . Their online music planning web site is was easy and a great resource for music ideas and Ben also played everyone's requests. Ben was a great help from beginning to end. He was very involved in the planning process. We met with him initially, and then he held several phone meetings for us to review details along the way. You are given the option to request music ahead of time, and even name some titles that you do not want played. At the wedding, he made sure everything ran smoothly. Ben did an amazing job DJ'ing and MC'ing our wedding reception! He was very professional through the entire process and had many great ideas to help make our day exciting and fun. He was very accommodating, traveling to two locations for the ceremony and reception, providing uplighting and having a second person on hand.

Amazing company! Ben the owner is an amazing person, full of energy and very professional. Their online planning web site is awesome and they still follow up either in person or by telephone conversation. They work around your schedule. As a bride with extremely high standards of music choice at weddings, I was very nervous to pick a DJ. However, Ben and the entire Create Excitement staff far exceeded what my husband and I could have ever asked for. They were so easy and enjoyable to work with. Ben is accommodating, patient, flexible and listens to what you want as a customer. He made our vision a reality! The Create Excitement website is extremely easily to use and provides helpful links. Ben also DJ'ed my brother's wedding and I remember liking how he kept the event very classy. He created a personalized music mix of songs personal to our family. For my wedding, he helped my husband and I make an amazing entrance video with different movie and music clips. As a picky bride, I appreciated picking out almost every song. The songs Ben used matched our energy level. Not only was the music amazing, but he provided uplighting and a personalized TV screen which helped complete the reception atmosphere. Ben was the an absolute element in making our wedding a success. He walked me through songs, procedures and added insightful help to me for making all my decisions. He was sincerely caring as we had to postpone our wedding twice and coordinated my new dates with compassion and understanding (and may I add, did not charge me addition fees). My daughter has also used Ben and introduced me to him. His talents in motivating are close to perfection, only surpassed by his professionalism and warm personality. Ben was our DJ for our wedding on May 5th 2015 and he was absolutely amazing!

I think choosing the right DJ is the MOST important decision when planning a wedding because they are the LIFE of the party. Ben is that DJ. He went above and beyond what we asked. Coming from Europe, there were certain games that I wanted to incorporate into the wedding, and although Ben never has heard of them, he patiently learned and lead it wonderfully as if he knew all along. Not once did he make me feel like I was a burden for these additions. In fact, his response was that he enjoyed learning new games and ways to have fun. He is a DJ who lives for his job and, as a result, it doesn't seem like a job for him.

Our wedding was a small one of only 40 guests but Ben still treated us like a million bucks. He was able to get everyone on the dance floor and each person raved what a good time they had and how much they liked our DJ. He even got people who would never dance (like the best man) to participate!

Not to mention the Online Event Planner provided was also extremely helpful, especially to us who rarely go out. However, that doesn’t mean you are on your own because any question or concern I had, Ben answered quickly and efficiently. At one point when we were completely overwhelmed with getting everything ready for the wedding, I emailed Ben about not knowing what to do about a Limbo stick (because we wanted to have Limbo at our wedding). However, Ben did not ignore or sympathize. Instead, he took charge. He simply said not to worry about it and that he will take good care of us, and he truly did! With Ben there is NO NEED TO WORRY about anything party related. Just get the photographer, the venue, and decorate as you need because Ben does the important stuff for you!

We would recommend Ben for anyone and will use him again for any future events we might have planned. Thank you so much!

