Found my dream dress!

From the moment I walked into the shop it was so welcoming and non stressful. You know when your wedding dress shopping your approached and the sales women just want to sell a dress. I bought my dress from Country Way Bridal for my April wedding. Yvonne is amazing and so helpful! She really knows her stuff and very accommodating. Her personality makes dress shopping so much fun! She kept me updated with dress delivery times, appointments and fittings, The dresses she had in the shop are absolutely gorgeous and many to choose from. I highly recommend this bridal shop to all brides. I also looked at a few other shops around South Jersey and this one is absolutely the best!

Gorgeous, friendly, patient!

I bought my wedding dress from Country Way this time last year. I'm not used to shopping at high-end stores, so I wasn't sure what to expect! Yvonne and Devon immediately made me feel comfortable at my appointment-- along with my mom and maid of honor. They understood my style, and only pulled dresses in my price range, which was about the lowest price at their store (~$1200). I went during a trunk show, when all dresses were 15% off. They never made me feel less than for looking at their lowest price gowns, and did not try to upsell me, either!

I had 10+ gorgeous dresses in my style and price range to try on -- and guess what. I ended up changing my mind about my initial dress. I called back the next day, and they allowed me to credit my deposit to another dress in the store (they gave me a long second appointment to try on more dresses to confirm which one I wanted).They continued to be so kind, taking me through multiple fittings with their preferred seamstress. She made my dress fit like a second skin, which really brought my dress to the next level of breathtaking.

I see some negative reviews on this page, and I just want to counter them with my extremely positive experience. There is nothing we did, or nothing about us, to "deserve" special treatment, so I really think my experience is an absolutely fair representation of Devon and Yvonne (the owner). They were so kind to us, and made the experience of my multiple fittings dreamy and fun!!

LOVE this store

I can not say enough good things about Country Way. Yvonne, the owner, is amazing and so is her team. They gave me my DREAM dress and even dealt very nicely with my bratty bridesmaid who ordered her dress WAY too small against their direction. They even brought my dress to my house on wedding day to steam it! Everything was perfect!

I love Country Way!

I had such a great experience at Country Way! I booked an appointment with my 4 bridesmaids, mother and mother in law about a year before my wedding. It was nice to be at a small shop like theirs, we were the only large party and during the course of my appointment maybe just a few other women came in to try on their dresses. It was as very nice atmosphere! I found the dress that day and they let us take pictures! Being insecure I stressed for the months until it came in that maybe we ordered a size too small. When it came in about 6 months later it really fit quite nice! I did my alterations with their recommended seamstress, Maria, who is a master at her craft! I had 3 fittings and she was very patient to make sure I was comfortable and it was what I wanted. Everyone I dealt with and helped me along the way was fantastic. Yvonne was fun to be around and she always made me feel good and gave her honest opinion (I was very critical of myself!) Highly recommend Country Way! 😊

Highly recommended!! The owner is so sweet!!

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses and maid of honor dress from here and I highly recommend this boutique! Great quality dresses and well known designers, small but cute boutique and very clean! The owner helped throughout my appointment, answering all questions but wasn’t pushy and let us look through/pick out the dresses my girls wanted to try on. She gave great recommendations and was educated on the designers. I never felt rushed and she even offered to open her shop on a day they were closed because I was having a hard time getting all my girls together with everyone’s schedule. I ordered my wedding dress from Delaware but the wedding dresses they have are GORGEOUS!! 5 STARS!!

My Perfect Wedding Dress

Country Way Bridal made my wedding dress shopping experience the smoothest and most enjoyable. Ivan knows her stuff! She was very honest and gave great advice throughout the entire process. I felt very comfortable and absolutely LOVED my dress! They even had a steamer for us to hire and come steam my dress the day of the wedding. I am so happy I went to Country Way Bridal! First of all, the staff there is so nice and so helpful. And the dress I got for my wedding was so perfect! The seamstress who altered my dress was also great and so sweet! I think I had 4 alteration appointments and she worked with me until it fit perfectly! A+ for me!

I can't say enough about Country Way Bridal. I flew in from the West Coast for the weekend to go dress shopping with my mom and bridesmaids who live on the East Coast. Needless to say, I was full of nerves and stress about not finding a dress I would love by the the time the weekend was over. Luckily, I ended up finding my dress at Country Way Bridal, and they were so wonderful. I don't remember the name of the consultant I worked with, but she was so nice about putting me in each of the dresses and so patient with helping me narrow down and confirm my dress choice. The staff there was understanding about my timing and situation. I also super appreciated that they didn't push me to buy the dress the day of my appointment since they understood I wanted my future mother-in-law's opinion as well. Once I decided to order the dress from them, Country Way Bridal was super helpful walking me through the ordering process and shipping it to me. My dress ended up getting to me this past week with no issues, and I can't say enough about how grateful I am to Country Way Bridal for helping me from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to any brides!

