For my wedding, I chose to use every flower and color in the book. I wanted simple décor for table settings, but made a statement with colorful bouquets and boutonnieres. Our main contact for the wedding was Chris Bucknam, whom was such a pleasure and easy to work with. She took my ideas and inspiration photos to a whole new level, providing stunning results and exceptional beauty to our big day. What I had pictured in my mind, was exactly what I received. The Most Exquisite Valentine's Day Flowers
COMPLETELY OBSESSED!! Country and Lace Florist perfectly captured our vision for our wedding flowers. We used Chris for our son's rehearsal dinner since the bride had chosen her for the wedding and reception. Working with Chris was delightful. She was quick and clear with communication and did exactly what was agreed upon.

Being an out of town bride, I struggled to find quality vendors who were easy to work with from afar. Fortunately, a few locals had given me Debbie's name and I couldn't be more grateful they did! Debbie Mock at Country & Lace Florist did an amazing job with my daughter's wedding and we enjoyed working with her! From the church flowers, bouquets, and reception tables, everything was beautiful! We had decided to use Charleston Sweetgrass baskets and lemons to tie together the bride's hometown (Charleston) and the groom's last name (Lemmon). Debbie came up with wonderful ideas for using the baskets and lemons for our reception table decorations and centerpieces. She helped us choose just the right flowers in our requested color combinations and made sure we stayed within our budget. A pop of sunflowers, white roses, daisies, lilies, and life! Debbie is incredibly talented and brought such color to my wedding. At the last minute, mom asked her to make a few table arrangements that were like the bouquets so that we could repurpose bouquets on the reception tables. Only wanting to have 2 styles of centerpieces, we needed her help to make that happen (since the number of tables seemed to increase daily)! Debbie makes beautiful arrangements and bouquets! I loved that she works independently and that we were her only wedding for the day. We used her for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. She knew my venues (McCrady's and the Historic Rice Mill) very well and could suggest arrangement styles that she knew complemented the space. With very minimal direction, Debbie was able to figure out exactly what I envisioned. I really appreciated her flexibility! After our initial meeting our budget and table numbers drastically changed and she was able to still find a way to make it work. The flowers were gorgeous and we were happy to be able to take the larger arrangements home to donate after the wedding!

The flowers for my wedding were absolutly perfect and EXACTLY what I asked for. They really helped because I love flowers and had a specific look I envisioned for the wedding, but I don't know different kinds of flowers that well and so I felt like my requests weren't that helpful, but the end product was perfect. My first meeting with her was very professional and she brought example photos and even brought example vases and other vessels so I could picture how things would look and pick what I liked. She was also very flexible with adding flowers to our church decoration which were absolutely breathtaking and really made our ceremony special. Debbie was also very willing to customize our flowers, down to spray-painting stems and vases with a special color of copper I requested. I would recommend her to anyone for her professionalism, value and quality!

Debbie worked with me through the whole process and not only figured out exactly what I wanted in every circumstance, but also worked around my budget. Her prices were not just reasonable but a good deal below many others I talked to. She was also great working with me across long distance since my wedding was a destination wedding. I am the mother of the brides, that would one, two and three brides, the last being May 14, 2016, at the Charleston Country Club of Charleston. To start, she was very accommodating and was willing to meet with me, my mom and my sister when they were visiting from PA on a busy wedding weekend. She is very knowledgeable about flowers so you can show her any picture and she can make your vision come to life. She is also really great about making suggestions if certain flowers aren't in season so you can still achieve the look you want. She is very organized, professional and timely. After we met each time she emailed the quote within a few hours. She was so patient with me when I was undecided about what I wanted! She was willing to meet and make as many changes as I wanted. In the end, the flowers at the ceremony and the reception were AWESOME!!! They held up all night in the July heat! And the best part is how reasonable she is for such outstanding work!!! I cannot say enough good things about Debbie. She was truly professional and listened to what I wanted/liked to ensure my vision was realized on my wedding day. I have probably changed the floral designs 4 or 5 times but Debbie was very patient and worked with me throughout the entire process. The flowers turned out absolutely beautiful! Having a destination wedding means not being able to see things in person during the planning process. I probably could have used less flower centerpieces on my wedding day as I did not know how big each would look like, but I would still recommend Debbie to any bride-to-be in a heartbeat!

I am not a very detail oriented person so I relied heavily on her input, she had be describe my style and looking through photos of weddings that she had already done, I pointed out a few things I liked. I told her my colors and she took it from there! My flowers were even better than the ones I looked at in wedding magazines and she really took the time to get everything perfect! She met with my wedding coordinator the day of and styled everything perfectly! I couldn't have asked for anything better! Debbie was wonderful to work with. My bridal bouquet was exactly what I envisioned. She is very easy to work with and her pricing is hard to beat!

Deb did an awesome job. She did all my personals for the wedding (bouquets and corsages). She was quick and easy to talk to to. The bridal bouquets was absolutely breath-taking. I would recommend her to anyone.

Debbie Mock is so very talented! Her flowers are amazing and she was the best to work with. We knew her flowers would be beautiful but there are no words to describe how beautiful they were. We have a hard time ticking a favorite but one of our favorites was a huge tropical arrangement she did in a pineapple ice sculptor. We can't wait to get our pictures back to share with her.

I don't know about flower names but I had a vision for what I wanted at my wedding and for the tables at the rehearsal, and I had a budget! Debbie was VERY easy to work with. She would show pictures until I found what I liked, and if it was a budget breaking flower, she would sub it out with something very similar so I could get the same look. She worked around my work schedule for meetings and dropped off flowers for my hair the night before the wedding so I had them for my appointment. I can't say enough about her!
