For my wedding, I chose to use every flower and color in the book. I wanted simple décor for table settings, but made a statement with colorful bouquets and boutonnieres. Our main contact for the wedding was Chris Bucknam, whom was such a pleasure and easy to work with. She took my ideas and inspiration photos to a whole new level, providing stunning results and exceptional beauty to our big day. What I had pictured in my mind, was exactly what I received. I was over the moon impressed and grateful for having Ms. Chris bring my dreams to a reality. Highly recommend!! -

COMPLETELY OBSESSED!! Country and Lace Florist perfectly captured our vision for our wedding flowers. My husband and I got married on Valentine's Day, and Country and Lace created the most BEAUTIFUL flowers that embodied the theme and the love of both the holiday and a wedding day - looking at pictures of my flowers just makes my heart so happy and full. We are so so thankful for everything Chris did to make our wedding so perfect, and we highly recommend Country and Lace to all engaged couples in the Charleston area! -

We used Chris for our son's rehearsal dinner since the bride had chosen her for the wedding and reception. Working with Chris was delightful. She was quick and clear with communication and did exactly what was agreed upon.
The flowers for the rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception were exquisite. Absolutely stunning. I would use Chris again in a heartbeat.

No kidding of all the decor of our wedding, the flowers were my absolute FAVORITE!! I had so many comments about them and a lot of who did the flowers?! They were truthfully wonderful and perfect in every way. When we met to discuss what I wanted she was very attentive and had plenty of questions to make sure all was covered. She didn’t miss anything I was picturing! She very successfully took my vision and made it real. I would use her time and time again. Absolutely perfect! -

Debbie was absolutely amazing from the start! She listened to all of my ideas and responded quickly with pricing and even more suggestions. She was encouraging and I felt like she really believed in my vision. On the wedding day, she brought different ribbon options to tie my bouquet with so that it matched perfectly. She was really thorough with instructions for the flowers and made sure they would last the whole night. Everything from bouquets to centerpieces to alter ties all turned out beautiful!!! They brought the venue to life and added so much elegance. I would recommend Debbie to anyone looking for gorgeous wedding flowers and great service. -

Couldn't have asked for a better florist experience for our wedding in Charleston SC. Debbie spent SO much time with me, I was blow away. Several phone calls that were long and very detailed. Guests were blown away by how pretty she made the wedding venue and ceremony look! If you're wondering who to hire for your wedding, pick Debbie at country and lace, no brainer. VERY fair pricing as well! -

We could not have asked for anything more perfect. She is very talented and she has an eye for knowing which flowers will work best together and with your theme. She meets with the couple and gets an idea of what they are looking for and she did a wonderful job tying the space together. It was beautiful. -

I planned my wedding from Charlotte, NC, and she didn't hesitate to reach out to me via email or phone. All the flowers were absolutely stunning, but she really outdid herself on my bridal bouquet and centerpieces! Debbie was so flexible that she was able to incorporate my collection of vintage mason jars for the centerpieces and the ceremony flowers. Debbie's pricing is also extremely affordable. I definitely recommend Country and Lace if you're planning your big day in the Charleston area. Debbie will not disappoint! -

The first time I met with Debbie to discuss flowers, I really didn't know what I wanted. She took the few ideas I had and turned them into exactly how I had pictured my dream wedding to be. Debbie was a pleasure to work with for our December 2021 wedding! I saw photos of her work on Facebook and immediately reached out. She was responsive and fair in her quotes. She called me to talk through questions and details when necessary and listened to what we desired for our vision. She followed photo examples to ensure she was matching what I desired. You never know how things will fully turn out, but Debbie executed the vision I had flawlessly. Minimal florals, heavy greenery and consistency from the garland on our ceremony arbor to the reception space. You will not regret working with Debbie. She is kind, helpful and a true partner in your vision. Thank you for being part of our day, Debbie! -

Exceptional
Debbie created the most beautiful florals for our wedding. I was absolutely blown away by the way that she took a few examples & 30 minutes of rambling about what I wanted- and turned them into a bouquet better than I could imagine.
She ysed high quality florals and it showed.

Floral Fabulousness
Being an out of town bride, I struggled to find quality vendors who were easy to work with from afar. Fortunately, a few locals had given me Debbie's name and I couldn't be more grateful they did! Debbie was professional, understanding and very affordable. After we cancelled our wedding due to Covid, we moved up our date and did a small elopement. Debbie was flexible and our flowers could not have been more stunning!! If you're on the fence, hop off and run to Debbie! You won't regret it :) -

Country & Lace Florist made my daughter's wedding a special day by provided the most gorgeous flowers and reception centerpieces!
Debbie Mock at Country & Lace Florist did an amazing job with my daughter's wedding and we enjoyed working with her! From the church flowers, bouquets, and reception tables, everything was beautiful! We had decided to use Charleston Sweetgrass baskets and lemons to tie together the bride's hometown (Charleston) and the groom's last name (Lemmon). Debbie came up with wonderful ideas for using the baskets and lemons for our reception table decorations and centerpieces. She helped us choose just the right flowers in our requested color combinations and made sure we stayed within our budget. We chose Debbie because she had done such a great job with my other daughter's wedding a few years ago. We highly recommend Debbie for all your florist needs! -