Amazing experience

I went into this shop with an idea of what I wanted in my wedding gown, when that didn’t work well with my body, the staff pointed me in the right direction and were very patient as I tried on dress after dress. They made me feel beautiful! They didn’t try to push me into gowns I couldn’t afford. They have a huge selection!

Great experience/Perfect Dress

I had a great experience with Country Way Bridal. Several friends of mine have gotten their dresses here so I knew upfront that I wanted to check them out. The shop appears small but they had the BEST selection of dresses out of the 3 stores that I visited. I loved worked with Yvonne & Devon. They really listened to what I liked/didn't like to tailor the dresses we looked at, they are not at all pushy and I ended up with the perfect dress for me (AND, it was under the budget I had given which is also a bonus!).

I also bought my veil from them, and got my alterations done there which was super easy. I thought their price for alterations for my dress was fair and it turned out just perfect.

Yvonne is amazing!

This was the second bridal salon I visited, and I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted. After a consultation while browsing dresses on the racks, they pulled three dresses for me. I wasn't in love with any of them at first glance. When I put on the second dress and walked out to show my Mom, we both knew it was perfect! My fittings went perfectly! My bridesmaids also got their dresses here. We all had an amazing experience and can't thank Yvonne and her staff enough!

From start to end this bridal shop was more than phenomenal. It was one of the greatest experiences out of all the planning I did for my wedding! It is one that I will cherish and never forget. I interacted with several staff members at various appointments, all of whom were absolutely amazing. Yvonne knows how to make the bride feel like the bride and was one of my favorite vendors I worked with during the planning process. Not only is the staff wonderful but the dresses are stunning and the selection of veils, jewelry and hair pieces are like none other. I wish I could redo this process all together because it was that special. I found my dream dress, veil and hair piece here and would recommend this shop to ANY bride!! -- If you're considering looking for alterations somewhere else... don't... because Maria is seriously talented and will make your dress seem as if it was tailored to you. (I am very petite and my dress had to come down several sizes but you would have never noticed!) This shop really knows how to do business! Everything about this experience went above and beyond my expectations!!

I don't even know where to begin! Yvonne and her team went above and beyond to get me my dress! I found a dress online that I fell in love with but couldn't find it anywhere! I called all over looking for this dress. I went to Country Way to try on some other beautiful dresses but I kept comparing it to the dress I found online. Long story short, Yvonne found the dress in Las Vegas, had it shipped to Country Way for one week so I could try it on before I bought it. It was everything I thought it would be and in my budget! All of my bridesmaids bought their dresses from Country Way as well, and everyone looked amazing. It was such a pleasure working with Yvonne and I'm so thankful she found my dress for me! My wedding was perfect thanks to her!!! I would recommend to anyone!

Country Way Bridal made finding my dream wedding dress, veil, and my bridesmaids dresses stress free! It was the only bridal boutique I went to and by the end of my session, the woman who was helping me found MY PERFECT dress (with my budget in mind)! It arrived when they estimated and the seamstress did a flawless job. I went in quite a few times before the dress arrived with questions and I never felt like nuisance. All the women that work there are beyond helpful and accommodating, especially the owner. I was adding a belt and the associate was very patient in helping me match the belt color to the dress- no pressure to buy one of their belts. This made me come back to look at veils and they had exactly what I was looking for. The bridesmaid dresses all came in in a timely matter. They made it a breeze picking a style out and all my girls looked amazing. I really cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Yvonne and team!

I had such an amazing experience at country way! Yvonne was just such a pleasure to work with. She is so passionate about what she does, and had fantastic advice for me throughout each of our interactions. In addition, I had to travel right after my ceremony to another wedding for my husband's family overseas. My dress was a mess from my first wedding, including a few rips, but Yvonne went way out of her way to help get the dress repaired and cleaned! Oh how I love the ladies at Country Way Bridal! After committing the cardinal sin of bridal dress shopping (purchasing the first dress), I decided to bring my mom to this shop. I picked a dress, she picked a dress....and let's just say I left there in LOVE with a beautiful Enzoani gown. Because I had a dress already, my budget was less than usual. After about a month or so, I decided I HAD to have this dress by any means necessary. I called and Yvonne (owner) remembered how gorgeous the dress was on me. She also said, "you have to have that dress". Long story short, the ladies worked with me and even with my wedding date being altered - they were overly accommodating. I ended up getting the dress of my dreams, accessories, and alterations. Alterations (feel horrible because I can't remember her name), but she worked her magic until the day before - God bless her! I won't be getting married again, but if anyone I know in the NJ/PA area is - I will definitely recommend they shop here and NOWHERE else!!

