Bespoke Floral Experience

Nicole Coyle and the team at Cottage Flowers/Moss & Meadow were an absolute joy to work with. I was very, VERY particular about my desires with florals and Cottage Flowers went absolutely above and beyond in executing this vision. I painted my own wedding invitations and wanted to include the wedding florals and Nicole helped explain which blooms would be included. I literally yelped with joy when the bouquets were delivered on the wedding morning and they looked EXACTLY like the painting! Our guests could not stop talking about the flowers, they were so stunning and the way that Nicole and her team perfectly understood the description "white, cream, peach, and blush with small pops of blue delphinium" is just incredible! They made every request happen, from the light blue taper candles to the blush ribbons on the bouquets. They even added a specific type of greenery that I found on pinterest! The vine installation on the ceiling completely transformed the space and was worth every penny. Hire Cottage Flowers/Moss & Meadow if you want a truly bespoke floral experience!

Awesome Floral Company!

There was a moment early on our wedding day when my wife and I had to make the difficult decision to move our ceremony indoors due to rain. We had planned our entire wedding around a specific outdoor space, florals included, so the conversation we had about moving things inside was not an easy one. On the ride over from the hotel to the venue, I was looking out at the rain and feeling pretty bummed about the whole thing - it's easy to get caught up in the vision you had throughout planning, and this was a much harder concession to stomach than I had thought it would be. However, the second I walked into the venue and saw the beautiful floral design that had been cleverly re-arranged at the last minute to suit the new space, all of those feelings melted away and I knew in my heart that the day would be perfect despite the weather. Cottage Flowers Design did such a wonderful job with the floral arrangements for our wedding - we had a pretty clear vision for our wedding, and the team at Cottage innately understood how to bring that vision to life while being communicative, friendly, and flexible along the way.

The most beautiful flowers the church had ever seen!

The most beautiful wedding florals!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Cottage Flower Designs! Working with their office made the planning process very straight-forward, as they are always prompt to reply and are referencing a vision-board that we worked on together. Of all of the aspects of our wedding, the one that I have received the MOST compliments on is absolutely our florals - many of our guests have told us that they are the most beautiful flowers that they have ever seen! I had a very specific, colorful vision for this event, and Heather and her team were able to bring my vision to life! Thank you, Cottage Flower Designs, for making my dreams come true!

Beautiful flowers & worked w/ our budget!

Cottage Flowers created beautiful floral arrangements and décor for our wedding at Greenville Country Club. Abbey and Heather were very communicative and worked hard to understand our vision while staying within our budget. I got compliments all day about the bouquets and floral arrangements and love how they turned out in photos. I am very happy with Cottage Flowers and would recommend them.

Exceptional Work & Beautiful Flowers!

Heather and her team at Cottage Flowers are simply amazing. We knew right away after our initial meeting with Heather that we made the perfect choice in a florist and that she would make our dream wedding come to life. From her overall thoughtfulness and attention to detail, understanding of our wedding vision, and amazing recommendations which only added to our design - working with Heather to plan out our special day was truly a pleasure.

Words can't explain how much of an exceptional job Cottage Flowers did with all of our flower arrangements & in general bringing our venue to life.

Elegance captured in stunning arrangements

Heather Potter and her team at Cottage Flowers created breathless arrangements for my wedding on 4/26/19 that complimented the venue – Radnor Hunt – and just transformed the space into an elegant scene! Our bouquets were perfect with hints of spring and flowers that aren’t always available (like lilac). The centerpieces made the table and the head table centerpiece was so amazing! We had a long polished / elegant farm-style table for our bride/groom table that we had my Dad (only living parent) and his girlfriend sit at and it was stunning. Heather is easy to work with and is so talented.

Beautiful Flowers

Cottage flowers created pieces of artwork with their floral design/arrangements. My wedding bouquet was stunning, the boutonnieres were simple and elegant. It was wonderful to work with a creative and collaborative florist for my wedding.

I could not possibly be happier with Heather and the team at Cottage Flowers. Our wedding was on Saturday and I had a unique vision (of as many flowers as possible) that they carried out to absolute perfection. The flowers were very fresh, beautifully arranged (at the venue on the wedding day!), and Heather totally understood what I wanted. There was very little "filler" and just tons of beautiful flowers. They delivered the bouquets to my getting ready location about 30 minutes away from the venue where they were prepping and came back at the end of the night to clear everything. Heather was super willing to indulge all of my requests and made dropping off our collected vases/pieces easy.

Thank you guys so much - I couldn't recommend you more highly for any other brides looking for an amazing florist!