They were wonderful to work with and able to accommodate my budget, which was an incredible help. Create Excitement came highly recommended from a friend and I'm glad we chose them. If you are reading this—No need to search elsewhere for your DJ. Ben was the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. He was an absolute joy to work with and clearly has an innate passion and talent for it! He listened to everything we had envisioned for our wedding and made it happen! He made our day not just a wedding but a special experience for our guests. From the ceremony to the last song at our reception every song was perfect. He played every song we asked for, understood what genres of music we liked, and built upon every aspect with his expertise to make it memorable. He kept the cost VERY reasonable as we even asked him to travel over an hour. His lighting and sound equipment was impeccable all of our guests were very impressed by the quality and professionalism of his services. You know the DJ is doing an amazing job when the dance floor is packed the entire night! A huge “Thank You” to Ben and his team for making our day exactly what we wished for. WOW Is all we can say about Ben and create excitement! Ben was amazing!!!! He has a great response time and was so sweet and kind even though I would ask him TONS of questions. He would check in often and even sent emails randomly to me counting down the days and saying how excited he was for our wedding. He listened to everything that we wanted and also gave great advice!!! There is NOTHING that I would change about our wedding day. Ben did our ceremony music, cocktail hour music, reception music, lighting and photobooth. Our wedding was great because of him. Before we booked Ben I was worried about the DJ, since everyone knows if the DJ is bad a wedding is bad. After our wedding EVERYONE raved about Ben and I am so so so so happy that we found him and booked his services! Ben made doing business and planning a wedding so much easier than it could have been. We even stopped mid wedding to take a photo with Ben because he was so great!!!! Thanks again for everything!!! My husband and I absolutely loved working with Ben at Create Excitement! I was having a hard time trying to choose songs for the ceremony and Ben was able to set up an appointment for us to come down to the office and help us work out the kinks. Ben has such a huge personality and you can tell he loves every minute of what he does. After our appointment I felt much better about the ceremony music and couldn't wait for our reception! On our wedding day we couldn't have asked for more. Everything ran smoothly and people were out on the dance floor. Our experience with Ben was absolutely great and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a great DJ for their event!

Ben from Create Excitement was fantastic to work with. It was a wonderful change to have a vendor who was completely on top of things and actually made wedding planning easier. We had numerous compliments from guests on the music selection, and Ben was able to deliver exactly what we wanted. He was extremely accommodating, even when we threw in some last minute changes.

Do you want a DJ who can and will make your wedding all that you have dreamed? Then, Create Excitement Entertainment is who you are looking for. From the moment I met Ben, I felt at ease. He worked hard to get to know us and ensure that the wedding was exactly what we wanted. His website is amazing and allows you to pick songs you want played and songs you don’t want played. This was key for me as I have very specific tastes. Plus, my mom was worried a bit about the music choices, and Ben went out of his way to make a CD for her to get a glimpse of what the wedding music would be like!

Throughout the reception, Ben checked in with Bryan and I several times to make sure we were enjoying the music and tone of the evening. We DEFINITELY were, as were our guests. Everyone is raving about Ben and Create Excitement. He started the night off playing the high energy song, SHOUT, before we even did our first dance. Everyone was on the dance floor immediately and it never stopped. The dance floor was packed all night!!

We knew when planning our wedding that the DJ would be one of the most important aspects of the wedding night and what an excellent choice we made in hiring Ben and Create Excitement! Our wedding was on March 14, 2014. Ben was so responsive, really took his time to get to know us and was in constant contact with us during the entire planning process. His suggestions were so helpful and really appreciated! He understood exactly what we needed from our DJ. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour and throughout the entire reception, Ben captured our style of music perfectly and was such a great DJ and MC. He had the dance floor filled all night long! The only time anyone sat was to catch their breath for a minute and then they were back out on the floor! His professionalism, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge made our wedding a huge success! Create excitement was absolutely amazing! Ben was very helpful and accomodating from the very begining to the absolute end. He was available at anytime wether it was via email phone or in person. He helpef me and my husband through every step of our reception and had very helpful suggestions when we got stumped picking out certain songs for particular vital parts of our reception. I was beyond impressed with their professionalism and courteous manner from start to finish. Everyone had an amazing time and raved about the music and involvement thet had throughout or reception. From the moment that we met with Ben my fiancee and I knew that we would be hiring Create Excitement for our wedding. He was so professional and passionate about his work and made us even more excited about our wedding. The online tools that he provided made it very fun and easy to plan out our reception and all the music styles that we wanted to incorporate. Although Ben was not available for our wedding, DJ Adam stepped in and completely exceeded our expectations. He got us right away and was so thorough about every detail. We received so many compliments about the music and everyone was dancing the night away. Ben was fantastic. He was great to work with leading up to the wedding, and on the day of he did everything we asked for. He totally "got" what we wanted and he played all of the right songs at exactly the right times. I can be picky about this sort of thing but with Ben we didnt have to worry -- I really appreciated his sense of timing). Our wedding ended with a bang - it was a total blast because of him.

