The Best There Is

Cottonwood Studios could not have done a better job working with my wife and I before, during, and even after our wedding. Not only was she exceptionally pleasant to work with along the way by clearly outlining options and expectations, but she delivered at a caliber that drastically exceeded my already high expectations. In addition to ensuring that every step of the way was seamless (and even fun), Kari is simply just the most talented photographer I have ever met, and ultimately delivered content that was nothing short of perfect. The services and content offered by Cottonwood Studios is nothing short of phenomenal, all provided at an unbelievably reasonable price point. If you want the best photographer, you call Kari.

Nobody better!!!!

I can not rave enough about Kari & Caleb. They are seriously the dream team. They just get it- they keep the entire day totally chill, calm, cool, and collected while also capturing the most PERFECT shots. They have a vision that is absolutely unmatched and they don’t even need direction to capture it. They are truly the best and I don’t have enough positive sentiments to share about them. You're missing out without them!!!!

Fantastic experience all around!

Kari and Caleb were such a pleasure to work with! I cannot say enough good things about them.
Personality-wise, they were a great presence to have around on our wedding day - fun, personable, professional, relaxed, and looking out for my husband and me the entire time.
Photography-wise, I am even more impressed. Kari and Caleb expertly guided us through our first look and couples session before the wedding. They found amazing locations to shoot in, helped us pose, and kept track of the time to make sure we got where we needed to be. During the ceremony and reception, they were incredibly dynamic. When I saw the photos, I couldn't believe they were able to capture so much of the night from so many angles. The images are STUNNING. They are fun, unique, candid, expertly shot and edited, and I love them all so much. I would work with Kari and Caleb again in a heartbeat.

I can’t say enough about kari and Caleb. Our first meeting was for our engagement pictures. Our session was fun, comfortable, and the pictures were outstanding. They get to know you - I’d want to hang with them on the weekends!
As for our wedding day was 10/7/2017, and I don’t know if I would have survived without them. Kari was with the girls, and Caleb with the guys. It worked out perfectly. Kari was great at directing not only my husband and I, but the whole bridal party and my family. Both kari and Caleb have great ideas for photo opps, but they make it fun! And those are the most genuine type of photos. They captured so many moments. Everyone is raving about the photos - they brought me to tears. I am so, so happy we found cotton wood studios. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone - remember that your photographer is in charge of capturing your day. It flies by. Kari and Caleb did just that!!!

When my wife and her friend were searching online for wedding photographers ~1 year before our wedding date, they stumbled upon Cottonwood Studios' Instagram. My wife, who has even higher standards for photographers than she has for a husband, was extremely impressed, and she made it clear that we HAD to get Cottonwood at all costs - even if it meant moving our wedding date if Cottonwood was unavailable!

Starting with the engagement shoot, it couldn't have been easier working out a shooting day with Cottonwood. FYI, Caleb and Kari live outside the U.S. and work events all over the world, so it is good to discuss with them when they will be in your region. Fortunately for us, they were in NYC already when we wanted to have our engagement shoot, so we coordinated a shoot in Brooklyn. Speaking of that shoot in Brooklyn, we were able to leverage Caleb and Kari's expertise - they had shot in that location years ago and still remembered some really cool areas to shoot. The whole evening/night, they were extremely personable and we had a lot of fun. They helped us carry around some 2nd outfits which we changed into and they didn't seem tired even though we put a few miles on our feet that night. So recap, they were accessible and helpful during the shoot and were great at suggesting poses, positioning us, and getting some great, natural reactions out of us. (skipping wedding paragraph due to word limit).

One of the neat things I noticed was how excited Caleb and Kari were immediately after they took great photos. Caleb or Kari would show each other thumbnails on the camera, and they would both get so excited - which got me and my wife very excited, too! Then they would show us, and we could see first-hand how their vision would pay-off and that we would get the same type of great pictures we saw on Instagram months earlier but with us in the pictures this time! Couldn't be more satisfied with Cottonwoods' work!

Kari and Caleb are the best wedding photographers!!! You can't beat this wife and husband duo! We cannot recommend them highly enough. From our engagement shoot to our wedding day, they were so accommodating and easy to get along with. They truly care about the clients' experience and happiness with their photos. During our engagement photo shoot, they had us check out the photos throughout the shoot to make sure they were what we envisioned. They were prepared with what shots they had in mind, but were also flexible to what we had in mind as well.