The Country Way Bridal team was amazing. They made my dream dress come true. When I went to Country Way Bridal I found my dream dress that was not only gorgeous but within my budget. There was one thing missing though- it was strapless but I envisioned my dream dress having lace straps. Luckily the team at CWB made it happen. There was some extra material from the lace jacket that came with the dress and the amazing seamstress Maria was able to create the perfect straps. She truly made the perfect dress for me. I am so happy I got my dress at CWB and trusted them to do perfect alterations and add the straps. Thank you Country Way Bridal for being such a huge part of making my wedding day perfect!

I found my dream dress at a trunk show at Country Way. The boutique is quaint but the selection is surprisingly large. Every dress there is beautiful and unique. Yvonne and the girls are fantastic and made sure that I had everything I needed to make my dress perfect.

O-M-G, my gown though! I did not think I was going to find my wedding dress this easily, let alone at the first store I went to, the fourth dress I tried on. I felt like such a princess in it and received so many compliments when in the boutique trying it on from other customers, as well as, from all of our family and friends.

Living out of town, Country Way Bridal was top notch throughout all of this process to accommodate my fittings on the days and times that worked best for me. My gown unfortunately had an odor from a particular piece of fabric holding the chemicals and being transported overseas. That being said, Yvonne, the owner of this adorable boutique, went above and beyond to make sure the dress was perfect for the day of my wedding, contacting me personally numerous times to give me updates. Maria worked her seamstress magic to make it exactly the way I wanted it to fit and look. It was the most beautiful wedding dress and I was so sad when the night was over and it was time to take it off!

I found the perfect dress for me at this location, and though it is smaller than some shops it has a great selection and all of the ladies who work there were attentive and kind. I have never felt so beautiful as the day I wore the dress they helped me to get. I would definitely recommend them.

They helped me find exactly what I wanted and altered it to perfection. They also provide a wide range of price points so whatever your budget is, they will have something for you. Although it is a small boutique, they have a great and wide selection of gorgeous dresses. Yvonne is the owner and is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside, and she's pretty damn hot. I bought my wedding gown from Country Way Bridal, and I cannot thank the team enough for helping me find my dream wedding dress. From the moment I met Yvonne and the team, I felt so completely relaxed and comfortable. Everyone there was so helpful and knowledgeable with the fit (for alterations and for my bustle) and styling. I truly appreciate everything they did! My mom and I had traveled all over the northeast area (Philadelphia, NYC, Baltimore) to find my dress, and I was so happy to find my dream wedding dress at their salon! When I started researching for my wedding dress, the designer I fell in love with right away was Eve of Milady. I did a search to see who carried their line and Country Way Bridals came up. I called to set up an appointment the following week. I have to say from the moment that my mother and I walked through the door, Yvonne was as nice as could be. I told her exactly what I wanted and right away she started pulling dresses! Never once did she pressure me into purchasing that day. She even allowed me ample time in each dress so I could imagine what the gown would look like in my size, etc. The last dress I tried on was "the one"! It was everything I wanted and more. Country Way was not carrying Eve of Milady anymore, but she was willing to sell me the sample for practically wholesale price!! Yvonne would not accept the deposit until she showed the gown to her seamstress, just so she knew that the dress could be made to fit my body. What type of bridal salon actually refuses money!!! Thats when you know you found a very genuine store! The seamstress absolutely works miracles because when I tell you that she took that size 12 dress and made it to fit me,(who wears a size 0 jeans) without destroying the look of the dress, now thats talent! You would have never have known that dress was a sample. As for the bustle on my gown, it had a cathedral train, all beaded. The seamstress put 13 snaps,hooks,buttons,etc. to make sure the train didn't drag when bustled. She even numbered which button went with what strap so they didn't get mixed up! The day of my wedding I had got so many compliments on my gown, and everyone actually thought the train came off! Thats how good the bustle was! I would highly recommend Country Way Bridals for your wedding gown!!! The staff is absolutely fabulous!!!! Yvonne even let borrow her real fur wrap at NO CHARGE for the day of my wedding! This was our first stop for my daughter's wedding and dress and our last! She fell in love with the dress she picked very quickly and we were so happy with everything! Yvonne and her staff and so compassionate and kind! Yvonne was a huge help with suggestions for alterations and fitting schedule! We loved her and her attentiveness to detail!! Seamstress, Maria was awesome, too! They even created a hair comb from a belt for us because it matched the dress perfectly!! We loved Country Way!!

WOW! I can't believe some of the reviews.. speaking from my own experience.. I had a great one! Yvonne was super helpful and patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind and came back multiple times. She called me when they got a dress in that she thought would be perfect for me and it was. The price was a bit too much for me and she even gave me a deal that I could afford! Maria, in alterations, was pricey but she was fabulous. I had 3 fittings and by the time my wedding came, the dress fit me to a T. I seriously love the ladies of this shop and would highly recommend it.