We made an excellent choice by booking Ben and Create Excitement for our wedding. When planning a wedding it's important to think about the experience of planning the wedding as well as the actual wedding. As far as the actual wedding - it was awesome! Ben did a great job getting everyone on the dance floor from the beginning. He was a great MC as well and we didn't worry at all throughout the reception about when things were supposed to happen - it was handled. We went with the photo booth option, which was a win too.
As far as the planning process went - Ben was super responsive and spent a lot of time with us to make sure he got our vision just right. He is personable and professional and customer-service oriented. We would highly recommend.

Ben and the Create Excitement team recently did my wedding on June 8, 2013. With all the madness that goes with your wedding day it was comforting to know that Ben was on top of every detail. He made himself extremely available throughout the entire process and was very responsive to any questions we had.

My family used to own a DJ company so there were several former DJs in the room who can be overly critical of other DJs. They all made it a point to come mention to me that they were very impressed with Ben and his team.

From my first phone conversation with Ben, I knew he would be the perfect addition to our wedding ensemble. He was not only kind and attentive, but extremely professional, helpful, and responsive. Being an out-of-state bride, this was extremely important to me and took generous amounts of stress out of our planning. His pricing is to beat, and even better, he was never pushy trying to "sell" us like other DJs that I had contacted. He is honest and genuinely cared about our wedding. It was so fun and easy being able to select our music online and document the way we wanted our wedding to progress. We couldn't have been happier come the night of the wedding. The setup was flawless, the music was quality, and Ben brought such a joyous and personal touch that everyone complimented on. He was eager to take requests, and we danced ALL night long! We had a smaller wedding of 50 people, and one of my fears was that the dance floor would be empty- not a chance with Ben. I just got married on January 5th and my husband and I loved our DJ!! Ben was the best! Leading up to the day, Ben was extremely responsive & was always willing to listen to our ideas and provide us with suggestions of his own. It is very clear that Ben loves his job and that his goal was to make us happy with his performance. He gives off an energy that is contagious and he had everyone up and dancing (both young and old) from the beginning of the night to the end. He managed to hold everyone's interest and we have received many compliments on our DJ selection. I will definitely refer him to all of my friends and use him in the future for other events!!!

Ben was great to work with. We got married at the shore, but live about 1 1/2 hours away. I have a crazy work schedule and we did all of our communications thru email or phone. We were the worst of clients, late in filling out forms and we didn't provide a music list until the week before the wedding. He did a great job in selecting great songs for the reception. The ONLY song my husband was adamant about using was a little obscure, but Ben found it on a "Rare Hits of the 80's" collection. His lighting package (starlit ceiling and uplights) was beautiful as well.

Best wedding DJ I've ever heard…and it was for my wedding! Ben and his team are super good. The wife and I received a ton of compliments about the music and mood. Quite a few people said to me "A lot of weddings I've been to are usually pretty boring but your guys' wedding was so much fun". I attribute a lot of this to the awesomeness of the DJ.

Music was great - they played exactly what we asked for and really set a great tone for the night. They were extremely nice people from the first time we spoke to them until even after the wedding. Very easy to work with and you could really sense the passion they have.

I don't write a lot of reviews but they definitely deserve the praise and you'll be lucky to have them at your wedding.

DJ Adam was awesome. He played exactly what we asked for on the playlist. My daughter was so happy! When it came to the candle ceremony he played the music track as I asked because there were certain parts of the song that were meaningful to my daughter. I would highly recomment create excitement to anyone planning a party. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

We had such a great experience with Create Excitement! My husband and I got married in NJ but are the furthest thing from "Jersey Shore" as possible. We knew we needed a DJ who got our desire to have great dance music without it verging on being a club. We discussed our event with Ben initially and Adam was our actual DJ the day of the event. Ben was extremely helpful throughout our planning process and answered any questions we had as they came up. Adam was fantastic. We used the company for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and weren't disappointed with any of it. The volume level was perfect throughout (which could have been an issue with outside sound and another wedding indoors). His music choices included anything we requested and options that melded perfectly with the crowd--the dance floor was NEVER empty (always a good sign!). He also checked in with us (and our bridal party) every so often to see if the volume was alright and if there were any songs we wanted to hear. He was a superstar. We highly recommend Create Excitement!

Create Excitement recently DJ'ed our wedding, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience! Our initial meetings with Ben were informative, helpful and focused on our specific needs. Throughout our planning, Ben was always organized, professional, and most importantly, accessible. He always listened to our requests and offered suggestions that he thought might work for us. Their online planning site made it easy to listen to/select music and make payments. Adam, who was the DJ at our wedding was also great to work with! He too was professional, thoroughly prepared and remained flexible (even when we we made a couple of changes mid-reception).