Exquisite is a word that comes to mind when describing the flowers provided by Heather and her team from Cottage Flowers for our daughter's wedding. Heather is so nice and her floral designs are creative and beautiful. We knew she was right for the job as soon as my daughter and I entered her shop!
Heather took the time to really listen to what was wanted for the feel of the wedding and took it to the next level. The flowers were just incredible!! Heather was a great pleasure to work with. She answered questions, really explained things fully and took care to stay within our budget. It felt as if she wanted the flowers to be as perfect as we wanted them to be and they were!! Flowers so beautiful they made me cry! Working with heather was a dream - she is so nice and understood my style exactly. There were a lot of small details that I worried about, but she's an expert and made sure everything was perfect. When I saw my flowers on my wedding day, I couldn't believe it! They were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Heather paid such attention to detail - to give you an example - she asked for a photo or sample of the exact color of the bridesmaids dresses a few days before the wedding, because even though I had told her they were light pink, the peonies that came in (late for the season) were a little deeper pink than she expected and she wanted to make sure that the pink would look good with the pink of the bridesmaid's dresses. I also appreciated Heather working with my budget!

We saw the website for Cottage Flowers and it seemed to have just the right style for what we envisioned for our wedding. We were planning our wedding from out of town and were able to meet with Heather on short notice when we explained our situation. We were delighted with how closely she listened to what we wanted, and then made very helpful suggestions based on flower availability etc. Her work is superb and was complimented many times over throughout our wedding and reception. My dried bouquet and two of our table centerpieces sit on our mantel today and still look beautiful, in a dried flower sort of way. Heather is just wonderful and I am happy to recommend her to any one for any event.

Heather's work is outstanding!
She worked with our daughter to create a complete floral setting for the ceremony and reception.
The creativity and variety of flowers used in the table arrangements (tall and medium heights) were amazing!
Her attention detail was evident in every creation from decorating the flower girl wagon, bouquets and boutonniere's, to the ceremony aisle and mantle with floating votive candles.

We met with multiple florists before finding Heather at Cottage Flowers. She is the best!! We had one consultation with Heather before booking her - she was flexible and immediately willing to work with our budget. She asked all the right questions, made great suggestions, and really understood our vision. I wanted to incorporate succulents into my bouquet and all other florists basically said it was impossible. Heather added multiple succulents to my bouquet and it was absolutely breathtaking! You could clearly see Heather's artistic eye in the structure and composition of my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, and the boutonnieres. Not only did the arrangements look gorgeous the day of our wedding, they also lasted two weeks after. Heather truly made our wedding have the unique, artistic look we were going for, and we absolutely recommend her!

Heather did a wonderful job with our flowers! I knew the style, but not the specific type of flowers I wanted, and what Heather came up with was beautiful and matched my vision. In addition to creating beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages, Heather was also very flexible and had reasonable pricing.

Heather and her team at Cottage Flowers did an absolutely fabulous job on the flowers for my wedding. From my first meeting with Heather, I knew that Heather understood my vision for my wedding day. She asked all the right questions and had very helpful suggestions/ideas. She was also very respectful of my budget. We were very happy with our initial proposal and did not spend a lot of time negotiating the little things. We had initially planned an outdoor ceremony and intended on renting an arbor from Heather to be decorated with flowers. The day before the wedding (less than 24 hours before her team was planning on setting everything up), we had to make the decision to move the ceremony inside due to weather. Heather was extremely understanding and flexible and readjusted the plan so that everything would be inside. On a whim, she created a very beautiful arrangement on the mantle where we held the ceremony. It was absolutely stunning and I do not know how she pulled it together so last minute. I was also completely in awe with my bouquet - it was absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. All of the centerpieces for cocktail hour and dinner were perfect as well. While she and her team were decorating, she noticed that my cake looked barren with just the topper and asked if I minded if she added a couple of flowers (for free). I am so glad that she did - it would have looked so weird without them! She really understands weddings and decorations and I would highly recommend her and her team's services. Cottage Flowers is a great value - you will get a great product and great service for an unbelievable price. You are making a mistake if you do not meet with Heather for your wedding or special event!!

Heather at Cottage Flowers was so great to work with and the bouquets for my wedding were absolutely stunning! I had asked Heather to incorporate purple tulips into the bouquet and she made the most beautiful arrangements, even better than I had imagined. Heather was very helpful and the price for all the bouquets and boutonnieres was great. I would highly recommend using her for your events!