I bought my wedding gown as well as my crystal headband from Country Way for my wedding on 4/27/13. The dress I bought ended up being from a designer they were going to stop carrying, so the woman gave me an incredible deal on it. All of the consultants there were very helpful, but you should ask for Caitlin :) She'll take great care of you! The seamstress they work with is very quick and talented. However, she did advise me not to sew my bra into the dress, stating that these little strips of fabric she put in there would help hold the bra under the dress. Although I expressed doubts, she assured me it would be fine, but it wasn't. On my wedding day my bra was showing almost the entire time and I was pulling the dress up constantly. Imagine my crankiness when I saw my bra showing in all of my otherwise beautiful photos. However, the alterations themselves were beautiful. All in all, I would recommend Country Way for its attentive staff and nice selection.

My dress, and my bridesmaids dresses were purchased here. I was happy with the service I received everytime I was there. The only gripe I had was the cost of the alterations. My dress was quite simple, but still cost $375 to get taken in, hemmed, and bustled.

This is a great little dress shop. Everyone was very nice and the lady who does the alterations is amazing!! In fact I had to take my dress on my wedding day for a very last minute alteration, and they fixed my dress in only a few hours!! They were very willing to fix my dress and were very helpful! I highly recomend this dress shop!!!

Overall a great experience. We ordered our bridesmaid dress through them. Tara, the sales person working with us was wonderful, the other ladies there were really nice too. After some research afterwards i feel we could have gotten a better price elsewhere but its nice working with real people sometimes. The cost of alterations were a bit high so all the girls got their dresses altered elsewhere.

Yvonne and the group at Country Way are absolutely great! This was the only bridal salon that I went to where the staff just let me be me. I am very indecisive, I need time to ponder and discuss with my family and friends that I bring for advice. Other places pressured me, called incessantly, but not Country Way. My dress arrived in plenty of time after ordering it ~6 months before my December wedding. The seamstress who did my alterations did a wonderful job since apparently I am not proportioned in whatever way wedding dresses are made. I was also able to find bridesmaids dresses at Country Way that worked for all of my girls. Yvonne provided invaluable feedback when I needed (even on topics that had nothing to do with my wedding day attire!). I think I spent so much time at the bridal shop I could have started working there myself.
There are only a few reasons I can't rate them as 5.0. They did forget to attach the blusher to my veil, but I think I ended up liking it better that way anyway. They did accidentally tell me that the wrong bridesmaids dresses were ordered which completely stressed me out when I didn't need to be.
I highly recommend Country Way if you are looking for a more laid back not stuffy or snooty bridal shop where you can find absolutely beautiful dresses in lots of different price ranges.

I purchased my wedding dress with Country Way Bridal. I fell in love with a gown on the Internet, but dismissed it as probably too expensive and didn't research it further. Trying on gowns at CWB, there was the gown hanging on the rack. It was slightly out of my price range but much more reasonable than I would have guessed, so I kept shopping. I ordered the gorgeous gown after coming back to try it on like 3 times during the rest of my shopping and decision making. Each time the ladies were kind, joking with me that I was back again. They never made me feel like I was wasting their time with so many appointments. I appreciated that.

The gown arrived a few months later and I try it on. My gown is crooked. The girl helping me saw it as soon as I pointed it out; she didn't try to tell me "oh no it's sewn straight, it's probably just hanging crooked" or anything like that. CWB returned the gown to the designer for a completely new dress. I was lucky that I had gone dress shopping with plenty of buffer time. But CWB was so kind helping me that I believe, had I only had a few weeks left before the big day, they would have found a way to make the problem right.

I just received the new gown a week ago, and it is perfect. I couldn't be happier. We spent a long time in the shop trying on different veils with my new wedding dress, and again CWB did not hurry us out of the store. I loved working with CWB.

I loved my dress and the owner was so supportive and helpful. The seamstress was very sweet, but she didn't do what I had asked with my bustle and it was too low on the day of. If I had tried it on an extra time, perhaps I could have caught that mistake. The shop itself, however, has gorgeous dresses and really personalized service. They really seem to want to help you find your dream attire! I never felt rushed or chastised in the process (like I had elsewhere). I would recommend this place!

I chose this business because I felt comfortable there. Be sure to call for an appointment but rest assure that your moment will not be rushed. The selection of dresses here was really great, a lot of high end gowns, but you could look through them instead of waiting for someone to pick it out for you. My dress arrived exactly on time, in perfect condition. Alterations went smoothly and I picked up my dress nice and pressed, so I looked stunning on my big day. They were definitely expensive...but I felt like the dress was very high quality. For the veil I also purchased it there (again, nice quality), but I could have gotten it much cheaper elsewhere.

Cute Shop!

I enjoyed my experience wedding dress shopping with Country Way Bridal. My first visit, Yvonne was attentive and made me feel beautiful, something I can’t say about every shop I visited previously. I found my dress during that visit, and Yvonne let my mom and I know that there would be a trunk show for the designer in a month, so if we wanted a discount we should come back. For the most part, the alteration process was smooth. Maria was an absolute pleasure to work with, and she is so professional and talented. I was frustrated only by the scheduling of fittings, and how busy the shop got, where it felt that there was less time or space for my appointment. Fortunately, I never waited more that 20 minutes after an appointment time to be fitted.