Create Excitement DJs is a phenomenal business with which to work. The owners Ben and Ginette Domena are extremely professional and always responsive to our needs. I had used their services a few years back for my wife's 40th birthday party and since then they have been at the forefront whenever I need DJ services. The event we held in April 2012 was a fundraiser for Autism New Jersey in honor of our daughter who is eleven years old and was diagnosed with autism at the age of three. When Ben heard why we needed his company's services, he immediately called and said that he would handle the duties himself that night because the cause meant so much to him. He is a true gentleman with a great big heart. He kept our attendees entertained throughout the night and stuck to a song list that we thought would be best for our crowd of varying ages and backgrounds. He allowed us to use his microphone for the calling of numbers at our gift auction and was a big part of our raising nearly 24000.00 that night. We are proud to say that we will be running the event again next year and Ben will once again be our DJ! We celebrated our son's First Communion with Ben and Create Excitement. Ben kept the kids so entertained for the entire party, they were devastated they had to leave.

The adults had a blast watching Ben and his interactions with the guests of all ages.

Create Excitement was fantastic, from the very first meeting with Ben to the end of the wedding reception, it was a very pleasant experience. Ben spent quite a bit of time with us prior to signing the contract. Other vendors spent about 15 mins. This was my first inclination that Ben was the one for us. Choosing music was so easy! My 11 year old nephew helped me select the music online so I wasn't totally in the 70's! The music for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception went off without a hitch. Everyone raved about the DJ! Highly, highly recommend!

For our wedding reception on September 17, 2011, we worked with Ben of Create Excitement, Inc. Ben was great to work with in the planning phase and he did an excellent job as our DJ during the event. Our guests had a lot of fun dancing because Ben was able to set the tempo of the evening really well.
In the planning phase, Ben was highly responsive. He worked with us to select music for our reception and suggested songs to play at special moments. He reviewed our song choices and made suggestions based on his experience. Ben freely shared his recommendations and was always open to searching for and listening to all of the songs that we suggested as possible plays. Closer to the event, we had a few phone conferences with Ben to iron out all of the final details and that really helped settle some of the pre-wedding stress.
Ben also provided us with uplighting for our reception. He provided us with options and sent us example videos so that we could see how the lighting would look in a room. The lighting for our reception was so beautiful, looks great in pictures and beautifully set the mood that we were seeking.
Ben’s interaction with our guests at the reception was always professional and, as per our request, he didn’t create a show, rather, he let the musical selections motivate the guests. In the occasions where Ben engaged our guests, he always did so in a sophisticated way, never overly effusive or tacky.
The prices for Create Excitement are easily accessible on the website. This made it easy for us to determine which of the many available services fit within our budget. There were never any surprises or fee upcharge for any of the elements that we selected. This made our experience with Ben and Create Excitement even more positive. We would definitely recommend Ben and Create Excitement to our friends and family.

From the initial communication to the last song at our wedding, we had the most wonderful experience working with Create Excitement! Throughout the whole process, Ben and his wife Ginette were so helpful, responsive, professional and friendly. When I met them both in person at our wedding, they were exactly as I imagined they would be. They left me completely at ease, which to me, is an incredibly important quality in a wedding vendor. Ben was happy to accommodate our requests and knew exactly the right songs to get - and keep! - our guests on the dance floor! Ben & Ginette, we can't thank you enough for being such a big part of our wedding day!

We had Ricky and Amanda's East Coast Wedding reception at the Belmar Fishing Club on August 20th.
Ben was our DJ and he was truly amazing!!! He made the party outstanding. I truly believe in order to have a great reception that everyone talks about...is based on how good the DJ is...Ben is truly the best! He made the party exciting and played the perfect music for all ages. thank you Ben and Create Excitement!!

We used Ben for our wedding in September and we can't thank him enough for making our day so memorable. The music was absolutely perfect, and we received multiple compliments throughout the night and after the wedding about how great the music was. Ben knew exactly how to get people out on the dance floor and we cannot express how wonderful it was in working with him up to the day of the event and on the actual evening. He is a true professonal in every sense of the word and respected our wishes for no flashy lights, fog machines, etc. The "Dancing Under the Stars" lights made the room absolutely magical and even the catering staff was in awe. Ben really knows how to "Create Excitement!"