Heather's floral arrangements were breathtaking. She had the difficult task of designing our daughter's wedding flowers with a minimum of information since the bride lived out of state. She clearly understood my daughter's vision and created the most perfect bouquets and boutonnières...incorporating the required sunflowers and wild flowers...that complemented the bridesmaids dresses and the grooms men's suits. The bride's bouquet was perfect and was just what the bride was envisioning. The centerpieces worked perfectly with our handmade candles and the dining room was colorful and elegant. The arrangement Heather created for the entranceway was a show stopper and set the stage for the fairy tale event. Heather is an unbelievable talent and created something magic!

Heather and her team at Cottage Flowers are absolute artists and just wonderful and lovely people in general. Heather was the first and only florist I met. There was never even a whiff of doubt after making this unanimous decision. It was easy and inspiring from the beginning. I could tell immediately my unique vision filled with different floral varieties, colors, textures and whimsy would all be realized by working with Cottage Flowers. At every meeting I could feel Heather's excitement as we discussed different centerpiece options and my bouquet. That was such an awesome feeling. My older brother, who is a visual designer at Terrain, was designing an arbor for the ceremony which Cottage Flowers filled with flowers and foliage giving it an ombre affect. When I walked down the aisle and first caught sight of the arbor I nearly started crying. So stunningly beautiful. I cannot wait to share the photos. Every single idea and suggestion Heather had was just spot on with my vision. Not to mention on the day of the wedding, when my venue coordinator went south with setting up all my decor Heather and her team took over and essentially did her job for her. They truly saved the day, and that's what being a professional is all about right?! I would say, to sum it all up, pairing Cottage Flowers with my wedding was like finding the perfect cheese for my glass of Rosé. Simply sublime. So if you're a bride in the middle of all your decision making, do yourself a favor, quite stressing about all the specific details and just hire Cottage Flowers and let them go to work! You won't be disappointed.

Hiring Heather Potter of Cottage Flowers to provide the flowers for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made in planning my big day. From the centerpieces to the guys' boutonnieres, the flowers were beyond beautiful. After entering Heather's shop about a year ago, I knew her aesthetic of rustic elegance would match my vision perfectly. Her attention to detail is amazing, and the thoughtful care she put into selecting just the right shades and types of flowers (especially for a November wedding) is something I've never experienced before. (My bouquet was so breathtaking and unique, I couldn't stop staring at it!) She truly went above and beyond to ensure my vision was carried out, and the result was beautiful flowers that complemented but didn't overshadow the rest of the details of our wedding day.

I cannot say enough about Heather and the team at Cottage Flowers!! Heather was a dream. I went into the wedding process annoyed that I would have to spend money on flowers. I felt like the wedding colors I chose (deep teal and burnt orange) and the venue (an old industrial loft) wouldn't lend themselves to flower arrangements that I would find appealing. I was so wrong. I wish I had spoken with Heather sooner. She took the time to speak with my mom and I and really understand the feeling we were trying to achieve. She also took the time to understand the types of flowers and arrangements that delighted me, and worked that into the wedding. I was blown away by the arrangements and the bouquets that I saw on our wedding day. Heather incorporated so many fabulous details- textures and complementary colors, and yet still made the arrangements sophisticated, whimsical, and romantic. She also worked to incorporate local and in-season flowers, and produced such amazing work. I was (and am!) so blown away. If you’re looking for a florist—go visit Heather!! The flowers for our wedding were perfect! I never thought flowers could make me cry, but when I first saw them they were just as I had imagined and more. I can not recommend Cottage Flowers enough. I know nothing about flowers but also knew that I wanted something a little different. I worked with Heather who was so helpful and friendly--truly a pleasure to work with. She understood exactly what I wanted and ran with it. The result was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Even the ladies who dropped off the flowers on the day were so friendly and just added to the experience.

Heather provided the most exceptional service I could have ever dreamed of. Her arrangements were stunning and perfect. Her value for the work she did really was above and beyond any other of her competitors, and given the choice to change anything, there isn't anything I would have liked done differently. Heather at Cottage Flowers is AMAZING. I was referred to a couple of florists in the area by my planner at Pastore Events and Cottage Flowers was my first appointment. From the moment I walked into Heather’s shop, I knew I wanted her to be my florist. Her shop is chock full of beautiful votives, bird cages, vintage trinkets and frames, gorgeous mercury glass containers and stunning displays. Heather is a really friendly person and she truly listens to what you want. I told her my vision and left her some reference photos and asked that the florals have lots of aroma to evoke memories of our wedding by scent. Wedding day came and the moment I saw everything she did, I was just tickled pink. Everything was perfect. She gave me the flowers I wanted, the beautiful scents and the colors were spot on. My husband even commented on how good his boutonnière smelled. I was so obsessed with my flowers that I took a bouquet and a centerpiece on our road trip to our honeymoon in Lake Placid. The scent trailed with us and we were able to enjoy the flowers for the duration of our stay. On the way home, they were looking sorry, so I decided to throw them into the Ausable River in the Adirondacks for a more dignified release back into nature. Thank you Heather for such amazing flowers. You are my florist for life now!

