From the start of the wedding planning process we knew we wanted to use as many local and independent vendors as possible. Country Weddings was the first and only place I went to find my dress and I could not have been happier. Every one of the ladies who helped us during the process was EXTREMELY helpful.
I went in with the vision of a "flowy a-line" dress but found that that wasn't the best look on me so the women worked with me until I found the absolutely perfect dress. They have such a wide selection and something for everyone!
I have to send huge thanks to Cerilla (not sure if that is spelled right!) who is their incredible tailor/seamstress. My dress was long and had an even longer train which I did not want and she cut them both perfectly and installed the most gorgeous French bustle. I have worked and seen a lot of weddings where the bustle breaks right away and I didn't even have to worry about mine. Also, she took the lace panels off my dress to take it in and you would have never known she moved them! This woman is incredible and so fantastic at her job!

I got my dress at Country Weddings and had such a wonderful experience there! The sales team was friendly and professional. I loved the selection of dresses offered at the boutique and fell in love with the fifth dress I tried on! The entire process took about an hour and I never second guessed the choice! My dress arrived on time, just like they promised. I also had a wonderful experience with Country Weddings' tailor, Beth. She did a beautiful job making the final alterations to my dress. I highly recommend Country Weddings for someone looking for a beautiful wedding dress and a positive shopping experience! -

Working with Laura and Debbie at Country Weddings made my whole experience looking for a dress extremely relaxing and enjoyable! This was the first place I went dress shopping. Laura helped me pick out several dresses that I was interested in trying on. She showed me one that I wasn't interested in trying on, but asked if I would since it was new in the store and they wanted to see it on someone. Once I put it on, I fell in love with it! After a brief visit to another location that wasn't even close to meeting the service level I returned to country weddings to get my dress!

My Victoria Nicole dress was ABSOLUTELY beautiful! I loved every minute of my experience at Country Weddings - from the initial appointment, to a follow up appointment to pick THE dress, to the bridesmaid dress selection, to all of the phone calls and reminders from the extremely helpful and responsive staff, to the fittings...it was all perfect! I HIGHLY recommend Country Weddings if you are looking for a wonderful experience from start to finish. -

Country Weddings Bridal Boutique and there staff were really great to work with. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable and were extremely helpful in finding my wedding dress which I absolutely LOVED wearing for my Aruba wedding! They really made the experience of trying on wedding dresses that much more enjoyable and fun! I would highly recommend any bride-to-be to go to this boutique in search for their wedding dress! :) -

All of the consultants at Country Weddings were delightful and helpful and I can't thank them enough (Debbie and Laura especially) for everything they did for me while I shopped for my bridal gown only four months before my wedding! Every question I had and request that I made was treated professionally. Debbie went out of her way to make it all happen for me. She contacted the designers of my dress and jewelry to see if I could make major modifications to create my dream wedding outfit (and in VERY short order!) On the night before my wedding, Debbie was there too, gluing my hair comb together and steaming my mother's veil for me to wear. The service I received at Country Weddings was second to none. I recommend this Bridal Boutique to every Bride-to-be! -

One of my good friends bought her wedding dress here, and loved the experience so we took her advise and went! It was an all together great experience - very attentive from the dress choosing, with honest opinions, all the way to picking up the dress. I'd recommend the store to anyone in the area or who's willing to drive to Hingham! It's worth it!
I'll also mention the staff was so great that we ended up buying the bridesmaid dresses here too! Just awesome in every way! -

Loved my experience at Country Weddings! They are a small boutique shop in Massachusetts but have the best consultants around. I went to 4 other dress shops before finding "the one" at Country Weddings and part of that had to do with how great and helpful they were. I am very indecisive and they were extremely patient each time I asked to try something on again, with a different belt, etc. They were also able to show me exact colors of the dresses and let me know what could or could not be done with alterations. Each time I went in for fittings (their seamstress Beth is also unbelievable!) they were so excited for me, asked me how everything was going, and had everything all prepared for my appointment. One of their consultants even noticed I got my hair colored and complemented me on it. Keep in mind I met her one time before this and people I work with every single day didn't even notice! I would 100% recommend this boutique! -