The alterations were amazing. One meeting with the seamstress was all it took. THe atlerations were pricy, but worth it because I only had to do one fitting. My bustle was to die for. The dress fit like a glove. I bought the dress during one their sales & saved a couple hundred dollars. The dress took foreer to come in (over 6 months!!) and had me in a panic, but when it came in it was perfect.

Everything up to the point of actually getting the dress was fine. Even though I was only the mother of the groom, not the bride, I received very good service and was able to try on many dresses. I was very pleased with their selection and their prices were good. The problem occurred when it was time for the dress to come in. My son's wedding was to be on September 4 and it was then near the end of August. I had not heard anything from the store and was starting to panic. I had ordered the dress at the end of April. I knew that I would need alterations and was afraid that the dress wouldn't be ready in time. After I called, I finally got some action and the dress came in a few days. Because of lack of time and the cost, I got the name of a wonderful seamstress who did the alterations quickly and at a good price.

I had a good experience at Country Way. I loved my dress and thought the seamstress was very competent. It's a little annoying that they charge the same for alterations no matter what you get. I didn't need very much and the alterations were still $550. I thought Yvonne was knowledgeable, but somewhat gossipy. She talked about other brides and customers in a way that made me wonder what she might say about me! This is what I expected from a small shop in Haddonfield, so I shouldn't be surprised. The quality of the dresses is worth the snobbiness, I guess.

I went to Country Way Bridal for my bridesmaid's dresses. I went with my girls back in October, 6 months before my wedding. Claudia was a pleasure to work with, She picked out a great designer for my bridesmaids and another great designer for my sister who was also my MOH. She was so nice, helpful, and honest with styles. She even told me that I was ordering my dresses a bit early because they would be in within a couple of weeks; but I wanted to get the dresses done and had her place the order. Now come mid February, the dresses still hadn't come in. They told me that the dresses would be in 6-8 weeks. I called and asked what was up and they couldn't give me a straight answer. Finally I got a call saying that my bridesmaids dresses were in but my sister's dress was not in and probably would not come in until March (my wedding was April 2). The store couldn't give my sister a straight answer on why her dress was taking so long to come in. The dress did come in, in the beginning of March. When I first placed the order back in October, I was told that I was getting my dresses too early but imagine what would have happened if I waited a couple more months to get them. They might not have gotten in on time. The store is cute and they have a good selection but their timing is very off.

At first we were very happy with this bridal shop. They were very easy to work with to make the orders. The dresses were mid range in price, not cheap though. After purchasing our bridesmaid dresses the shop was so difficult to communicate with and made many mistakes. The dresses were delivered months later than expected and we never got a call when they came in. We had to continuously call and follow up to check on our order as well as the mother of the bride dress. We also had to pay for them to be delivered to out of town bridesmaids. Overall we were very unhappy with the service we received at this shop.

I used Country Way for my bridesmaids' dresses, and honestly it was the only experience in my 18 months of wedding planning that really disappointed me. I ordered my bridesmaids dresses in January and was told they would be in in May or June. They did not come in until August. I called once a week every week starting with the first week fo June, and every single time they told me my dresses would be in the following week. I also had to add on a rush ordered bridesmaid dress, which I ordered in mid-July, and paid extra to have done in 6 weeks, so it should have been in by the end of August. When I called at the end of August to see when it was due to come in, they told me the rush order had been denied by the designer, but had never called to tell me. They assured me it would be done in 8 weeks. It did not come in 8 weeks either. It did not come in until the end of September, 11 weeks from when I had ordered it, and exactly one week before my wedding. They had me so stressed out that one of my bridesmaids would be without a dress on my wedding day. That being said, the dresses were absolutely beautiful. If you are going to use them, I highly suggest giving them a "fudge date" or a fake wedding date, at least a month before your actual wedding.

I came here in Feb. with my MOH to find her bridesmaid dress. When we first walked in were were greeted by someone working the front desk, we were told that my matron of honor couldn't t try any of the dresses on without an appointment, which was fine with us. We continued looking at the dresses, more for color then style at this time, as I was looking for a particular color. The color they had we let the girl know who was working at the front desk. She wrote the color down and we made an appointment for the following week to come in so my MOH could try on different styles. Later, we realized the color that we wanted was discontinued. I would think that someone who works at the bridal shop should know which colors are no longer available but we went to the appointment anyway hoping we could get another color similar. During our appointment we were helped by the owner, Yvonne, and her daughter. My MOH purchased a dress that cost $278. She also decided to get her alterations done here when the dress came in. We were told it typically takes 3 mo. for her dress to arrive. While my MOH was paying, I mentioned to Yvonne and her daughter that I saw that they carried the same bridal gown that I purchased, but from another bridal boutique. They asked what dress and where I bought it, I told them, and they both proceeded to be snotty about it. They both said that I should of bought my dress with them, as I purchased my dress in PA. They both stated that it sucks I paid tax, as NJ doesn't have tax on their bridal gowns. It just came off so unprofessional to me. They were lucky my MOH was done paying for her dress, otherwise I would've told them we will get her dress somewhere else. MOH dress needed to come back twice for alterations, as first time it wasn't taken in enough, even after 2nd appt it still was too big. My MOH had to pick up her dress one day before we left for destination wedding. Wouldn't recommend this bridal shop!