This is the second time we had Ben as our DJ, two years ago and then on 8/27/2011 during Hurricane Irene. Not only was he always available, he doublechecked every small detail to ensure our daughter's wedding was perfect. His selection of music was infinite, our daughter and son-in-laws music interests ranged from Frank SInatra to heavy metal. The ease of which you can select your music on line was stress free. The first dance song was unusual and Ben found many different version for them to choose from. Everyone danced the entire night and forgot about Hurricane Irene, after the last song our guests were still wanting more music. Ben's professionalism throughout the entire night was evident. He provided music for our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. It was amazing...Who needs a full band when you have Ben from Create Excitement!

I have reviewed Create Excitement in the past from the stand point of having had the pleasure of working with them at mutual events. My review stated:

They all are true professionals that really know how to get your party going! Not only Create Excitement.. but indeed Creative Excitement!!

They make sure that you know they really care about you and your event from meeting with you in person, to personal phone calls answering any questions that may arise, to their interactive website for planning and customizing your package to be exactly what YOU want it to be.

I have since hired them personally for our daughters wedding. Both Ginette & Ben were there to run the show. My guests and I could not have been more impressed! They truly are a wonderful team! Their attention to detail is amazing. Our daughter and her husband to be were able to go online to choose songs to completely customize how their reception would go. Ben & Ginette have a wonderful form to fill out that helps you know the order of things that typically happen and yet are totally open to your own creative ideas as well. Nothing will be overlooked or forgotten! Their selection of music is vast to say the least and if they don't have a song you want (highly doubtful) they will make sure to get it for you! I could go on and on about the lighting they brought.. Ben's interaction with the guests on the dance floor, etc. etc.

If you want the best, most reliable & enjoyable party experience you can have.. these are the people to hire!

Ben was a true professional from start to finish. His prep work was impeccable and his attention to detail superb. Music is his passion and it clearly shows in his work. He was always available to us and even went out of his way to let us preview the BRILLIANT slide show he came up with!! Your wedding is a celebration and having the right DJ cannot be overlooked and that's where Ben and his team step up. Music is often the soundtrack to our lives and Ben certainly understands and captures this perfectly. I have no reservation in saying without question to select this DJ company if you want a memorable and amazing event. Ben and his staff show a true and heartfelt caring for their clients. Ben & Ginette were AWESOME!!!! We met with Ben before the wedding & were in constant contact with him via e-mail. He was always very responsive (replied within hours to an e-mail). During cocktail hour he had a suggestion for the father/daughter dance that he felt would get the crowd involved and he was spot on! That set the tone for nothing but fun & dancing the entire night. I think the only time the dance floor was empty was during dinner, when Ben played our photo montage that he did for us. It was spectacular & all the guests really enjoyed it! Post-wedding, all the guests have been commenting to us & both set of parents about how fantastic Ben was. To say he is highly recommended is an understatement! If you need a DJ - BOOK HIM!!!!!

We used Create Excitement for our wedding on May 9, 2009. We had several special requests and the DJ delivered on every one. Our First dance song was At-Last / Sung by my niece Amanda Thompson, the DJ worked with us to make that an unforgettable performance. He also had an awesome mix of songs that kept the dance floor filled during the entire reception. From the youngest to the oldest, everyone is still talking about how the DJ always played the right songs at the right time! The DJ was very professional. He always kept our guests involved and was always ready for anything. We especially liked the way they handled our Anniversary Dance, my wifes grandparents were the last couple standing after they just celebrated thier 60th Wedding Anniversary! They also did an incredible job with our photo montage and their website was a huge help. I would recommend Create Excitement to anyone.

Adam and I got married on May 21st at the Mill in Spring Lake. Ben provided the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Everything was perfect. I am sure this has to do with all of the time and attention Ben put into making sure that everything was just how we wanted it to be. I was a bit worried at first because our wedding was in the daytime that people would not want to dance as much, but Ben made sure that everyone was out there for pretty much the entire reception. Thanks to Ben and the Create Excitement team for making our day better than I could have expected!