I had the hardest time finding a dress. The girls at Country Wedding have made this experience so exciting, fun, and overall amazing. They helped me find my perfect dress, viel, and jewelry! All of my bridesmaids and my flower girl got their dresses from there too! They did a great job, seamstresses are awesome, and I would highly recommend anyone going there. Even mothers!!! :) -

I absolutely loved Country Weddings! The shop is beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful and so sweet. When I booked my appointment, I was sure I wanted a certain style of gown. I tried so many on and ended up with a completely different style that was so much more me! Laura was patient and just great overall. The alterations came out beautifully - and the bustle was so pretty! It fit like a dream. I also purchased my earrings and a flower for my hair there. They were the perfect final touches to my look. I'm so happy I went with Country Weddings and will recommend them to all my bride-to-be friends. -

I had a wonderful experience at Country Weddings. As soon as I walked in I knew this was where I was going to find my dress. They had the perfect amount of dresses to choose from. We had been to one other bridal store beforehand that had so many dresses that I felt totally overwhelmed...and I didn't find one I wanted to try on. I found my dress in the first 15 minutes we were at Country Weddings. The staff was so professional and helpful and my dress came in when promised. They also did a great job with my alterations, and got everything done quickly as we only had a short period of time to work with. I absolutely loved my dress! -

Great shop. They are friendly and comforting. They don't have a huge selection, but they were able to order in a dress for me from a designer that they carry- they dress was just beautiful. They were very responsive to phone calls and emails. The dresses we ordered came in a week before scheduled arrival. The bridal seamstress was efficient and organized. I had a great experience all around! -

We ordered all of the bridesmaid gowns from Country Weddings since I had already found my dress. The girls were thrilled with the timing of the dresses from the date of when they were ordered and when they had arrived. The color was perfect and they were complimented throughout the entire wedding how beautiful they looked! The servcie was excellent and I would highly recommend others to shop there! -

I particularly like how the bride is able to browse through the dresses and choose what to try on as opposed to some places that choose the dresses for the bride to try on. This place was great. You can only go by appointment and you have the whole place to yourself, which makes you feel like a princess. Their seamstress, Beth did a great job and was very nice and accommodating! The owner however is kind of stuck up. -

Highly recommend this bridal boutique for all brides! Their selection of dresses was outstanding. They also only allow one bride to try on dresses at one time, which makes the process very personal and relaxing, and the store and general atmosphere is great! I absolutely loved my dress and their services for alterations was also fabulous! I very much enjoyed my experience at Country Weddings Bridal Boutique and LOVED the dress that I purchased there. I went dress shopping with my mother, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law. There was maybe one other bride who had an appointment at the same time I did, but it is a small shop, so it was pretty quiet and relaxed. The consultant let us all browse through the dresses but focused on trying to understand what I liked and was looking for. She pulled some dresses as did the rest of us and I tried on about 8 dresses. The consultant was great and I never felt pressure to make a decision I wasn't ready to make. Since I had already been dress shopping twice before, I knew what I was looking for (and specifically chose this boutique because they are one of the few places in New England that carries Caroline DeVillo) and ended up ordering an "I.D." collection Caroline DeVillo gown. When the gown came in a few months later, I scheduled a time to go try it on and was pleased with how easy that process was. I was not pressured into having the alterations done at the store, and the owner and consultants were all so excited for me. I can't wait to show them a picture of me in the dress on my wedding day! I was very pleased with my experience at Country Weddings and would highly recommend it! -

After looking at 5 different bridal shops with no luck, I was happy to find my dream gown at Country Weddings. Their customer service is wonderful and they make you feel extremely beautiful! I also used the seamstress that Country Weddings recommends, Hilde, and was extremely pleased with the out come of my dress. It went from a size 12 (I have no idea why they chose to order it in that size) to a size 2! You would never be able to tell that the dress was originally way too big. I think the one thing that I was not happy with was the fact that they insisted on ordering a dress way too large for me and that it needed to be taken in a lot. I'm not sure if they cost of taking in the dress would have been less if they ordered me a smaller size, but no matter what, I was so happy with the outcome of the dress that it is not a big deal. -

