I reached out to Cover Me Up to help me keep within my budget for my wedding and they followed through. I planned and they coordinated everything for my wedding (florals, decor, furniture, lighting, tent and day of coordinator). They even recommended catering. We had an amazing experience with Cover Me Up for wedding rentals and planning services. Our wedding planner, Songe was patient, professional, detailed-oriented and friendly. Get the tent!
We hired cover me up events for tent and lighting. We originally went back and forth about whether or not we would need the tent in the event of rain, but ultimately decided it was worth the peace of mind. Even though it never rained, the tent brought our reception space together and made it feel elegant and intimate. Helen was a pleasure to work with, always responded promptly and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend them!!

My experience with Cover Me Up Events was superb. Weddings can be stressful but Tamara and Helen took every thought I had and executed beyond my wildest imagination. The team took the time to understand my vision and when I was unsure they were patient with me because they wanted to be sure that my husband and I were happy. Cover Me Up Events did an amazing job in making our wedding day exceptional in Jamaica, even during the Covid 19 Pandemic. They facilitated last minute changes and responded to phone calls, emails and text messages within minutes. They were willing to negotiate like NO other vendor was, and they were early on the scene to do setup and even offered backup plans in the event of weather changes. Lucky for that- we survived a thunderstorm right before the wedding started with their brilliant suggestions that helped create a wonderful day even though the rain was upon us. Definitely recommend. A Great Experience
The day before my wedding I dealt with Sue-Ann; she came with the team to unload the chairs, tables and so on.
The service provided was outstanding for example, when I was bitten by a mosquito and she put some cream on it as it formed into a blister. Also, I brought extra decorations for the bride and groom table and she aligned them well - I didn't have a clue.
Overall, I would recommend Sue-Ann as she provided great customer service and support. My wedding day went well.

Last minute our chandeliers were not going to work out in the tent that we got, but they were able to substitute some pink spot lights, which matched our wedding colors. It worked out great! Being based in New York and planning a destination wedding in Jamaica, working with Cover Me Up Tents was an effortless task with their prompt responses to my inquiries and willingness to help me achieve the look we wanted. We rented a large tent with lining and pole draping, chandeliers and bamboo chairs for our beach reception and it looked amazing. Highly recommend the bamboo chairs for anyone looking for a natural but dressy alternative to standard event chairs, they were one our favorite parts of our decor.

I had an excellent experience with Cover Me Up Tents. The tent I rented for my beach wedding reception turned out perfectly. The company has a number of options to choose from although I decided to keep it simple and just went with a clear top tent that came with string lights and a dance floor.
All communication was done via email and I always received prompt and clear responses from Marsha. The rental contract was straightforward and payments were made easily. The tent was setup on the morning of the wedding and taken down at the end of the night. Everything was done smoothly; I didn’t have to worry or coordinate anything at all. Working with Cover Me Up Tents from beginning to end was a very positive and stress-free experience during my wedding planning process. I highly recommend them to anyone planning an outdoor event.

We got married in Jamaica at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites in Montego Bay. Everything was on the beach so our tent rental was mandatory. We had 30 people, got the clear top tent with the lantern string lights and white dance floor. IT TURNED OUT SO BEAUTIFUL! They did a great job and were very helpful and prompt during the planning process. Everything was very classy. Great job!

My husband & I rented a clear-top tent for 50 people for our wedding on the beach in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The tent was GORGEOUS. So pretty with lots of string lanterns. I loved it. We also requested the tent have a floor, as we didn't want our guests to have to be on sand the entire night. The floor was great and the tent was so pretty. I would absolutely recommend this company if you need a tent for an event!

We had a destination wedding last month and decided to have our reception on the beach. The hotel required a tent to be set up but did not offer the service itself and referred us to Cover Me Up. We chose the tent that we wanted, paid, and were able to forget about it as Cover Me Up took care of all the rest. We woke up the morning of the wedding and the tent was already set up on the beach. It looked amazing lit up in the night with the string lanterns and LEDs. We couldn't have asked for any more and Cover Me Up's service was just one more piece in our perfect wedding.

Cover Me Up tents provided us with respite from the sun during a mid-afternoon wedding reception on the beach. The recommended tent size was perfect, and several guests commented on the beautiful finishing touch of the tent liner. It was neatly pleated and provided a pretty ceiling to the tent. My only issue is that I was told the tent would be up until 10pm and lighted but promptly at the conclusion of our reception the walls came down and we scrambled to remove our items. The resort may have ordered the rapid take-down, I really don't know. The wedding concierge at Secrets Wild Orchid didn't properly oversee set-up, so it's reasonable to assume take down was not according to plan. Conrad's tent group however, put up a lovely setting and at a cost much less than going through the resort, even after the "vendor fee."

My 9/11/21 wedding
I did not get the wedding I planned or paid for! Tamara,and Helen promise they could deliver,and Execute my vision for my 9/11/21 wedding on the beach with there cleartop tent! They did not hold there end of the contract!!! I didn’t get a beach wedding or my vision that I planned so long for!!! They changed my wedding venue three weeks before my wedding date without sending pics of new venue,and changed many things at the last minute without my permission,got my wedding colors completely wrong,the food,and drinks were mediocre, 3 of my bridesmaids cellphones came up missing from our dressing room,I paid for what they said would be The Palms beach front venue location,”whit has they sent plenty of pics for! However when they did the venue switch at the very last minute,didn’t send one pic,and poorly described what I would be getting,which was a backyard-plantation style wedding that was literally in someone’s backyard!!! I was told to cut my 75 guest list down to under 50, and the time went from ending at 10 to ending at 7 all due to last minute curfew rules,They said they would refund me significantly for all the last minute changes,and inconveniences,which we never received when meeting with her! Yet they still charged us,the original price,My guest even had to pay for travel expenses!!! The tents were not what we contracted, and once more my wedding colors was not incorporated in my wedding at all,they added new colors which gave it a complete different look,along with the horrible venue,of course everything was blamed on covid!!! I plan to take further action,just because I was putting on a good face for my guest that traveled a very long way,does not mean I was satisfied or pleased with the wedding or they’re unprofessional service!!! The wedding looked like a kids birthday party in back of a plantation no sand in sight!!!
