Toni-Ann and her team at Craft Catering were a savior for us in so many ways. Initially when we booked our venue, we were locked in with an in-house caterer. After booking, the venue let us know that they no longer were going to offer catering in-house, but provided us with a few places nearby that we could try. From the moment we reached out and touched base with Toni-Ann, she was incredible. She was thorough, timely, and made every step along the way easy, was flexible with scheduling tastings, and overall went out of her way to accommodate our wishes.
Although our day had some hiccups (as they all do), we were so glad to see Toni-Ann and her staff at the cocktail hour and reception. We were greeted in our reception with plates full of our cocktail hour selections (since we spent most of our hour taking photos and chatting). Each of the team members went out of their way to make sure that as bride and groom, we never had empty drinks or plates, catered to older/handicapped guests and made sure they were individually served (we had a buffet-style). They even made sure that we had extra food plated/boxed for us and ready to go at the end of the night.
Most importantly (and MOST appreciated), we felt like a PRIORITY by Toni-Ann and her staff, where in a lot of other areas throughout our planning/day, we did not. We cannot recommend Toni-Ann and her staff enough at Craft Catering, our day would not have been nearly the joy it was without them. Thank you all so very much from the bottom of our hearts!

The Links at Hemlock Creek was an amazing venue to have my wedding at. Toni-Ann and Gloria were very professional and kept constant touch with us throughout the entire planning. The entire staff was AMAZING!! They helped us the entire night and made cleanup afterwards so easy. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the entire day, which is amazing considering it was my wedding day! The day turned out beautiful, the food was amazing and I really cannot recommend the staff enough. This venue is everything I ever dreamed of, and I am SO happy I made the decision to go with them!!Craft Catering's reply:

Toni-Ann and her staff were wonderful to work with. Planning was easy and turned out better than I could imagine. The venue looked beautiful and matched our color scheme perfectly. We had the brunch menu which was delicious and I highly recommend adding the mimosa bar! Everyone commented how beautiful the event was. Do not look any further for a catering company. Toni Ann and Gloria are wonderful! Toni Ann is fantastic at communicating and supporting you through the catering process. She was even able to help us answer questions outside of her services. Gloria attended our event, and was the first to make sure everything was right, and followed up with us throughout the night. I personally worked with Toni-Ann for my wedding. Since the beginning of wedding planning, Toni has been incredibly helpful and supportive. Toni helped me navigate different parts of the wedding, going above and beyond her caterer role. Together we worked around my budget. She didn't push me to go beyond the budget and really heard what I had to say. She was genuine, personable, and all around a wonderful human and professional to work with.
I have one photo at this time and will add later! Toni made sure we did not miss any food during our busy timeline. For instance, when we were saying hello to everyone during cocktail hour, we did not have time to get appetizers but Toni and her team saved every single one for us and brought it to us right before our meal!

Our experience with Craft Catering was absolutely phenomenal. From the tasting we attended 2 years prior to our actual wedding date on Nov. 9, 2024. Not only did we receive outstanding food, the service was incredible. Thank you Toni Ann and all the workers that served our guests at my daughters wedding. If you are looking for a delicious way to put your guests in the mood for a wonderful day, look no further than Craft Catering!!
Everything was so perfect but the appetizers stole the show at our wedding!
Some fun things we had were:
•Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls
•Crab stuffed mushrooms
•Buffalo Chicken Sliders
•Pumpkin Macarons
•Carmel Apple Macarons
•Grazing Table (meats /cheeses)
Everything handled perfectly! The staff were so delightful, helpful, and so much fun!! They took care of my husband and I and made sure we were well fed through out the night!

Highly recommend Toni-Ann and the team at Craft! Our venue (Catalpa Grove) recommended them as they work there often, and because of that, they knew the venue space, people, and process well. Toni-Ann was so helpful and straightforward from the moment we contacted her, and we were able to truly customize our spread to be exactly what we wanted - a meat carving station, a pasta station, sides, and family salads for dinner, both passed apps and a charcuterie spread for cocktail hour, cake cups for dessert, and pizza for a late night snack. We loved how flexible the Craft team was with letting us choose the timing of each of the food items as well. And of course, the most important thing - everything was delicious! We've had so many of our guests compliment everything they ate. Additionally, the Craft team paid extra special attention to our guests with dietary restrictions and delivered them their own individual meals. If you want a professional experience from start to finish, paired with delicious food, I definitely recommend working with Toni-Ann and the Craft team!Craft Catering's reply:

The only catering company we considered for our wedding! After working with Toni-Ann, Gloria, and the rest of the Craft Crew for about 6 years, they became like family! We were thrilled to have them join us on our wedding day & they went above and beyond - as usual! Toni-Ann is very organized with gathering all details and planning your event. She will do everything in her power to ensure your day goes exactly as planned (or be flexible if unexpected events happen). Wow is all we can say. Not only was Toni-Ann professional and kind but she killed it with the food. Everyone I spoke to told me how amazing the appetizers to the desserts were and I can’t disagree! She was so easy to work with and was so easy-going through the whole process. She truly worked with us every step of the way.
Not only was the food to die for (pick the salmon!!!) but her bar staff were amazing. They helped greatly with how much alcohol to buy and what to buy per person-which is something I know so many struggle with. We certainly appreciated that additional help.
If you have not hired a caterer, I’m telling you to go with Craft Catering. You will not regret it!