Heather from Cottage Flowers did an amazing job with all the flowers for our wedding. Every bouquet, boutonniere, and centerpiece was better than I had imagined. She worked with our budget and ideas and came up with a great ideas for us. All of the guests commented on how gorgeous the flowers were. Heather even checked in with us the week before the wedding to suggest any changes we might want to make due to the extreme heat and to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted. I will definitely recommend Cottage Flowers to others.

I love Heather and Cottage Flowers. Not only does Cottage Flowers have wonderful pricing, but they do beautiful work. Heather the owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met.

I had one initial consulation with Heather and she saw my vision. She is flexible, willing to work within your budget and listens which I found is one of the most important qualities in a vendor when planning a wedding.

My bouquet was in my refrigerator for two weeks before I was ready to preserve it and I can honestly say it didn't look more than a day old. Amazing! I would recommend Heather and Cottage Flowers to any bride.

Heather was amazing to work with! Her vision is unbelievable and she did a magnificant job with all flowers. She listened to everything we wanted and was able to make wonderful suggestions for centerpieces that would look beautiful at our venue. Heather is a joy to work with and her bouquets and centerpieces are works of art. Our bride had only the vaguest idea about flowers so Heather suggested we wait until we had the bridesmaids' dresses before we talked to her. When we did sit down with her she listened and offered suggestions but never imposed her aesthetic. We picked a color scheme based on another wedding she'd done but she made ours totally unique and even more beautiful than we could have imagined. We mentioned at one point that the groom liked the idea of having lanterns as centerpieces and she went off and bought them for us (without charging us any more for the centerpieces than quoted.) She made several trips to our venue to be sure her ideas would work. She made sample arrangements and took our suggestions for adjustments. The end result was perhaps my favorite part of the whole day. The colors, the bouquets, the table arrangements, the cake decorations, everything she did made for a look that was totally stunning as well as unique. I just wish you could see the pictures! She is reasonably priced as well. We totally recommend her!

Heather was the only florist that made me feel like she understood what I wanted(even when I wasn’t totally sure). Heather is very sweet and worked with our schedule for meetings. We ended up going quite over budget with flowers but now I see why! Heather even made a sleeve for my bouquet from material from my moms wedding gown. We received a ton of compliments and the flowers really do make a difference in photos. Highly recommend!

Flowers played an important part of what I envisioned for my wedding day. I was absolutely thrilled to learn that Heather and Cottage Flowers were right in Malvern, the location for my wedding. Cottage Flowers had the modern, natural, and artistic look I wanted in my wedding day flowers. As expected, our wedding flowers were STUNNING. They were everything I could have hoped for and she took our special request to have magnolia leaves and made the arrangements/bouquets spectacular.

Heather met with my husband and I to walk through our vision, and she immediately "got it". I felt no need to over describe what I was looking for since I knew she would come up with a beautiful plan based on the few details I had in mind.

Heather was incredibly flexible, and worked with us to find an option that would meet our floral budget. I felt we got an incredible value for the rich look and incredible details she included. In addition, with 1 week to go we realized our altar would not be decorated for the holidays the way we thought it would! I didn't panic at all because I knew Heather could come up with a new plan. She added two additional feature arrangements that were stunning and perfectly fit in with the rest of the designs.

I would highly recommend using Cottage Flowers for your wedding. I can't wait to purchase a personal arrangement sometime soon!

Cottage Flowers (Heather Moss-Potter) did the personal (bridal party) flowers for my wedding and did an AMAZING job - Heather truly understood my vision and I trusted her creativity completely - and she gave me the incredibly beautiful, garden-earthy, wildly colorful bouquets that I wanted. The flowers for the guys as well as moms, sis, and grandma were equally beautiful. My wedding guests were completely blown away with how gorgeous my bridal bouquet was - it was the perfect pop of color and beauty for the outdoor setting at our wedding. Heather did an amazing job with my wedding flowers. She completely understood my vision for the day and helped make my very specific ideas come to fruition on a smaller budget. My bouquet was really stunning. My favorite color is orange, and she was able to incorporate that into my bouquet without making it look just orange. I just can't stress enough how much she completely understood what I wanted and really made it happen.

