    We ordered ivory for my granddaughter. It came in white, which conflicts with the bride's dress. Facebook messages and email have had no human response.

    DO NOT USE THEM! I ordered a flower girl dress from them in February, which should have been plenty of time for my July wedding. I have contacted them numerous times with little to no response. It still has not been shipped. I have finally disputed this on Paypal,so hopefully I will get my money back

    Cute dresses but their customer service is lacking greatly. They failed to ship my order (it has been over a month), won't respond or refund me ($76), and now I'm scrambling for flower girl dresses. Not happy.

    I ordered a Mauve Couture Headband from them back in April 19, 2017 for outlet family picture in May and got the confirmation email the next day. I got charged for the order on April 21. Well I didn't hear anything from them until I emailed them on May 12,2017 asking for an update on my order and that I would like a refund. They emailed me back the next day that they will process my order that following Monday. With my life being so hectic I forgot about it until today 8/8/17. I have yet to receive my order or a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

    DONT BOTHER! Waste of time. Paid for item and was told it would go FEDEX the next tday. Rec'd a message ONE WEEK later stating they "just saw" my item had been paid for a week ago, even tho I FB mes'd them and sent an email stating I paid a week prior. Company is in the same state as me and charged me $45 for shipping and can't even get it to me a week later? Then, refunded me but bc they didn't ahve $ in their PP account, I have to wait 5 days for their check payment to clear. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE>

    Do not use these people! I ordered a dress and a headband from their company. After a month I finally got my order and was super excited. I opened my package to find only a dress and I was missing a bow. The dress was mediocre in quality, but the customer service is horrible. How can you run a business like that. After multiple attempts to contact the company via email. I have not heard from them. I am very disappointed! I saw them on JANE.com and that is why I went to their website to order a dress directly from them. I will never do that again. Lesson Learned.

    Again same as other reviews, I could kick myself for not checking reviews in advance. I ordered almost three weeks ago, can not get a response from email. The wedding is in one week and I have no dresses. Ugggggg!

    Ordered dresses for a wedding. Credit card was charged and shipping status was that a label had been created. After two weeks of nothing, I asked for an update. I did get a response with no punctuation that said they'd look into it. Nearly a week later, after seeing the reviews on this website, I asked again and when I did not hear back, I filed a claim to get my money back (thankfully I did). Wish I would've seen these reviews BEFORE ordering - clearly this is common problem for this company.

    Their dresses are adorable, but when you order from them, they send out the incorrect items, if they even send them out at all!!! Then, they won't answer your emails or Facebook messages when you want to find the order or get your money back! But, they happily take your money, so watch out!!! Both myself and my maid of honor ordered flower girl dresses and headbands from them. None of the headbands arrived and one of the dresses was completely incorrect and none of our emails or Facebook messages was every replied to, despite my initiating contact the same evening my order arrived! Still no refund or response a month later. Had to scramble and order from other sites so that we'd have items for the flower girls in my wedding! Very frustrated, and still no money back!!

    ONLY submitting a .5/5.0 because that is the bare minimum allowed to provide feedback. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. I have never seen such poor processes when dealing with an online vendor. You think, shop small, support a handmade boutique? Shame on Country Couture & Company for tainting this idea for me. I ordered a flower girl dress over a month ago, for a wedding 2 months from order date. Their site states that most dresses are ready-to-ship...well, here we are over a month and four unanswered emails later, and NO dress or update. I have requested a refund and will be disputing the charge. Don't waste your time!

    0 Stars! I ordered a dress to try over a month ago and have not received it. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I am going to dispute this charge to my card and try to find a way to report this company.

    Same issue as many others on here. Except i ordered and received my first flower girl dress in weeks. Than decided to have two flower girls and went to order a second that has never ever been shipped. Nobody will answer my emails. Very upset as the dress is so cute wedding is 8 weeks away and now am stuck buy two new dresses. Hopefully I can get my money back for the one that never shipped fro my credit card company.

    ABSOLUTE SCAM! Do not order from this company! I ordered three dresses from this site with the promise of 5-7 day shipping. They never shipped my items or responded to a single email I sent, but they charged my card. I am disputing the charge with my bank and hope to get my money back from this company!

    I put in an order for 2 flower girl dresses on Jan. 22nd 2018 for my Wedding in October. The email confirmation that was sent stated 5-7 business days. When I did'nt receive it by Feb. 1st I emailed to confirm the shipping date or if the order was backlogged. I heard nothing. Growing more nervous, I emailed again on Feb. 11th and still nothing. I decided to check out the reviews and low and behold, many people have had the same issues that I am having. Currently disputing the $70.00 charge to my credit card and not allowing this company to blind side people. Absolutely frustrated and annoyed! Thank GOD I ordered with plenty of time before my wedding.

    My review is very similar to everyone else's here. I ordered two flower girls dresses on Jan. 31. Money was deducted the next day. It's been two weeks with no confirmation or response from them. When I try to login to view my order it tells me my credentials are invalid. There's no phone number to contact them directly, just an email form on the their website which I have done twice to no avail. After reading the reviews from everyone else here...I'm doubting we will see any response or dresses. Very, very disappointed!