I loved the Bridesmaids Dress I selected for my girls until they were altered. The dress on some of the girls were taken in too much. The dress had a sweetheart style top, which needed to fit properly to keep "the girls" in. All the girls with no straps had problems with the top falling down b/c the seamstress never took the top in for them when they asked her to. At the reception some of the girls changed b/c they were uncomfortable dancing in the dress. The hem on the dress were too long, the girls had a hard time walking down the isle. The bottom of the dress was suppose to be hemmed evenly too which was never done. The dressed were barely steamed, thankfully my mom went out and bought a hand steamer.

* Thankfully my Bridal Dress was altered properly.

* The sales girls were great, which is why I originally selected my bridal dress & bridesmaids dresses from Country Way Bridal. I was disappointed in the end.

Rude Owners, Odd Experience

Went here when looking for a wedding dress because it looked like they had all the designers I was looking for and they did. It was a nice location, cute shop, small but nice dress selection.

They have “mood lighting” that is darker than a Cheesecake Factory that makes it hard to see.

The girl helping me was nice but the owners is what made us leave.

When you are picking out a wedding dress, aka “The Most Important Dress Of Your Life” - apparently Country Way expects you to pick that dress in an hour, one appointment. I was back and forth on a few dresses because again, expensive dress, big decision. My mom and aunt overheard the owner say to the girl who was helping me to wrap up my appointment already because I was “playing games” - because I wasn’t deciding an expensive and important choice fast enough for her apparently.

It’s fine though. We left because of the rudeness, went to another dress store nearby on the same day and spent double the budget my mom set because guess what - they were NICE and I felt welcome.

I just hope that if you do go here, that you have a better experience than I did.

I tried Country Way while I was searching for my dress. I didn't have a great idea of what I was looking for, but I had photos of things I liked. I think I worked with someone named Yvone. I was surprised how short she was with me! When I wanted to try different styles she told me that I needed to "just make up my mind." If you're an indecisive bride or want to try on multiple styles to find what works for you, I DO NOT recommend Country Way!

I went here to just try on dresses. Definitely not the most friendly and welcoming people here. It wasn't an awful experience, but it definitely wasn't great either. I did not feel valued during my appointment. I could tell the girl helping me did not want to be there, which made me not want to be there either. They have an okay selection, you basically go look through dresses yourself (which I actually appreciate!) and then they half help you put them on. The lighting is terrible, forget getting a great picture of any dresses you try on. If you want that whole I'm the center of the world bridal experience, or even a smile or two, don't go here.

Would not recommend Country Way if you're looking for service with a smile. The girl "helping" me was unwelcoming, lazy, rude, and acted like she would've rather been anywhere else. Instead of offering advice and encouragement as I was looking in the mirror, she was glaring! Her face in the background of my pictures says it all! She proceeded to complain about how late she would be at the store to put away all the dresses myself and other brides had tried on. Certainly made for a not-so-dreamy experience. Go elsewhere!

Unprofessional

The most disappointing bridal experience out of the several stores I’ve been to. Made an appointment 1.5 months in advance for a trunk show. Was confirmed multiple times that the specific dress I was looking for would be there. Show up the day of my appointment and the store was locked, lights off. Called and spoke with the owner who basically said nothing could be done despite the fact we drove 45 min to get there. Turns out the employee got in a car accident (there was no backup or apparently anyone else to relieve her?). I left angry, but understanding that life happens. I drove another 45 min one way back the very next day to only find out the specific dress I wanted was in fact NOT THERE despite confirming via email multiple times. The owner promised that she would contact the designer and see where the dress was locally in other trunk shows and let me know. Guess who never called me? I’ve given it a couple weeks to give her the benefit of the doubt. EXTREMELY unprofessional and an absolutely horrible experience. Such waste of time. Do NOT recommend if you want someone who actually follows through with what they promise!!

Worst job I’ve ever had...