The flowers were beautiful! Everything from the large centerpieces to the small boutonnieres was absolutely perfect. I gave Heather Potter Moss a few pictures for inspiration, a color scheme and she went from there. She knew exactly what to do and arranged everything beautifully. The personal flowers and arrangements from Cottage Flowers for my wedding were absolutely breathtaking. I planned my October wedding in PA long distance from CA, and Heather was so accommodating and patient while answering my questions and requests while we worked together. We met once in person at her shop, which is beautifully kept. Following our meeting we corresponded via email and phone. She was happy to look at Pinterest boards and talk over what I was envisioning, which was great.

Heather executed my vision and went above and beyond to have the arrangements be seasonally appropriate and tasteful. Everything she made for us, my bouquet, the boutonnieres, corsages and pinned flowers, the arrangement we had over our "altar" (it was a gazebo), outdoor archway, custom card table arrangement, and all of the touches she put together for our reception were amazing. I couldn't stop gushing about how beautiful everything was all day.

Heather is incredibly talented and creative. She knows her craft and her medium. Her team is wonderful and they did a great job setting up and arranging everything on the day of the wedding. The prices were comparable to other estimates we received for what we wanted, and the quality of the blooms and greenery they used was exceptional. I would recommend Heather and Cottage Flowers in a heartbeat.

Cottage Flowers did an amazing job for our October wedding! I did not have specific flowers in mind that I wanted to use, so I gave Heather more of an atmosphere we were aiming for. Within seconds, she gave me her professional recommendations which were above and beyond my expectations! She even incorporated my "something old" (my great-great-grandmother's handkerchief) into my bouquet! Heather of Cottage Flowers is a true professional and was just wonderful to work with! I could not have been any happier with the flowers she created for my wedding! She met with me twice to go over ideas, review photos, and create a contract. She was right on time and dropped off the flowers in nice vases (which I ended up using as decorations later in the night to display the bridesmaids bouqets.) She really listened to my vision and was able to provide perfect recommendations for flowers that matched my theme and style. She is great with interesting textured grasses and pods and creates really beautiful free flowing organic bouqets that are also perfectly polished and photo ready. LOVED my wedding flowers! Heather completely understood the vision I had and exceeded my expectations on delivering exactly what I wanted in our flowers. The bridesmaid bouquets were the most beautiful I have ever seen. The centerpieces were perfect, my bouquet was so fragrant and I was delighted with how it looked! I have taken my flowers to be preserved as I simply could not throw them away ! I will hang the rest up to dry in a closet as recommended by Heather to try and keep those as well. The only thing I would change about this vendor is I wish they would accept credit cards or Paypal but it was absolutely worth writing a check for- I loved the arrangements and all the details (burlap twine around the mason jars etc.) Such a pleasure to work with Heather and her flowers are truly beautiful. She understood exactly what I wanted and made it come to life. I strongly recommend Cottage Flowers to anyone looking for a florist! Pricing was also very reasonable.

Heather is sweet as can be. She met with us for hours at a time providing many ideas off of the flower and color choices I provided. On the day of my wedding when the flowers arrived I was in tears. This is a little late for the review, but I wanted to give my thanks to Heather for doing a lovely job on out daughter's wedding. She was the sweetness and most gentle person. She was very obliging and more than willing to give us what we didn't know we wanted. Doesn't make sense, but Heather brought it all together and the flowers were more beautiful than we had expected. Whenever pictures of the wedding are shown, people always want to know who did the flowers, and I am more than happy to supply them with Cottage Flowers in Malvern.

Heather Potter of Cottage Flowers is a floral genius! I went to her with only a very vague idea of what I wanted, and trusted her to come up with something beautiful. She more than delivered. My flowers were gorgeous and exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't really know what I wanted! I received so many compliments on them. Furthermore, her prices are incredibly reasonable and her shop is fun to look around. She may be a little slow to respond, but any frustration on that front is absolutely worth it as she goes above and beyond with her floral design.

Heather at Cottage knows her stuff. We got some absolutely beautiful flowers for a very good price. We gave her some loose guidelines on colors and stuff and she came up with bouquets you wouldn't believe, all under budget. She's a bit hard to get a hold of and she may forget some previously discussed details from meeting to meeting, but you absolutely can't argue with the end result: great flowers for a good price.