    Ugh, I cannot believe I didn't do research before ordering! I placed my order 3 weeks ago and immediately had a bad feeling. I've sent 4 emails...nothing. I will not only dispute the charges, but will not stop there.

    Ordered a dress TWO MONTHS ago and have yet to receive it. They have not responded to emails and have no phone number to reached. This is a joke of a company! Don't waste your time!

    Ordered flower girl dresses 3 weeks ago. I saw it would have a week lead time to ship due to demand and was okay with that. After two weeks I sent an email on both the email addresses on their site and heard nothing back. Messaged them on Facebook... nothing back. Emailed them again today, 3 weeks after the order was placed. Doubt I will get a response. I am so upset with myself I didn’t see this website with poor reviews before ordering. The website looks cute and professional... don’t be tricked! Their website was down for a while too, which made me freak out thinking they just went out of business. Unfulfilled order that will most likely never be processed. BEWARE.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM. I ordered flower girl dresses months ahead of time. My wedding was a MONTH ago. I have sent countless emails with zero response (of course, no number to call because they're a fake company). I heard a few weeks ago that my items would ship... still nothing. Spent $150.00--might as well have lit my money on fire. Wish I would have been smart enough to look at reviews before I ordered.

    They charged my credit card 3 weeks ago but have not received merchandise. I have emailed them with no response. Disputing charges with my credit card company. Disappointed to say the least, this is a business of taking money so beware! Their rating is a big **ZERO**

    Awful!! I ordered two flower girl dresses 6 weeks ago. Sent 5 emails finally got a response they would be shipped out by the following Tuesday. Never happened finally got an email several days later for a refund. The refund still hasn't gone through and no explanation why I'm not getting the dresses and why they did the refund. Now the wedding is quickly approaching and I'm searching for new dresses and trying to get my money back. It's been a nightmare! Wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. If there is a good review it's probably the owner trying to make up for what actually has happened to all us actual clients.

    Ordered 3 flower girl dresses from this place, wasn't given any confirmation for anything other than my payment. I have tried to contact through email for a week and have not gotten but 1 response telling me they were out of stock (when I made the purchase 3 wks prior the dresses were in stock and ready to ship) so I told them I just want my money back and order cancelled. Now they will not answer my emails. I have filed a cancelation dispute with my bank and submitted a complaint to the BBB, hoping to atleast get the $100 back so I can actually get my flower girls their dresses now

    Country Couture & Company is literally scheming people for their money, fraudulently. We ordered a flower girl dress April 13th. One month later we emailed politely asking on the dress progress. We received an order confirmation and were charged for the dress, but no dress was ever shipped. $48.95 is not small fee. After emailing them 3 times with no response we tried to have a friend reach out with a different email with no response. We will report this company as fraudulently charging for services to our bank and encourage people to never purchase items with them. We are now two weeks away from our wedding and without flower girl dresses.

    Ordered 2 flower girl dresses on May 3rd. They are supposed to ship in 5 business days or you send an email. I have sent 3 emails without any response. Of course the payment has gone through. Wedding is two months away and now looking for other dresses....DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

    BEWARE. Do not use this company. If I could leave zero stars I would. Wish I had read these reviews before, and I never would have ordered. I was charged the wrong amount. Then my order (flower girl dresses) never arrived in the time frame specified. My inquiries and demand for refund went completely ignored. Then (after my wedding) I receive an email that the order is being shipped. Um, way too late and past the promised time frame. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I am reporting them in all manner possible for fraud.

    Don't ever order from this company!! They shipped both the bride and I the WRONG items or just NO item at all for our flower girl dresses! We have been attempting to contact them about replacing and getting the correct items and they won't respond at all! I've had to file FRAUD with my bank just to get my money back!

    I purchased 2 dresses march 5th, 2017, after many emails and a rude response from them, I was told the dresses would ship around mid march. Well, here it is the end of April, I have emailed, fb msg, and wrote on their page and I have yet to get a response as to where the dresses are, but they had no problem taking the money out of my account the following day on march 6th.

    I ordered a dress and a headband, after 2 weeks of no shipping confirmation and multiple emails to to company I disputed with paypal. I finally got a shipping confirmation (just a tracking number) but was unable to track I was just getting pre-shipment when I tracked it, meaning a label had been created but never shipped. Once I finally received my package all I received was the dress the matching headband was missing. I have attempted to contact them and get it sent once again with response. I have once again disputed with paypal to get my money back. If you order from this company use caution and order WAY before you actually need an item. I do not recommend this company to anyone and will not do business with them again.

    Horrible experience. Ordered a headband to go with one of the flower girl dresses on site and hadn't shipped in ten days, so I finally got ahold of them by email since they have no phone. They said the usps never shipped it so they would send it express and they promised from that Thursday, it would be there Saturday. I told my family they would have it so at last minute we scrambled to get burlap flowers from Hobby Lobby in her hair. They of course never responded to me until that following Monday and only a refund of headband. So, obviously they lied through their teeth and never even expressed shipped it to us in Texas. Never apologized or offer credit or anything. So disappointing and frustrating for my neices wedding.
