We had the most incredible experience working with Coyote Creek Golf Club and Miranda. From the planning process through the wedding, everything ran so smoothly thanks to their accommodation, flexibility, and responsiveness. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

Coyote Creek Golf Club exceeded our expectations with various aspects such as convenience of location, friendly and professional staff, and well coordinated timelines. The ceremony space was gorgeous for our wedding day, especially considering it's location. We also built a great relationship with our wedding coordinators which made our experience even more special. The entire venue made our big day to be everything we wanted and so much more. Because of this experience, we get to have photos and memories of such an amazing day that we get to cherish for the rest of our lives.

Coyote Creek Golf Club was a wonderful venue for a no-gap wedding and not worry about working with so many vendors. We had our ceremony outdoors and went straight into the hors d’oeuvres hour while the bridal party took photos on location. Shortly after that we went into the reception.

Coyote creek has different packages for food service, and we picked two appetizers (sausage medallions and pineapple sausage skewers), buffet style dinner with two entrees (tri tip with chimchurri and salmon - guests really enjoyed both!), and dessert bar.

Other perks:
- there’s a beautiful get-ready space with enough space for bride, bridesmaids, and hair/make up artist) and you can get a getting ready package with fruit pinwheel sandwich wraps, and champagne. FYI, I requested 1-2 more folding tables for the make up artist ahead of time and I’m glad I did! We also brought a second body mirror (they already have one in the space).
- there’s an option to pay to add on a day-of coordinator. If it’s an option, I would choose Miranda! She was super helpful and calm throughout the process.

Coyote Creek Golf Course was the perfect location for our wedding. The views are stunning and the quality of service we received was beyond our expectations! Our guests loved the food and venue. The Event Coordinator Miranda assisted us with detailed advice and follow up. We highly recommend this venue for your special event!

I cannot recommend this venue and on-site coordination team highly enough. We had our wedding reception here on 7/6/24 and we have gotten so many compliments from our guests about the various places to hang out at the venue, the golden hour sunset views, the food, everything. The value was really good for the Bay Area with reasonable and flexible terms. Miranda and Ashley were very proactive, especially when we had to adjust the layout due to the extreme heat. They were really responsive, attentive, and just wonderful. Have your wedding here!

My our experience at coyote creek golf club was phenomenal! I had a lot of fun and beautiful memories on my event that was held on that venue! I highly recommend the place because first it’s affordable, second friendly and professional staff members and the whole venue place was a sight! We held our rehearsal lunch at the Coyote Creek Golf Club. It was simply but elegant at the same time. Service was very accomodating and staff was very friendly. I would recommend this vendor to others.

John Nguyen at Coyote Creek was a joy to work with. He rolled out the red carpet for us every time we met him and worked hard to make sure our wedding was spectacular. The venue was beautiful and the John was amazing. I totally recommend Coyote Creek to anyone who wants a golf course wedding or reception.

We picked this venue mainly because of Christine, the event planner. She was so happy, upbeat, kind and accommodating, she was really what made the venue. The day of was beautiful and sunny (a little windy but that's the area). Literally nothing went wrong with the ceremony on our big day which is crazy unheard of. Although I didn't see much of Christine the day of, I'm sure she was off doing stuff to make the day successful. Price was fair for Bay Area. We only had 2 minor problems. We were told that golf would be stopped during our ceremony and reception, but it was not. Although it wasn't a busy gold day, we still had golfers yell at us that we were "in the way" while we were taking pictures not even 100 ft from the reception hall on the grass. It was disappointing because we were told specifically it would be stopped. And at the end of the night they shoved our leftover cake into boxes really haphazzardly so we pretty much had cake mush. But cake is cake and the top tier was safe so we didn't mind. Over great venue, fair price, awesome event coordinator.

Beautiful Venue. Attended a wedding here and it had gorgeous views. Pretty attendant service. And great overall flow of event space. Would use for future events.

The Coyote Creek Golf Course was a wonderful and beautiful venue. The service we received was exceptional, the budget was awesome, and what a wonderful and professional staff.

The attention to detail and flexibility to make your special unique is what we experienced every step of the way. I would highly recommend couples looking for a beautiful venue where you don't feel like you're budget has made you seek something less than you expected. It was amazing.

Wonderful venue for the Celebration of Life for my husband. Everything was just perfect and I highly recommend them for your next event. My sincere thanks to MyKaella and her team for all they did to make our event so special.

Planning a wedding is a stressful task. I am so happy we chose Coyote Creek. The staff saw our vision; they were very clear about our options for food, drinks and amenities; and they stepped up on the day of incredibly. Food was great. Bartender could have used some assistance.

This was an all-inclusive venue. It was extremely nice that we didn't have to worry about anything like setting up and tearing down. Becca, the banquet director, is extremely cute and very helpful. I didn't see her hardly at all that day, but I knew things were running smoothly because of her. The all-inclusive does get pricey, so if you're on a super tight budget, you may want to look somewhere else. There was not much flexibility within what they could give us with regards to menu, etc. Plus you cannot bring in hardly anything of your own, such as chair covers, etc. The food was incredible, and they don't charge a cake cutting fee. It is an absolutely beautiful place to get married, and made for great pictures.
