Courtney impressed me from the very first consultation we had. I can be a bit of a control freak and she handled every question, critique, email, worry, etc with grace and ease. My husband and I can also be a bit awkward behind the camera and Courtney and her INCREDIBLE team made us shine! My husband and I loved every minute of working with her and I'm SO SO thankful for our incredible photos from that special day. I'd use her again in a heartbeat and you should too! Amazing photos!
I've used Courtney for 5 years now. She's done my engagement, wedding and now 2 maternity sessions. She makes taking pictures so easy and makes you feel comfortable. She is super fast at getting photos back to you. I've always gotten them earlier than the time frame she gives. They are amazing quality. Definitely recommend her!

Courtney was our wedding photographer and she's the absolute best! She is so professional, personable, and talented. She was recommended to us by our venue, and we were impressed by her portfolio and timeless style. As soon as we met Courtney, we knew she was the obvious choice. Her pricing is transparent and fair, and she is so nice and helpful! She did our engagement shoot and then our wedding with her assistant, who was also great. Courtney was so awesome to work with and our wedding pictures came out amazing! She knows all the best angles and how to work with any light in the best way. Your day will be better with Courtney
Our wedding day was better because Courtney was our photographer, and we would undoubtedly work with her again. Courtney was a true partner in making our wedding day special. Courtney’s pre-wedding planning made us feel like we had nothing to worry about on our wedding day. She is so organized, insightful and prepared that she left nothing to chance on our wedding day. Even though her preparation is unmatched, she remained incredibly flexible. She seamlessly integrated our requests, ideas, and changes at each point leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day. She eliminated all of the stresses of wedding photography … which is a HUGE deal to have a photographer that reduces stress rather than adds to wedding stress. Courtney is an incredibly talented photographer and gave us excellent direction in what she needed from us with each photo. She is a pro’s pro. As talented as she is at photography, what separates Courtney from her peers is the human element. She cared as much as we cared. Your wedding will be better by having Courtney as your photographer.

My Husband and I used Courtney for our engagement and wedding photos. Not only was she a dream to work with the pictures were wonderful! Courtney was fun and made us feel so comfortable at all times. Sometimes engagement/wedding photos can feel awkward if you're not a professional, but she always made us feel comfortable and it kept it light and fun. If I had to do it again would hire Courtney in a heart beat!

Do Not Pass Up Courtney McManaway As Your Wedding Photographer!
What can we say about Courtney!?! We really lucked out by finding her! I was in the midst of researching photographers in the Temecula area, when a Facebook Ad popped up for Courtney McManaway Photography. Intrigued by the ad, I decided to click on it to see what she had to offer. I was immediately impressed by her home page with tons of candid shots of previous weddings she had done and as I explored her website more, I decided to contact her to see if she would be a good fit for us, and man, was she ever! Not only is Courtney very personable, but she has a great sense of humor, is very upbeat, has a positive personality, and is EXTREMELY organized! (As a very stressful bride, this took a big weight off of my shoulders!) Prior to the wedding day she had us fill out a questionnaire in regards to our family dynamics, specifics of our wedding ceremony, if we were doing a first look prior to the ceremony, and having an outline of specific family and friend pictures that we wanted the day of our wedding. This really allowed us to think about exactly what we wanted prior to the big day rather than worrying if we got all the specific family and friend pictures that we wanted the day of. I could not have been happier with how the photography went the day of the wedding as well. Courtney and her photographers were very punctual (ex: taking "getting" ready pictures, putting on the dress, etc.) and worked extremely well with the timeline our wedding coordinator had planned for our big day (we ran on time!). As we were taking pictures, Courtney and her photographers really knew how to guide us and tell us exactly what to do and how to pose, which at the time, seems silly, but when we finally got our pictures, we were blown away! She was able to capture so many emotions of our wedding, from to happy tears, to laughter, to the drunken shenanigans on the dance floor (and did they get some great shots of the reception!). We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our pictures and have gotten so many compliments on them. If you have the opportunity to book her for your big day, do it! It is worth every penny!

We were lucky enough to be introduced to Courtney through our caterer, but once we met her we never looked back. We had an easy consultation in which Courtney made us feel comfortable with the process and timeline and each interaction we had was smooth and stress-free. Going into the event we knew exactly what to expect and we felt confident that our event would be captured.
Our wedding day went off without a hitch. We felt like Courtney and the team was prepared, kind, and thorough. We loved her prompts for posing for photos and felt like an old friend was taking our photo. We left the wedding thinking how great Courtney was.
Then we saw our photos and were absolutely blown away by how perfect they were. She really captured my beautiful wife and even me who generally doesn't like to take photos.
With Courtney, the whole process was easy and streamlined. The wedding was fun and easy. And the photos fantastic. We both highly recommend Courtney and next time we need a professional photographer or someone to show us how to giggle laugh we know who to call.