Something we couldn't stop raving over was they were so helpful in making our wedding day run smoothly. They knew the shots we wanted and they made that happen. For our wedding ceremony, it was crucial to stay on time. Kari and Caleb were prompt and captured all the family photos we wanted in the short amount of time we had with style, grace, and smiles on their faces :)

When my husband and I had our photos done while our guests were at the cocktail hour, Kari and Caleb had an emergency kit together for us with touch-up make up, deodorant, mints, tissues, water, etc in their rental car. What other wedding photographers have the bride and groom's backs in that way?! They are WAY more than regular wedding photographers; they are super-people. They truly care about you as people - THAT is the best part about them (not to mention the best photos ever). The photos were delivered ahead of time and the quality was superb.

Since they are a wife and husband team, they know how each other works and they have a game plan coming into every event - tight and wide shots, bride's and groom's reaction. You will have timeless photos captured with artistry.

If you're looking for the right wedding photographers, look no further. You've found them.

My husband and I highly recommend Cottonwood Studio. After our initial wedding photographer suddenly cancelled on us, we were so glad to find a husband/wife photographer team who was so accommodating, professional and friendly. They were very responsive throughout the whole process and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. Although we originally only budgeted for one photographer, I am so glad we ended up with two photographers to fully capture the day. They were worth every cent!

Kari and Caleb work very well as a team to produce high quality wedding photos. They proved to be very experienced with weddings, and they helped us anticipate and plan for any bumps that can arise on the big day. You want someone who knows what to expect and someone who can give clear directives to a large group of people in a kind and effective way. Kari and Caleb did a remarkable job with our guests and with our photos. They listened to our needs, and they felt like part of the team in our wedding party, from helping me with my makeup to helping the groomsmen with their ties. They know what they're doing. You'll be in good hands.

Kari and Caleb are amazing! We liked them from the moment we met them, and the photos came out absolutely beautiful. Neither my husband or I like having our picture taken but they made us very comfortable. They were always quick to respond and they definitely have their shit together. On top of the photography, they were both very helpful during the getting ready process for both of us and throughout the day. They are clearly wedding pros! We couldn't be happier with how the photos came out either! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a great experience with Cottonwood Studios! I would recommend them to everyone. For starters, Cari was extremely professional and did great working with the whole family, young and old. She actually flew in to do our wedding, and really captured the whole day from every perspective. And we had our pictures very quick, we didn't even need to ask what the status was, they came right away.

where do i begin?? i do not think there is enough space for me to write everything i would want to. But ill keep it simple. This couple was by far the best. They were professional and a delight to work with. Everything went perfectly well with them, we had absolutely no issues. Having 2 photographers was by far a great decision as they captured the day from many different views. They are super creative and have an eye for things that make your pictures that much better. I would RECOMMEND cottonwood studios to anyone to capture that special day. Engagement pics and wedding day pics are so amazing i do not find any way to find just a couple of my favorite pictures. i love them all... Thank you so much Kari and Caleb for capturing our day.!! Orlando and I are super happy with all of the pictures and we cant stop looking at them all..

I can not recommend Cottonwood Studios Worldwide enough. They are so lovely and brilliantly talented. My wedding photos are amazing and they really captured the essence of the day. They are very friendly and really put us at ease during the day. They are exceptional value for money and would not hesitate to book them again should an occasion arise!

Kari and Caleb were absolutely the best photographers we could have asked for. From the first time we met, through our engagement photoshoot, and of course, through the wedding, they made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and kept smiles on our faces. My husband is a little shy around the camera usually, but Caleb kept him loose and laughing. Also...WE HAVE AMAZING PHOTOS. The two of us and our guests are all blown away. They have incredible skill and instinct, have a knack for capturing the love in a room, and just are a pleasure to work with. My entire bridal party, if they can, would choose the two of them for all the future weddings in our group. So glad to have met this pair!

Kari & Caleb were our photographers for both our engagement photos and wedding photos. If you are looking for top quality photography then look no further. They photographed my husband's brother's wedding a few years back, and we decided that they were a good fit for us. We love our photos and are so glad that we had these two wonderful people capture our day. We have gotten many compliments from family and friends, so we always refer Cottonwood Studios Worldwide first when someone asks us about photographers!

