Cramer Bakery did the most beautiful job on our autumn wedding cake!!! It tasted as amazing as it looked.

Stephanie Sent on 10/06/2012I provided Cramer's with a few pictures of ideas of my cake. I received a call from the bakery a couple weeks before just to review the cake and decide on the flavors. We ended up doing every tier (a total of 5 tiers) a different flavor. (Bridal tip that I read and I am so glad I saw, don't order chocolate for your bottom tier (the one you will cut). We did a simple vanilla with buttercream filling. This way if any fell on my dress it wouldn't show). We ended up doing a cake station (you could pick whichever flavor you wanted) and then ice cream next to it, for a cake and ice cream duo :) It was such a hit and the cake went FAST! Luckily, we have our tier for our 1st anniversary which I can't wait to eat!! Highly recommend Cramer's!! -

We found Cramer’s because of their partnership with the WCI. We were married in September, and they arranged an amazing take away cake tasting. We landed with their lemon pound cake and raspberry filling. The cake was beautiful, and delicious. Cramer’s also provided our pastries and cookies for our favors, and I received so many compliments from our guests the next day about how delicious everything was! Wonderful bakery- we will be back for our anniversary cakes! -

My husband's family gets all of their cakes from Cramer Bakery so we were pretty sure when we scheduled our tasting. We loved the take home tasting, it gave us time to talk about it without feeling pressured. There is no question, they make the best tasting cake!! I told them vaguely what we wanted the cake to look like and they nailed it!! We had no issues, they were completely professional and delivered the most perfect cake. We can't wait until our anniversary to eat the top!! -

Loved our wedding cake!
Our wedding cake was fantastic. Working with Kim was great. We didn't know exactly what we wanted and she showed us multiple pictures. After looking at her pictures and pictures online, we sketched out a drawing and she brought it to life perfectly. The tasting was great and flavors were incredible. We got many compliments on our cake from guests. We would use them again in a heartbeat. -

User6381781 Sent on 04/17/2016Kim was great! She coordinated our cake perfectly. The cake flavors we tasted were all delicious and the final flavors we chose drew many compliments from our guests. We provided an extra invitation and asked for a white on white scroll design that mimicked our invite design. The final product was beautiful!

I have had Cramer's cakes for years and knew this was the bakery to go to for an amazing cake for our big day! Our cake was amazing and looked exactly how we pictured it! Kim and the staff at the bakery are extremely professional and flexible to work with. In addition, we also had a tray of eclairs and cannoli from Cramer's that was equally a big hit with our guests!!

Joann Sent on 10/17/2015Anyone can get someone to make them an outlandish looking cake..but does it TASTE as good as it looks?? My priority was the taste, and I wasn't looking for fondant or anything over the top...My cake was simple and decorated exactly to my specifications. The buttercream frosting was thing and smooth like porcelain, giving it the look of fondant with out the taste. The cake and fillings were AMAZING...then again, anything from this bakery is yummy. Kim was patient and flexible and a joy to work with. My cake was three tiers. I choose marble with cannoli filling, yellow with chocolate filling and raspberry with raspberry filling....I was so upset because I only got a few bites at my wedding and there was NONE left over! The charge was on par or even lower than other local bakeries, at $4/pp. My cake was for 100 people, plus tax and delivery. -
User6381773 Sent on 09/10/2015I've been to a lot of weddings, and my experience is that the cake is kind of a throwaway. Cramer's Bakery made my wedding cake, and yes I am biased, but this is by far the BEST wedding cake I have ever consumed. Instead of the traditional fluffy/airy white cake you usually get, Cramer's uses pound cake, so it's much more dense and moist. We had a four-tier cake, and each tier was a different flavor and filling combination to accommodate the different tastes of our guests. I can't wait until my first anniversary so we can eat our cake again!!!

User6381759 Sent on 07/24/2015Our wedding cake from Cramer's was part of our wedding reception package at the Washington Crossing Inn. We contacted Kim letting her know of our wedding date, and setting up a tasting was a breeze. You actually go to the bakery and they give you a box of cake and filling samples to take home and taste at your leisure. They are very flexible and willing to do any cake decorations you have in mind. Kim was great at responding, and she was an even bigger help when I wanted to order a surprise Game of Thrones-inspired groom's cake for my husband! Both cakes turned out perfectly, exactly as I had imagined and matching my inspiration pics to the T. More importantly, they tasted incredible! The cakes were rich and moist, the fillings were delicious, and the frosting was not overwhelming like some wedding cakes. We got buttercream frosting but they way they put it on the cake made it look smooth like fondant, so any decoration ideas are possible with this incredibly talented team of bakers!