We love Toni-Ann and the Craft Crew! We’re so grateful to have worked with Craft Catering for our wedding last month. They’re professional, kind, made delicious food, and could handle anything that came their way! We planned our wedding from out of state and met with Toni-Ann over Zoom quite a few times to iron out details. No matter how busy she was with other events or day-to-day life, she was energetic, organized, SO personable, and full of amazing ideas during our Zoom calls. We truly enjoyed planning our wedding with Toni-Ann; she made it so easy! The night before our wedding, she came to our rehearsal to iron out last-minute details and to answer any outstanding questions we had. We had full confidence and trust in Toni-Ann and her staff to run a wonderful cocktail hour and dinner reception, complete with late-night food. We used Craft for our bartenders, wedding cake, and some desserts as well. We corresponded with Erin, the head bartender, about the day and she was wonderful! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. All the bartenders were so much fun and did a great job during cocktail hour and the reception as well!
We couldn’t have been happier with the food, snacks, cake, and service. We would HIGHLY recommend Craft Catering for weddings and events!! -

Toni-Ann and her crew were amazing for my wedding on July 3, 2021. I had to postpone due to the pandemic in 2020. Toni-Ann was very accommodating and made the process very smooth and easy. The experience from start to finish was wonderful. Everyone at my wedding said they had a fantastic time, and the food was amazing! Choosing this lovely venue/caterer was the best decision we made of our whole wedding planning process. Toni Ann is nothing short of amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was planned out how we wanted it and even with the challenges of trying to get married during a pandemic she made it happen. Originally we were supposed to have our wedding inside but luckily we were able to use their outside pavilion to meet with the covid 19 guidelines. She just went above and beyond to make everything happen for us and gave us peace of mind. Also the food was to die for. Our guests had nothing but good things to say and everything was set up beautifully and the staff just made my vision of our wedding come to life! So if you are looking for a beautiful venue to get married at, amazing food that your guests will rave about and the most wonderful person to guide you along the way then look no further than Craft Catering at the Rolling Pines. Would 100% Recommend
I had such a wonderful experience with Craft Catering. The food was amazing! We had several guests comment on how much they loved the meal. Their desserts....equally delicious! We had cheesecake and cupcakes. SO good. Toni-Ann is just the best. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. We all know how stressful planning can be (especially now), but she just made it so fun and easy!! She’s organized, professional, and on top of things always. With things ever changing due to COVID, Toni-Ann was always ready with solutions and communicating with us regularly. Her positive attitude and sincerity made her and her crew such a pleasure to work with.

We planned our daughters wedding for over a year and a half and we worked very closely with Toni-Ann! She was simply amazing! After countless emails, texts, phone calls and planning during a pandemic she always calmed us and made us her priority! I can not recommend them enough! The food was incredible, desserts all homemade and delicious! Our entrees were divine and the staff at the wedding was top notch! Best venue and catering EVER!
Toni-Ann with Lucy's at Rolling Pines is a dream. Toni-Ann is an experienced, joyful, and detail-oriented coordinator. She will be your calm in the storm! Toni-Ann assisted us from day one, and made us feel like their priority, and worked with us to make the day so special, and within our budget. Every detail that I never considered, she reminded and kept me on track. It was a relief to have someone who knew exactly what they were doing, and had so many tips and so much advice for me as a bride. Choosing Lucy's was a no brainer. The best food around, hands down. We were able to sit down with both families and try so much food to really curate our menu. There were so many delicious options we had a hard time choosing. Not only was the main entree so delicious, so was the salad and appetizers, and I am so glad we chose to get a variety of desserts for after dinner! Lucy's ricotta cookies will have you hooked! Our wedding day was so perfect. We missed our cocktail hour while we were taking photos, so the staff had a room with drinks and hors d'oeuvres ready for the entire bridal party. Choosing Lucy's at Rolling Pines was one of the best decisions we made for this special day. Do yourself a favor and book with them, you will not be disappointed. -

It was a bonus to be in contact with one coordinator, Toni-Ann, for both businesses. She made everything easy, broke everything down into simple and do-able time frames. Even when I felt behind, we were ahead of schedule. Thanks to everyone at Lucy's Catering and Rolling Pines, our wedding ceremony and reception were beautiful and problem free! We still continue to get rave reviews about the delicious food! -

I dealt with Toni-Ann up until the wedding and she was wonderful. She answered every frantic email I sent her sometimes a couple of times a day. Gloria made sure that I didn't have to do a thing on my wedding day. These two (along with their team) made sure that everything was the way I wanted it for my day. It really helped that they did everything for me so I wouldn't have to worry about anything. I just dropped off all my wedding items and they set it up. I would definitely recommend Balzano's for any catering needs you may have. Rolling Pines is a beautiful place to have a wedding or any other event. -

Craft catering went above and beyond to make my wedding day a huge success! Wow! That was the best food and greatest way to celebrate the beginning of my marriage. Everything was beautiful and better than I dreamed of as a little girl. If you want to have a Flawless wedding day hire this crew. There is no contest. Great Wedding Caterer!
Toni-Ann and her team were awesome to work with and they helped make our day great.
Food was delicious and served exactly on Que. The staff was friendly and energetic. They even cleaned up the table clothes and stacked all our center pieces and a bunch of other decorations for us. Never expected that!.
They are very flexible, and can customize any part of the menu or service for you. they even started our bonfire for us on the fly.