From our first meeting to the final product, I am so happy we chose Kari and Caleb as our wedding photographers. Throughout the entire process, we communicated easily and effectively...but, most importantly, I felt comfortable with Kari and Caleb from the first time I met them. They are so kind and make you feel truly at ease throughout your day! And the best part is, now I have beautiful pictures at the end of this amazing process that really captured all of the important moments and every feeling and emotion we felt throughout the day! Simply great photographers. Loved their photography style. Meetings and all administrative interactions were very professional but we also felt like they were becoming great friends. The wedding day photos went great as well. Kari and Caleb helped us make a lot of special memories as they had done so many weddings and they were able to capture those moments as well. Our "special moment" before the wedding was one of our favorite memories and something Kari and Caleb make special by how they set it up and handled it for us. I give them my highest possible recomendation.

Kari and Caleb honestly gave us a gift that will last a lifetime. The special moments they captured during our wedding are amazing reminders of a fantastic day. After a failed attempt with another photographer that I had my heart set on I reached out to Kari and Caleb and immediately received a sweet response that they would love to meet us and discuss potentially shooting our wedding. My biggest splurge and the one thing that I knew I could not do wrong for our wedding was photography and upon meeting Kari and Caleb I knew we were set. They met us out for a mini date to get to know each other and brought two full weddings for me to review - so while Caleb and my husband talked sports, I swiped and swiped and fell in love with their ability to capture the exact emotions I was looking for someone to capture - the small moments, the big moments and all of the casual in between shots. They were willing to take the train almost 2 hours to my wedding and to spend the whole day from finishing touches on my hair to us dropping them back off at the train. Between communication, bridal meltdowns and day of, I could not have asked for a more amazing team to work with. They were patient, responsive and sweet the entire time understanding how important the details were to me. They made sure to get everything they could in the photos and went above and beyond with our fake pet that was part of our wedding. They really made us feel special and cared for through photography and did an amazing job of helping me to feel my most beautiful for the day. The pictures we have shared with family and friends have received NOTHING but compliments! I cannot wait to work with them again.

So much to say about Kari and Caleb! To begin with, they are THE most delightful couple. When I first found their website online, I knew I wanted them to shoot our wedding. But then I met Kari in person and I was sold on the spot! They were so fun to work with. From the get-go they made everything easy. Our photos turned out better than i could have imagined! Not only that, but Kari and Caleb were a DREAM to work with and have AT our wedding. Friendly, professional and SO easy going. I've never felt more comfortable with a photographer :) No matter the event, these two are the ones I'll be calling in the future :) Excellent photographers and awesome "team"! You guys are great!!

Keri and Caleb were simply amazing. My husband and I do not enjoy having our picture taken. Period. Especially in such formal situations. They made us comfortable the entire time. Best of all, we couldn't be happier with our pictures. They even helped us with other vendors and were 100% reliable and so professional. They were the best decision we made for our wedding.

Kari and Caleb were a dream to work with. The perfect mix of cool and collected, and take charge and assertive. We were thrilled with our photos, and couldn't have asked for better service. I would recommend Cottonwood Studios Worldwide to anyone and everyone I know who is getting married. They truly capture the magic of your wedding day in a creative, fun, beautiful way. They are not only talented, but very helpful and fun to be around. They could easily make us laugh throughout the day, and they made us so much more relaxed and comfortable on our big day. When we got our pictures back, our family and friends were all amazed at how great of a job they did with our wedding photos. Of course, my husband and I knew the photos were going to be amazing from looking at their past wedding photographs :). And they were. We LOVE everything about Cottonwood Studios Worldwide. Kari and Caleb did a fabulous job on all our photos. We had them for engagement, bridals, and wedding day. Their photos are amazing, they get the work back to you very quickly,and they are very professional. At the wedding, I actually had people comment to me that they did not even think they were photographers; they thought they were guests. I would use them again for any pictures I need. Being a wedding photographer myself, I knew exactly what kind of look I wanted for my own wedding. The choice to get Kari and Caleb down to South Florida from Arkansas was not a difficult one! I saw what a great natural eye Kari had for capturing life and had to have her. What a great choice! Could not have asked for better quality. We had our amazing DVDs and stunning album so quickly and I would recommend her to any bride!

We absolutely LOVED working with Caleb and Kari! They are so fun and relaxed and made us feel so comfortable on such a stressful/hectic day. They captured all of the special moments of the day beautifully and got all of the editorial style shots we as a couple wanted but also captured all of the traditional shots our parents and grandparents requested. Cottonwood shot my Bridals prior to the wedding and since the wedding they have shot my parents family portraits and my sister's senior session. We will be using Cottonwood for all of our future photography needs!

