  I'm originally from a small town, and hate shopping, I wanted a personal touch with honest opinions, and I believe Cottonwood Bridal went above and beyond in that respect. I was fortunate enough to find my dream dress at my first appointment, not before trying on some definite "no" dresses. With each of the "no" dresses, and got honest opinions, without being rude, which I appreciated!
  I hadn't ever tried on wedding dresses, didn't even have a clue of what I wanted, and was absolutely dreading the whole experience. I had heard horror stories of dress shopping, how sales people don't really listen to you, and make you feel forced into buying that day.
  My whole outlook changed after visiting Cottonwood Bridal, I left happy, and excited. Walked in to such a welcoming atmosphere, and ALL of the ladies there were phenomenal! They were so friendly, and helpful, they put up with me having no clue on what I wanted. They even helped pin a skirt on the dress so I can see it look a little different, and not fall so flat.
  They all joined in and helped, made it the most wonderful experience! I would highly recommend going there to everyone. They make you feel like it's all about you, which is the way it should. I left feeling like I had known them forever, and I can't wait to see them again for my alterations. Take a little drive to see them, you won't regret it.

  I went to Cottonwood Bridal with no idea what I wanted for a wedding dress. I walked in and they immediately started pulling dresses that would flatter my figure. The first dress I tried on was perfect - I immediately fell in love. I did try on others after but nothing beat that first dress. I went to other stores but could not stop thinking about that first dress. Finally I just went back to Cottonwood and purchased "The One". Nothing was going to beat it - they knew exactly which dress would look the best on me and it did. The alterations process was easy and stress free and I picked up my dress steamed and ready to go two days before my wedding. Buying my dress was stress free and everyone that works at Cottonwood is so friendly and amazing. I would highly recommend shopping here for your big day!

  I would most defintely refer anyone to the ladies at Cottonwood Bridal in High River. I live in Calgary and High River is only 30 mins away and well worth the travel. Cottonwood Bridal was the first bridal store I went into and they were so nice. We had chatted via email before finally meeting and they greeted me by first name and made me and the ladies I brought with me feel so welcomed. I tried on what felt like a million dresses and never did Anne Marie or Jill sound like they were getting annoyed at me saying "not this one", even after I said no but wanted to try it on again later they were happy to help. I fell in love with a dress there before leaving and thinking I needed to go else where because everyone said to try somewhere else just to make sure that was the one. A couple days later I went to another bridal store and even though the dress I fell in love with at the other store was less money the service was the worse and at that moment I knew I needed to get the dress from Cottonwood. When I went back both Anne Marie and Jill knew exactly why I was back and we all hugged and were all so happy I had found the one. From that day till the day I picked it up they kept me informed, as soon as my dress arrived I got a call from Jill and she was just as excited as I was that it had arrived. The dress was so beauty and for the price it looked like I had paid more as it was such a stunning gown. They refered a great seamstress to me as well that helped me out a whole lot.   I LOVED my dress and I would wear it again if I had the opportunity!! The ladies at CottonWood Bridal were fantastic and very accommodating. Wonderful place, and not too overwhelming!

  Extremely unwilling to admit error. 2/4 bridesmaids dresses were more than 2 sizes wrong and my wedding gown was ordered in the next length up from the sample I tried, which fit, So I then had to pay out of my pocket to have it hemmed for $300. The owners were very hard to deal with and refused to show measurements taken when errors were pointed out in sizing. Wouldn't ever let anyone I know order a dress from here, the dresses are beautiful but customer service is non existent.