My wife and I used Create Excitement for our wedding on June 10th 2011. We were assigned DJ Adam. Adam and I spoke once a few days prior to the event and I believe that my wife spoke to him about three times. I was a apprehensive because I had never seen his work and all too often you attend an event and the music is too loud for the room and the DJ never turns it down enough to speak to your tables mates during dinner and you end never being able to have any type of a conversation. I WAS SO HAPPY WITH ADAM! I told him I wanted soft music during dinner and that is what we got. Excellent. It made the event and then inbetween courses he pumped it up and got people out on the floor and as the next course was served he toned it down and then wwhen that was over he pumped it up. All of my guests danced and ate and laughed and had a great time. I can't tell you how many emails we have received telling us what a great time everyone had. Do yourself a favor and request Adam. Tell him exactly what you want and that is exactly what you will get. If it isn't it's because you didn't tell him what you wanted. Great job Adam thank from the both of us!

When I was in college I bartended at a private club that hosted a number of weddings. The common thread among all of them was that a great entertainer helps make a great wedding. Ben proved that again to me the night of our wedding. He is fun, energetic, and hard working, and he really puts in the effort to work with you to learn about your likes and dislikes so that everything goes smoothly the day of the wedding. Your DJ is the one who really drives the entire night's events, and there is so much that goes into it which I never fully realized before. It is so much more than just the right music - it is having the right person to coordinate it all, and who can read the guests and tailor the event to maximize their enjoyment as it happens. I initially called Create Excitement because of the great reviews, which I now know are hard earned and fully justified.

As soon as my husband and I met Ben, we knew that our wedding music would be phenomenal. There are so many dj services available, but several things set Ben and Create Excitement apart. First, he is so flexible and easy to communicate with, which is so important while planning a wedding. He is also the most professional vendor I've worked with. The package we chose was reasonable, and we got more than our money's worth. But most importantly, Ben worked SO hard with us to make sure our music was perfect for our wedding. My husband and I are music fanatics and wanted to incorporate some offbeat music into our wedding, which Ben did seamlessly. From the ceremony music to the last song at the reception, the music was absolutely perfect. Our guests really enjoyed the music- they danced all day! My husband and I wanted to have a big party to celebrate our marriage- Ben was one of the reasons that we were able to do it so successfully. He is amazing.

For our wedding music was one of the most important things on our to do list. When meeting with Ben for the first time we knew he had captured what we were looking for in entertainment. We wanted to have our nightlife feel with a mix of our Caribbean heritage. Wedding day was amazing, music was continuously playing through the night, like we requested and everyone having such a great time. We can not stop thanking Ben for the wonderful job he created. We definitely recommend Ben as your DJ trust us, you won't have to look any where else after meeting with him. Ben was a perfect fit for us.

Ben was awesome at helping us plan the music as well as our photo montage for our big day on May 15th, 2010!
From the first time we met with him we were impressed as his professionalism, music knowledge, creativity, and willingness to help and answer any and all questions we had for him.
When the big day came, Ben was prepared with everything we had talked about, and did a fantastic job at the reception! All our guests had positive feedback as well!
We would highly recommend Ben for your DJ services and hope to use him in the future for other events we have that may require a DJ!

Ben was extremely professional in handling and preparing for my wedding which was on June 19, 2010 at The Manor in NJ. It was an event which required him to play some songs in foreign laguage (Russian and Ukrainian) and he managed the music line up very, very well. Also just in general he has been in touch with me in months and weeks preceding the wedding and he listened to and played most of my music selections. Ben helped me pick some of the songs and he also did a great job with our photo montage. he met with me and my father and took the time to walk us through the musical part of the event, etc. Overall we were just very happy with the wedding and how the event went. It was fun, and music played a big part. I cannot day the same for my MC Mikhail Smirnov who, while he was not affiliated with our DJ/Create Excitement in any way, did a horrible job with announcemenets and toasts in general and did not follow instructions. Any bride that wants a professional DJ that will care about her music taste will be lucky to have Ben as her DJ.

We used Ben for our wedding this past July in Philadelphia, PA. We could not have been happier with the service. He kept people on the dance floor the entire night, and accommodated all of our slightly odd music requests. My cousin was so impressed with him, that she wants to use him for her upcoming wedding.

We hired Create Excitement for our wedding vow renewal. It was a joy to work with Ben, and he provided an excellent evening of joy and entertainment for us and all of our guests. All of our needs and requests were met with compassion and joy from Ben. We have no complaints and only happy and joyful memories full of dancing with friends and family! The kids loved all the group dances led by Ben. The additions of lighting and projected family photos added a nice touch! Thank you for everything Ben!!!
