Excellent Floral arrangements and bouquets
I met with Edward about 5 months prior to my wedding and told him my vision. He made that come true and more. They were so easy to work with and the flowers were gorgeous! -

Our flowers were stunning. I highly recommend this vendor. They worked with us in the begining with picking out our arrangements. Our guests raved about the flowers and how wonderful they smelled. I will continue to use this vendor with all my flower needs. -

Beautiful arrangements and very helpful in the planning process. They kept me at ease knowing I didn't have to worry about setting up centerpieces at the reception venue or returning any of their items. All costs are very reasonable and they will help you find great alternative ideas if you are on a budget. -

I saw other vendors who would not do what I wanted, and Edward did! My choice turned out even better than I imagined! My flowers were beautiful and displayed amazingly. I have no words to express how beautiful everything turned out all together. I was speechless. -

The flowers for my son's wedding were gorgeous! Edward has a flair for the delightful and hit the ethereal theme right on the mark. He incorporated our lavender into the beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres and created masterpieces with the fern garland for the head table. His guidance on the care of the flowers kept everything looking fresh the entire day. Thank you for a wonderful experience. -

Kathy worked with us to stay within our budget and still provided us beautiful flowers! She brought everything to the church and set it up before we even arrived. I would definitely recommend Country Lane to anyone! -

We worked with Libby in the Howell location and she was *amazing*! I kept looking at my flowers all day and just thinking about how beautiful they looked. She did everything I wanted and more with the bouquets (and for a great price). My centerpieces were individual bud vases of different shapes and colors and she was patient enough to go through all of them (about 40 in total) and individually figure out which flowers to use. When we added vases, she was very flexible and helped us get more flowers. Even my mother in law was impressed :-) -

Country Lane Florists is the florist I used for my February 9th 2013 wedding in Brighton MI. They did a total of seven bouquets, one for me and one for each of my bridesmaids. My bouquet was a variety of flowers in all different shades of purple, and my bridesmaids carried a variety of flowers in different shades of white and blush - they turned out perfectly and lasted through the night without falling apart. Country Lane was one of the first florists I visited when planning my wedding and it was definitely and easy choice to book them. I met with Deb Arsenau, who ended up being the one to design my bouquets for my wedding. I know next to nothing about flowers, but I knew my own style and the colors I wanted. Going off of my descriptions of my wedding style and the photos I brought in, Deb walked me through helpful booklets of flowers that were available and proceeded to put together a bouquet design for myself and my bridesmaids. She did an amazing job of staying perfectly within my budget and was also helpful in offering alternatives (we got married the weekend before Valentine’s day so roses were much more expensive! Although she did still slip in a couple of lovely dusty lavender roses). Deb also did a beautiful design in ribbon for the stems. Not only were they very helpful and professional but they responded quickly to any inquiries I had between our initial meeting and the wedding. When their shop in Brighton consolidated into their shop in Howell Deb contacted me and said that she would deliver the flowers to our hotel in Brighton free of charge, which I appreciated very much. On the day of the wedding Deb was right on time with all of our flowers in vases of water and covered in plastic to protect them from the cold - they were STUNNING! Deb got my style perfectly - put together but still organic and natural looking - I loved it! She told me to bring the vases back whenever we had the time and not to worry about rushing to return them. The amount we paid -

When I went searching for my flowers, I had no idea what I was looking for. There were so many choices, and the places I had been seemed very unwilling to assist me. This task had become an unfavorite part of the wedding plan to me. That was until I met Joyce in the Brighton store. Not only did she guide me to flowers that would work, she made me a small version of the flowers that we selected in a mini bouquet to take home. The day of the wedding, I was so surprised by the results of what was selected, I couldn't have done it without Joyce. -

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I was concerned that the woman I spoke to did not get an idea of what type of flowers I wanted, but my bouqet was perfect. I did not really like the brides maid flowers, but that was my fault for not knowing what I wanted. The service left something to be desired, but the flowers made up for it. -

I chose Country Lane because they offered the best prices, the most involved planning, and the most flexibility. They also did the flowers for my parents wedding almost 30 years ago. My consultant went through all the possible choices...corsages, boutineers, altar pots, candelabra greens, boquets, colors, types of flowers (and which are in season and easy to get)... everything was covered. I did change my order a couple of times, and there was no problem adding or deleting items from my list.
My only complaint is that it seemed that they took a bit of liberties with the altar pots. I requested all white/cream colored flowers, and they added red roses like my boquet in addition to the white. It did look beautiful still, but it was not what I ordered. They delivered the flowers early, and did ask if I liked everything before they left, giving time to make changes. -

I had worked with a consultant (Megan K.) last year who from the initial meeting I thought was wonderful. I had my flower inspiration and she said that it would not be a problem to make my flowers look just like the pictures. The price was perfect and I was good to go…or so I thought. A month before the wedding, I get an email from the florist asking what it was I wanted the bouquets to look like. (I thought this information was kept on file??) Anyhow, not a big deal, so I emailed her the pictures of what my flowers should look like. Very simple, the bridesmaids were all hydrangeas and my bouquet was all hydrangeas with roses in the middle. She assured me that would not be a problem and then asked if I was picking these up or having them delivered. I let her know I had wanted them delivered since we were all busy the day of the wedding and she said they would be able to do so but for a fee. I was annoyed at this point; I was told in my original meeting that there were no fees for delivery. Thankfully once I let her know, she told me they would go ahead and deliver them free of charge for me due to the miscommunication from the original consultant.
*Before the wedding, I am getting in my dress and the photographer tells me my flowers just got here and they look amazing! She showed me a picture of my bouquet and what do you know,all of my bouquets were just hydrangeas. I know, it is a small detail, but I was so sad, the flowers are what I based so much off of! Thankfully the ceremony was in Howell also, my MOH called them and let them know that they had messed up my flowers and I was disappointed that I did not get what I had paid for. THANKFULLY they had someone rush over with white roses and fix my bouquet literally minutes before I was to walk down the aisle.Thank you Kathy and the female delivery driver for fixing what Megan had caused due to lack of communication. -

I went through the Howell country lane and I loved my flowers. The only things that was stressful was that the person who I talked to about what I wanted was not the person who set up my venues. details were lost between these people somewhere and they had to come to me for questions when I was already busy. I talked to the consultant so I wouldn't have to do it the day of. -

The flowers were not quite what I wanted for the wedding. I really wish this vendor would have told me that some of the flowers that I choose were not in season so that I could have chosen something else. Instead, I was surprised on my wedding day to find some different flowers in my bouquet. Although it wasn't what I wanted, the flowers did turn out to be very beautiful. -

Do not use this florists. We used them for our wedding venue, and a week later, they requested to have "rented" glassware returned. No rental contract drew up no deposit, just requested that the glassware be returned.
The only thing I loved were my bouquets. the centerpieces were half assed. -
