  Write on!

  Barb at Courtney Calligraphy of Lancaster did a beautiful job with our bridal shower and wedding day place cards. She also did a fantastic job addressing all of the wedding invitation envelopes. She even went above and beyond and caught a few address mistakes we made. She gave me several scripts to choose from, making it more personal to our tastes. Barb is a professional, so very talented and her prices were beyond fair and reasonable. She was flexible with last minute changes we gave her and she was very timely in getting everything back to me for the events. I was able to communicate with her via email and text and she always responded the same day. If you are in need of a calligrapher, don't look any further (I did and was disappointed) and hire Barb at Courtney Calligraphy! #pickymotherofthebride

  Amazing unique touch for our special day!

  I found Courtney Calligraphy online and am so glad I chose Barb to address our invitations. She was so kind and helpful, even checking all of our addresses and finding mistakes I had missed! Every envelope was beautiful and her attention to detail was unmatched. I will certainly be using Barb for any future calligraphy needs I have and couldn't recommend her more!

  Barb was wonderful to work with for my daughter’s shower invitation envelopes.
  She was very professional, responded within a few hours of my initial email, even though it was late on a weekend night and easily willing to accommodate my schedule. Barb even caught a few mistakes we had made with the addresses we had given her including an incorrect zip code. The envelopes were beautiful! Thank you Courtney Caligraphy!

  Barbara is extremely professional and very easy to work with. She will send you examples to choose from before completing the project. Is very detail oriented and takes pride in her work.

Aside from the absolutely beautiful envelopes, Barb takes the time to ensure all addresses are accurate and the naming mechanism used is appropriate. We misspelled a few addresses and had a few zip code issues that she was able to find and fix. It was so helpful! Barb was so friendly and easy to communicate with, it made the whole process easy and enjoyable!

Barbara showed me various font styles and we went with the more traditional/elegant look. She was able to finish about 130 envelopes in 1 week, which was impressive and helpful for our timeline to mail (wedding in April 2020). She was able to communicate effectively if she had a question and was very respectful. The price was very reasonable & They turned out beautiful! I highly recommend her, especially if you want to add a special touch to your invites. Thank you Barb!

  Barb did an outstanding job on the invitation envelopes and seating cards for my daughter’s bridal shower last weekend. From my initial contact with her, she exceeded my expectations in every possible way!

  (I never waited more than a few minutes for her to respond to any inquiry!) I would give her 10 stars if I could!

  When your guests tell you that they didn’t wanna throw out the envelope the invites came in, you know you made the right choice! Barbs artistry, effort and attention to detail are second to none. She even went through all 103 invitees to make sure addresses were correct. Thank you Barb!

  My experience with Courtney Calligraphy of Lancaster, NY was such a pleasant surprise. I contacted Barbara a month before my daughter's wedding to see if by chance she was able to do our reception place cards. Not only did she say yes at such a late date but she was friendly, professional and reassuring through every step of the process. The cards were beautifully done and by the exact date Barbara gave me when I booked with her. I would highly recommend her for all of your calligraphy needs.

  I absolutely loved working with Barb for my wedding! She did the calligraphy for our place cards and our big wooden buffalo guest book! Everything turned out so beautiful!