Unfortunately I’m giving the boutique 1 start for a few reasons. I was a knew sales employee and worked there for a couple months. I did like working there and the dress/place was very cute and small. The employees who also worked there but much much longer then I. They would complain more frequently than I expected. Complaint about being hungry all the time and about the brides that came in. The boss would even complain to me cursing about her two employees every time i had the same schedule as her. I was a little shocked and thrown back about that.
After two months of working at the place, I was told to help with the fashion show, which I was excited and looking forward to. It was my first time, yet.. the manager did not help me, meaning giving the info to where the place was and what time to be there.
My boyfriend had to help me figure out where to go. My boss would not answer me or respond to me. I thought that was very unprofessional on her part. I ended up getting their an hour late.
I wasn’t happy about that obviously. I ended up helping out for 3 hours and only got paid for 1- 1/2 hour. I thought was completely unfair and unprofessional of her. After that week of working with her even after the show, she never called or emailed me letting me know what my next schedule was. I was completely in the dark, basically “ ghosted me”. So disappointed. We Had an appointment today to look for bridal gowns. We drove over a hour to visit this shop because we had heard good things. Our party included the bride, a sister, the mother of the bride (me) and the grandmother of the bride. Another family was there looking for bridesmaids dresses. Since there were only two employees in the store, neither group got full attention. The owner was not enthusiastic or positive. She barely talked to us. She didn’t help with selections and she didn’t recommend styles or designers. At one point my daughter had on a dress with a shear bodies and asked for fabric to cover it. The assistant handed her a few small fabric squares and told her to stiff them inside. It was so impersonal and unprofessional. Also the owner was not professionally dressed She looked like she just came from the gym...yoga pants and a tank top. The store was very hot and when I asked for water, the owner went a got me a styrofoam cup with tap water. Honestly we are not high maintenance people but we expaccted more from Haddonfield or from any professional shop. We had already been to a small shop in Northfield, Wedding Belles, where we had been treated to three bridal attendants and peach mimosas while we viewed dresses. Maybe our expectations were too high but we definitely expected more. When we were leaving, the other family who was shopping for bridesmaids dresses whispered that we should definitely try another store.

We were refused service by the owner, Yvonne because "they dont look like they can afford" the gowns. My daughter, the bride was referred to as "this girl" mulitple times. Other reviewers highlight poor product & service reviews. Beware or begone elsewhere.

I had the worst experience at Country Way ever. I shouldn't have ordered my bridesmaid dress from here, after hearing horror stories from two friends who were brides (one who got her dress there and one who decided not to). Yvonne was rude, unprofessional and I will be reporting Country Way to the Better Business Bureau. Brides and Bridesmaids beware! They are a nightmare to deal with!

I found my dress at Country Way and loved it, but let's be honest, they didn't make my dress. I should stress, I found my dress, I pulled it off the rack, my sales associate was mildly helpful.
The dress came in with a minor flaw, it was brushed off like it was nothing.
I had 4 fittings, 4!!! The seamstress, who is very nice works limited hours, and I would have to take time off each time I went in for a fitting. I lost a few pounds and my dress needed to be taken in. The last fitting I remember the Owner telling the Seamstress to pull past where I thought it needed to be pulled in. I looked at the Seamstress's face and I should have said no-- but I trusted the owner. What I was left with was a dress that was way too tight around my back and showed imperfections, therefore, I hate every picture from that angle. When I heard the price of the alterations, I should have taken my dress elsewhere.

I had an awful experience here. Two salespeople told me a time to come back so they could attend to me properly. When I came at that time, the store was completely empty and neither of them spoke to me. My mom and I wandered around for a few minutes. They brought one dress to me and then ignored me. One continuously brought dresses up and down to what I guess is their storage from the staircase inside my dressing room and would leave the door open to the windowed store while I was completely naked. I expressed my interest in purchasing the dress and they reminded me the dress was over 2k. I okayed this, as it was within my budget. Then they ignored me again, and I got the feeling they didn't believe I could afford it. Then they reprimanded me for trying on a dress someone already bought (I had no idea) and then I left when they didn't talk to me again. It was very uncomfortable, they had no respect for my privacy, and they ignored me the whole time even though I was obviously interested in giving them my money. Go somewhere else where people would appreciate your business.

I put a $1,570 deposit more than half for a wedding gown. Dress arrived 3 months late which I did not stress about because I was pregnant. They called me, I explained I would not be able to pick up the dress, I was NOT told that I could possibly lose the dress until I called about it and was told I Forfited the dress when the remaining balance was not paid which was 800 something. No courtesy call to let me know they were going to SELL my dress to another bride!! Your wedding is suppose to be special and memorable time why am I stressing? Give me your Thoughts and comments? Was I rude or loud? I think she got nervous because she had other brides in the boutique

I failed to mention that I actually called them about it and instead of trying to accommodate me they hung up saying they have other brides to tend to. Then I guess when my number on the caller ID showed up they straight up ignored my calls. I had to use another phone to call then I nicely said” I was speaking to someone and got hung up on” and CLICK! Hung up again !! Then called again the next morning and was told she would contact her partner about the situation and call me back. I waited a week, no call. Which resulted in me to come to the boutique. She says her partner said absolutely not in the video but I never even got a call for that!