I recently just moved to Boston, MA from Chicago, IL and had to research bridal stores for that perfect gown.
I found Country Weddings on google and decided to go visit the store to see if i could find my dress. It was miles away from where i live but am i glad i made the trip.
The staff were so passionate about what they do, very welcoming and i felt right at home. I went to try on dresses alone but it felt great because all the ladies were so adorable offering ideas and opinions.
A little tiny shop that did have the feel of Country, hence the name i guess.
They carry top of the line dresses and I did find my gown, an Alvina Valenta dress that looked absolutely spectacular in oerson than in pictures.
Alterations were done in a timely manner since was short on time.
I would recommend this shop to any bride looking for her dream dress. -

I really enjoyed doing business with Country Weddings. The staff was very helpful and accomodating to some of my bridesmaids that were located out of state. Their in house seamstress did an amazing job and was so pleasent. The only thing I didnt like was that they did not offer a discount on my bridesmaid dresses considering I bought my dress from them and 4 bridemaids dresses. Most bridal shops offer even a small discount in appreciation that you are dressing your wedding from their boutique but Country Weddings did not. -

Found my dress here, I am waiting for my dress it is supposed to come in July so if it comes ontime this place will get a 5/5. The ladies offered water/champage, appointment was private and they even let me bring about 7 people with me and the staff was SO nice!! they helped with everything, I woud reccommend! -

Such a quaint shop with knowledgeable staff. It was a great "bridal" experience, much unlike Cristina's of Andover and Vow's in Watertown. Laura put me in a beautiful Liancarlo gown that I wound up coming back to buy the next day. I am so grateful for my experience there. I ordered my 2 year old cousin a flower girl's dress from there, too, which came in early and was of beautiful quality. -

The ladies at Country Weddings were very helpful and patient and found the perfect dress. It's a small place with small business hours and not a discount place, but the sales assistants are lovely and so is the personal attention. It was such a relief after having suffered through the factory experience at David's.
My only complaint was when the size they'd ordered for a custom accessory turned out to be much too large. There were a few tense minutes of back and forth with the owner before it was clear that we'd not be forced to pay extra for the alterations. I wished that she'd offered to make it right from the beginning, rather than having to stand my ground. Good news is that the situation was resolved just fine and I loved the dress! -

Overall a good experience. Loved the dress and quality of the final product. Not so good on returning voice mail messages. Really good accutrements (i.e., shoes, jewlery, etc.) -

I found my dream dress at this boutique. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the woman who helped me, Laura, was really nice and attentive. I went way over my hour appointment during my first shopping outing here and they let me use a different fitting room to continue my decision making process. My dress came in when promised and was exactly as I imagined it. I gave a 4.0 for value because, let's face it, wedding dresses and accessories are extremely marked up and over priced and this place is certainly NOT a discount store. I chose Country Weddings because I had a designer in mind (Jim Hjelm) and they were listed as one of the few boutiques around Boston who carried him. The experience of shopping was very pleasant, as were my subsequent fittings. I only gave a 3.5 for flexibility because their seamstress is available on Thursday evenings only which is kind of annoying, even though she's very good at what she does. It would be nice to be able to have one's fittings when they work for the bride's schedule, not within such a small and specific window. But the dress selection is gorgeous! I also found my headpiece, a crystal and rhinestone headband, which I am obsessed with and looked amazing on my day. -

I had a great experience picking out my gown and veil here. I worked with the owner and she was very helpful picking a variety of dresses that would work well on me. I was pretty unsure of what I wanted, but ended up with the perfect dress and veil. The alterations were pretty stressful and I felt like the tailor they had me working with did not listen to me and what I wanted. We had the owner get involved at that point, which seemed to help. -

The lovely ladies at Country Weddings were incredibly helpful and willing to answer all of my questions and numerous phone calls. I found the dress of my dreams there! The only reason that I did not rate it a 5 was due to the seamstress that they use for bridal gowns. I had beading and pearls on my dress. I was concerned that the beading was loose after she had taken it in and she assured me that she would sew it back on. However, when I picked up the dress, the day before the wedding, because she was busy, I had not examined it closely enough to note that all of the beads were not attached properly. I do intend to bring this up to Country Weddings and hope that they can help come to some resolution. -

The owner is horrible. Her attitude makes the whole process very unpleasant. Very poor customer service. After I bought my wedding dress went back to have alterations which was more than double the price of what they quoted- response "sorry". Not to mention the shop has sewage issues, the smell is unbearable. -