Amazing photographer!
We feel so lucky that we found Courtney to be our wedding photographer. She was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She found a unique location for our engagement shoot that perfectly matched what we had hoped and asked for. She made the shoot itself super fun and, more importantly, comfortable for us (neither of us are big fans of taking pictures). She was always professional (quick to respond to emails, always on time), while being personable and relatable. For our wedding, we went back and forth on whether to hire a videographer and, ultimately, decided not to. Because Courtney did such an amazing job of photographing our wedding day, we have no regrets about that decision. We feel like our pictures perfectly embody our wedding and are so grateful that we will be able to look at them for the rest of our lives. I can’t stress enough how great Courtney is, and I hope we get the chance to work with her again in the future!

Courtney was absolutely phenomenal. Everything was so smooth and she made us feel so comfortable when taking our wedding photos. Because of COVID, we decided to have a court wedding back in dec 2020. There was a lot of back and forth on my end because I wasn’t sure if we wanted her to come with us to the court or just have a photoshoot the next day. But she was extremely accommodating and gave us really helpful recommendations for what would look best for our photos. So we decided to just do the next day so we could have ample time as the sun set. We ended up doing a 1.5 hour photoshoot with Courtney.
From start to finish she worked so hard and was super encouraging during it all. I personally feel really awkward and uncomfortable taking photos but she made it fun and I absolutely love love love the photos. I showed them to all my friends and I already have a friend that just got engaged asking for Courtney’s contact info because she too loved how my photos turned out.
I would 100% recommend Courtney for not just wedding photos but for any event/family photos.
Also she also made and mailed us a photo book of the pictures we wanted in a nice leather bound album (which came out great!)

Courtney was recommended to us by Cheryl at the chapel of orange and after reading all the good reviews on multiple platforms we decided to choose her for our engagement pictures with the prospect of shooting our wedding as well. Courtney made everything so simple from booking an appointment to actually receiving our photos. Her bubbly personality made the session so much fun. I run a popular all inclusive wedding venue in Orange county and utilize Courtney's photography services regularly for a number of our couples. She is one of only a chosen few top notch, five star photographers that we use as her skills are definitely "first rate". Courtney is professional and very easy to work with. Couples love her. Exceptional Service
Courtney went above and beyond our expectations as a photographer. She was so helpful from the moment we met her to the day we did our minimony. The thing that really stuck out to us about Courtney is her personality, she is so down to earth and go with the flow to make you feel comfortable. When we had to reschedule our wedding reception for later in the year because of COVID-19, she was still on board to capture our minimony. We were so bummed she is unavailable for our reception down the road, but we know that the bride and groom she will be taking care of is in GREAT HANDS! She was very professional and knew how to keep us on track for photos and where the best lighting was. Our parents were even impressed at how great she was during the day and how personable she was. We are in AWE of the photos she took of us on our wedding day and cannot wait to print them out for our families. She is a great hype woman and makes you smile while taking photos which was great because we never felt awkward once during our time with her and that was key for us. :-)

Absolutely stunning photos
We cannot begin to express how wonderful our experience was with Courtney. Not only were her photos beautiful, but she was a joy to work with from our engagement shoot to the wedding day. She took time to get to know us as people, not just as clients. We felt cared about, prioritized, and part of the photography process. Courtney helped us capture absolutely stunning moments that we will be able to look back at time and time again!
My husband and I have already looked over the pictures about five times and still can’t get over what a great job she did!

A Photographic Experience
Courtney's photographs do not just tell stories of people and events she captured through her camera. They also say a lot about Courtney as a person and photographer. Her photographs would not have come out vibrant, elegant, organic, and memorable without her passion for art, patience, determination, and competent communication skills. Wow! Courtney is AMAZING! I cannot believe that someone I just met was able to capture our day so beautifully. We got married right before sundown and Courtney captured the lighting perfectly. She sweetly pulled us outside quietly so that she could capture some beautiful night photos. Every time I look at the photos I relive the day all over again. You cannot proceed with your wedding without photos from Courtney. If you want a memorable captures and beautiful photos, she is the one you have to hire!