Contract says it must be paid off after notified. When I got the call I told them I could not pick it up due to my situation. (Pregnant and busy season at work, could not drive 2 hours to pick up dress) Did not get the option that dress could be shipped like she mentioned in the video and was not notified that the dress would be forfeited,
I really did not think they would take my money and give me nothing in return

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The owner of this store is the biggest asshole I have ever met. Never calls anyone back, and when I finally got her on the phone (Because I kept calling) she hung up on me like a child. I had a problem with my bridesmaids belts with missing beads and terrible quality. They reordered them 4 different times(or they said they did, they looked liked a 2 year old glued/sewed them back together.. That's how awful they looked) which equals 20 different belts. I was still nothing more than patient and understanding with them. This issue with the belts went on for 6 months. It wasn't until I said I didn't want the belts anymore, I wanted my money back, so I could find something else for my girls. Considering I only have 2 months until my wedding. The owner told me she would only give me my money back for 4 belts not all 5. I asked her what was I supposed to do with one belt. She told me to sell it on eBay. Absolutely ridiculous.. She is the rudest, most unprofessional, owner of a bridal store I have ever meet. I don't even know how she stays in business. Needless to say she wrote me a check for all 5 belts but of course when I went to pick up the check, she was very nasty to me. I feel bad for her employees because they have to deal with her.
ALSO they have this "policy" where they want you to pay for your balance in cash, you can't use a card. ( they don't tell you this until it's time to pick up your dress btw). I'm pretty sure that's illegal. they probably do it bc people disputed the charges bc they mess orders up and refused to make it right. They just blame you.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!! Don't even go in. I know there are some good reviews but the ones that are bad are the ones who had a problem and the owner treated them like crap instead of trying to help them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE OF A STORE!

Worst Bridal store ever! People cannot believe what these owners did to me and my bridal party. . I went to Country Way bridal in Cherry Hill, ordered my wedding gown, veil and 9 bridesmaid dresses. They seemed so nice the first couple of times you are in there so helpful...until something goes wrong, and trust me with them it will. To begin, they ordered every girl the wrong size dress, probably so that they could get money for alterations. When none of the girls wanted alterations done by the store, they told me that they measured each dress that was too small and told me that the dresses were mis-cut at the factory and they would send them back for the correct dresses. I stayed in contact with the dress store for the past 3 months asking when the dresses would be arriving to their store. They kept saying "next week", it is now 3 weeks before my wedding and they just called today saying they were in. I drove 40 minutes back to the store to pick up the dresses and come to find out they are the same dresses, they never sent them back. Now 3 weeks before my wedding I have dresses that fit my bridesmaids. Throughtout this whole experience they have lied to me over the phone and to my face. Not to mention screamed and yelled at both me and my mother calling us obsurd names. I couldnt even believe someone can treat customers the way they do! The mother and daughter have absolutely no people skills and lie constantly. I have spent thoudsands of dollars in their store and they did nothing to even try to help the situation, except lie about everything.

Worst vendor ever! They do not know anything about customer service or how to run a business. Not one thing went right with these people and instead of trying to work with you, they will simply blame you entirely for it. I caution all brides to stay away from this place- it will be nothing but headaches!

Country Way was the worst part of my wedding experience. The owner is just a bad person and should not be allowed to run a business. The store is chaotic and the saleswomen are constantly flustered and annoyed with little questions, such as what colors does this dress come in or how much does this dress cost. I had problems with both my bridesmaid dresses and my wedding dress and the owner acted beyond rude when I brought them to her attention. The store not only failed to deliver what it promised, but the owner attacked me personally when I calmly complained about it. Planning a wedding should be a happy time, and there are SO many other bridal shops in the area that care about customer service and upholding standards. Brides: please beware. I do not want anyone else to have to go through the experience that I had to go through!

Do not purchase your wedding dress from this store! The owner is completely unprofessional and doesn't work with you. My dress came in wrong and she refused to work with me. I had to contact the designer myself to get the dress fixed. Luckily i ordered my dress early enough to have the designer re make a new dress for me. The designer was awesome, however when my new dress came in I had to take the dress out to find someone to do alterations. The owner was completely rude and ignored me when I came in to try the new dress on. She didn't even come over to see if the dress was right this time. I have heard so many bad things on top of my experience with this store.

This shop is absolutely horrible! In the beginning, when I went in to look for a dress, they seemed so nice and helpful. But as soon as I ordered my dress and the bridesmaid dresses, everything changed. Not only did they order the complete wrong size in my gown, they then proceeded to tell me it was my fault for losing weight and the dress being too big. Then I had the girl re-measure me and compare it to the measurements taken when I ordered the dress, and some didn't even change!!! They are liars, con-artists, and have no concept of customer service whatsoever. Yvonne and Lynne are the worst tag-team duo in the bridal industry. One of my girl's bridesmaids dresses was mysteriously LOST, until the week before the wedding when the bridesmaid began threatening the salon, it finally reappeared! Future brides please, please BEWARE!!!
