5 star service! They worked with me to from start to finish. I'm in the customer service business & expect the highest level of service for my money- & Cowboy limos gave it to me.
They also had the best price too. Big Thanks to everyone there!

We had the limo for 2 hours...they picked me and my husband up from our reception and helped get us into the limo after our exit...THEN they came back to the venue and picked up family members and transported them to their hotel...
They received more than the required percentage tip!!

Darren with Cowboy Limo went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty for our wedding weekend! He drove our party bus full of our family to and from Sparians for our rehearsal dinner and drove all around the county on the wedding day transporting the bridal party and family members! In addition to his driving, he helped out during our pictures after the ceremony, made sure me and my groom had drinks, and he escorted me under the umbrella to the ballroom doors to enter my ceremony space. Darren was awesome and we will definitely be using him and Cowboy Limo again in the future!

The company as a whole is very courteous and responsive. I made changes to pick up/drop off locations 1-2 weeks before the event and they easily accommodated me. The driver was professional, courteous and on time. Cowboy Limos were responsive to my emails and phone calls. Would definitely use them again.

Cowboy Limos is awesome! They provided my bridesmaids and groomsmen such excellent service on my wedding day. They were able to make multiple stops to get everyone to where they needed to be with no problem and at no extra charge. They were punctual and courteous...and most importantly, very affordable. They'll work with your budget too.

We had a great experience using Cowboy Limo! They provided a party bus for my husband's bachelor party (bless their hearts...) and a classic limo for my bachelorette outing the same night. We both had great service for our respective outings with friends. We also used the Party bust again on the night of our wedding to make sure guests had a safe ride back to the hotel and out to another location once our reception ended (we wrapped up by 9 so we went out with those who were still willing after the reception). The vehicles were in excellent condition, the drivers were friendly and drove us all over the place with no complaints. We got some good rates, too, since we used them for multiple outings. Definitely recommend.

I love Cowboy Limo's! I would recommend their services to all my friends. They are very reasonable and willing to work deals. The offer professional drivers that are more than willing to accommodate you for your event. The drive will call you ahead of time to confirm reservations and ask if you would like him to provide anything snacks or beverages for you. That was a very nice touch.

Amazing ride for our entire wedding party. We had 16 total. Best prices in the area, and the driver is very professional and friendly. I would recommend using them for any event where you may need a ride.

Cowboy limos is extremely professional and helpful! A week before our wedding, we had a vendor cancel and needed a limo ASAP. Cowboy limos was very prompy and helpful and was able to help us out of a bind!

Cowboy Limo was able to work with me on pricing in order to accommodate my needs and budget. Everyone from the company that I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely use them again for any transportation needs (party bus, limo, etc.)

We loved our experience with this limo company! We ordered the black ninja limo. The limo was super clean, had lights inside, tv and music playing :-) Great company but a little expensive.

The limo was perfect, it was on time and very flexible with a few last minute changes we had to make, however our driver who started out wonderful was not a crowd favorite, we invited him up to our wedding for dinner during the idle time. During which he actually made a few guest a little uncomfortable. Then at the end of the night when we went to tip he informed us that the tip 20% wasn't enough due to the number of hours we had him, and actually stopped at a ATM. My groom who at that point was just ready to be done with this driver just gave him the tip, the driver said typical for the time we had him.... $300 tip plus $125 dinner on a $800 (total for the limo service)....and last time I checked tipping is earned based on the quality of the service. I have used this company in the past and loved them, so I would still recommend them I would just make sure to ask for another driver.

Do NOT book this service! We had booked our limo from 10:30 pm to 2:30 am for the reception. Everything was fine on the way to the event, but when we arrived at the limo to be taken home, our driver refused to leave on time, in an attempt to charge us for an extra hour in the limo. Instead he intentionally delayed leaving for a full 30 minutes while we tried to convince him to take us home. Meanwhile half of our party was left on the side walk in the freezing cold in the middle of a not-so-safe part of downtown because he left us STRANDED. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and IRRESPONSIBLE. To top it off, they overcharged our credit card by $450 over our quoted price! Like I said, this is a shady, unethically run, and unprofessional business, and you will fully regret using them.

The actual service was fine, but trying to book it was a pain. They were unprofessional and could not give me a price. It would hanger daily and they kept asking what my budget was. i think that whatever my budget was would have been the price. I felt like I kept getting the run around from them. Unfortunately, they were the only local service.

Do NOT use the company. I had a horrible experience and called many times afterwards to speak to the owner and he dodged my calls for weeks. When I finally spoke to him, he said there was nothing he could do. I found out this happens a lot with them since most of their customers only use them once. I should have realized something wasn't right when he said I could have a 50% discount. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..especially for your wedding.

Terrible company! Do you really want to take a chance on your special event? Trust the bad reviews! There are plenty of other limo companies. You will get a better price and better service elsewhere. Cowboy Limo WILL scam you!
