  If you want a one stop shop, Covington's Catering is the best choice for you. They did everything from the tables & chairs to the food which was amazing! The team was great to work with and super helpful with all decisions.

  Convingtons is the full package! We originally contacted them to cater our wedding, but they ended up providing most of the set up: tents, tables, chairs, dance floor, stage, etc. They were friendly, prompt, and professional. Also, GREAT southern food!

  Sue Cox and her crew at Covington's in Valdosta did an amazing job for our wedding catering! Our seated dinner turned out perfect. From the food, to the cake cutting, to the bartenders, we were extremely pleased with their service. We had so many guests complimenting their dinner and that shows us just how much everything was well prepared and served to all of our family and friends. Thank you!!

  So glad I discovered Covington's in Valdosta for my wedding. We received so many compliments from out guests about the food and service during the wedding. There wasn't any food left on our guests plates. We had many family members with food allergies, and Covington's was able to create a menu which accommodated everyone. I was also able to rent chair covers and table cloths from Covington's. They have everything a bride could need the day of the wedding. I even called the day before the wedding asking for an extra table cloth for a guest book table, and they were able to make it happen!

  1) Available on our date! We changed caterers about 3 1/2 months before the wedding and luckily Covington's was available.
  2) Responsiveness was impeccable (part of our reason for switching caterers in the first place). I would frequently send Amy Ferrell an e-mail and receive a response in a few hours.
  3) Wonderful menu design: my new husband has several allergies, and I'm a huge food-lover, so creating a menu that would fit both of us was difficult. Amy included some lovely Southern touches like fried okra, wild game (quail) to go with the lodge setting of our reception, and took suggestions very well.
  4) Value: when we finally got a quote from the other caterer, we received more services for a lower cost from Covington's.
  5) Amazing staff. The staff were the epitome of Southern hospitality and were great about making sure everyone's glass was full and plate was cleared.
  6) Most importantly, taste! The groom's parents used Covington's for the rehearsal dinner, too, so I knew a day ahead of time that we were in for a delicious meal. Everything was cooked perfectly, which isn't easy in buffet service. The tables were decorated simply and corresponded with our decor. The china was even more beautiful than we could possibly have gotten with separate rentals, and we received tons of compliments on both evenings about the delicious variety of food.

  I don't think I can say anything bad about Covington's. They took care of the food, servers, bar tenders, and linens. It was PERFECT! All of it. She catered the menu to foods we liked and what was in our budget! The utmost professional, classy service! You can't go wrong with Covington's. My cost included: travel, food, servers, bar tenders, linens, I think a table or 2, and taxes. So all together the price was actually pretty reasonable.

  Covington's did a great job catering for my wedding. The food was delicious and they were very professional to work with. I would definitely recommend using them!