Kari and Caleb are amazing to work with and their work is SO worth it! They were very organized and professional from the get-go, but also SO personable and friendly. A personal phone call to discuss all they would bring to my wedding day was enough to push me over the edge to choose them. They are so great at making you feel at ease and letting the day happen on its own, all while capturing the greatest moments of the day. I was so blessed by their presence and by the work they did. Please consider them for your big day! I promise you'll be glad you did :)

Kari & Caleb Nichols of Cottonwood Studios Worldwide were the most amazing photographers to work with! They were the photographers for my bridal portraits and my wedding/reception and the results of both photo shoots were more amazing than I could have ever imagined!
Kari & Caleb are fun yet professional, and they listened to everything that we wanted for the photography, which was so important! The photographs of my wedding day are absolutely gorgeous, artistic, and really captured the feel and the energy of the day.
Kari & Caleb are extremely flexible and were quick to respond to me whenever I had questions or comments before (and even after) the event.
Cottonwood Studios Worldwide will always be my recommendation to anyone getting married, wanting family portraits, etc. Kari & Caleb are the perfect package of fun, creativity, and reliability. You cannot get any better than them. Their work is absolutely amazing.

We felt at home with Kari and Caleb the very first time that we met them. They are funny, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about both photography and weddings. Our pictures are timeless and truly reflect the love we share and the joy that we experienced on our wedding day!

Kari and Caleb are just awesome to work with! The wedding photos and the prior engagement photos turned out to be amazing! I was really impressed with some of their shots, I didn't even realize they were shooting from some of the locations - they do not put themselves "front and center" in the action - they let the wedding party and guests just enjoy themselves, but do a great job of capturing all the action and best moments. Personally, they are a joy to work with - they just have great energy, are witty, and fun to be around. They take situations that are serious but really make them fun and help decrease nervousness. We would recommend them for any photographic needs - they are the best!

The wisest decision I made in ALL of my wedding plans was hiring Cottonwood Studios Worldwide. Kari and Caleb made everything easy and fun! They managed to get the perfect shots that captured all of the joy and excitement of the occasion. They had lots of ideas for wedding party shots that reflected our personalities, they took wonderful shots of every single moment we could have ever wanted, they were happy to be there, and they made us feel comfortable. They treat every wedding day as if it is the most important day in the world. They never tire and are genuinely happy for every couple they shoot. I was extremely happy with their timeliness and editing of the photos. I cannot say enough nice things about Kari and Caleb. I am always the first person to shove Cottonwoods information in front of my friends faces that become engaged. I love love love Cottonwood Studios Worldwide. On a day that is extremely stressful and hectic.....Kari and Caleb made me wish I could get married over and over again.

Kari and Caleb Nichols were the most amazing photographers who made our day even more special than it already was. Kari helped calm my nerves while her husband kept the guys laughing and they both captured picture perfect moments. Kari and Caleb Nichols are the ABSOLUTE BEST! Finding an excellent photographer that did not require me to take out a second mortgage on my home was paramount to my fiance and me. Over the years I have seen lots of my friends have wedding pictures and bridal portraits, so I knew what I had in mind for mine, and my expectations were high. Kari and Caleb exceeded those expectations. They took beautiful, artistic, unique and fun pictures that we absolutely adore. More importantly, they captured mine and my husband's personalities. My husband is difficult to photograph because he always closes his eyes. Kari and Caleb broke that habit (at least for these pictures), and we love every picture we have. These two phenomenal photographers captured our memories in a way that noone else could have, and we will be forever grateful to them! They are fun, professional photographers, and I recommend these two without any reservations whatsoever.

I would absolutely recommend Kari and Caleb Nichols to any bride and groom looking for an easy-going experience with outstanding pictures as a result. We used them for engagement, bridal, and the wedding. They are so much fun and instantly feel like friends. My husband hates having his picture taken and completely tenses up when a camera is on him, but Kari and Caleb made the whole experience feel natural and the pictures actually capture his personality. We knew that we did not want all "posey posey" pictures and they were completely on board with that. The result was photographs that actually feel like us. I am thankful to Kari and Caleb for giving us such wonderful photographs to remember our amazing day.
